      Hi I have purchased a TVS Jupiter vehicle from Shanthi TVS motors, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad in June2014. Suddenly met with an accident and have given them to insurance claim for it on Sep'14. And the survey also done by surveyor. But I did not get my vehicle till now and they are telling that Parts are not yet received from manufacturing unit since one month. And even I did not complete the 2nd free service also. So finally they promised me that they will deliver the vehicle by this Thursday ( 16.10.2014). I will wait 3 more days and then Iam going to raise a complaint at CONSUMER COURT. And the Manager Prasad at work shop is telling me to wait 2 days every time when I call them. [protected]@gmail.com I Ashok Kumar.N a patron of TVS Motors, want to bring to your notice regarding a incidence which occurred today with the service center M/s Preetham Motors, Puttenahalli circle, JP Nagar 7 phase Bangalore 560078. Today, our scooty pep bearing register no KA 04 EP 7163 was with above said service center, when we went to clear the service bill through debit card. The service center denied to receive the payment through debit card, if at all they do with an extra 2% on service amount. But, they deny to give bill to the extra 2%, when we question how to account they direct us to go to bank or to TVS.Further they do not provide any information whom to address this issue. Sir, due to this inconvenience we have to carry cash always to this service center. We have another vehicle of hero honda (Majestic motors) there we dont face such situation.Please direct the agency to upgrade to the customer friendly system. If the authorised service centre only behave rudely how to continue with TVS .

          Hi, Could not experience anything worst. Integrity and Services are way too far from standards. Would not be wrong if i say pathetic. I have been looking to buy the TVS Jupiter bike since 2-3 weeks now but looking at the way things are being dealt with, it does not seem to be any worth. To start with, i had visited multiple TVS showrooms in and found each one is quoting different Ex-showroom price and that too way higher that the prices being reflected on official TVS Jupiter website for the same region. Look at the fugures of Exshowroom price - TVS JUpiter as per official website in pune region - Rs. 46870 Centuary TVS, Bhandarkar Road, Pune - Rs. 49443 Kalamkar TVS, Baner, Pune - Rs. - 48610 When tried to understand the reasons for this deviation, there response was highly confusing and whole gamut of reasons were given, most of them being irrelevant - 1. It was told that the figures on website are not updated, 2. Then it was told that 2% LBT on top of Ex-showroom on website has been levied(which i believe should be a component included in Ex-showroom as this is not being charged by Honda in the same region) 3. Then they say basic accessories like mirror and all included worth 1500. When i called other vendor they say basic accessories are worth 800 and not included in Ex-showroom. The whole thing is so confusing. When i called customer care, they confirmed that the official website data is correct and exshowroom price is 46870 only and they are not aware of any LBT. Well they have logged the complaint but i did not have the slightest inkling that instead of resolving the problems, this would just aggravated the agony. I have been told that an executive from field office would contact me within 24 hours. Forget about 24 hours, it more than a week, no call and no response, I have called the customer care atleast 10 times to understand what is the action being taken on compliant. But every time without any variation, the response is all same - Very sorry for this, somebody will contact you (sometimes it was told 24 hrs, sometimes 2 hours, 1 hour) as if its a tape recorder playing the same message again and again. I humbly asked if there is any other way, any mail id to escalate the issue but there also the response is invariably the same - Please check the website, we are not aware of this. Atlast i requested to connect to someone senior in Customer care. To my surprise, response from him also turned out to be same. Very sorry, somebody would get in touch. Even the Contact us option on official website of TVS is not working. My only reason to go for this bike was my wife's strong belief to support our home brands if they are at par with foreign players, otherwise would have picked up Honda. But now this is really effecting my believes and makes me rethink. Is bringing a good product enough? What about other aspects specially honesty and integrity, customer care, prompt action? If those standards are getting compromised, is it really worth? It would be really great if some corrective action can be taken. Regards, Kapil

              Hi Team, This is to inform you that today i have faced one incident regarding my bike, I have parked my bike at the basement of my office and one person came and unlock my bike with his keys and when check we found that the key was the master key and we tried in other bike and that key can open all the bike. That incident shocks me a lot as we customers spent thousands of rupees and a key can open all the bikes. please solve this issue. the intention of that person is not to steal the bike but this could be happen in future if you provide the master keys to anyone

