I bought new Ntorq 125 after some time vehicle must engine off and I checked at Kharar TV's Punjab . The mechanic was told the fuel cap cover was damage (it should not a flow of air in petrol tank and they switched off) . Then they hole at fuel gauge and they asked fuel cover must replaced but after long they denied for change . Now problem arise they automatically switched off and petrol leakage in fuel guage . Now I want they fixed my problem as soon as possible

Please solve our problem by

No start

I am feeling very sorry to inform you that i am facing very serious problems because of poorest quality and mechanism of accelerator wire of my TVS N-Torq 125 race edition BS IV .
Previously its broken after 8 days of buying the scooter and It is the 3rd time of accelerator wire broken down in one year.
Please give some solution about this problem and how to solve it because all the spare parts price paying by me. It is so ambressing

Dear team I have purchased TVS Apache RTR 1602v 2020 model 4 services done in TVS showroom only but engine head topit sound and oil leakages. service center failed to fix the salution. I have an warranty .

My three month old bike oil licking

I haved bought a new TVS sports els 25.5.2021.
Then I saw next day left side looking glass remove from the looking glass rood.

I am request the tvs service center and also TVS sales person the looking glass for the repair. They ask me for money.
Why??

Burdwan TVS center

I am purchase Tvs i- start XL 100 eight months ago ( September, 2020) at TVS agency, Jorhat, pin - 785001.they not give free servicing. They call 8 months before for servicing. I am going servicing centre to service my vehicle. They told my free servicing time out now I paid service available. They not call for free servicing time, after 8 months they call paid service. Dealer not provide free servicing to why sell products. I have not satisfied to purchase Tvs vehicle. Now I have decided sell this vehicle.

I purchase TVS WEGO scooter from TVS MOTOR COMPANY, BERHAMPORE MOTORCYCLE, PANCHANANTALA, JALANGI ROAD, BERHAMPORE-742101(W.B.) ON 10.08.2014. Since purchasing of this vehicle, I regularly service my vehicle at this particular TVS service center AT BERHAMPORE every 3 months, Last service was 19.5.21 and my current AMC VALID UPTO 18.3.2022. After servicing on 19.5.21 (by pick up & drop facility) I found that my Horn is not working and Lock & Key port of my vehicle is also very lose and not properly functioning. Both problems are not happening before my last servicing. On 25.5.21 I also complain over telephone(+91 [protected]) to the TVS center, Berhampore But till date no response is received from the service centre. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to resolve my problems urently and informed me immediatelly as without Horn & Lock & key I cannot use my vehicle. My ph. no.[protected].

Took a new bike and after walking 300 km, the head leaked and when I showed it in the showroom, no one is taking any response.

I received phone call from number [protected] the lady speaking in kannada told me to send pan card, Adhar card, markssheet & resume with the promise of giving me parttime data Entry job .
And stressing deliberately on ' Deposit amount only after selection of documents ' so intelligently they are trapping . Gave me HR Nithya number [protected] . They are fooling people with their sweet tongue . Please arrest these scammers so that Innocent and desperate job seekers don't become victim to these Scammers.

M not satisfied with vehical and free service providing and the local helmet given by the dealers

I am from Delhi.. i have apache RTR 160 2020 model .. right now i am facing battery issues last few days its only 14 months to go to buy this bike.. main problem is that its not any kick option in this bike ..that’s way i am facing this problem.. umy bike battery’s dead when i go to showroom to solving this issue .. he says his replacement service is can’t help in these days ..

I bought a New TVS Jupiter ZX (Blue Color) from Vinod Agencies, Bhilwara (Rajasthan)-311001 on 19.10.2020.Just after purchasing scooter I feel trouble in starting from just next day i.e. 20.10.2020 and I called Vinod Agencies Center for this they said drop the scooter they will check. they took one whole day for new scooter repair and give this on next day. after two days same problem persist. again I drop the scooter there and they gave this to me after second day and said this time it is ok. after two days it again stuck so THE NEW TVS JUPITER ZX GOT STUCK THREE TIMES IN A WEEK. it not stop here just after one month it again facing starting problem and scooter again went to Showroom for repair. this time I talk with Vinod Supervisor that how a New Scooter got stuck many times then he said I assure you it is ok. but subsequently in its fourth month that is Feb, 2021 it again facing Starting problem and again Jupiter have to go showroom this time they said that there is a battery issue and they have to replace Battery this time I can't understand that how a Brand new Scooter just after fourth month have to change there Battery. up to this time I really got Frustrated and feel Mental stress I said Agency keeper that they Cheated with me and gave me a Defective Piece. and now in its 06 month it again fails to start and now it completely Shutdown I dont know what is the reason but It clearly show that Company Cheated with me coz it stop again and again. If no one is there to resolve my problem I will see this matter in the Consumer court.

অামি ২০১৭ সালের এপ্রিল মাসে টিভিএস ফনিক্স ১২৫ সিসি (tvs pphoenix 125 cc)মটরসাইকেল কিনে ব্যাবহার করছি। কিন্তু বর্তমানে অামার মটরসাইকেলের সাইলেন্সর ফুটো হয়ে গিয়েছে, যা টিভিএস এর মত এতো নামি একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে কাম্য নয়। একই সাথে এটি অামার কাছে একটা বড় অার্থিক ক্ষতির কারন। একই সাথে মানসিত দুসচিন্তারও কারন। তাই এই বিষয়ে যদি প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো সাপোর্ট পাবো কিনাে যানালে খুসি হতাম।

For the past two years I complained about one side fork problem but they TVs company employees resolve the problem at the time but again and again the problem came so many times I felt down me with my child, .

But yesterday I came just 52kms speed unfortunately opposite one old man came and I applied back and front break same time me and my wife felt down heavy injury ( should be fork only the reason to skirt, new break pad, new disk so .. only reason fork )
Again front fork bend, the same problem when u guys resolved my problem, my wife got more injury, my face damage I can't post online few pic. Kindly don't continue same problem to others, everyone have family with small child's and parents do..

Kindly change full fork set and key assembly, front glass doom my humble request for FOC basic

Hi,
I have purchased Apache 1604V form TVS authorized dealer (Tripti Automobiles, Suri) with 1.42L on road price. Whereas ex-showroom price is 1.10L. At the time of purchase they didn't provide any GST TAX Invoice or any Breakup Bill of 1.42L. (Not for me only, they didn't provide to anybody).
When I visit the showroom today for the proper bill and justification of 32K they told me that they can't provide to anybody. They can only provide payment receipt.
My question is All the TVS showroom is doing like that or this is any scam from my showroom?
