I have purchased TVS Jupiter ZX, but within a month it stopped working, when checked by service center. They said Lockset is faulty and asking for charges why would i pay for the companies fault here please make me understand.

I am Sri Asish Kumar Mohanty, AT/PO/PS - Kucheibudhi, Rairangpur, Dist- Mayurbhanj, Odisha purchase a New Jupiter Classic Vehicles dt. 19.03.2021,
time 13.30 p.m. at the Dealer of Rairangpur - " PIPAL INDIA VEHICLES PVT. LTD." CONTACT NO.: [protected]. As per discuss and commitment I will payment the Downpayment dt.19.03.2021 FOR onroad finance TVS CREDIT. But dealer is only give me 1. sales certificate 2. ICICI Lombard Insurance certificate. My first service is done at Rairangpur. Till date (03.07.2021) dealer is not give the " CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION". Please feel, How can I face the problem, when police is checking post in the road ? Dealer passout the 46 days before lockdown can not submit the R.T.O office. Just I am waitting with harassment " CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION" In the distance of Dealer (TVS) TO R.T.O Office, Rairangpur is only 3k.m. How can the dealer mislead fact aragies ? ODISHA is luckdown 5th May 2021, This type of service is I am not satisfied. Then I have book for 2nd servicing is TVS Jamshedpur(JHARKHAND), Adityapur servicing centre very much pleaser with satisfied. At that time TVS, Rairangpur is closed for luckdown enjay. I am already waitting 104 days till date. Rairangpur TVS DEALER is not give the Quality of service for customer. This type of low grade service is only blame your company. If you received the mail, please solve the issue ? I am waitting only 3 days otherwise I will take the shelter of proper court of law.

Mere scooty jiska no DL9SBX3711 hai.. Aaj mai apni scooty ki service karane Dabri, palam, New Delhi vali branch mai gya... Maine half hours wait kiya job card banane ke lie but vaha ke workers kaam krna hi ni chahte the jab maine unhe aur vaha ke senior ko is baare kai bola to unhone ye bola ki hamare yaha aise hi kaam hota h... Maine jab unhe bola ki job card banne mai to jayada time ni lagta aap bas mera job card bna do aur service mai jitna bi time lage mjhe koi issue ni h to vo log batamizi krne lage aut kehte apko aur wait krna padega... Aur vaha service centre pe 45 minutes tak kada raha apne job card ke lie.. But mera koi job card ka baar baar kehte hue bi mjhe koi response ni mila . ...

I am Anoop I in work in hospital staff my bike Apache 160rtr used. I do time to time service all. Main complaints is in front of bike riding time sound is coming. I am already told service center 5times.no use. After service 50kilm no problem. After same problem respect. In. road small cutter time running face big problem. My bike 2020 model. What to do.? So many time i visit to service center /agency also . but i could not get the proper solutions .they change only filter but if will not use the scooty in 1 days than 2nd day it will not start.

kindly look in to the matter and post back us to the proper suggestion .

I have purchased tvs jupiter last year august. Within one year my bike silencer broken. How is it possible. Tvs gave me a faulty product. Break not working properly. Fuel meter not working.

How the company will resolve my complaint. I need compensation.

I have purchased tvs two wheeler battery with 4 year waarent[protected] from timing two wheeler palarivattom .now battery is faulty .but dealer refused attend fault.i am not able to fond any tvs battery service center in ernakula.even though i contacted your toll free number and email no use

Showroom take 100000rs in advance, then provide me a broken 108km running motorcycle, He said take this one otherwise no refund money, I am totally offset and what can I do.

I'm complaining about service here it is not getting answers properly & not update my number since last 4 months. They don't no how to talk to customers.please be careful for customers.I have purchase tvs scooty pep not delivered in time & not getting any responce from sales person they don't have any responsibility for customers.

My vehicle was given for servicing on 24-jun-21 and was comiited by service center to return on 25- jun 21

They failed to return on 25 jun stating that the vehicle is not ready and i picked my vehicle in 28 - jun 21 early morning with 10000 amount of bill payment.

When i am checking on my chalan site i am able to see one of the chalan on 25 - jun of 500 rs fine for driving without helmet. In the chalan photos i can see someone’s is driving my vehicle without helmet and thet is not even a tvs service person.

I request my petrol and chalan charges to be given as this vehicle was not in my hand then who gave authority to drive that vehicle on highway without my permission

I am even not sure whether the servicing has been done properly or not

I request quick reply from customer Center otherwise we might take some serious actions on this

Ignition lock not worked and also handle lock not worked sale date[protected] yesterday service done but not solve my problem eswartvs 1006

I, Gopakumar M G, bought a TVS Jupiter ZX from Aiswarya Motors, College Road, Near Catholicate College Junction, Pathnamthittta. During my Second free service I initially booked my service and they asked me to bring the vehicle at afternoon. As per their request I went at afternoon and they told me that they cannot service my vehicle today. The next day they asked me to bring the vehicle at 7.00 AM in the morning which I Did and asked me to come at 3.00 PM. My vehicle was unattended when I came at 3.00 PM.

In the service they did they only poured 900 ml of oil and billed me for 1 L. They also didn't wash my vehicle when I checked after the service and when I complained they just poured some water and delivered it to me. I have the photo proofs for this.

Kindly take action and reimburse the Rs. 400 they charged on me for such poor service. The photos attatched here are the vehicle that was delivered to me after service.

I paid full payment on 27-04-21 for TVS RADEON at Diamond TVS show room in kolkata. Till date tax and insurance are not paid. Without the number I can't use the vehicle. It is total 23 working days passed excluding lockdown days in WB. Please let me know actual reason of delay along with workflow chart of document processing.

My sister scooty tvs pep plus is having starting problem from past 6 to 8 months, , and it is in katihar showrom for repair, , they are saying that parts are not available... please have your concern in this issue

I am trying to replace my faulty battery which is under warranty and for this I am reaching the SIMRAN TVS dealer office for a month but there is no response from your end, when I am trying to call then they ask for more time.

I am totally frustrated by their service, so please look into the matter asap.

Hello sir I am Maruti Karad From Latur Maharashtra i was purchase TVs xl100 before two year, in this two years Luna gives lot of problem regarding Startup & bike shutdown in running i was change quail of rs 2500/- in last year but Luna give same problem in few months when i ask to showroom about this they reply me this is company defect we cant help
