Hi, I bought TVS-Jupiter from Sai Baba TVS, Hinjewadi, Pune on 20.01.2014. At that time they had promised me that they will give 1000 Rs. Vouchers. But they haven't given me 1000 Rs. Vouchers till today. It's almost six months from purchase day. They are giving me various reason, even some time they are not ready to talk on this topic. I had a very bad experience there. Can you please take some action against this issue?

    I am Mrs. Priya. I have purchased a vehicle TVS Streak at SVS TVS Motors, No.7, Red Hills Road, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 (an authorized dealer of TVS) on 24.07.14 with vehicle registration No. TN20 CC2572. & Bharthi AXA Two-wheeler Comprehensive Insurance policy valid from 25.07.13 to 24.07.14. Unfortunately, I met with an accident on 30.05.14. I got severe injury in my left hand and vein was cut caused severe bloodflow. I undergone treatment with 36 stitches in my hand.After a week, on 07.06.14, with the help of my husband Shri Parthiban, I left my vehicle at SVS TVS motors for repair. Though they had sold the vehicle with Insurance, they had not co-ordinated for the insurance claim on accident coverage. I had contacted with the Insurance company officials for my claim (registered Claim No. F0458329/C0597630) and they surveyed my vehicle stating that the Service Centre is not co-ordinating properly in time. The vehicle has been completely surveyed on 03.07.14 and Service Manager told that they are waiting of spares.I don’t understand that why it is getting late for getting spares. Service Manager often used to say that vehicle under insurance will get delayed only. Moreover, it was already 36 days over and till now, I have not received my vehicle.

    This is Priya Parthiban. I really thank for the service being done. The vehicle has been delivered on 15.07.14 @ 17.50 hrs. I got the problem solved at TVS Service Centre, but I am breaking my head with the insurance company. Hoping for good justice.

      Dealer: RUSHABH TVS ISSUE: Vibration from front panel, DIGITAL meter display not working and Noise from front panel. 3 free servicing done but yet issues persist as it is since I purchased Apache RTR 160 in Jan'14. 2 servicing done by RUSHABH TVS & 1 servicing by CENTURY TVS. Your people are not serious for FREE SERVICING.. Your people will take this company DOWN..

        I have purchased tvs star sport on[protected].. in start it have an unwanted sound i ignore it firstly...but after its 1st service the sound continues and bike not gave proper mileage then i again said to the agency owner he checked my bike and said that its mobil oil pipe is not connected...after that its continuously doing problem ...

          Hello, I bought a TVS Apache rtr 160 on 22nd may 2014. Within a week the camshaft in the engine head failed and I had to drag the bike 2 KM and had it looked after. The service station ( Minotra Auto, Chandannagar, Pune) added to my sorrows by saying that they will need to order the part and its not in stock. I waited and waited and at last I got it replaced in a week. Imagine a new bike engine going down - it feels really aweful. All went good for 2 weeks and on the first service, the service guy played aroud with the fuel nut and idleing - again an issue with the bike giving a lot of jerks. I took the bike to another service station and they found the issue with oil filters ... then the bike worked for 2 days ... And then I noticed a noise with eventually increased after a few KM. And when I reached home ... the cam shaft failed again. I dont know what kind of qulity testing TVS does ... But today i regreat buying RTR my dream bike even after so much opposition from my pals ... Please help ... I need the engine replaced ...

            I ve booked a pearl white TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS at 13 june . After 4 days they said that they've got it in stock but when i went to the showroom they said that it the manufacturer (or from where they ship the vehicles ) not sent them in the lot . they said they will provide me in the next lot and now after 15 days (2 weeks) still not got the bike between these days, I went to the showroom the manager said that the factory or stockist doesn't have any ABS model . and also the manager is a hell of a arrogant man. What should i do now ? i love that bike, why is IT ?? HELP ME PLEASE

