I am writing this for complaining against the bad and poor service by the rajpoot tvs dehi.
Service center - jahangir puri, delhi-110033
I must say i have been forced to write this mail as i did not face any issue from the last 10 years by using tvs apache.

I purchased tvs jupiter with registration number-dl8scq3348 on 26th april, 2019. Since the day one central stand was not good as it touches the main foot rest and creates a sound (Friction as well).
I got my first service done on 7th july, 2019 and also requested them to repair the central stand. They did not repair the stand due to the unknown reasons. Washing was also not done by the service center as it was banned by the government authorities due to water shortage and they assured us that they will do it in the coming days. I got the call in the subsequent week for the washing from the service center and i went there on 21st july for the washing as well as repair of the central stand. Upon reaching they had provided me the service tag number-108 whereas the current number was 63. They told me to wait as it would be done quickly but after asking several times about the status they were not ready to give any answer.
I waited for more than 1.5 hrs and then i had to forcefully take my jupiter to go home without the service being done. No one really cared literally.
This is how you provide the service to the consumer. You don't do the service properly in the first place and then you don't correct it in the second instance as well. Your guys don't know how to attend the customers, your service guys don't know how to repair it, your waiting lounge don't have proper facilities for the clean drinking water, your guys don't care about the customers, your service center location is so bad that one may get ill due to the unhygienic conditions around the service center, you don't know how to retain the loyal customers.

I registered complaint with tvs service on 21st july and since then no action has been taken on the complaint. Only false promises are given on the mail.

Please take the corrective actions and don't harass the customers. Also please provide the number of the service manager for our region as i want to talk to him directly.

    Straight to the point, november 15 2018 - from opp sector 5 dwarka new delhi (Dynamic tvs) i bought your bike (Tvs apache 200 4v abs r2.0), few months after the purchase the bike was running good, but after 1000 km your bike disappointed me a lot.
    I used to take the bike to the authorized tvs workshop before its servicing date every time.
    Performance become so pathetic that now the bike is not predictable.
    Its has been 9 month from the purchase of the bike and the chain got rust, battery was dead twice, performance is zero. Just in 9 month the bike is showing such results as if the bike is 5 years old.
    Please advice me what should i do - this is the most expensive mistake i've ever made.
    I'm absolutely unhappy with your product. Please do the needful.

      -accelerator cable was locked for my (Chittaranjan) scooty pep+ (Ka09hg4173).
      -as soon as vehicle started it was about to meet an accident. Fortunately nothing happen to anyone.
      -vehicle towed in to showroom (Sona tvs, mysore). It was checked by supervisor on 14-aug-19 & as a solution he told accelerator cable has to be replaced but on 16-aug-19. When i asked for the explanation he told casually it happens. But i felt this breakdown somewhere related to safety, so when i asked about safety, he answered me there is no safety parts in two wheeler. I understand that risk priority number (Rpn) for src component is either 9/10.in that case this ignorance may cancel the license as it is violating government rules & regulation. I was surprised that how casually they are working even in authorized showroom. They may skip some checklist as they are not serious about src features.
      -secondly i felt sona tvs showroom people are making tvs maintenance more expensive. They are asking to replace the parts/consumable against tvs standard i. E. Engine oil replacement in 2000 kms where as in tvs manual it is 3000 kms, asking to replace transmission oil even when not required etc.
      -my vehicle was grounded 3 times including this complaint. This is not only leading to extra cost, but also wasted my valuable time. Over that they are not ready to accept the fault & arguing like mistake is done by us. Means we have done a mistake by choosing tvs.
      -i felt that every service is not done perfectly. So this kind of issue is coming.
      -also due to lack of time we could not be available during service. Even though we are available they are not allowing inside. Showroom is making money for replaceable parts (In document) but physically they are not replacing parts/consumable. Once i found operator kept some engine oil which was issued for my bike in dyuthi motors, hunsur road. I gave this feedback to the manager. I was surprised when i went next time they replaced small engine oil with big barrel. I was quite happy. This point is an additional suggestion, if you consider your customer will be delightful. Guarantee is give by company, customer is paying full money for oil replacement, performance is compromised as not meeting manual specs. So
      It is up to tvs to improve or not.

        I met an accident of tvs jupiter 2 month old and submitted vehicle at alok auto sales, sikandra bodla road agra.
        First of all they didn't provide complete claim. When i talk for delivery they provide invoice and same send to insurance company bajaj allianz. When i call to insurance for payment dispersement detail, they told me that invoice is differ from estimate. So disperse amount will deduct. I own 0 depreciation policy from the dealer. It's approx 5 day from the date of vehicle ready. And i m just moving like shuttle. Kind request you to help me out.

Is this a joke, and such irresponsible dealership...

              Today 13th august 2019 i have gave my tvc scooty for 2nd free service.
              Their is pick up problem and service adviser says the problem has resolved and i have pay total amount 595 now i test drive than sooty has created same problems and i give 0 rating at that time than manager i don't know what's name has misbehave his says if you come again i will not giving service and also throw my sooty outside. I m very scared what i wrong if i am not scarification so i will give rating according to service.

