lack of proper customer service

Uber does not provide a proper customer service platform to address the issues faced by the customers. For the number of customers it serves, it is severely inadequate in catering to the challenges faced for the fee it charges. Only a limited standard set of options can be selected for the queries and there is no distress number provided in case of an issue. credit amount reflecting in account

My uber account showing due amount for rs 36 however the driver cancelled the ride, remove it from my account asap so that i can book my further rides. I will not pay for the driver cancellation. This is really annoying whenever you go to book a ride it shows due amount, this has to be removed from account. Why u people don't see the reason before putting any due on customer account....

cash payment to auto driver and deduction thru paytm app too

I took 2 rides thru uber auto.Kondhawa to satara road. Auto fare was 91/- Amt paid thru Paytm. Still driver demanded cash.sayibg he didn't receive. I paid cash. Amt deducted from paytm too. Next ride was from dhankawadi to lotus court. Same thing happened. I ended up paying 41 rs in cash. Again amt was deducted from paytm. I want entire money back....

I am not getting any support from uber

I had raised many concerns with uber support team and all in vain., i am not sure if there is anyone who really cares and is responsible to hear customer query and support it accordingly.

account blocked without reason

charged waiting fee

I booked uber on 10th oct. As driver's application was not working, he was not able to start the journey and meanwhile i was sitting in the cab waiting him to start the journey. He didn't move the cab and i was waiting in cab. When i received trip invoice from uber then there was charge of 33 rupees as waiting fee, however that's not because of me but uber application.

taxi did not arrive

I had booked uber taxi from indore airport to aict bus depot today morning.. Though i spoke to the driver and he gave the confirmation the taxi didn't arrive. My subsequent calls was not properly responded.. I had to book again. This time the taxi arrived but i had to pay rs 36/- for the failed ride.
Kindly look into the complaint and arrange to refund the charges.

uber taxis cars

Most uber cars in bangalore have no seat belts. Is this not a requirement?

Especially to and from airport late nights not wearing seat belts is a major risk.

As it is drivers don't wear belts. Some of the drivers are reckless and on the airport road this is quite dangerous. This is a basic safety requirement in any country and i don't u derstand how uber permits it's drivers to be so careless....

payment made on paytm is reflecting to pay

Payment made on paytm is reflecting to pay

My last trip at 18:36 from hbh colony to ashoka enclave is paid by paytm. The transaction id: [protected] of paytm.

The payment of rs.108.66 paid by paytm is not reflecting in my uber account. It shows "there was a problem loading this receipt".

Do you want us to complete the payment on next trip.

Please rectify the above mentioned issue....

Driver cancelled my trip. I reached the pick up point in 2 mins. Called him thrice. He didn't answer. When i claimed for refund that was charged. It says i.. It can't be adjusted. What do you mean i have exceeded adjustment limits. The driver cancelled. Do you mean now in future even if driver cancels i have to bear the expenses. What is this non sense policy. cheating - i was overcharged on my cash trip

I booked the cab on 10.10.2018 from navrang cinema to dilshad garden metro station. A fare of rs. 184 was shown in the uber app.

After the waiting time of 20 minutes cab came and we reached to dilshad garden. Driver asked to pay rs. 398/-. I was shocked that i used the same path which was shown by app. No waiting time was there.

I submit the complaint to uber, and they are not ready to pay the differential amount...

I have booked a trip from karkarduma to radisson blue kaushambi. The trip was showing the price of 93 rupees but at the time of drop, the driver was arguing with me to pay 203 rupees. trip fare revised after payment

Today i booked uber auto to go to rajajinagar from vijayanagar - a distance of abt 3.78 km, the auto driver was madhu mohan. The charge was rs 40/- which v paid.
