Hi, We have purchased a TVS Sports purchased on 25-Sept-2013, from Bharath TVS at Bank colony konankunte Bangalore. Bike is been serviced regularly at the same service center. From past two months we are facing problem with vehicle electrical equipments. The battery was replaced under warranty three months ago but now the electric start, horn and turn indicators are not in working conditions. On request at the service center during periodic service, the serivce advisor doesn't bothered much to address the issue. The battery was recharged and the wiring was checked but after a day the problem exists. Request you to look into the matter and do the needful to get the problem rectified Thank you, Pradeep [protected]

    Dear Team, Consider this message as a complaint against your Dealer "Oceanic TVS - Drive-In-Road Branch, Ahmedabad." As mentioned above I had purchased my TVS Jupiter on[protected], but Still I have not received any information regarding the Registration Number of my Jupiter. I had called several Times on the dealership & visited personally too, but received no proper or satisfactory answer from the Dealership. Please take necessary action against my complain otherwise I have to file the case in consumer court. The first service of my Jupiter is Due even I have not received any call courtesy call regarding the due service. The AFTER SALES service of Oceanic TVS is worst.     Ravi has asked to pay me via Mobikwik and charged 1070 extra. He mentioned that you will get cashback of 3000. But i got supercash in Mobikwik value, which is totally waste. This complaint is to return the extra money I paid, if you want take the supercash back which i received in mobikwik wallet

      Hi after a long planning I bought my scooty wego just 5 days back, this was my 2nd scooty I was indeed very excited and happy about that but to my utter surprise I'm really very disappointed with the scooty.I don't know where the problem lies or it was my bad luck that I got a defective piece this has tremendous starting up problem, it get's stopped all of a sudden in the middle of the road that is even more annoying and irritating when ever it passes through bumps or pitfalls it stops!!! I really feel like banging my head. I am very disheartened n disappointed with the scooty, when I visited the tvs selling centre, Vikas Auto, Shantinagar, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra they said no no wego is a superb bike this problem will resolve on its own.The delivery mechanic said it will be ok once I retune the WEGO and he spent around 3-4min with the WEGO, but i want to tell that i really want that my problem should be solved completely.Thank You.         Dear Sir, I am writing this to log a complain against the Binsar TVF service centre. I have given my bike (TVS RTR 180) for servicing purpose on 13th-Oct-14 and expected delivery of the same was 16th-Oct-14. But after several attempt to get the status of the bike by calling their number, as of now I did not able to get any update. Every time I called their service center, they never replied on the status update and always suggested me to call later. I am getting similar kind of responses since last 10 days. Address of the service center is given below with the service slip attached. If they continue to offer such service to the customer, then it will definitely create a bad impression of the TVS Motor company and its after sales service.           i have purchased Tvs apache180cc bike in febuary i am not satisfied with that bike, when we give for service because it has many problems like noise in the engine, vibration, complaints etc the bike dealer(bb tvs at chengalpattu) could not take care about it. the give me irresponsible answers and their service is very poor ... i want to take immediate action at their end

              My parents has gifted me a JUPITER.. 1month before.And I met an accident and taken to Grace Tvs authorised sales & service centre in kannur. Kerala for repair now it's 2weeks from I have given the vechicle for service. From service centre they are not taking interest in my scooter.. daily I went for enquire about my scooter but they are telling simple excuses and treating me in an indecent manner... they are considering the customer as an jocker.. what the people of showroom say that is right we customers should agree with that... i think you understood my problem and give a solution as soon as possible shijil [protected] email.id: [protected]@gmail.com

                I purchased a new Tvs Jupiter on 29th July 2014 from Bright Tvs Showroom at Nawabhat Bardhaman, westbengal. Registration number is WB42AB0481. After a few days some "tik tik" noises were coming out from the engine and from hydraulic as well. I reported it to the showroom and services, but never looked after this. After some days they called me over phone regarding service response. I reported it again. They asked me to come to the showroom, but replied that Camshaft need to replace and then they will look after the hydraulic issues.they asked me to come after a week. When I reached today (22/10/14) they asked me to do the 2nd free service also. But only replaced the camshaft and asked me to come another day and told me to keep my bike overnight with them. Without doing any service jobs, service manager asked me to sign on the job completion form, asked me to come after 10 days. I returned back to my house. The showrshowroom is approx 30km away from my house and I'm not at all convinced with them. I'm very much upset that why did i buy Tvs Jupiter? And promised not to avail any free service from your company service centre. Never do i suggest anyone to buy Tvs. My contact no is [protected].