                  My scooty up-80da8461 repaired at asian agencies, jorhat assam for engine starting problem. Cylinder block, piston, cam chain, clutch shoe, adjuster, valve changed. Deposited my scooty at the service centre on 04 aug 19 and collected back on 07 aug 19. I have paid ₹5693/-. While coming back from agency scooty stopped on the way. Had to push the scooty to my residence. Again pushed the scooty all the way to service centre (9km) on 10 aug 19. I feel my scooty being experimented and i am being cheated. Please intervene why my scooty's problem is not being resolved.

                    I am ad. V varun p katkade from parbhani maharashtra i have purchase apache 160 rtr 25 aug 2017 from nikhil auto wheels dealer after 1 st servicing bike chain sound problem has been started still i have facing same problem. My bike last emi finance date is next month. Dealer service mechanic was told me that you have to change chain box kit. Within 2 years this type of problem which i had faced its not good deal with tvs.. I have 15 years user of pulsar dtsi 150. But i have purchase tvs only because of feature. I am not happy with tvs. As soon as possible solved my issue. Otherwise i will take legal action because i was spend 1 lac 20 thousand for this bike.
                    Kindly i have request you to solved this trouble or do as you can.

                      I have purchased jupiter and it is having startup issue since i have purchased it, had a word with customer care to replace the scooter, as it is under warranty, but they said we can not replace it and when we handover the scooter it was in ok condition, now my question is that do you have any provision where customer can take 3/4 days test ride before purchasing same bike/scooter (Pathetic response).

                      Today, 3rd time i have given my scooter to service centre for same issue. Service centre engineer fix it for the period of 2 months and after 2 months over scooter start giving startup issue. Not sure whether tvs service centre engineer are well trained or they just giving temporary solution and waiting for warranty expiry date, so that they can charge more money to me to fix that issue, which they can fix it under warranty.

                      I will request tvs customer care to have look into it and fix the issue permanently, as this scooter is used by my wife and yesterday due to this problem she has to push the bike around 3km.

                      Scooter has been given to yash tvs service centre, wraje, pune to fix the issue permanently. Kindly do follow up with the service centre.

                        Hi madam/sir,

                        I'll always prefer and driving tvs branded motorcycles since 2011to till now, as an indian brand i really proud. I own 2011 star city, an awesome bike. Last week monday booked radeon purple colour, same got delivered on friday with registration. I love the bike's engine, exhaust note everything, later the things gone worried. The showroom peoples were really supportive, they filled up with 1ltr and i filled 5ltrs of petrol on friday. Upto yesterday, the odo was only 191kms, with 1ltr of petrol remaining. Returns mileage of around 38.3kmpl. Got running cutoff 15times, as an engineer of myself, i opened tank cap and closed it, then the moment it started, so i concluded there is problem with tank cap and air lock issue. After day by day, the fuel level reduces and noticeable. Finally noticed petrol leaking in top of tank cap. Shocked and went to vs tvs showroom, shanti nagar, hosur where i purchased my bike. They taken the bike for service. Hope they will change the tank with new one unless rework it. Its a major issue. Pls kindly consider this as a consumer complaint, acknowledge it and resolve the problem completely with mileage checking.

                        Within 4 days of delivery, the bike started fault due to manufacturing defect. This is serious issue, mileage of 38kmpl, pls change the tank with new one and deliver it after mileage checking.

                          I recently bought my new apache rtr 200 4v race edition 2.0 they (Shree leakshmi automobiles dombivli easy) didn't give me the manual and necessary documents till now.

                          And other side after passing of vehicle i have gone through accident have 0 debt insurance i have given vehicle on since last 12 days your authorised service centre has no priority for customers.

                          They give the false commitment and didn't give systematic information or procedure

                            I had purchased a TVS NTORQ 125 Disc Matte Red Regd No KL-18-V-8972 Engine No AG7GJ2405782 Chassis No MD626AG78J2G65102 from Top Motors, Kannanchery, Kozhikode on 08 August 2018.

                            It is highly regretted to mention that the performance of the vehicle varient was absolutely disappointed.

                            The vehicle has been admitted in the service centre for repair six times due to break down since it's purchase even before completing hardly one year.

                            Now the vehicle is again kept at home due to starting trouble since last two days even the vehicle was serviced on 02 August 2019.

                            In view of the foregoing, may I request you to look into the matter and arrange to replace the vehicle or advice us on the same immediately.

                              Hello all,

                              Currently i have apache 160 4v black dual disk, chassis no - md637ae70j2k01061, registration no - dl9s bs 2717, bike run only 6000km.

                              I purchased an apache 160 4v bike on 31 oct 2018 from dynamic motors pvt. Ltd. (Address: a15, rajapuri main palam nazafgarh road, opp. Sec-5, dwarka, new delhi 110059).

                              In dec 2018, the bike did not start, so i have to call tvs roadside assistance, the person came from the tvs and said, the spark plug got carbon so bike was not able to start, at that time bike run was only 100km.