              Hi, I bring my bike for 4th servicing on Marathalli TVS Service center. After servicing i got following issues in my bike - 1. Bike is making noice. while moving bike it looks like some wire is getting stuck due to that it is making noise. 2. Bike was not getting started in gear mode. Because after servicing they disturbed clutch. I went service center 3 times. Second time they replaced left tank cover. saying due to that it is making noise. But after that also it was making noise. When i went 3rd time nobody taken this issue seriously. for the second issue Mechanic Raju told this is the functionality of the bike. I want to say please stop making fool to the customer. If you don't have skilled service mechanics let customers do the servicing outside. Previously I left my bike for 2 day 2 days and 1 day on respective dates. I want the solution for my bike. I want you to take this case seriously.               I called 3 times to toll free number of TVS consumer care. But every time they response you will get a call within 24 hrs. But its 10 days i didn't got the call

                i would like to draw everybody's attention to bad service and false commitments provided by "Shubham Motors", unfortunately i purchased TVS Jupiter from them and after having bad customer experience, i suggest everybody not to vehicles from them rather i find dealers in Delhi are more professional.

                yahatak new gadi kesath aap ko sevice book, RC. ke liye aapko kafi chakkr lagane hoge
                and paid service par apni stemp starting me hi (sevice book dete time) laga dete h taki wo costomer kahi or se service nahi kara sake .or logo ko 1-2 extra service ka jhuta wada bhi karte h.extended warnty me ye apni gand dika dete h

                Jaipur. I had a very bad experience with Surbhi Motors I Buy Jupitor 1 months
                ago.In there quotation they have provide me discount of Rs 1000 I submitted all
                my documents there and give them 5000 rs advance against it but when I went
                there told me there is no discount
                available.I was aback to hear this I had took a day off from office to buy that
                If i visit to another dealer the Grey color was not available.So I buy from
                Surbhi motors 174, Road no 2 Murlipura
                Jaipur, near state bank of bikaner and Jaipur.


                Even they told me that they will give Seat cover, Electric
                Charge Socket And foot rest as complementary on that day it was not available
                in stock they told me they it will get installed on my first service.but when I went for my
                first service they refuse me to provide it.

                I ask for my RC and extendable insurance for 5 years after 1
                month they took 2 hrs to give this.


                Even when I went there for my first service it was not at
                all good it seems they only wash TVS Jupiter instead of doing service to it and
                petrol was also get stolen.and their service center staff was not at all
                cooperative

                  Dear Team, I am Ragesh G R, a physically challenged person, who booked a TVS Wego fitted with 2 extra wheels (made by TVS). The Vehicle and the accessories have arrived at the dealer, But the dealer is not able to proceed with the registration due to extreme delay from the manufacturer (TVS) in sending the manufacturer's certificate to the dealer. Name: Ragesh G R Dealer: Star Auto Works, Pudupattinam, Kalpakkam Receipt Nos: 12300 and 12581 (amounting to Rs, 70, 000) Date of booking: 1-May-2014 (6 weeks before) In spite of paying the full ex-showroom amount for the vehicle and the attachment, and the vehicle having arrived at the dealers 3 weeks ago, I am still not able to get delivery of my vehicle, as the certificate has not reached the dealer.

                    I bought a tvs star city on 2006. Beginning it shows a good performance as in the advertisement. After few months it gave me a problem particularly mileage, it gives only 25 kmpl in city ride. Many times I asked to service centre to solve my problem, they just wash my bike again give it to me. Finally in 2011, the service center manager said better exchange a bike with new star city 110cc, and he said definitely the new star city give almost 65. My father scold me to change another company, but i relied the manager and bought a new star city edition. first two years it gives 50 kmpl in city, now after 2013 the mileage frequently reduced. this last two years many times i went to same service center, finally after strugling with my bike the mechanic said your bike will give maximum 35. Now my mileage is again 25 kmpl. I have bill proofs., (Yes, this is my fault. again choosing a same dummy bike. service manager gone) Now i am in the position to complaint and register a case against TVS service. I dont know which is bad either product or service.

                    Very bad service in Balamurugan TVS vellore. They focused on sell the bikes rapidly, but they wont think about how to keep customers satisfactory. They simply sell with unreliable words.

                      Sir My name Chennakesava, I Exchanged my old TVS Victor and purchased TVS Star city from sub dealer Name Vinayaka motors which is in JP Nagar Bangalore, which this connects to main dealer name INDIAN MOTORS Which is in Madiwala, Bangalor. I Paid All the amount to sub dealer and I Got a New TVS star city Without documents. I Asked sub dealer all documents. He Replied that he paid all the amount to Main dealer so you go there and get the documents. I Went and enquired there. The main dealer telling that he didn't Receive amount.again I Asked sub dealer one or two times and the there'd times he switched of his mobile. Now I Want my Documents. Please do my needful.

