Hi,

This is sriram nammi from hyderabad infosys.

I am very disappointed by the drivers behavior.

He had charged extra amount fro toll gate.

I have booked uber cab on 28th sep 2018 at 11:52 am from peerzadiguda (Shankar nagar) to shamshabad.

He had took the oor route and asked us to pay the toll amount (70/-).

The driver was very rude with us.

Please take an action on him.

Hi uber,

This is sriram nammi. I was using the uber cab service from the past 2 years.

Now a days i am facing a big problem with the payments.

When ever i am opting to pay the money through paytm the drivers are not willing to pick the customer.

The most important thing is that when the driver is canceling the trip we are been charged for that.

This happend to me about 4 to 5 times.

Please take a serious action on this.

We dont want to loose the money for not using the service.

    On 23/9/18 i had booked a ride from rcity mall ghatkopar to bhandup west. We waited for almost 20 mins and then called the driver. The driver said that the car had broken down and he wont be able to come to the pick up location.
    After a long wait we took another ride to bhandup.in return an amount of rs 47 was wrongly deducted from my account. What is this 'dadagiri' that uber is resorting to?
    Why will i pay for something that is wrongly deducted.. It is like the extortion money that you take from the customer

    I travelled from Nagpur railway to tv tower seminary hills, while booking initial fare on my phone was RS.78 butafter reaching destination driver Arjun MH24 F 1055 showed me Rs 198 & took 200 rs, from me.I think deliberately he did not change start destination.       I have paid rs.114.58 twice wrongly for my single trip from e pocket sarita vihar to kfc kalkaji new delhi on 28/09/2018 and you have accepted it. Till now i did not receive the amount. I will lodhe a complain to your ceo if you do not return rs.114.58 immediately. Please reply in my mail id. How you can charge double for a single trip???

      Booked from AWHO GURJINDER VIHAR, Greater Noida yesterday for going to Gurgaon. Driver had no permit to enter Gurgaon, so he asked me to cancel.
      But Rs.47.25 was imposed as cancellation fee.

        Gentleman, i booked cab 9.15 am 29th sept 18. Booked tata indica. Contacted driver gajendra. Gave directions. After long waiting find driver has cancelled it on his own. Once otp is issued it is commitment with legality. No message or alternative arrangement from company.. Very unprofessional and deceitful. A senior doctor - had to miss important appointment. No customer friendly system. Runs on whims of driver. Would you compensate for my time and inconvenience. Will you act. Will complaint on other consumer welfare sites. Dr h k kalia. Indore.

          He was very rude to us starting from the phone conversation after we booked the ride .. It was night and traffic was hectic along with heavy rain .. And when we told the driver our location he told he won’t come inside and asked us to come outside of the complex gate and wait in road .. we explained it’s raining heavily and that I am pregnant and can’t wait in rain .. He snapped and disconnected the phone and reached the spot after few minutes .. when we got into the car he was very rude and when we asked why can’t he come inside, he asked us to get down if we don’t like to travel in his car in the middle of the road where it’s raining heavily . We told we won’t get down and the argument went on and on .. I don’t know how we trusted him and went on his car but somehow managed to reach the destination . Even though I didn’t mention anything about complaining About his ride, he was keep on telling that if I complain about him anywhere he doesn’t care and he is the owner of the car and he doesn’t mind anything . Please take necessary steps and it was one terrible experience with Über which made me think twice before booking another ride with Über in future . It was only 25% of his rudeness what I wrote here . Please do the needful . Thank you .

            I have booked pool cab from botanical garden to vasundhara ghaziabad at Rs.119 only. The co-passengers were travelling to delhi. Driver took me to delhi first to drop the co riders first and then reached my place in vasundhara. At the time of trip completion he asked me to pay Rs. 224 and at that time it was not showing any such amount in my app. Now they have imposed Toll charges on me saying that you were in cab that time when driver moved to delhi. This is completely cheated and they are making fool of all. There is no such customer care instead of auto generated macros.

