Dear sir/mam. I am having a 2010 model tvs wego. I got it serviced on time from service center of tvs. I am complaining about a problem from last three service. Each time they give a surity that your vehicle will b alright again. After service it works for a month or so properly and then the same start happening as before. Don not know if these nerds are not in a mood to get my vehicle alright again or they are not able to understand the problem of my vehicle. My vehicle stops in between due to which i have to walk many kilometers in search of a repairing center or a convince to get my vehicle back to home. I am really very much exhausted and irritated with this now. Please it will be very helpful from your side if you forward it

    Hi Sir, please see the below detail > Dear sir, > I have purchased brand new TVS Motor bike Apache from LAL Motor Agency, Anandpur Shahib, Punjab. But I found old spare part ( Engine Head ) assembled in the bike after purchasing . Spare part was found repainted. When I ask to dealer then he said, we will change new spare part.As a buyer if I paid for new bike then why I accept the dealers terms. I had try to connect with dealer many times but I don't get any response from them.I don't want re assembled bike.       Hi, Today I have left my TVS Wego for a paid service at Ajay Motors in Mysore road. At the time of inspection for receiving the vehicle, I have been an estimate of 1300 Rs for the service. After the service i got a call saying my vehicle is ready after service. They said that the total bill value is Rs. 1306. I was surprised that how come a person even before opening the vehicle the exact amount is estimated. With that I went to the showroom to check for what purpose I have been charged Rs.1306. The bills shows that some spares have been replaced. I was surprised that a vehicle which has not run more than 5700 kms, For that they have changed the spares of Choke cable, CR7E plug, Foam Comp, Foam air injection. How come a vehicle which has not run more than 5700 kms, the spare parts are being replaced. Also the technician said that the battery needs to be replaced as it a 4LV battery. The battery in a wego is to be 5LV. I am using a Honda unicorn for the past five years. For all the five years i am doing my vehicle service at a company service outlet. But none of the time they have changed the spare parts unnecessarlily without the consent of the customer. For five years for a normal service to my unicorn the service charge including oil change is 650 which includes 95 rs for chain lubrication. For the first time i am hearing that to change the oil, clutch wire labour charges are being applied. Also they have charged for clutch overhauling. But even after I said that my accelerator is bit hard to operate, it is the same even after service. Also in a shell fuel station they change the engine oil for free. I think this might one of the several reasons people tend to buy honda vehicle or a foreign vehicle, because of good service and vehicle quality. Looking forward for reply from your end.

        I bought a black jupiter on april 1st of this year. Petrol pipe which connects to the carborator and fuel tank got a crack and i lost half of my tank fuel to go and repair to the nearest mechanic, i replaced it later at goregaon service center for which i was charged. The axillator wire got stuck and my speed raised so high that i nearly missed an accident.I just want to understand the warranty details and safety norms. I kindly request the company and its responsible executives to look in to this matter .

          I had purchased a Wego vehicle from Kathir TVS in Thiruvananthapuram in September 2014. I had to pay 1.8% extra as I wanted to use my credit card for purchase. The vehicle got registered and was lying in the showroom. AFter 3 days I had to ring them up and came to know that my vehicle is ready. They take money from you in thousands and 1 rupee they wont spent from their side. In november 2014, my vehicle met with an accident. As usual i gave to the showroom for repair. Today in the morning they rang me up at 11.00 am and told me to come and collect the vehicle. I went at 5.00 pm and still the vehicle is not ready. The vehicle was not washed and also the parts were not fitted properly. They made me wait till 6.30 pm and I had to come home empty handed. What sort of services is this. when Kathir TVS cant handle these petty issues, they better close their showroom and sell some chanas on the road. Shame on these people.

            Hi, I gave my scooter for a faulty/damaged breaking system on 28/10/14, for which TVS Showroom/service center (Sri Vari Motors TH Road, New Washermanpet Ch-81) didn't have the necessary parts for. After much negligent communication I was given a weeks time to get my scooter back. It has been two weeks now and still I haven't received my scooter back and there is no proper response from the dealers. I received a call today from Sri Vari Motors saying that my scooters due for service is up and was requested to deliver the scooter for repair and service. Doesn't a showroom have the basic of spares for a new product? My scooters been sitting there for almost half a month and yet they call up for service without even checking. Bad product first of all that such a major complaint happened even before the free service period is over. And second, unruly response by the employees. Its not like they are servicing it for free or spending money from their own pocket. I will never refer Sri Vari Motors TH Road nor TVS Wego. Its just a waste of money..

              Dear sir, Good day. i bought tvs jupiter from trivandrum showrom on 24th april 2014. today(7/11/14) i faced battery low problem, battery not charged. i just completed 4th service on this month first. I think battery was not fixed properly or exchanged. kindly do the needful. please take neccesarry actions.

                        on the 25th of October 2014 I had booked a TVS Star City Plus Red color. almost 9 days have gone I haven't received my Vehicle. Their told me that the Color is not in stock. Now there are telling me to wait for 25 - 30 days. Please Help me.

