Please help in resolving the issuse as continiously i had going through the dhamiza TVS service center for my bike servicing then he was saying that my bike is ok but after some issuse start occuring but when i moved a step to service centere then they are started saying you had gone through with accident and no one is there is help me out

    I have purchased the TVS wego 1 year back and I am facing the problem with wego while riding it. It is not running smoothly. I am having Honda Activa also at my hometown which runs perfectly.
    I feel some jerks while riding the wego at the speed of 40-60 kmph. At slopes it speeds reduces automatically drastically, its speed get reduced to 0 by running 15-20 meters approx.
    I have reported this issue at everytime to service centre. After recieving the wego and doing test drive it runs good but after some time/day same problem starts coming.
    I am fed-up with the problem and I am not enjoying the ride of TVS wego due the problem.

    Dear Concern,

    Thankyou for prompt response and looking into issue. Service man came and taken my Wego and fixed the reported problem but now another problem is coming. Sometimes when I stop my Wego (on red light or on the way) it doesn't start, battery stop responding and current gone. Kick start also doesn't work. But after shaking scooty or giving 4-5 tries current comes and self starts working. This issue is very hard to reproduce and comes suddenly.
    I have reported this Issue to Mr Ombir Yadav and took Wego to service centre and tried to reproduce it. I told him that issue looks like of battery and he returned the Wego by saying that issue didn't reproduce.
    I would like to give example of this issue, today morning I took my Wego to office which is 11kms far from my home and no problem came but while coming this issue came.
    Around 10-15 mins I stood at red light and tried to start it, everybody were honking. Then suddenly it started.
    I request you to assign some good engineer/mechanic to my scooty.

      We have a problem with TVs 100cc bike.that the bike as it was not starting for 30 minutes and after 10 minutes it was starting . Some times it was 1hour, 2 hours to take time to start.this problem is not understand to any mechanic man also.this number is TS07 EZ 0047.please take care of my bike . I am requesting to you sir.

        Last Monday (12.09.2016) my TVS scooty pep + hand over to TVS approved service center (Sri sakthi saradha service center / Coimbatore ). at time of service hand over service engineer hold as some noise coming from engine so we have to check and give feed back. That day No calls from service center so i called to service engineer he said our server getting very slow so we will come back within hour but they are not given feedback about my vehicle. Next day (14.09.2016) i called to service in-charge of the service center he said under processing of your vehicle service history data collecting, if you have the urgent you can take deliver without service, after getting the service history will inform then you can hand over the vehicle. Same day evening (14.09.2016) Contact to works manager of the service center he said its take one or two days for check and rectification same will be updated to u frequently so i compromised to waiting for next two days. Today after noon I called works manager he very coolly said today off myself and we are not processed our vehicle because we are waiting for TVS feedback of the issue.
        My question are:
        1. who will be responsible of the issue (Customer (or) service center (or) manufacture?
        2. When i get vehicle deliver? and who will bare the one week my travel inconvenient?

              It was my third free service of my new apache rtr 180 abs, as usual I submitted bike for service to saibaba tvs, Chinchwad, pune.
              Overall services were good but one faulty actions they have done with my bike,
              They have tempered and removed both the original stickers from side covers namely "TVS racing", this I noticed next day of service.
              When they called me for review I told about it but no actions from service centre yet.
              I don't understand for what reason authorised service center may conduct such act with their customers.

              20 days back only I owned apache rtr 200 after 210 kms the crank sound comes from the engine it's like an bored engine while I maintaining 65 km speed I already complaint that showroom but my complaint was not rectified so help me to solve my problem as soon as possible

                My bike is getting overheated again and again. I have completed 4th service and the problem started after that.
                i have checked below thing.
                Engine oil level, it is fine
                Still my bike is getting overheated again and again after 10-15 mins travel can feel them between my legs, if i ride for an hour the heat shoot up to the engine tank. i had informed to Service center (Sathya TVS motors). They said it is fine. but still i am facing this issue. now its about to 5th service.
                can anyone resolve my problem ?

