    I have tvs rtr 160 from aggarwal automobiles 13/10/2019 mu bike running only 15800 and your service team syas me my bike coon set faulty because running bike with loose handal my last service is 14722 km so why yours teem not tight handal my bike yours service teem not working properly so please change my bike coon set in warranty
    Some time I faced same issue

      I purchased a TVS Jupiter last year in month of november 2020. I am facing many issues from the day I purchased it. Everytime I went to showroom and complaint them they always gave some sort of explaaination and do nothing.
      My scooty loose its race when running even if the petrol tank is full.
      I purchased it from RK Tvs meerut and had all the services from there only.

        Hello,
        I have Apache RTR 160 registration no BR01EZ 7268.
        I have booked for 3rd free service in Bihar Motors service centre but many problem I am facing while driving also I have sent email and reminders on mail but till date no any reply my emails.

        I think TVS company's service is very poor..

Every day I will make a call to the dealer and I will ask for number plate, no proper response and services are too bad .In this case don't like to have this brand . I do understand in this lockdown situation it will be diffult but still almost 6 months I need immediate resolution...

            Hi, this is Stanley from Bangalore this in regards to my vehicle Starting issue which i been facing from the time of purchase. My vehicle no KA03JT1250 Ntorq Matte Red, i have given my vehicle en number of times with your authorised dealer (Uday TVS COX Town Bangalore) for rectification of the same complaint everytime they did all possible things like replacement of Digital Meter, replacement of Battery and also they checked for other electrical issues ( All under warranty) which was a temporary solution the vehicle would run for few months perfectly again i would face the same issue in the morning the vehicle will not start with self i have had tough times starting the vehicle everyday especially @ Traffic Signal. I was so frustrated with issues i finally ended up in finding a solution myself i did a root cause analysis myself and found it that the problem was with the trunk light which was not getting switched off i removed the trunk and disconnected the the light connection overnight and my Vehicle is running without any trouble, the saddest part is your authorised machanical Engineer couldn't diagnose the issue for 3years i believe every Ntorq customers would be facing the same issue please have some skilled people at you authorised service centres and your Engineers need to find a permanent solution as the trunk light didn't go off with the magnetic switch.

                Dear Sir,

                This is with reference to my complaint number TVS_Gr_[protected] registered with TVS Motor for my Bike No. DL 5746.

                I raised a request for replacing the silencer of my Bike on 11th June'21 and was told that it would be with them in 2-3 days. After which they called me up after 10 days to come to the service centre and I went there. Then they changed the silencer of my Bike but when I looked at the silencer, it was very old and rusted so I immediately questioned them on it but they said that this is what the company is providing now and no new silencer is being supplied to their service centre. So they went ahead and replaced it. But the problem was still there after replacement and when I asked them about this they further told me about some part of the silencer (called silencer packing) which was not available with them and again asked me to come after 3-5 days which I think is unprofessional on part of a branded company like TVS.

                Prior to this I faced a problem about 6 months back also wherein, the gear of the same bike was making a loud noise while gear shifting. The repair person charged me Rs 345 for replacing it but it was still not solved. He in fact said that TVS would be calling me to the service centre as he himself was not satisfied with the repair that he gave and assured me that it would be followed up and sorted. But till date, no one has called me ever on this and I am continuing to face that gear issue till now.

                Strangely enough this all started a year ago with the number plate light on the back side of the bike which was fused and was to be replaced but was never done as the service centre did not have the spare lightbulb.

                All these happened at the same service centre which is based out of Okhla Phase 2 industrial area by the name of Om TVS Service Centre. The staff there is very unprofessional and denies availability of any spare parts. Twice I did a prior booking over the phone and was assigned token number 11 but when I reached there sharp at 9:30 am I was made to stand in queue and they gave me a token number of 49 which is not justified and does not solve the purpose of prior booking. The service at this centre is absolutely pathetic and hell bent on irritating the customers. TVS should either close this or take strict action against them otherwise a trusted brand like TVS will end up in losing its valuable customers

                  I bought TVS Jupiter Classic from Infinity Automobiles (Dehradun, Uttarakhand) on 8th June 2021 and paid the amount of 93, 600 INR (including accessories, mandatory accessories, insurance, RTO) but the receipt I got only mentions ex-showroom price and insurance. The price of accessories, mandatory accessories are missing from my receipt.
                  Sir/Ma'am, I want a receipt that clearly mentions the price of accessories, mandatory accessories in my bill. Please look into the matter.

