my three months tvs bike jacks and ceases when on motion as if fuel finishes even though there is enough fuel. Carburetor check and no problem with carburetor, five mechanic technician has tried to solve the problem but all to no avail. please, help me on how to resolve this problem.     I am very much unsatisfied with service center from last two service, the only good factor is the mechanic Munna who always understand the value of old customer and does whatever is there under his capabilities. About my complaint I want you to know that my bike is single handed and well maintained which gives smooth ride as well as mileage upto 55-60 KMPL and its true, but due to careless attitude of other mechanic my bike’s mileage is disturbed also on my second last service the mechanic adjusted my accelerator cable such a way that every time when I turn handle right race of my bike increases randomly, this was supposed to be fixed on next service as I have told them the issue but problem remained same, this time service was also poor I never feel like my bike has been serviced. On giving feedback I received a call from Mr. Sharma who asked me to come so i went on last Saturday. There Munna checked my bike a told that accelerator cable replacement was required but Mr. Sharma asked me to pay why should I pay if it was damaged due to your mechanics fault. I have never gave my bike for servicing other than Munna but from last two services it was some other mechanic and still my problem is same please help.       I have purchased new scooty streaks almost a month ago I m facing some kind of noise issue from the back side of my bike . So when I submitted my bike for first service I inform this to service center and ask the to resolve it but they didn't resloved they ask me to csome again on next day. So again I visited but the problem was still the same and they also created a new problem in my bike that is my bike' horn, why u people sell somthing for which u cant give a proper service very bad after sales service I m very disappointed.I was a bit scooty fan but now I think I have done mistake by purchasing scooty

        I bought apache rtr 160 at 26 january from that day to till i am strugling with this bike.
        This bike having balancing and vibration problem which is really not convineat to ride.
        I visited four times service station every time they change the tyre and send me back but still problem is not solved and from last 2 days my bike is in tvs service station but they cant able to solve this.
        If they cant able to solve the problem they can change the bike or give my money back.
        Pls do need full for me

          I had purchased a TVS WEGO last year. The product was defective ( fuel indicator and signalling system not working) on the day of delivery Subsequently in the warranty period the scooter has failed several times and everytime some patchwork is done there on The company is refusing to reimburse my cost on the scooter Moreover the company sales person is trying to avoid the matter by stating that issue is because of non servicing whereas it has been serviced regularly
          customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Even i have problems with TVS Wego, Auto Start is not working, Technians say its fuse problem they put a copper wire around the fuse and claim its been rectified. when i started my vehicle this morning flames came out of my vehicle and when i checked all the wires got burnt and it failed to start after that, after serveral complaints they have not rectified the problem its been 3 months i have purchased this vehicle and i a certainly not happy with TVS Wego, I DONT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO BUY TVS WEGO.

            I am writing this mail for the 2nd Time.Firstly i would like to thank you for the immediate response of the complaint given last time.But sorry to say this my problem has repeated once again.I had given my bike to VS Service Centre complaining vobling issue with the bike on 15th April 2014.Manager Permal said that there is a problem with Front Tyre and Front Tyre needs to be Changed.As per their insistence i told them to Change new Tyre and for the same i paid Rs.1450.00 for new tyre.Invoice Num 857 dated 28.04.2014.

            25.04.2014 on friday showroom people called me and said bike is ready for deliver. I took the bike for test drive but my problem dint solve so i dint take my bike deliver and left it in the show room.Again show room people said that they will change the Front Wheel and they will deliver the vehicle on Monday.As promised they delivered the vehicle on Monday. I took vehicle for the test drive. But still my Problem dint solve.When i said the same thing to them they said there is a manufacturing defect in TVS Sports vehicle.Problem cant be solved.When i complained the same to Manager Permal he talked very Rudly stating that"you are not getting done bike service in our show room y we need to serve u he said".Since Baglur show room is very near to us we are getting service in Baglur Show room.When i called from my mobile he is disconnecting my call and when re receives he is telling me"Complaint to whomever u want i am least bothered"he said.I am having Extended Warranty for 5years.This time i am fed up of rude behaviour of your service people.So i dont have any other option other than going to consumer court r else my bike needs to be replaced.Buying bike from TVS and getting scoldings from you all
            the time is not acceptable.The day 1st when i bought this bike till now i am facing this problem.I am unable to ride the bike.

