On 17th october 2018, my wife had hired a uber cab for commuting from pune airport (Lohegaon) to residence (Located at sutarwadi, pashan, pune) at around 2258 hrs. The total cost details were rs.322.99 (Inclusive of all entry tax cantt, airport pick up charges). The vehicle number is mh12 nb0783 maruti suzuki ritz, driver mobile number +[protected].

However, the driver's behaviour was very arrogant and performed the car drive very harsh and took the car from a wrong route and finally he argued and charged rs.350.00 from us stating that he had to pay extra rs.30.00 for cantt. Road tax.

The above incident is reported to the higher authority in uber organization and hope the matter is brought on record and the concerned driver is backlisted from your service organisation.

I would appreciate if an acknowledgement to this mail is generated.

    Lately i have been paying my uber can bills by my credit card. However, in the case of my last ride on 2nd october, 2018 from vellanki, ameerpet to godavari gardens, elite colony, yapral, the driver, mr. Afzal with cab no....0358 was paid by me in cash. But, the driver seems to have shown payment through card and there an amount of about rs. 278/- (Approx) as outstanding.

    I would request you to kindly refund the amount and allow me to pay by card during my next trip or clear the amount from showing as outstanding.

    Kindly confirm action.

      I booked a trip on 16th oct 2018 from igi t3 arrival to noida sec 74. I was dropped at my location but the driver didn't end his trip in the app. Now we i am trying to book a new ride, uber is saying that i have an outstanding balance of rs 3500 for the ride which i never took. I want to sue driver and also uber india and get amount refunded asap.

      I have booked uber and driver it self canceled it in one minute.nor either he call me.he it self canceled the trip and the balance is deducted from my paytm.why ? it is not the way, driver cancled the trip and the balance is deducted from customer.kindly please refund my balance.

        Today i took uber from south city mall., kolkata to southern avenue and left my cell in the vehicle by mistake. Immediately i got down from vehicle, i realised that. I left my vehicle i realised and called number of times to the no. The driver intentionally speed away. And he was not picking up my call to his number. I tried to log in to my account but they were sending the verification code to my registered no, which was lost. I would have send. 50 messages to which they send automated. If they would have called me then this. Problem would have. Been sorted. They didnt bother to call me too.

          Thia has happened 2 days in a row - 16th & 17th oct 2018. I had booked an uber auto from marol to chandivali which i do on a daily basis to my office. However on both the days (17th & 18 morning) the app showed as auto booked but after a few seconds the app showed as destination reached with the fare being deducted from my account.

          Have tried complaining on the uber app and on their twitter account however, there is no response.

          A rider named Ashosk Kumar of vehicle number last 8641 blue TVS sports .he passed the more time through my ride for more money through my ride .really very bad experience .I didn't expected this from highly known company Uber .

            My parents had boarded a cab around 10:43 am in the morning, from bangalore hosakote to beml layout main rd, a tata indica cab, the name of the driver was lakshmisha, phone number [protected]. The driver didn’t drop at the destination as he received another booking and was in a rush to leave. He was on top of his voice and insisted to pay the cash as well as warned to block the customer id stating we have pin pointed the wrong destination. Tried to contact uber many ways by raising an issue, calling uber office and lastly the uber website. Neither employees o[censored]ber are interested to resolve issues customers nor are the drivers professional enough. I refuse to pay the amount for the kind of services provided. Irony is that such kind of drivers are rated 4.62. Worst service ever!! I would like every individual to beware of such cab drivers and share as much as possible.

              I booked the taxi on 15 Oct and was supposed to give 190 but they charged me 360 in the name of fine. I order food from uber eats which was not delivered to me the delivery boy cancelled my order and they charged 170 fine from me when I travelled in cab. I had no idea about fine as it was mention no where so I booked taxi. They do not have have customer care number I messaged them many times bt no response came from them

              Uber is not safe at all becoz in case of emergency if the person has to report them they don't have customer care number

                Today at 4:00pm I got a call from [protected] this number and the person was like we are calling from Uber can we have 2mins of time I was like okay then they asked my name and my profession then the customer executive was asking how you know about Uber I was bit Uber about what and executive was like four wheeler and I was again confused did Uber started sales of four wheeler and suddenly she cuts the call. I dono why they call and do they think we are jobless and more over they don't have any proper coustermer care number

                GPS is very bad. It makes the drivers roam around to reach destination. Otherwise service is good. Need a better software for GPS identification to avoid roubd about routes on calls.

                  yesterday i was booked a uber cab 16 almond street aphb colony to Nehru Zoological Park, on the time of pickup he is arguing with the ladies, he is not allowing the kid below 3 years in the car, total members are 4 ladies and 4 kids.

                  he is misbehaving with the ladies he is telling if i allowed 4 ladies and 4 kids i need to pay the tax.

                  all kids are below 3 years...

                  previouly also i have booked uber cabs more than 15 times and travel 4 ladies and 4 kids drivers are didn't tell anything and didn't stop to the kids...

                  but this driver is rudely behaviour and arguing to much and cancel the trip...

                  Thanks for your this type of service from next time i will not use uber cab...

                  if really uber cabs not allowed kids mention in the uber portal...

                    I booked an Uber cab from my home and put a destination. after trip started i added one more location as per the facility given by Uber (add/change destination). After i added destination uber driver started shouting and denied going to the added location and ended my trip. I requested Uber customer care to take strict action against driver and refund me the money charged in my paytm account. but uber customer care did not assisted me in this.