                    Apache 160 4V Starting Problem , after a short run

                    My byke is not getting started with self and kick after a short ride.

                    I never faced cold start issue in my byke, even if I kept my byke without use for one week it gets started in one single self push.

                    But if I ride the byke for some km and then, when I off my engine and again tried restarting- it requires 4-5 time self push/kick.
                    My byke is 2 year old and regularly used to service from authorised service...

                        Two months back My TVS Apache RTR 200 4v suddenly stops and the self start was not working I know the pain how I made it home that day, I put a complaint on TVS about all what happened. A guy from TVS named Avinash called me and assured me that the complaint will be solved and one of our worker will come to visit, the very next day someone from Rushabh TVS Pune was there at my place checking what's wrong and if they can fix it there only but it was not possible for them as well to start it up.

                        They told me they have to take the bike to the workshop and they took the bike with them, after soo many follow ups they told me that there's some noise coming from the bike and the bike's engine is seized and they need to check.

                        Then after some days they told me that they need to open the bike's engine and you need to pay some advance.
                        I asked them for the warranty policy which is I guess is totally fake and moreover they told me that there's no engine oil in it that's why they can't put it in warranty period and the most important thing I want to tell is that its being just a year since I have bought this bike and there was engine oil when I gave it to them as it was lockdown period so I checked it on my own.

                        After that, the main scene comes, first they told me they ordered some parts and its will be arriving soon. Some more days went like this and the guy named AYUB from TVS who was taking care of it he is fooling around since day 1 telling lies and pretending that he can fix it. After some more days worker is saying there's few part missing and they are just increasing their money. Simply by making fool of people and scamming them. very very worst service TVS provides.
                        They kept on saying and giving false promises and whenever I goes to their workshop workers are simply chilling doing timepass and all.
                        If TVS doesn't have experience worker who knows how to fix something then why are you having them. Its better to go to a local garage then.

                        Today they promised me they will fix the bike and hand it over to me without fail when I went there to receive, the sound was there I saw it for the first time after they told me and they even said that if you want to take the bike this way you need to pay 21, 000.
                        Is this some kind of joke? You took the bike fooling since months and giving me that thing again. If TVS doesn't know how to fix your own bike then stop selling this ###.

                        I need a resolution TVS?????

                              Hi sir/mam i am rishikantjena. I have buy a tvs ntorq 125 . E no. - ag7hk2x14788 . I purchase the tvs scooty at 8th of october, 2019. I have ride 15800 km in 2 years above . In first year it was working nicely and at the end of the year it started facing some problem in battery, lockset and breaksystem . I have changed it many times . I have spend around[protected] to repair the tvs scooty . Today also i take it to tvs sabharwal, rithala .There only i spend estimate[protected] rupees . I have taken a very wrong desicison to buy tvs scooty . Thank you .

                                I have recently purchased tvs ntorq bs6 varient on 23rd april 2021 from DSN TVS Thettikuzhi, Paripally. After around 50 km the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is unable to start and not displaying anything on the metre. I have contacted the service centre and they are not responding. Its been two months i am waiting for there response. I had my faith in tvs motors but i have lost it now. I doubt the reliablility and support efficiency of tvs. I want a complete refund of my money or initiate necessary actions to replair my vehicle as soon as possible. If you are not resolving my issues quickly I will go for legal help. Thank you

                                  I have purchased TVS Ntorq vehicle on 23rd april 2021 from DSN Tvs Thettikuzhi. After running around fifty kilometres the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is nit starting or displaying anything on the metre. I have contacted the showroom and they are not taking care of my complaint. I have purchased the vehicle for past two months and i am unable to use the vehicle for my purpose. I had trust on tvs motors so i have purchased the vehicle by paying 107000. Now i have lost my trust and i really doubt the reliablility of the vehicle and support of the dealers. I will be only satisfied i[censored] could refund my money or reparing my vehicle as fast as possible. Make necessary actions as soon as possible or I will have to look for legal ways. Thank you

                                    Sir with due respect I beg to state that when I went to lucky traders service center near bhusanda bypass pool gaya bihar for my tvs wego front med guard there were unavailability of that particular part becoz of that problem my vehicle was unlovable, but rather than to resolve my problem service manger was abusing and misbehaving with me, they clearly said that I will not resolve ur problem do whatever u want to do.as being a loyal customer of tvs I never expected this from them.this kind of behavior will definitely put a negative mindset towards the brand like tvs motors.
                                    Therefore u r kindly requested to take my feelings under ur consideration and pls take serious action to that service center.