              I had given my TVS Apache RTR 160 for service in Vemppampattu TVS showroom (Chennai) and I could find there are many problems which am facing right now that too I couldn't able to realize where's the fault in my bike (Faults : Huge vibration all over, Indicator is not working, Oil leakage and lots more. It was the second time given for service but still those problem contuining. Please do kindly assist me on this and find me a solution.

                My bike is getting a lot of problem frm the very moment i took the bike, first suspension problem, and in the first servicing time, i complained for the handle vibration and sound problem and today they told to replace the parts by paying money, as today again i complained many problems like silencer missfire, horn not working, and suspension problem and brake sounds, even once the shockers were replaced by them, now also they are not working properly, today i am going to pay 900 rupess for the handle parts replacement, that is the racer bolt change, I need a full inspection on the bike, that i want not to get any further problem on this, Thank YOU Bike name: TVS APACHE RTR 160 RD Dealer _ TVS ARYA MOTORS Service center _ ARYA MOTORS Buying Date: August 31 2013 First complained: after 4 days till today.

                  Hi, I gave my Scooty Pep + for servicing on 22.04.2014, at SAI TVS JABALPUR .I got it back after servicing at 7 PM and after drviving just a few KMs, the engine ceased and the vehicle stopped mid way . After this when in the morning i asked the service Center to repair this, they are asking for Rs.5000 . This is very poor customer service and not expected out of TVS . Please help and let me know what can be done,

                    I was impressed about the design and features of your newly launched TVS Jupiter, so I decided to book one to replace my 10 years old Honda Activa. Even though I was happy with the service of Honda, I decided to go for your newly launched vehicle jupiter. I did book the vehicle of grey colour on the second week of February at one of your dealers, Koyas Automobiles, Calicut, Kerala and the deal was that the vehicle will be delivered after one month. So I waited for one month and on 12th of March I made the full payment for the vehicle. But they told me that the motorcycle is not available and I have to wait for one week. I expected the delivery on the next week, but all my expectations were in vain. Next week also I was informed to wait one more week. Now when it's two months after booking ( one month after full payment ) they are informing that the company has stopped the production of Jupiter to clear out the excess stock of some other scooter, I guess it's wego. I'm a mechanical engineer and I can understand the technical difficulties, but If there was a delay you guys would have informed me atleast after a month. How long I have to wait for your scooter...??? Is this the customer service you are providing...!!! Now I regret ma decision to be a TVS customer. If this is the service you are giving us before buying the scooter, then what should we have to expect when we have owned one... Don have any more expectations, I just want to know how long I have to wait for my Jupiter...

                      I want to share my experience with Ramsay TVS Velachery
                      I had booked a Jupiter on the 24th of Feb by paying 5000 rs as advance and was promised the vehicle in 20 days
                      After daily follow up and 35 days, today on the 31st of March, we were informed our booking is cancelled on the supposed delivery date by the Sales Manger Mr Stalin.
                      No reasons were given and we have wasted 35 days and i have refused to accept his cancellation.They have threatened us to either take back my advance or lose it as well.
                      Hopeless attitude by the staff in Velachery branch.

                            Hi i brought a TVS STAR CITY 2 years back, after 7 months due to some issues the ignition coil for self start has breakdown, i couldnt get it fixed in the service center, the people in the service center are saying company didnt released the above said coil. After a hectic problem some mechanic repaired it and made it to work, but he mentioned you need to replace the coil with new one. But i didnt got that coil till now, i have searched in all the service centers in Hyderabad, but no use. Due to that coil fault till now i am not able to ride it properly. TVS company released the vehicle and didnt released its part. Each and every time i am facing with the coil, no one in the service center are feeling responsible for that. i have spent all about 20, 000/- till date to rectify it but no use. Please suggest me what to do. Please do the need full asap.

