I booked a cab by Uber on 4.30 the driver asked me about drop location the drop location was Chennai airport on repeatedly calling driver said I am coming in 5 min 2 min and all of the sudden he cancelled the trip I have my flight by 5.40 I may miss my flight this is how u guys work really it's very disappointing I am gonna raise this issue on all social media platforms and tell the people how u guys cheat on people the booking fare previously was 393 and all of a sudden on cancellation by your driver I have to rebpok it and pay 695 this shows how u guys cheat the people

    Uber eats is one of the pathetic services i have used. I placed an order and immediately wished to cancel it as they painted a very beautiful picture of the restaurant but on checking on google it looked like a shady place. But the customer care number was either busy or the call was on hold. I couldn’t cancel till the very end
    I am very very disappointed in uber eats and would be deleting the app immediately. Disgusting customer service!!!

      Uber india presents no forum where a consumer can reach them to register a general complaint. The numbers presented don't work, email provided on the web replied back saying it's for techni cal complaints and one should log in to the website. When one logs into the website, there also complaints are allowed trip wise. It's no help as my complaint cannot be registered on that forum.
      Uber is taking it's customers for granted.
      This needs to be addressed.
      Bogus cancellation charges are levied on trips, trip costs fluctuate like crazy especially on pool, where the difference between ubergo and uberpool is sometimes less than rs. 20.

      Driver denied this duty and and talking very rudly with me.. this is not theway to treat a customer i want you to take action against such driver or else company will start loosing their customer its a loss to company . in future i will not use uber service nor recommend someone.. hope you will take stirct action below are the driver details

        Yesterday i was booked a uber cab 16 almond street aphb colony to nehru zoological park, on the time of pickup he is arguing with the ladies, he is not allowing the kid below 3 years in the car, total members are 4 ladies and 4 kids.

        He is misbehaving with the ladies he is telling if i allowed 4 ladies and 4 kids i need to pay the tax.

        All kids are below 3 years...

        Previouly also i have booked uber cabs more than 15 times and travel 4 ladies and 4 kids drivers are didn't tell anything and didn't stop to the kids...

        But this driver is rudely behaviour and arguing to much and cancel the trip...

        Thanks for your this type of service from next time i will not use uber cab...

        If really uber cabs not allowed kids mention in the uber portal...

        My ride pass is yet to expire and it's rides are not completed. Yet, Uber charged exorbitantly on October 18 and October 19, 2018 on my bookings. My complaints are not redressed by Uber. Refund excess amount charged from me immediately.

        UBER have provided me the letter for ALTO Car induction So that I BOOK THE CAR and brought to home but when i go there for confirmation, they are legging day by day. kindly confirm how much time would be spared to connect with UBER.

          I booked an uber from mantri alpyne, bangalore to sobha forest view, bangalore at 6.58 pm on 20th october 2018. The driver latif picked up a different person from different location sri sai shiva nilaya, uttarahalli main road and dropped at the same destination at 7.15 pm which is a building consisting of 900 flats. My paytm account was debited by rs. 179.59 when i didn't even travel. Uber refuses to pay back the amount for no fault of mine. They are in collusion with erring drivers and duping innocent customers. I need refund as i didn't even travel.

            1. Order placed on 28 sept 3:35 pm from bitty batter. Order no #ab8a0. Complained that the quality of pasta was very bad. Got a mail saying i will be refunded for that. Post that, no refund got and uber eats not responding
            2. Order placed on 19th oct from the pancake factory. Order no #c4eca. The order was cancelled by uber eats because the delivery personnel met with an accident. Got a call saying my money will be refunded. No response or mail

            I am tired o[censored]ber eats behaving this way. I had been ordering regularly from this place but now i can't stand the thought of doing so. Their indifferent attitude makes me sick of them. I dont know how else to get a response. Called them, mailed them, tweeted.

              My uber account shows unpaid amount of 315rs despite being repaid multiple times to avoid chasing the poor uber customer care service. The most recent (4th time) i paid 315 rs was on 31/7/2018.

