I have tvs sports bike and i visted for servuce shankar tvs near old bus stand kurukshetra 136118. My bike nois HR41J1019. They have created many oroblums in my bikes and now he is not working properly.i request to u kindly take a neccery action against mechnic.

By message I got 337..but overall 1350rs I paid... they are labor charges.230rs..extra please respond..and help me

I have purchased a Jupiter on 22.01.18 exactly after one year the battery stopped working. Hence I was advised by Nandhi TVS, hinkal Mysore to change the Battery. I have purchased one battery on 3.04.2019 from them. However this battery also stopped working after one year against the warranty period of three years. When taken up matter with them they took the battery they took the warranty card and replaced one battery after delay of 15 days, I have made visit 5 times to the service centre for this replacement. They have obtained the warranty card and when I asked for warranty card for replacement, they said it's not required as the details are available in their system. Now the replacement also not working, what I suspect is that they have fixed the same battery after recharging. When I approached them for the non functioning of the replaced battery, they are telling, warranty card is required. I have told them that, the warranty card was not given and as assured by them, it will be available in the system. But they have informed me that it's not available with them and they want the warranty card, which is not handed over to me. As such I request you to look into this complaint and solve the same. Further please improve the customer service by the dealer.i here with attach the bill from the dealer for the battery.

I have book today for service and I have received call from K.S Motors Jhotwara (Shoyab Khan [protected]) and very rudely he is talking on call. Yesterday from there service center call me book my service date and time and she tell me about pick and drop service is free because she ask me how much km away from there service center I tell him 3 km then she tell me that it is free. But, today Shoyab Khan call me and rudely say you have to pay for it and I say that yesterday on ladies call me she say it is free but shoyab say no no you have to pay ( baat suneko ko ready nahi tha). Now if my free service due than it is full of K.S Motors responsibility not my.

Sir iam put TV's pepet, on annai TV's sendurai, on[protected] now service holder said that after one week despatch the vehicle, so too much late for your service, I how to office daily

I would like to buy a retro fitment kit for the Jupiter ZX, The TVS Gadekar Buldhana (Maharashtra) charging the RS. 17000 for the same kit. Please can you make it available for the customer?

I purchase TVS iqube on 25 March 2021 within 10 days of purchase it stopped working now service center is saying parts not available and you have to wait for atleast 5 days

Why you launched the scooter which is not up to the mark or you are experimenting on us

How will I go to office in this corona time by using public transport

Please rectify the error in scooter or provide me the alternate scooter

My bike has been in the showroom for nine days, but it is not ready yet.

Tvs Ntorq 125 bike i purchased only 5months ago.. 2000km running bike oil seal & wheel byering will broked.. Showroom will that changed at free.. Now 6000 km Bike agsiletar cable will broked.. But the showroom didn't changed free. Only 5 months bike how this complaints will happened.. Please solved my bike full problems.. Please contact me only Malayalam speaking customercare executive. Ok.

I already complained because of your software I lost my 60000 RS ..now I get complained you are not solve the issue ...how shamelessly you cut April EMI .. back my 1999 Ruppes... you get your emi when you solved The matter..but now you pay my money..or If you not pay this money I take action...

Iam using your company bike TVS Apache 160 4v from July 2020 and purchased from your dealer DOON MOTORS TVS, BALLUPUR DEHRADUN. and recently my bike wires damage due to short-circuit and my bike not responding properly and i can't start my bike and your nearest dealer Priyanshu auto center Tvs showroom Uttarkashi refused to solve my problem, my bike is only 6 months old and in warranty and my all services is on time and recorded in service book.
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i will take legal action TVS Motors.

Im purchase my scooty i.e tvs Jupiter zx . I just travelled 42000kms only . It's engine was damaged i.e bore .

I buying a Tvs Ntorq bike 125 before 6 months. I that bike after 2000km broke the oil seal and wheel byering. In that will changed in the showroom. Then now 6000km Glech cable will broked.That glech cable didn't changed in that showroom free. Then i pay 600 rupees outside then i changed.. I buying this bike only 6 months. No heavy use. But why the bike will complaint. I want to need proper explanation. Please contact your customercare service. Speek only Malayalam..please give the solution ok

My two wheeler TVS zest servicing done at Kaveri automobile, E block industrial area surajpur, Greater Noida.
I have noticed no protocol followed by staff working in service centre
But surprisingly Rs. 50 is charged by customer for sanatising of vehicles.
No proper RO drinking water available.upon enquiry it is learnt that Plant of RO is not service from long time.
Apart from these heavy charges for servicing is being charged.
I will never come for servicing of my two wheeler in future.

In running condition the speedometer is not working. And K/M IS not added in speedometer.so please rectify the problem as soon as possible....

Vehicle was taken in the two months back...last 10 days back vehicle suddenly stopped on middle of the road...tried a lot but nothing was rectified...later on contacted show room person and they took vehicle once and repaired and headed over to me after 2 days...but same day with in half an hour se problem arises...informed same to Show room ..they have taken back vehicle and took 4 days time to do rectify the same.. unfortunately this time they have not done properly due to this my entire petrol was raked on the road...
Kindly help me with better service and whether this vehicle will work properly or not...

Kindly advise on the further process...

Tvs service centre Bijoy Bose Road is helpless to give service as spare part from Bangalore take more than a month. My scooty lying at my place. Mr Atanu is unable to give any date for service. Am frustrated with follow up.
