We have purchased jupiter million in addition scooter from vijay motors, talegaon dabhade, pune. We have booked the vehicle on 20th june, we have handover scooter on 10th july, we have paid all payment but till date don't have any document with us (Only payment receipt with us).

Another thing is that today 9th august we have done first servicing and paid rs. 360 against name of oil changes. Running km is only 117 km.

I don't know where/how we will get documents. Can u help us on this.

    Sir, i purchase one tvs xl 100 from your tvs showroom at jhunjhunu from somra tvs. I paid rs 36000 in cash without registration. Somra tvs give me bill of rs 32280 of xl 100 ans rs 1244 of insurance. They tell me rs 1060 of accessories but not give any bill. When i calculate this amount it will be rs 34584. I am not satisfy with him please satisfy to me and oblige

        I think purchase of T V S Jupiter Scotty is biggest mistake in my life.

            Hi,

            I referred a friend for a TVs Jupiter model as I too have one and obtained a code [protected]RF1 after calling customer care.
            The vehicle was purchased a TVs showroom Ulsoor Bangalore.
            It was purchased on 26th July.
            The representative told me that the points would get credited once an invoice is generated but nothing happened.
            To buy in sometime he just took down the referral number and did not do anything.why a refer a friend programme is required if the dealer takes it so casually.
            A Royal wine color Jupiter was bought and after billing is done we were shocked that he hands over a black seat cover saying that is what they have.should not it be in brown color to match the color.over-all it was a bad experience and we felt taken for a ride after billing was done.

              Respected sir/madam,

              My self vikas sharma and working as am it engineer in private company at samalka, new delhi. I bought new bike tvs apache 180rtr from yash motor, samalka in amount rs. 90000/- by cash on[protected]. At the time of purchasing submitted below documents.

              1. Sbi bank passbook photocopy.
              2. Rent agreement of correspondence address.
              3. 1 passport size photo.

              Yash motor given me delivery & cash receipt that time, give surety to me by miss jyoti & they will submitted my docs to rto for rc and rc will deliver to you within a month.
              On 9-7-2016 i parked my bike in front of my office around 8:20pm but around 2:50 i went out after lunch & found bike was not there. At same time i called to police on 100 number for logged the complaint and side by side informed to bharti axa insurance company on customer care (Claim id: c1065488). After that as per police guidelines i logged the online fir for same (Fir: 020202).
              Next day i visited to kapashera police state to know my case will be assigned to whom then police will provide me system generated fir and case allotted to mr. Kartar singh. That time police asked me to submit all require documents for find the bike (I. E: insurance copy, cash receipt and invoice etc.) but i was not carried any invoice of bike then i visited to yash motor & chase for invoice of bike.
              After my request yash motor provided me invoice with the name of kk automobile, nagloi-delhi. I shocked and asked to them why you are given me another dealer name invoice then miss jyoti said we are not dealer. And also till time they are not submit my documents in rto office & manipulate me continuously after asking by me “ sir your docs are submitted but slip not received yet and within 2-3 days you will received the number plate”.
              I collect the invoice and submitted to police for proceed the case.
              My concern is that as a customer i purchase bike first time in delhi & before stolen i was not much aware about rule of transport & seller/dealer is not guide me for same.
              1. Without hsnp no any vehicle will be out.
              2. Within 2-3 days fee deposit in rto and provide to customer.
              3. No any vehicle will not run on road with temp number.
              Yash motor not guide me and only sale bike with tc number dl-tc-0515. And provide rto slip on 12-7-16 after stolen and after 18 days again asking me for submit below docs regarding rc process. I submitted again in yash motor on 2-8-16.
              1. Aadhar card copy.
              2. Rent agreement of correspondence address.
              3. Electricity bill copy of landlord
              4. 1 passport size photo.

              Currently mr. Ashish ([protected]) is handling my case from tvs company side and manmeet kaur ([protected]) from bharti axa for insurance claim. Insurance company denied to claim due to non-deposit temp rc of bike which is not provided by yash motor.

              Please take action on yash motor/kkautomobile & help to recover my money.

