I have paid the ride amount just after the ride. And still the app shows the same amount as pending. The amount has been deducted from my account. I have seeked help at uber customer care with my transaction details. Yet the response after 5 days was like this"the transaction is not related to succesfull charge. There is no complaint number. Have to wait for a long time to get any response from the app....

I called your 2 drivers but both refused to go by giving exact same excuse i. E lack of cng. And asked me to cancel the ride. I have raised it several times to uber support seeking help as i'm unable to request a ride using non cash payment method. Uber failed to solve my issue and it persists from almost 3 months with no action taken. I am fed up with emailing and to the point i am unhappy that they don't even have a customer care or technical support number to who we can talk to.

I'm good to raise this further if not resolved....

Hi i have cancelled my 1st order on iber eats but fee not refunded.

Uber eats guy told me on first order there is full refund if i cancel the order and due to some emergency i did on able to take the delivery so i cancelled bit still uber eats order fee not credited to my paytm account.

Please check as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that due to unbearable & abusive behavior of Driver, I can't work in such an unofficial atmosphere.

Today I had booked Uber and he came and went without rooting. I said to him that at 7 o'clock my train, and yet did not take it. Therefore, you are requested to understand the driver and impose a fine on him. So do not make such a mistake in the future. I have kept the seat of the lower driver.

On 23/9/18 i had booked a ride from rcity mall ghatkopar to bhandup west. We waited for almost 20 mins and then called the driver. The driver said that the car had broken down and he wont be able to come to the pick up location.

I have paid rs.114.58 twice wrongly for my single trip from e pocket sarita vihar to kfc kalkaji new delhi on 28/09/2018 and you have accepted it. Till now i did not receive the amount. Whenever i subscribe for ride pass, drivers don't agree to come to the pickup location, on top of that they say that they will reach soon but don't come and then they tell customers to cancel. When i book without pass they are there within no time. I don't understand if you cannot give service at cheaper rate then don't give options. Don't fool customers....

Uber is a curse and treats its customer as ###. No emergency contact/HELPLINE number, illiterate drivers and pathetic rating system.