                        my bike RTR 160 after travelling every 2 km shuts down..dis is happening 3 tym..1st tym when it happened spark plug was loose..so it was solved den..but nw its happening again n dis tym its nt spark plug problem..dont know what 2 do..its new version byk n i hv recently completed its servicing still der is problem..

                          Dear Sir, I purchased a phoenix on 28 Oct 13.After a few months o[censored]se I find a tapit noise that is still continuing after a repeat complaint .When I ask about that technisian says it will continue ! But you don't worry co. has a warantee
                          of 5 years.Break rubber is loosen and a bad noise is coming of that but the rubber is not available to the co.
                          Recently I, m getting 45 kms per liter but still not solved. I can expect at least 55 kms from a phoenix.

                          So can I expect a proper solution from your company ?

                            I own a tv apache 160
                            I gave my bike service couple of weeks back with triton hebbal, without any information, they kept my vehicle for 3 days and while receiving it, my major complaint of gear not coming to neutral not fixed.. When asked, they said, becuase of water its appearing, 2 to 3 days it will be fine.. Besides, my automatic start button not working but worked well before my service.. I have no idea .. Why they have to perform such poor service and i paid 1800 rupess for this service.. Can anyone help me to set this right..Suresh

                              Good morning Sir, Myself Loganathan.N. I have purchased RTR 180 ABS PEARL WHITE in your showroom Bharath TVS, Bharath Autos, 222-A3, Trichy Road, Palladam, Tiruppur On03.04.2014. I have paid full cash in hand. Amount paid receipt no 55936. After a month of purchasing the vehicle I started facing problems in abs brakes rear side. Continously noise was coming from rear brakes and even though I have applied brakes fully vehicle didn't stop. When I applied brake felt metal to metal contact. When I approached this showroom for first service on 23.04.2014 I explained them about the noise from backside brake and malfunctioning of rearbrakes. In the evening at 07.30 hrs they have called me and said bike is ready. When I took it brakes were ok. And still little noise was there. They said in abs models this noise will come. After 100 kms o[censored]sage again the same problem. And due to this problem I was about to die in road. Rear Brake is useless. I went back to showroom and told them about this. That day service engineer also visited in the showroom. Without looking in to the bike and try it he said problem is with brake pad and we will change it. In the evening they said they have changed brake pads and disc and like before they delivered it and after a single day same problem and noise level increased. I approached again on 19.05.2014. They took the bike in morning for service and they brought it to Tiruppur aryas showroom. In the evening called me and said it's abs problem and can claim in warranty. I have waited till26.05.2014 and got a call from the showroom to bring my bike. On 27.05.2014 morning took bike from me to the showroom. In the afternoon got a call from the showroom service center to check it as it's fitted already. I went to showroom for trial and took for the test drive. Brakes were less and saw the abs light was glowing . I tried to switch on the abs but couldn't. I informed them about the non functioning of abs. Replied they will look at it. Till yesterday evening they didn't deliver the bike and I'm fed up with your bike and the trouble I'm facing now. I loved RTR before and now it's giving me tension. I want my bike to be get ready else I want my money back. I have attached the scanned copy of receipt and invoice . Bike details; Maufacture date and year: 2/2014 Model: Apache RTR 180 ABS BSIII Engine No: AE6BE2003582 COLOR: Pearl White Chassis No: MD634NE60E2B10419 BIKE registration number number is TN 42 K 1300.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam Hereby we wish to conform we have bought a TVS APACHE RTR 160 from BHARATH TVS SHOWROOM, TIRUVARUR in tamilnadu on April 2013.My vehicle running in 13000km.Problems started in second service.1st problem bike sound totally changed in original sound. 