                              I purchased TVS star City 110ES from shelar automobiles Pune on 4th oct 2011. From the day I purchased the bike there were problems related to suspension. In the span of 6 months the parts of front suspension had to be replaced. There was problem of braking from the day 1 i purchased. They replaced the brake liners and said the issue is resolved but after 2 months again the same issue happened. Immediately there was oil leakage from head assembly. I paid 1500/- for the same but the problem is not yet resolved. I am trying to follow up but there is no response form TVS motors.The reason they specify is that i fill the petrol on Indian Oil Pump and that has caused the leakage. There are lacs of people who fill from indian oil so is there problem in Indian oil or in the bike. Now the syuspensions both front and rear has gone in such a dire state that there is no spring action remained in the suspensions. I have urged TVS to either resolve my problems or take back the vehicle and repay me the amount. I asked them for all the quality reports from shop floor where testing has been done but they are unable are produce those. I doubt whether they are checked thoroughly or not? Request you to please help me in getting justice.

                                As i purchased a new wego from shanti motors (himayathnagar) on november 1 2013 from 3rd day onwards it started giving problems like Bike getting pulled off to left side, automatically while driving, Total vibration and its headlights are not working, getting started after a long time with self start, the vehicle is getting automatically off while driving as it is too risky for us because as it gets off in the middle of the road there's a possibility of accident or collision from backside causing heavy loss for us and the one who comes from backside... many times i have approached the dealer he fixes the problem but it starts again from the very next day of fixing the problem i want my money back (62, 000)

                                  Sir myself Mr. Subhash Kumar Majumdar from Raigarh (C.Garh), Sir i have purchased a scooter, model TVS JUPITER on dated 21/01/2014 from authorized dealer M/s. APARAJITA TVS at Raigarh. Sir from the date of purchase i.e. 21/01/2014 front panel of scooter is not fit with his another part of attachment so big gap is shown on the body. Sir not only the gap is matter for me actually due to not perfect fit with another attachment this is creating noise at the time of ridding (i thing noise cause is for vibration when vehicle run). Sir i have visit at service center today on dated 24/01/2014, the 3 different authorized service engineer are unable to resolve this problems & they spent more then 5 Hrs. to solve this problems. Sir finally they admit this panel is defective. Sir after the confirmation from Service engineer i have visit with manager of the Authorized Dealer & i request to him for change my vehicle, sir actually vehicle is brand new & it is run only 42 kilometer in 3 days but manager said me that once vehicle is sold we will not replace this. Sir i under stand which type of problems are made on replacement of vehicle, but sir what can i do now. Sir i have rights to put my words before the authority. Sir why i go with adjustment when i pay full amount as per the demand of sales manager. Sir all the Service engineers has opened the panel more then 10 time during the 6 hrs. time period with out proper care of vehicle, much of place on the panel are scratches, due to many time open & some clamp are damage. Sir i fell i am helpless so please lodge my complain & give me positive feedback. sir i want to know one thing that when all the product are ready for before the sale one or more then one quality controller have checked the product. Sir i want to know which type of duty or service provide by TVS company, if it is defective then it how can be out from market. TVS company are cheated with their customer.                                     I had purchased TVS wego from Kanak Automobiles, Panvel, Dist Raigad, Maharashtra on July-2013. Till Dec'2013 there was no problem. Recently it was happened that accelerator cable suddenly got free and vehicle was going on continuously. By luck I was traying to start when vehicle was on main stand so I could able to switch off the vehicle by pressing key immediately otherwise you could imagine what would be the situation if accelerator cable got trouble when the vehicle is running on road. There will be big accident for our precious life.

                                    I wanted know that with the new vehicle how such accelerator cable getting problems. The run of vehicle just completed 1000 kms. I have shown this problem to authorised service centre at Belapur Navi Mumbai (Mob No.[protected] shivkumar) he says there is no problem. But i want to brought to the notice that there may be manufacture defects.

                                    Kindly inform me what action will be taken by you for the above serious problem to newly purchased vehicle to avoid any serious happenings please.

