Pls resolve my issue

They had not worked at the vehicle still 10 days.

He is firing towards us

Service head is firing towards customers.

Kerala pathanamthitta aiswarya TVs.a rat bited the wires of a TVs vehicle and put it to TVs pathanamthitta and claimed insurance for that.this is the 10 th day that the vehicle is still in tvs.they atleast dont touched the vehicle.the manager of service is not agreying to work on it.we want to work the vehicle immediately and we want to give the bill for giving to the insurance company.we want immediate action

i have purchase the TvS Jupiter scooty in sept 2020 but with in 2 or 3 days having the problems that my scooty is not start . So many time i visit to service center /agency also . but i could not get the proper solutions .they said only this may be filter problems . but many time they change the filter also . but my scooty problems is still not solved.

kindly look in to the matter and post back us to the proper suggestion .

Agency is not closing Hsrp status in system due to which I am unable to get RC

The magneto assembly of my bike apache 200 4v bs3 is defective and the service center is not asking for the part and the bike is not being made.

I am Ashish Bairagi, I buy a new apache rtr 160 4v bs6 on 29th June 2021 and I completed full payment in advance on the same day.. After that sales executive said that they will deliver the item within one or two days.. But after 7day still they are not delivering my bike..

It is my humble request please look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have bought a tvs Jupiter on 30th of march 2021. And it started giving problems just after few kms run and it's not even completed 300kms and I have done the first service also. The dealer is like this issue comes for some bikes and it's my bad luck that I have got this one in which he can't do anything. I am trying to connect with tvs support from last month but not getting any response.

I am a owner of Ntorq vechile no GA 03 AQ 3258 from Mapusa Goa - 403507
I hereby complain that a TVS service centre located in Mapusa Goa which is near to me I had given my scooter Ntorq bcoz it’s accelerator was broken and for its 4th servicing. But the employees in the TVS service centre Mapusa Goa are carless they did not even properly service my scooter and they r very rude and they misbehave with customers.

I have purchased TVS XL from local TVS store as it is not available at my nearest place. So.wr.purchased near by showroom. As i have already sent nearly Rs 70000/- and Rs 48554/- was blocked TVS COMPANY MUMBAI AND i have already discussed with customer care executive on 20/06/2021 they promised me that issue will be resolved with in 2 days till kow no response from corporate office. Please refund the amount and resolve the issue as early as possible. For this they have raised a complaint with grievance no TVS_Gr_[protected] for this also. There is no response from your team. I need my refund with in 3 days

I purchased a 2-wheeler from a TVS showroom on 08.03.2021. When it was time to finally take away my vehicle, I ran through a pre-delivery inspection and the footrest was missing. I asked the salesman where it is and he replied that it is not provided by the company anymore. I knew he was lying, still, somehow my uncle was convinced and he didn't let me confront the salesman.
A day or two later I went to another TVS showroom with my new 2-wheeler, and there to my surprise, I was told that the showroom from where I bought my bike has lied and cheated me.
I went back to where I bought the vehicle and demanded them to install it, they eventually had to.
But lodging a complaint against the concerned TVF is necessary and I am ready to take more legal actions if required until the culprits are made to pay for their unethical behavior.

I have purchased TVS Jupiter ZX, but within a month it stopped working, when checked by service center. They said Lockset is faulty and asking for charges why would i pay for the companies fault here please make me understand.

time 13.30 p.m. at the Dealer of Rairangpur - " PIPAL INDIA VEHICLES PVT. LTD." CONTACT NO.: [protected]. As per discuss and commitment I will payment the Downpayment dt.19.03.2021 FOR onroad finance TVS CREDIT. But dealer is only give me 1. sales certificate 2. ICICI Lombard Insurance certificate. My first service is done at Rairangpur. Till date (03.07.2021) dealer is not give the " CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION". Please feel, How can I face the problem, when police is checking post in the road ? Dealer passout the 46 days before lockdown can not submit the R.T.O office. Just I am waitting with harassment " CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION" In the distance of Dealer (TVS) TO R.T.O Office, Rairangpur is only 3k.m. How can the dealer mislead fact aragies ? ODISHA is luckdown 5th May 2021, This type of service is I am not satisfied. Then I have book for 2nd servicing is TVS Jamshedpur(JHARKHAND), Adityapur servicing centre very much pleaser with satisfied. At that time TVS, Rairangpur is closed for luckdown enjay. I am already waitting 104 days till date. Rairangpur TVS DEALER is not give the Quality of service for customer. This type of low grade service is only blame your company. If you received the mail, please solve the issue ? I am waitting only 3 days otherwise I will take the shelter of proper court of law.

Mere scooty jiska no DL9SBX3711 hai.. Aaj mai apni scooty ki service karane Dabri, palam, New Delhi vali branch mai gya... Maine half hours wait kiya job card banane ke lie but vaha ke workers kaam krna hi ni chahte the jab maine unhe aur vaha ke senior ko is baare kai bola to unhone ye bola ki hamare yaha aise hi kaam hota h... Maine jab unhe bola ki job card banne mai to jayada time ni lagta aap bas mera job card bna do aur service mai jitna bi time lage mjhe koi issue ni h to vo log batamizi krne lage aut kehte apko aur wait krna padega... Aur vaha service centre pe 45 minutes tak kada raha apne job card ke lie.. But mera koi job card ka baar baar kehte hue bi mjhe koi response ni mila . ...