                    I have booked a cab on 8/10 at 9.10 he didn't turn up to 45 minutes and no response when I called him I wait Ed 45 minutes finally I have to cancel the cab for this company taken cancellation charges from me it was not my fault cab no was 0101 very injustice

                      My account has been disabled by uber without giving me any reason for it. There are no dues from my end. My card details are saved by uber.
                      I have been trying to get it sorted since september, but uber just reverts we are looking into it.
                      This is a very poor service by uber. They block the account as per their own convenience with customers credit card / paytm information stored with them. Moreover, there is no helpline or live chat option available.

                        I had ordered online food from ubereats @8:30 on 15/10/2018, in app it showed that food will be delivered by 9:30, after 9:30 it again extended time showing 15 mins more, to my suprise when i checked at 10:00pm app showed that food has been delivered at 8:47 itself, i called on callcentre but got a very poor respose, i want my compaint to be taken om very high escalation level as none of the team member were supportive

                          On 05 Oct 18, I booked an Uber Cab at Guwahati, Assam at 2026 hr. Despite of it being a non cash payment, the driver asked for cash payment and thereafter cancelled the trip. The cancellation amount was deducted from my paytm and on a request the amount was refunded however, as Uber credit. The cash return to Uber credits is unacceptable and is considered a planned malpractice to engage customers to such services without their will. Additionally, blocking of customer's hard earned money under such infinite lock in period is unacceptable. Despite communicating the issue multiple times, Uber officials have been unwilling to resolve my issue in case.

                          An amount of Rs. 37/- found as due on 8/09/2018. Driver has cancelled a ride for which I am not responsible, so I will not pay the amount. Please correct the same and further to use your services. On that day I had a ride and paid the full amount as demanded by the driver. Hope you will look into the matter and do the needful

                            Hi, My name is Vipin sharma, i am infact was a regular user o[censored]ber Cab as well as Uber Eats...I have not faced any problem with both of the services i was using but recently i am facing such a harassment that i cant even book a cab or even cant order food. Look there are many options available in market which i can avail anytime anywhere.. But an outstanding is showing in my account worth rupees 459...
                            I have ordered food from uber eats on 8th of october 2018 from Chawla"s rajouri garden New Delhi 110027.. while taking the food by delivery boy i just checked the packet, it was short of item. i was getting late for dinner as i have waited for around 30 mnts for this order, i cancelled that order and return it back. Rushed to market and bring dinner for my family which were desperately waiting for food..

                            Now u are asking money for that order which was not as ordered, was short and not delivered.. called your customer care four times nothing has happened..
                            U have blocked my account saying outstanding...This is what you do to all of your customers.
                            This is my last attempt to clear my dues, i dont want to delete your app for the sake of money. This is my right .
                            Please clear my outstanding so i can get rid of your account..

                              I called for uber in mumbai airport and was canceled (By the driver) twice at around 11.30pm (India time) on 13 october 2018. For the second trip that’s canceled, i got charged for the trip that’s not supposed to be mine. That trip was showing from one place called bazaar to airport. I think maybe this is the driver’s original trip, but in the end i got charged.
                              Tried complaining to uber in the app but the customer service did not care at all.

                                Today morning i had booked a cab from you to go to metro multispeciality hospital, noida and your driver mr. Bhagwan with his car no. Hr55w8543 came to the pickup location and asked me where to go to which i replied accordingly. He refused and said that he cannot go to noida and the trip should be cancelled. He tried through his phone as well as through my phone to cancel the trip and number of times the cancellation process failed and at the end it was cancelled. Immediately i got a message from you that a cancellation charge of rs.63/- will have to be paid by me. For the fault of your own driver, why i should pay the cancellation charge, because your driver has cancelled it and the trip could not take place. Please therefore confirm by return that no amount of such cancellation is to be paid by me. Your immediate reply will be highly appreciated.

                                  I neither booked nor traveled by the cab from uber on 11th july 2018 but surprisingly i was shown to have traveled/hired a cab from uber in dl1z6396 with driver maulana abdul for 10 hours 54 minutes from 11th july 2018 evening to 12th july 2018 morning". I was driving myself with my friend on that day while going home from office (Cgo complex new delhi to vasundhara ghaziabad) that evening and was in my home the whole night after reaching home at arounf 9pm on 11th july 2018. How come the driver shown moving with me the whole night. I paid the amount shown on 16th july 2018 when i booked the cab again and for doing that i had to clear my previous balance. Payment made by me noway connected to actual travel made but just to get the cab at that time or subsequently. I raised my issue regarding that fraudulent activity on 16th july itself. I was assured that the concern has been escalated for detailed investigation but surprisingly the issue was closed without informing me the outcome. I hope uber would understand the severeness of the issue raised by me and do thorough investigation and take appropriate measure that such thing is not repeated again. I need a proper action from uber on this rather than just closing the issue.

                                    Uber does not provide a proper customer service platform to address the issues faced by the customers. For the number of customers it serves, it is severely inadequate in catering to the challenges faced for the fee it charges. Only a limited standard set of options can be selected for the queries and there is no distress number provided in case of an issue. The customer service also has a very standard reply pattern that it uses and doesn’t provide any insight into problems.

                                      My uber account showing due amount for rs 36 however the driver cancelled the ride, remove it from my account asap so that i can book my further rides. I will not pay for the driver cancellation. This is really annoying whenever you go to book a ride it shows due amount, this has to be removed from account. Why u people don't see the reason before putting any due on customer account.

                                        I took 2 rides thru uber auto.Kondhawa to satara road. Auto fare was 91/- Amt paid thru Paytm. Still driver demanded cash.sayibg he didn't receive. I paid cash. Amt deducted from paytm too. Next ride was from dhankawadi to lotus court. Same thing happened. I ended up paying 41 rs in cash. Again amt was deducted from paytm. I want entire money back.