                                    I expect that TVS company is very reputed company and will definitely respect the genuine complaints.

                                    Same problem here
                                    Bike starts with highest accelerator speed on start up. The engine has to be switched OF[censored]sing key to stop it, as the accelerator moves freely and does not control speed. This has happened several times in last 3 months and the service centre has not rectified the problem in last service. After a few days of this problem the accelerator remains loose and moves freely and the scooty does not start at all.
                                    Yes I also have same problem...
                                    I got my TVs Wego and within six months time after third service the accelerator
                                    became loose. I had it replaced by a local dealer due to some exigencies and to get back home. During next service I wrote the problem as complaint. But the service center at Bangalore did not attend the problem. Further more when i reiterated they asked me to pay around five thousand rupees to get the cable changed. In all when I give for service they give the vehicle a body wash, refill oil here and there, charge exorbitantly and give the vehicle back without any thought o[censored]ser safety

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a new Scooty pep+ from Pahal TVS delear situated, Bank Street, Plot No 5, Zone-II, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011, Phone[protected] on 3rd December 2013. After 1 month of delivery dealer did not send my papers for registration of vehicle till the date of writing this mail even they did not issued insurance policy of the same. the behavior of employees are not good.
                                      this position is not with me alone, so many people raised complaint regarding poor service of this dealer, so i think company should take some appropriate action to keep up the name of TVS.

                                      Worst Support! Extremely Bad customer service. Never ever buy from this dealer, you will surely regret. Completely unprofessional employees who make customer fools as many times as they want. Even so called GM of this Dealership is a big NON-PROFESSIONAL person, who has no sense of handling customer. Want to experience bad treatment, and lifetime regret? visit them once, you will be next to give the ZERO RATING Here! Save your time and look for alternatives.
                                      Where to lodge complain?
                                      I don't think TVS is reading these, TVS is such a great company, but this "Pahal TVS, MP NAGAR, Bhopal" has let TVS face down. Sales executives and Managers had wasted lots of my precious time and they always make FAKE COMMITMENTS, few of my friends had warned me, but I ignored it because I wanted to buy and get me vehicle serviced at MP Nagar. I realized my mistake after wasting my time in visiting and being fooled by Sales Manager and other employees. I decided not to buy from this dealer, I also looked for AUTHORISED DEALERS LIST in TVS website and then again I was shocked that this Dealer was not et al listed. BEWARE of PAHAL TVS BHAOPL.

                                      I am Prateek Kumar Jain who bought TVS Apache RTR 160 from Pahal TVS Showroom established in Bhopal in the month of October by giving 20, 000/- cash to one of their sales person and he said sir rest amount you can submit after one month but i am some busy in my job and not able to go there again but i visit showroom in month of December and found some new face again over there and they said plz submit rest amount of Rs 9, 000/- which is previously only 3, 000/- after this i am again busy in my job but no followup from showroom too after this incident they don't call on my no. not even visit in my office but directly go to my home and cause some noise violence due to this i personally visited showroom on very next day and called all officials and they said its okay mister jain plz submit rest amount of rs 13, 000/- and claim your vehicle on 9th February but till time they did not give me any proper response and also not provide my vehicle i want to lodge complaint against all this non-sense to senior management of company but no one wants to tell me proper way now i really don't have any choice.

                                      Exshowroom price of tvs pep plus is 41570. but dealer vivek motor is telling 43930 and 16600 asessary compalsary.

                                        Dear sir, this is to inform you that i purchased tvs apache 180 rtr bike on 14/10/2012 from FARAKKA MOTORS NTPC MORE, NABARUN, FARKKA, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL. They took Rs 89200 which is more then that of the market price i.e. 86000 and promised me that u will get all the insurance and registration book in time i.e after 3 month and because of this they have charged me so. But as on today i.e. 27/12/2013 means after more then one year i haven't got my registration book after continuous requesting and begging them.Now they even have not receiving my call and totally ignoring me. so, kindly sir help me for the same. thanks you in cooperation, yours truly RAHUL KUMAR CHOUDHARY NTPC barh, patna (india) contact no- [protected]