2nd one is Oil lekage from sparking plug.Now engine bore is full damaged.and bike sound is totally changed.The same complaints again and again we faced.And then no responsible in the showroom.Kindly rectify the above complaints and do the re service can possible.Please take the action and do the needful. Evey service later Am finding problem like KM wheel reader not working( Km not reading) Break Light Not Working Again This Talem behind light Not working... Is this Products are from China? I Liked TVS Just Bze of All Products are Prepared by TVS. BUT I am FOOL to buy TVS Any motors Today because i don't have Trust on Any of your Products Items. I only used this Bike TVS Apache 180 RTR for 6 months And am Facing Lot's of problem in it... I always shall run to your Matrix Service Center ... this really Fed up of this TVS I feel like not professional items as well company... To my friends I will Never tell them to Buy TVS MOTOR since this kind of problem Keep Happening in a New Bike Apache 180 RTR.. I wanted to Keep TVS Apache for 20 Years But It is not even come for 5 Months... For what reason i shall bought.. I would have Bought Some other Good Bike from Other Companies In demand... This Bike Has truly No life ... I feel Like Just Burn it of Instead burning my additional money for repair.. till two Years Warranty u will Help but later from after Two Years to another a year time I shall Keep Spending my money additionally and again buy your China products( items) to bike and keep my in in a month 15 days for Service only for repair ? again same problem will keep raising... within 6 months Time i faced so much problem and after a years how much time shall i count going for repair? i feel like i would have bought some 18, 000 second hand bike and could have compared to this Apache bike 180 RTR. I need Solution this problem as soon Or else i will Publish this to All my Facebook Friends or Public e this in Google. Stop Chain products in TVS.                                       I S.AshokKumar (S/O) T. Soundarrajan from Porur, Chennai. I Purchased TVS Apache 180from Goodwill Automotive, Annanagar on 26.07.11 bearing Engine no AE6GB2001437 chassisno MD634NE63B2G01496.I registered my vehicle in RTO(South-West) Chennai-92.Registration number of my vehicle is TN10AD4014.I was very much happy withthe performance of the Vehicle from the purchase.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> As I amresiding at Porur, I used to service my vehicle at Laxmi automobile, Porur.I gavemy vehicle service on 20.01.14 at 9.00AM wide JC no 6040 and I advised to takeback my vehicle on the same evening 6.00PM.I have received the call from theservice centre around 2.00PM and stating that the My Vehicle met an minoraccident during test ride.Mr.Sinivasan Owner of Laxmi Automobiles requested usto provide RC book and Insurance to clear the vehicle from Kattupakkam police station.I logged the complaint call to TVS through toll free number. I was contacted byMr.Velmurgan, TVS Motors and advice me to provide the documents as per thedealer request. Both have promised me that they will take the responsibilityand will not put any trouble on me. I gave my documents as per Mr. Velmuruganadvice. I came toknow from Police station that it was major accident and two persons injured badly.When I saw the vehicle, it was in bad shape. Seeing the condition of myvehicle, I refused to take back my vehicle. Mr. Srinivasan promised me that hewill replace all the parts which was damaged during this accident at free ofcost. He will take care of the police formalities on his own. I informed thisentire incident to Mr. Velmurugan who contacted me on behalf of TVS Motors. Afterseveral follow-ups, I got call from Laxmi automobiles stating that your vehicleis ready for delivery on 22.02.2014.When I went to take my bike, I observedmost of the parts are recycled and painted(Petrol tank and Silencer) andappearance of my vehicle is very bad. I asked Mr.Sinivasan, regarding the newpart replacement. He denied replacing new spares as per his commitment. FinallyI accepted to take back my vehicle from the service centre. Now the conditionof my Vehicle is very bad. We havereceived the notice from Poonamalle court wide M.C.O.P.No 141 0f 2014.It was clearly mentioned we need to appearon the court on 5th day of June 2014 regarding the accident happenedon 20.1.2014.When I called Mr. Srinivasan, Laxmi automobiles regarding courtletter, He is telling us to take care of court formalities. I again logged thecomplaint on TVS customer care through toll free no. I have received the callfrom Mr.Manikandan, TVS motors and he advised me to change the bike throughexchange offer. Now I amnot in the position to sale my vehicle due to this police complaint and also Iam not in the position to provide compensation to person who injured in the accident.I have done all the activities as advised by TVS representatives. Now I am not gettingany proper support from TVS representatives. I request you to take back thevehicle and refund the amount to compensate the loss incurred by me.                                         my three months tvs bike jacks and ceases when on motion as if fuel finishes even though there is enough fuel. Carburetor check and no problem with carburetor, five mechanic technician has tried to solve the problem but all to no avail. please, help me on how to resolve this problem.