                  I have brought a scooty peptide + on dated 22.6.2016. For first few days their was no problem. But after about 15 days in one fine morning it did not start. After complaining to the service cum dealer (Kr motors kolhapur) they picked up the vehicle and returned the next day and it was starting. Within few days the problem reappeared. The same activity was done. This reoccupied for another two time. At the fourth incident they kept the vehicle for one week, did lot of experiment and returned it saying that the cable was faulty and they have replaced them. After another fortnight yesterday the same problem reappeared. And today they have taken it to service station. I can not understand what the hell is going on with a new vehicle. How can a new vehicle go for repairing for so many time if it is not having manufacturing defect. What is the next step we should take. Seams that we have taken a wrong decision to buy a tvs product!! Hope to get a positive interference from the manufacturer in the matter and get the problem resolved once for ever.                     I have purchased Jupiter Millenior Two wheeler on 05th Sep 2016.
                    My RTO Registration No. MH 12 NK 1772.

                    I observed that the average of vehicle is too low. the vehicle has given average only 36.72 km per liter.

                    The company claimed average is 62 km. We expect at least 55 km / per ltr.

                    Please advice.

                      I have purchased my new bike Jupiter TVS on 16th March 2016.

                      They didn't provide me with the proper document or permanent number for more than one month, after that continuously visiting the showroom.

                      They did not provide the number on time after 2 months they provided.
                      My document were given after 3 months till that i was unable to ride the bike.

                      Now they have no idea about my RC book. Their landline number is always unreachable, never any prompt reply. They are asking me go to RTO office ask for my RC book, such a bad services.

                      My work is getting hampered by running for this all the time, the traffic police has caught me multiple times asking the RC book, whom all to explain my showroom bad service issue.

                      We were bought new tvs zest scooty type bike. It met an accident without human lost. They recovered bike for repair and insurance claim and didn't returned till now. Since June 2016 they're not responding perfectly.
                      I have purchased my new bike Jupiter TVS on 31st may 2017 . Still waiting for insurance paper & vehicle no. 3rd quality response from showroom. They didn't provide me with the proper document or permanent number for more than 1.5 month, after that continuously visiting the showroom.
                      Worst after sales service experience I got. Me and my friend booked bike on 21-Sep with full cash payment on commitment that we will get bike with passing on delivery on 30-Oct-2017 (Dashehara) o
                      The worst experience started it took 4 hrs to them to make bike ready for delivery.
                      After that they took 2 weeks for insurance copy.
                      Today is 16-Sep and we are still chasing them for registration documents when we got one document found that purchase date is 06-Oct for both o[censored]s. when we enquire there no response fro showroom.
                      Till date we are unable to use bike just because no number.

                      I buyed tvs sports on 27 november 2019 they told me that it will give a milega of 70 but 3 rd service has been done but yet not improve in milage it is giving 40 milage.. And saiba tvs in Akurdi doesn't to proper service of bike i think they just wash the bike and return to us whatever prblm i tell them they doesn't improve any thing wrost service they are providing

                        2 days back I purchased TVS Jupiter from sai baba TVS showroom chinchwad kabhor nagar. Since I have received delivery of my scooter, it has breakdown automatically due to some volve issue. In 50 km engine got switch off for 4 times. I am just feed up with my scooter. Showroom has provieded thr on spot service what is use of that. They have repair this bike for 2 times. Even I found one plug pana which was stuck in engine.
                        I have now submitted my scooter to TVS showroom and I am still waiting for their call.

                        I doubt and much sure that this issue was know to showroom and they were aware of it. As they have already worked on this scooter. Also when I took delivery bike has already completed 11km of its ride. When I questioned same they said it is normal when we issue bikes. It might be use while testing.

                            I bought Tvs Jupiter on April 4th from SAI BABA TVS, Hinjewadi Pune.
                            I was getting low mileage since the beginning but they (SAI BABA TVS service )
                            said that its new engine it will give good mileage after 1st servicing.

                            Again at the time of second servicing I complained about mileage but they did not do anything about it.

                            ISSUE 1
                            Actually I don't think they even service our bike. Just after 4 days of second servicing my battery started facing some issue when I wen to Sai Baba Service center they just added some water to the battery and said it will work fine.I wonder what they did during servicing, I asked the same they said talk to the manager .
                            They offer just pathetic service its just a waste of money investing in your bike.

                            The battery still was not working properly I went to them again and this time they said that there is some problem with the battery and need to be replaced . They said it will take 2 - 4 days to get the battery replaced but it has been more than two weeks and still they did not call me (I called them twice every time some excuse)

                            ISSUE 2
                            You guys claim that TVS JUPITER gives 62kmpl**.