              Mr. Anuj srivastva ([protected]) called me & give me surety to resolve my issue and refund my claim to my account, he also asked me about my bank detail for transfer money but till now i have no received any positive response. So please let me know the procedure to claim otherwise i'll move in court by tomorrow afternoon.

                5 years ago we bought a tvs wego. We were very happy with it. But this changed. Every time we bring it to prakalpa motors, gadag they replace some expensive parts, and charge a lot of money. Then a few days later the bike has either the same problem again, or a new one. It seems they are completely incompetent. For example a week ago we brought it for repair, probably dirty carburetor and air filter. Now one week later it doesn't start anymore. We brought it there again. The first thing thety say is that the battery is empty and it doesn't work with empty battery. About two years ago we brought it there for repair. Two days later some wires shorted and burnt through. They then replaced all wires and presented us a very high bill. We had even more problems with this shop... I request that you cancel their official dealership as long as they did not send all their personnel to a thorough training until they are qualified to repair bikes.

                  When i buy tvs xl 100 in show room using my credit card. They said to use the card in near by jewellery they will transfer to them i accept it and use my card. After 10 days they call me and said they recive only 37000 and balance 900 is not received. So they force me to pay the amount or else we won't provide u rc book but the amount is transfer from my account. How can i pay that amount

                    I have scooty teenz purchsed on 09.12.2007, now the vehicle front wheel and back wheel suspension is not working properly. When enquired with tristar, jeevanbimanagar service center, it was told that the shock absorbers have failed and not available. Manufacturing of spares for this vehicle is stopped by the company. It is regretted to know that how a company like tvs can stop manufacturing spares even before completion of 10 years. I want this problem be addressed.

                      I visited two dealers yesterday at satna both were non supportive,
                      As the ex-showroom price is also differ and they are forcing customers to buy accecories, extended warranty, insurance, vehicle registration etc from them only.
                      My question is why this is going on?
                      Tvs motors is such a reported brand but due to these such miscreants its impacting bad.

                        I had bought TVS scooty zest 110 on February-2016 from shakthi shivam Motors in nagamalai pudhukottai. within 20 days i have the complaint of starting trouble and on slow speed the bike will automatically off.service provider take it for service after service within one or two day the same thing will happen up to yet the service provider can not correctly solve the problem.they take it for three times service for the same problem.i request you to notice this and kindly take action.

                            So i will be very greatful to you, if you as soon as possible resolve the problem and take a step to get my all the registration documents then this will very helpful for me.

                              I am nagaraj nannuri i was given my bike for serviced to aarya service center shimoga on 8 july 2016 but service pepole serviced my bike the origenal documents and tools missed that time after that i was taiked to the service center pepole but there is responce after that i complainted to company on too free no my complaint no complaint no - 72719 still now i am not geting answer this complaint.

                              As i and you discuss about two wheel ka27ed8687, i was serviced at aarya service center shimoga dated on 8 july 2016 till now i dont have any document and tools from your end. Everytime i serviced my bike tvs show room (Authorised service center only) this time how it was happen still now thinking about?

                                As my home is nearer to the showroom., i went in the last month for getting my vehicle service. But instead of getting my vehicle as it is, i got vehicle with problems.. When i went again for solving my problem, they were telling it was good and no problem found. I was using two wheeler since 8 years... And couldnt complain simply. Again i went, that day also they said there was no problem at all. After 15 days i tired of the showroom, and went to another showroom in rajajinagar... They told actually what's d problem... And was convinced. So do what is needed so that other customers shouldn't be suffered. Thanks

                                  I purchased the new Apache RTR 200 4v on 22/07/2016. But while drving bike home the rear view mirror of left side of the bike got cracked by itself. i contacted the service center and these guys are suggesting me to buy new pair of mirrors. As i was provided with defective piece of mirror as per my perception i think the service center should provide me with mirror which was cracked but the service center is denying to replace that mirror. Please look into this as i've got lots of expectations from TVS.

                                      Today i serviced my bike but i am not satisfy with there service because after servicing my bike the carboratur is not working properly. And also the parts is not available there, and mechanic of there take my carboratur outside and took me some money and i definitely sure about that they changed my carboratur and i want to take serious action about that today it happens with me but in future i didn't want anyone to face this soo please take it seriously because that is not a good impression of tvs company for there customers.