                          Hello, This is chaitanya from hyderabad. I bought your TVS Apache which is still in service period.I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service provided by your service center at Hyderabad(kothapet-sneha tvs). From my previous service experiences that they are not doing the service properly and give my vehicle in a bad condition. one such example is they gave me filling the engine oil not even half and now with 1 year i was said that my bore and piston got damaged though even I mentioned that problem in my last service which now costs me around 5000rs INR outside.

                          Abnornal vibration in whole bike... Service is tooo bad...i never see this type of ###### Gear problem... Horn and side light problem...its too worse thing of tvs...

                            I have given my byke rtr[protected] at saturn motors, yelahanka, Bangalore on 13-10-14! They tested my byke and told me about engine problem that will took time of 5 days! I gave my byke der and yet 1-11-14 today, they havnt delivered my byke! They are only making ridiculous excuses! I went der on Wednesday in this week and I saw der my byke was kept one side and no work is yet done!! M very depressed due to this! My brother scolded them there, they told me! They will definitely delivered it on friday! But again they are making excuses and saying that they deliver it on monday! It's really a matter of shame for tvs company, ur top and reputed vechile rtr 180 is in this condition...totally poor service!! It's seems I invite headache when I bougjt this!! U r charging more than 10k and keeping byke for a month! What is this??? Plz take actions soon else I have to go to police station or court finally!!

                              Team, This is regarding the problems i am facing on my Wego which i purchased on january 2013 from Auto point, Surat. after the purchase for it was good until its clutch got jammed, so i got it replaced but the same problem occured after few weeks again it was replaced and for the third time the clutch was jammed, having no option i got it replaced again. The clutch nuisance was over and a new problem arised, the kick used to get stuck even after complaining about it on each and every service till date i am having the problem, A few days back wego stopped completely, no self start no kick start. I called the service center but the said they had no man power to pick it up, so i had to get it to the servce center by getting it loaded on a tempo, I even talked to your manager of auto point and he told me that, "If we keep serving customers even after 1 year of purchase then how will our company run." Now this was really unexpected and rude. It was in service for 3 days and the serviceman told that its wire and oil need to be replaced, got it done, After one day wego stopped again harldy i drove it 10-15 kms, again i called the sevice center and the same answer no man power to pick the vehicle, i called your customer care and they told me that in 24 hrs i will get a call back from the company, But as usual no response from your company. please i expect my problem to be solved by the earliest.

                                  Hi, We have purchased a TVS Sports purchased on 25-Sept-2013, from Bharath TVS at Bank colony konankunte Bangalore. Bike is been serviced regularly at the same service center. From past two months we are facing problem with vehicle electrical equipments. The battery was replaced under warranty three months ago but now the electric start, horn and turn indicators are not in working conditions. On request at the service center during periodic service, the serivce advisor doesn't bothered much to address the issue. The battery was recharged and the wiring was checked but after a day the problem exists. Request you to look into the matter and do the needful to get the problem rectified Thank you, Pradeep [protected]

                                    Dear Team, Consider this message as a complaint against your Dealer "Oceanic TVS - Drive-In-Road Branch, Ahmedabad." As mentioned above I had purchased my TVS Jupiter on[protected], but Still I have not received any information regarding the Registration Number of my Jupiter. I had called several Times on the dealership & visited personally too, but received no proper or satisfactory answer from the Dealership. Please take necessary action against my complain otherwise I have to file the case in consumer court. The first service of my Jupiter is Due even I have not received any call courtesy call regarding the due service. The AFTER SALES service of Oceanic TVS is worst. But i got supercash in Mobikwik value, which is totally waste. This complaint is to return the extra money I paid, if you want take the supercash back which i received in mobikwik wallet

                                      Hi after a long planning I bought my scooty wego just 5 days back, this was my 2nd scooty I was indeed very excited and happy about that but to my utter surprise I'm really very disappointed with the scooty.I don't know where the problem lies or it was my bad luck that I got a defective piece this has tremendous starting up problem, it get's stopped all of a sudden in the middle of the road that is even more annoying and irritating when ever it passes through bumps or pitfalls it stops!!! I really feel like banging my head. I am very disheartened n disappointed with the scooty, when I visited the tvs selling centre, Vikas Auto, Shantinagar, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra they said no no wego is a superb bike this problem will resolve on its own.The delivery mechanic said it will be ok once I retune the WEGO and he spent around 3-4min with the WEGO, but i want to tell that i really want that my problem should be solved completely.Thank You.                                         Dear Sir, I am writing this to log a complain against the Binsar TVF service centre. I have given my bike (TVS RTR 180) for servicing purpose on 13th-Oct-14 and expected delivery of the same was 16th-Oct-14. But after several attempt to get the status of the bike by calling their number, as of now I did not able to get any update. Every time I called their service center, they never replied on the status update and always suggested me to call later. I am getting similar kind of responses since last 10 days. Address of the service center is given below with the service slip attached. If they continue to offer such service to the customer, then it will definitely create a bad impression of the TVS Motor company and its after sales service.