                            Well I noticed the double star above the kmpl. But it should atleast give 50kmpl mileage.
                            And to my shock I am getting 30kmpl after 2nd servicing and was getting 37kmpl before.

                            I have complained to the service center about my mileage 4 times and they did not pay any heed to my complain. They always say that ride it for 200 km more then we will see it.
                            And just for you information I ride my TVS Jupiter at a speed of 40km/hr to 60km/hr(Under economy)

                            I have had enough of this. I will wait for the next servicing and check if they have solved the mileage issue and if they did not, I want my bike to be replaced with a new one or refund my money or else I will take this matter to the consumer court.
                            I have put all my saving into this bike and I get pathetic bike with your pathetic service.

                              This is in regarding lowly quality of services offered by your company. I have made a year contract with TVS Kataria Motors and it seems that it is not up to the standards.

                              I am upset with the services and thinking of getting a refund. I am well aware of your company name and have approached keeping in mind to get better services which proved to be wrong. It’s a pity when I can see that your company has made false promises in providing better quality services. I am not interested in carrying out further and would not recommand anyone to purchase anything from this service center because they don’t have value of old customer they only want to reach target without satisfaction of customer.

                              It is really disgraceful to see the company has made its reputation in a market about offering best vehical facilities but somehow it has failed to keep up the promise nevertheless paying so high it wasn’t expected. Below is my AMC contract details and looking forward to get positive response soon.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This is with respect to my TVS APACHE FI 160 bike that i purchased in November 2008 from Bangalore.
                                I really liked the bike at the same time highly disappointed by the service that your authorized service providers are providing.
                                Currently i am located at Aligarh. Two days back (08-Sep-2016) my bike suddenly went off and did not started after misfiring. I took it to Shiv Motors in Aligarh who are authorized service providers for TVS ( My bike got all the services from authorized Service centers only) they told me that the Fuel pump and filter are not working and these parts are not being supplied by the company and asking me to convert the bike into NON-FI model. They have said that they dont have fuel pump and filter and cannot rectify my problem.
                                I request you to to please tell me that, being a consumer isn't this your responsibility to provide the Spare parts and proper service to consumer.
                                Please intervene and provide your support to fix this issue at the earliest else i am left with no option other than going to consumer court.

                                    I have purchased TVS Scooty Streak on 17/09/2015 from ASR Motors in Pammal, Chennai. While delivering, he didn't provide me the spare key. He said, no spare key is available, so they will get a duplicate key. even for that duplicate key I asked them so many times. After 3rd free service they provided the duplicate key. Also from day 1, the bike has few problems.
                                    1. Some cables near front tire was not fixed properly. Every time, I applied break on speed breaker, bike moves automatically to the left side. Its been rectified on 2nd free service.
                                    2. A rod/guard to be fixed above silencer on 2nd free service for a freshly purchased scooty. It is of free of cost. But its been a year now, I completed my loan as well. For this, they are telling like, no stock now. they will order for it and after that they will fix for my bike. Still now the rod is not fixed.
                                    3. While purchasing the bike, the executive who is responsible for our order has resigned for his personal reason. At that time, our spare key was on pending. They said no spare key is available, so will give us a duplicate key. I have accepted it though I purchased a fresh bike. But for that duplicate key also, they were telling like "Ask the executive who is responsible on purchase time". How do we contact him or after his resignation how can he work for us??

                                    Very irresponsible replies and services. Please take an action on ASR Motors, Pammal, Chennai .

                                    4. From day 1, the bike has problem in carborator. If I raise the speed above 40, the bike itself will shiver. Its been serviced only on my 3rd service.

                                    Is this the way they service us? I have paid for the bike, didn't get as a freebie.

                                    I need a compensation for these problems.

                                        Dear team,

                                        My vechile tvs jupiter tubeless rear tyre has major cracks. It's not more than 2 years i have purchased it. It ran till now 20k kms only.

                                        I have used other compamy manufacture vechiles, tyre gave service upto 45k kms. Tvs jupiter tyre ran not even half of it also but damaged.

                                        Your websites clearly says of 5 years warranty for tyre.
                                        O, kindly arrange to replace the tyre immediately while warranty of tvs tyre is 5 years.

                                        I have a good opinion on the quality of the manufacturing goods from tvs motor company. With my experience i have changed it.

                                        I don't recommemend from now to buy tvs manufacturing goods. It's all depends on the your reaction..