                  4 months back i purchased Jupiter from shusheel motores, kukatpally, hyderabad, after first servicing some noise coming from front side, several times i informed to concern person and 5 times i was handed over my bike to them but they were not yet solve my problem, i wanted to approach consumer forum, if not solved my problem permanently

                    Hi.. to all Punekar . near shankmaharj mat there is tvs show room and service centre .the staff and the entire tech. they give priority to the new sale vehicle work they not concentrate on doing good after sale service. don, t purchase the tvs two wheeler they only sale no service... service manager is not talking good and if you give vehicle in morning bet 9 to 10 they will said come on next day. they use there staf[censored]se customer vehicle for going to show room and there personal work .. please stop this .. M/s shelar. your unhappy customer

                      I had gone for a complete engine work...that included change of so many pats inside of the engine...such poor quality of parts that had a life span of just 8000 km...unbelievable .. And the parts were made available after 10/11 days after giving the bike to service centre(attractive tvs service centre inderpuri )... I had already registered a complaint against that...yet some some parts were to be changed related to gear (system)...that has made riding bike so uncomfortable. And now when the parts are available the service centre authority is ignoring all this for the last 7/8 days...giving excuses related to the shortage of workers and irritating meee...so if you can solve all that probs...I wl b quite relaxed ...thank you. But still I m going to complain about service and products quality in consumer forum...bcz of the members behaviour at the service centre. Thank uü ..

                        Dear Sir Sub : Delivery of Defective Scooty Pep+ by M/s.Trijal TVS, Bangalore. Replacement denied. I would like to bring to your kind notice the below incidents and facts for your kind action. I had purchased a scooty Pep+ on 18-Sep-2014 from M/s.Trijal TVS, Whitefield, Bangalore. The same was delivered to me at 12:30pm on 18-Sep-2014. However within 2 hours, the trouble began. The vehicle couldnt start and on careful observation, saw there was petrol leaking. I called up the dealer and they sent 2 technicians to attend the problem. To my utter horror, they opened up the entire assembly and took almost an hour to fix the problem. I was not satisfied with this particular vehicle and requested the dealer to give me a new vehicle. The dealer denied. How can I now trust this particular vehicle when it had problems within two hours of delivery. I request to you intervene and it is my humble request to you to get me a new vehicle.                           Dear . I am very glad to complain that i have purchase a new apache rtr 160 Who's Registration no is RJ14 DH 9136 from ks motors jaipur in April 2014 and run only 9181 km. But yesterday i done 4 th free service and mechanic told me that Chain Spoket And Rear break Disc and there arrangmet are damaged. This parts are to be replaced. Can such parts are made for only 9181 km only.

                            Hi, I have repeatedly facing issues with regards to the servicing of my motorbike TVS Apache RTR 160. Supervisors at the service center do not take customer issues seriously. Bike is not repaired properly and I have to go again and again for it to get repaired. I am fed up of this. If you do not have technical specialities then why do you people make a commitment.

                                I have been repeatedly denied complementary free service for my bike Apache RTR 180 (DL 11 SF 1505 ) since last week. My service book was misplaced and I found it 15 days back. I took it to the service centre (Rajput TVS, A-3, G.T. Karnal Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi ) on 12th September 2014, and even took the issue with the customer care ( Complaint no. - 43839 ) but there has not been any response yet. I have done regular service of my bike but I am not satisfied with your product or service because there is a noise in bike after racing 60 kph and noise in engine with regular biking. i reach at your service centre at garh road, meerut, Sharda TVS but they tell me that we do it in next service but till now i have done four services but they can't do.

I had shown at kalamakar service station solarpur road hadapasar pune. they says its design problem . then i recorded complaint but no response from the customer care also. very poor service and response

                                        Dear sir, My name is Pranoop Francis.I have given my apach e rtr 160 for 1st service to your showroom named T.S.G Automobiles at Port Blair.I have to face a worst behaviour from the manager of the showroom one Mr Shiva who is having mob no. [protected].His behaviour is worst from the beginning when i went to buy this bike.Because of his arogant behaviour i lost full faith in your company.That i will not encourage anybody to buy your vehicles.It was my 1st service and i am now fearing that he will not do the comming service properly.Instead of having a polite conversation he got angry with me infront of the showroom in the public as it was the closing time.If you are keeping managers having this type of character in your showroom the company will go in loss... please do the needful In this matter with best regards, Pranoop Francis