                    I met with an minor accident 2 months back. Then after went to Jyoti Tvs authorised sales and service centre in Bhubaneswar for repairing of Apache Rtr 160 new model.since then my vehicle has not been made ok till date due to non-availibility of spare parts. They asked me to come after 10-15 days i have been waiting for the last 2 months but they have not yet called me once i have been visiting frequently and also calling them over phone regularly.                       Today I am going to buy your Jupiter White colour which I had booked on 08/10/204. Your Dealer M/s Rajdhani TVS of Muzaffarnagar city, told me that the accessories worth Rs 3200.00 is compulsory to buy on this Model. When I ask him to show this rule in written he deny to do so, and said that you may take your booked amount but with out accessories we will not give you this Model. So, I request you to take action. And if the dealer do this type of behaviour the the customer who wish to buy Jupiter or any other model of TVS may move towards other company.                         Hi I had my motorbike serviced from Sai Baba TVS, Hinjewadi, Pune recently. But service was pathetic and to add to this, I felt the good parts on the my bike were replaced with some damaged/non functional parts. I am saying all this because after handed over my bike at service center, the mechanic from service center had called me back and told me that he can change some of parts at very low cost from other bikes but don't tell this to my supervisor . I completely denied for this thing to him. But after getting my bike serviced I felt like there is no pick up left in my bike and the suspension from my bike is also gone. TVS Motorcycles As one of the top two wheeler manufacturer in India, customer expects not to steal the parts from their bike and replace with damaged ones at least, if not good service. But here Sai Baba TVS, Hinjewadi, Pune cannot be trusted and not even providing reliable service. I kindly request to take action on TVS Motor Company for being so liberal in authorizing an unreliable service agency.

                            This is the part 2 of my complaint. Previously i had a headleak which was very poorly handled by the so called service top mechanics. As i had earlier stated that my vehical is givng very poor mileage i visited for 3rd service yesterday and had mentioned my problems in job card at the time off delivery i was assured that the carborature leak and the mileage issue was fixed. Now it would give better than before so i took it for a ride. I filled 100 rs petrol and once it reached reserved(4239.2 km) i filled another 80rs(1.01lts shell super petrol) to my horror my petrol was finished before my expectations it reached its reserve(4261.1 km) it was shocking. I took it to the service center today i, e on friday oct 17. And quoted my problem tho again my vehicle went for testing they kept in on some sort of rolling bench where a vehicle takes a mileage test at the end of the test they claimed that my vehicles mileage is 74kms per litre can u believe it, its apache 160 RTR. Even platina does't give that much. It was like a joke being played on me. I felt idiotic and after around 20 mins of arguments i gave up. Because they can't be handled by us. So i would ask the higher authorities to please look into the matter. I am suffering a lot because of the poor mileage please help me. I have a lot of expectations from T.V.S company please don't make it go vain. Looking forward to hear a positive response.                               Dear TVS motors I like to bring to your notice that my brand new bike Apache RTR 160 purchased in the month of January 2014 was found with a engine failure. My hard earn money which has been invested on this bike was driven for just 9000km and found defect with the engine. I have noticed this issue from the second free service and i have been assured that after doing the regular service this problem will be resolved. but it is a huge disappointment that in the 4th free service i came to know my bike's engine is failed. I would like to provide you the vehicle details and job details as below:: Model : TVS APACHE RTR 160 REG no: KA 05 JC 2995 Job card No: 3317 Date: 15/10/2014 Name of the service centre: NEO Motors, Bilekahalli, Bangalore-560076 Note : All Four free services has been carried out in the same service centre .even after doing there is a failure in engine. I request to the management to provide me replacement with a brand new bike since the engine has failed within a span of 8 months and just driving 9000KM.                                     Hi I have purchased a TVS Jupiter vehicle from Shanthi TVS motors, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad in June2014. Suddenly met with an accident and have given them to insurance claim for it on Sep'14. And the survey also done by surveyor. But I did not get my vehicle till now and they are telling that Parts are not yet received from manufacturing unit since one month. And even I did not complete the 2nd free service also. So finally they promised me that they will deliver the vehicle by this Thursday ( 16.10.2014). I will wait 3 more days and then Iam going to raise a complaint at CONSUMER COURT. [protected]@gmail.com I Ashok Kumar.N a patron of TVS Motors, want to bring to your notice regarding a incidence which occurred today with the service center M/s Preetham Motors, Puttenahalli circle, JP Nagar 7 phase Bangalore 560078. Today, our scooty pep bearing register no KA 04 EP 7163 was with above said service center, when we went to clear the service bill through debit card. The service center denied to receive the payment through debit card, if at all they do with an extra 2% on service amount. But, they deny to give bill to the extra 2%, when we question how to account they direct us to go to bank or to TVS.Further they do not provide any information whom to address this issue. Sir, due to this inconvenience we have to carry cash always to this service center. We have another vehicle of hero honda (Majestic motors) there we dont face such situation.Please direct the agency to upgrade to the customer friendly system. If the authorised service centre only behave rudely how to continue with TVS .