              Have shared screenshot of payment, got response uber need credit card statement!... Shared that, the mail bounces back saying compliant closed, need to initiate new compliant!!!

              Fresh complaint initiated... Now uber needs unpaid amount screenshot (Attached here)... Again mail bounces back saying compliant closed, need to initiate new compliant!!!

              I am totally aghast at this process.

              Hope for resolution - reversal of charges and refund of excess payments made.

                Hi,

                I feel that uber has charged me unfairly as the amount was 3 times my normal fare. I was forced to book at this high price because of booking issues with uber.

                Initially i have scheduled my ride before an hour of my trip and the cost at that time of booking was 100 rs for my trip. At the last moment when the driver was about to arrive the amount changed to 300 rs which was very unfair because at the last moment if the amount is increased we customers are left with no other choice other than to book the ride with whatever amount. So i canceled that trip tried to book another ride with amount 200 rs and the driver agreed to pick me up at the destination. 5 minutes before pick up driver asked if i will pay cash, but i insisted on paying through paytm and at the last minute he canceled the ride. This act from uber driver is highly unprofessional because i have already lost most of my time and had only few minutes left to catch my train. So at the end i was forced to book the cab at whatever price just to atleast catch my train. This situation gave me unnecessary tension and i almost missed my train today.

                I never expected such a horrible experience from this big company.

                I want refund of the extra amount i paid for my ride because of this unprofessional act.

                Also i, m going to uninstall uber and also planning not use it again. I might give the same feedback to my friends as well.

                  Placed an order on uber eats through paytm due to delay in delivery i cancelled the order and uber team told me to wait for 5 working days to refund the amount in paytm but after 10 days they returned the amount in uber credit due to technical support problem they're facing.. I want my money back to my paytm wallet as they promised me.. I don't want to use uber anymore..

                    He asking for drop address as per rule im traveling around so i don't know about it
                    So just i told him im new out here i put location...
                    So he told me to cancel trip so rough as if im baging him for ride
                    I haven't cancel my trip
                    After 20 min he arrived and asking me for drop again i told him tht im travaling so i don't know bro just see in gps i already located...
                    Again he is too rude and shoting on me... So i haven't sit in car and trying to chang drive
                    So he cancel trip and went back
                    After 5 min he called me up from onther number and abused me like anything...
                    He is treating me so rude
                    And apart of that he called me 2time
                    As per my phone set are on for recording all call so i have proof that what he told and how...
                    I m trying so hard to get help uber complaint but i cant so plz

                      On 27.7.18 at about 11.30 a. M, i booked cab from my mobile [protected] for avisikhta 1, em bypass from my residence at dhakuria.. The driver arbind was contacted. He was also given location guidance over mobile. As he was not coming, i tried to contact him again. The mobile was found switched off. He could neither be contacted again nor he came to the location. Thus the driver deliberately cancelled the journey. I have also utilized the app provided by you several times marking that this cancellation was done by the driver only.
                      To my utter surprise, i find that whenever i am trying to avail uber cab service again, i am being advised that this amount of rs 47.25 will be added in addition to fare. This has restricted me to avail the any cab from uber thereafter. Will you please look into the matter and withdraw your inelligble claim of rs 47.25. This only will allow me to avail the cab service from uber again

                        I was wrongly charged cancellation fees by uber cab services
                        Despite of multiple complaints my amount was not reverted
                        In fact i always saw a message saying your amount has been reverted to uber credits... Which actually never happened

                        More we i was charged extra on my next teip (Including cancellation fees)

                        There is no response from uber support system
                        We just recieve system generated response that’s it
                        They don’t have a team who will address issues faced by customers

                        It is very common for uber drivers to call up and ask drop location and cancel the ride

                          I booked uber this morning, got a driver no and cab no. Gave all info abt pickup/drop to the said driver. After 20 min another driver calls me and asks everything again. Driver says prev booking was cancelled by driver. What crap is this? Are we at the mercy o[censored]ber drivers? My stupid decision to change to uber from ola paid off. When you charge penalty if customer cancels booking then what abt the drivers? They must be awarded demerit points if they cancel. They must be heavily punished for delaying customers request. Uber you are losing customers beware that we have many alternatives available in the market.