                              Then in june, i was on the way to my office, the speed was around 40-45 km/hr, the bike sudden breakdown while running. I saved myself from an accident due to this sudden breakdown. Then again i had to call tvs roadside assistance, their person came and diagnose the bike and said we have to take the bike to service center. After one day, they said we had to open the engine and change the valves, the bike run was 4495km.

                              Then again in the month of july, when i was on highway, speed was around 60-70 km/hr, the bike get stop while running. And i got lucky by saving myself from a major accident. Then like always the same story, i had to call tvs roadside assistance, their person came, inspect the bike and took to service center as he was not able to fix the issue there. The service center said you will get your bike day after tomorrow and when i got the bike they said there were spark plug and electronic component issue. At that time bike run was 5700km.

                              Contact with the tvs customer support team in july via mail and they said to come to service center. From my busy schedule, i took the bike to dynamic motors service center. The manager mr. Raghav said you keep the bike here and we will thoroughly diagnose it so that you wont face any difficulty in future. They returned the bike after 3 days and assures that there will be no issue further.

                              Then after 2 days, when bike start making interrupted sound and start giving issues in acceleration, i took the bike again back to service center. This time they keep the bike with them for 3 days and again they had to open the engine and change the piston of it. The bike run was 6000km.

                              I left the bike at dynamic tvs service center on 31st july 2019, as i am frustrated with this faulty product. This bike is risk full for life as i got saved by accident 2 times with this bike.

                              If i am paying 1.4 lac, i am expecting a reliable product.

                              So, i don't need this kind of bike. I cannot tolerate this bike anymore and will never ever recommend any one to go with tvs brand or apache bike. This is my experience with tvs apache 160 4v.

                              I have TVS Jupiter scooty but it has lot of problem. I have never seen it go beyond 60 km/h. It just start giving annoying noise and stops abruptly. So, my experience about TVS products is very bad.
                              I was thinking that TVS is a reputated brand in India that i decided i will purchase apache but my relative says that apache bike not good, my relative says it create problem after one month of purchase, totally useless product . that is why i decided that i will go with Honda and purchase Honda shine..it is working well...
                              I have Yamaha SZR and it is running quite well since 2011. I decided to buy TVS Apache 200 but after all these reviews and experiences, I had to change my mind. Now I thought of R15. TVS brand has to test throughly their product before selling them in market as other brands do like Yamaha or Suzuki.
                              Dear Ravi I can understand your horrible experience with TVS company. The same issues happend with my brother last year. The same story created by TVS person to my brother, like they solve your problem etc etc but the could not.
                              Finally my brother fight with the ridiculous TVS customer support. After suffering lost of problems he get his money back from TVS company. Go to court and take your money back from useless company's
                              products. This company is not deserve even one Star.
                              ...NO TO TVS BRAND...
                              I have Apache 160 bike which halts every now and then . I even fear to drive this bike beyond speed of 60 km/h becos it's stops abruptly anytime in the middle of traffic. TVS Apache is giving road side assistance because they already know this problem arise in their products. I don't think I will recommend this product to any one.
                              Very bad experience.
                              TVs is a worst company
                              Yes I also have a horrible experience with TVS 200 4v bike.

                              I got my full money back after log fight.

                              Raise this issue in consumer court.
                              If anyone is thinking to buy a new 2 wheeler, I suggest you not to go with TVS products else your hard earned money will go in vain and more than that you will always frustated with their product . I have puchased a TVS Apache 160 4v last year, the new model is not good as it starts giving you problems after 2-3 months of light driving . You can't even think to take their bike for a long tour because they are not reliable . Their products are disgusting and problematic too.TVS is the only company which gives road side assistance which means whenever/wherever your vehicle stopped working and you are on road, you can call them. They give this service because they know that their vehicles can stop on road abruptly.

                                Hello, i am using apache rtr 160 fi 2009 model and from last couple of months it's not starting due to fuel pump and injector issue. And j have visited 2 3 service stations and none of them is having some of its parts. Right now my vehicle is in oceanic motors ahmedabad and they said company itself is not having the related parts. So does it means that tvs bike should be scrapped out after some years because company don't have parts of that. My bike details are as follows.

                                    I have purchased TVs ntorq 10 months back at MGMotors, Tambaram. Last month onwards I have getting battery problem continuosly and complaint the same to MG motors but no response from the dealers for getting the new replacement..vehicle no TN11AH6288.. also we face lot problem with the Agency not given proper responses to the customer..kindly help me to clear the issue at the earliest.

                                      I've complained about my bike's problem (Heating issue) here in dharan. Then in tvs website. They do called me but not to solve my problem but to disturb me. They are just wasting my time saying they will solve. Now i am totally confused what to do. And to whom to ask for compensation for loss i faced due to my bike's heating issue. Is there someone who protects me when if my bike caughts fire??

                                        all over I have to push the bike in rain till petrol pump spoken to lady advisor given a big smile when said petrol empty...very bad service truley