I have been looking to buy the TVS Jupiter bike since 2-3 weeks now but looking at the way things are being dealt with, it does not seem to be any worth. To start with, i had visited multiple TVS showrooms in and found each one is quoting different Ex-showroom price and that too way higher that the prices being reflected on official TVS Jupiter website for the same region. Look at the fugures of Exshowroom price - TVS JUpiter as per official website in pune region - Rs. 46870 Centuary TVS, Bhandarkar Road, Pune - Rs. 49443 Kalamkar TVS, Baner, Pune - Rs. - 48610 When tried to understand the reasons for this deviation, there response was highly confusing and whole gamut of reasons were given, most of them being irrelevant - 1. It was told that the figures on website are not updated, 2. Then it was told that 2% LBT on top of Ex-showroom on website has been levied(which i believe should be a component included in Ex-showroom as this is not being charged by Honda in the same region) 3. Then they say basic accessories like mirror and all included worth 1500. When i called other vendor they say basic accessories are worth 800 and not included in Ex-showroom. The whole thing is so confusing. When i called customer care, they confirmed that the official website data is correct and exshowroom price is 46870 only and they are not aware of any LBT. Well they have logged the complaint but i did not have the slightest inkling that instead of resolving the problems, this would just aggravated the agony. I have been told that an executive from field office would contact me within 24 hours. Forget about 24 hours, it more than a week, no call and no response, I have called the customer care atleast 10 times to understand what is the action being taken on compliant. But every time without any variation, the response is all same - Very sorry for this, somebody will contact you (sometimes it was told 24 hrs, sometimes 2 hours, 1 hour) as if its a tape recorder playing the same message again and again. I humbly asked if there is any other way, any mail id to escalate the issue but there also the response is invariably the same - Please check the website, we are not aware of this. Atlast i requested to connect to someone senior in Customer care. To my surprise, response from him also turned out to be same. Very sorry, somebody would get in touch. Even the Contact us option on official website of TVS is not working. My only reason to go for this bike was my wife's strong belief to support our home brands if they are at par with foreign players, otherwise would have picked up Honda. But now this is really effecting my believes and makes me rethink. Is bringing a good product enough? What about other aspects specially honesty and integrity, customer care, prompt action? If those standards are getting compromised, is it really worth? It would be really great if some corrective action can be taken. Regards, Kapil