                            On 17th october 2018, my wife had hired a uber cab for commuting from pune airport (Lohegaon) to residence (Located at sutarwadi, pashan, pune) at around 2258 hrs. The total cost details were rs.322.99 (Inclusive of all entry tax cantt, airport pick up charges). The vehicle number is mh12 nb0783 maruti suzuki ritz, driver mobile number +[protected].

                            However, the driver's behaviour was very arrogant and performed the car drive very harsh and took the car from a wrong route and finally he argued and charged rs.350.00 from us stating that he had to pay extra rs.30.00 for cantt. Road tax.

                            The above incident is reported to the higher authority in uber organization and hope the matter is brought on record and the concerned driver is backlisted from your service organisation.

                            I would appreciate if an acknowledgement to this mail is generated.

                              Lately i have been paying my uber can bills by my credit card. However, in the case of my last ride on 2nd october, 2018 from vellanki, ameerpet to godavari gardens, elite colony, yapral, the driver, mr. Afzal with cab no....0358 was paid by me in cash. But, the driver seems to have shown payment through card and there an amount of about rs. 278/- (Approx) as outstanding.

                              I would request you to kindly refund the amount and allow me to pay by card during my next trip or clear the amount from showing as outstanding.

                                I booked a trip on 16th oct 2018 from igi t3 arrival to noida sec 74. I was dropped at my location but the driver didn't end his trip in the app. Now we i am trying to book a new ride, uber is saying that i have an outstanding balance of rs 3500 for the ride which i never took. I want to sue driver and also uber india and get amount refunded asap.

                                  Today i took uber from south city mall., kolkata to southern avenue and left my cell in the vehicle by mistake. Immediately i got down from vehicle, i realised that. I left my vehicle i realised and called number of times to the no. The driver intentionally speed away. And he was not picking up my call to his number. I tried to log in to my account but they were sending the verification code to my registered no, which was lost. I would have send. 50 messages to which they send automated. If they would have called me then this. Problem would have. Been sorted. They didnt bother to call me too.

                                    Thia has happened 2 days in a row - 16th & 17th oct 2018. I had booked an uber auto from marol to chandivali which i do on a daily basis to my office. However on both the days (17th & 18 morning) the app showed as auto booked but after a few seconds the app showed as destination reached with the fare being deducted from my account.

                                    Have tried complaining on the uber app and on their twitter account however, there is no response.

                                    A rider named Ashosk Kumar of vehicle number last 8641 blue TVS sports .he passed the more time through my ride for more money through my ride .really very bad experience .I didn't expected this from highly known company Uber .

                                      My parents had boarded a cab around 10:43 am in the morning, from bangalore hosakote to beml layout main rd, a tata indica cab, the name of the driver was lakshmisha, phone number [protected]. The driver didn’t drop at the destination as he received another booking and was in a rush to leave. He was on top of his voice and insisted to pay the cash as well as warned to block the customer id stating we have pin pointed the wrong destination. Tried to contact uber many ways by raising an issue, calling uber office and lastly the uber website. Neither employees o[censored]ber are interested to resolve issues customers nor are the drivers professional enough. I refuse to pay the amount for the kind of services provided. Irony is that such kind of drivers are rated 4.62. Worst service ever!! I would like every individual to beware of such cab drivers and share as much as possible.

                                        I booked the taxi on 15 Oct and was supposed to give 190 but they charged me 360 in the name of fine. I order food from uber eats which was not delivered to me the delivery boy cancelled my order and they charged 170 fine from me when I travelled in cab. I had no idea about fine as it was mention no where so I booked taxi. They do not have have customer care number I messaged them many times bt no response came from them

                                        Uber is not safe at all becoz in case of emergency if the person has to report them they don't have customer care number