                Whenever i subscribe for ride pass, drivers don't agree to come to the pickup location, on top of that they say that they will reach soon but don't come and then they tell customers to cancel. When i book without pass they are there within no time. I don't understand if you cannot give service at cheaper rate then don't give options. Don't fool customers.

                  I have no complaints against service what you offering to us and even you are the best for most o[censored]s but in my last ride I was come across by driver in Induction to the drivers your officials were suggested to speak English or Hindi rather than Local Kannada Language in Bangalore. This is not a good sign o[censored]ber to impose a language to speak or communicate other language which he does not know. We are looking for better service from you. In driver known language you purposefully not mentioning local language (Kannada) this is not at all tolerating matter to people of Karnataka and I am expecting satisfactory answer for this all such a nonsense activity is going on in your Uber.

                    Uber is a curse and treats its customer as ###. No emergency contact/HELPLINE number, illiterate drivers and pathetic rating system. Recently I booked a cab for my wife who is pregnant and the driver come ther after 20 minits and park his car before location ahd west my time more 10 min. and till the time she is standing at pik up point now she lost her petitions and i call that driver then he says i am having tee wait for more 10 min. or else cansel the trip or book another cab. is this way to talk with customer?? . THE CAB NO MH02EH5746 I have messaged the Uber support using their app feature as mentioned, but I don’t think anything will be taken care of, as I haven’t received any update on my earlier grievances still. But women/family safety is something I won’t let go. India would be better without such foreign companies like Uber and Ola, on which we can’t take any serious actions by law. A new Indian alternative should be there, answerable to Indian law, and with responsible, cultured drivers.

On 9th sept i booked uber from dadar as i was in the train traveling from goa to mumbai i had passed kurla and almost reaching dadar. We booked a uber and told the driver will reach in 10 minds the driver was very abusive. I gave the phone to my wife and he began to a use my wife. I sent the call recordings to uber. As the driver forced me to cancel the trip and i got a cancelation fee charge. I ha e to book another cab from dadar that's a local cab was cheated by that driver as well. Uber premium promises the best driver services me and my wife were welcome with abuses. Uber is not concerned out. We need a sticit action to be taken a d uber need to compisate on all the streess as that to go through on 10rh sept.

                          Today i was at park street kolkata in front of park hotel waiting for the uber cab. I got the cab and the driver asked where to go i told him the destination he then told me to cancel he can't come as he is 5 km away from the pick up. Similar situation in the rest 6 cabs. Same destination refusal issue. Then i. Told them to cancel from their end as i cancelled too many cars. Coz uber was not taking my booking as i cancelled too many cars. It's not my fault. If the driver don't want to come what shall i do... Moreover i'm a regular traveller in uber only. Everyday i pay almost[protected] as oi er the rate varies. But still i gave to get harassed like this then i'm sorry to say in future i'll not avail uber and i'll complain to the highest authority. Check my name u will have the data supporting my ride everyday. I don't get any free rides also yet i had to experience this harassment in the middle of the night.. Shame..

                            Hi,

                            I have scheduled Uber cab between 3.30 AM to 3.45 AM to travel from my place ( Mayuri Nagar, Miyapur ) to International Air port Hyderabad. I have got a flight at 5.45 AM from Hyd to Mumbai. Cab was booked and it has shown driver will reach by 3.45 to my place. I thought driver would reach by 3.45, i can reach airport by 4.45 and i can catch my flight. in fact i called the driver and told him not to cancel the cab, since it is early in the morning it would be very difficulty for me to get another cab. After 5 mins driver cancelled the cab and different cab was booked again waiting time was 15 mins. Finally i got cab at 4.06 AM, i reached airport by 5.06 AM. Airport team denied to issue boarding pass since i was late. I lost my money and i booked one more flight which was at 8.30 AM in the morning, it costed me approx Rs 4000/-. When i tried reaching Uber customer care asking for compensation they said they have taken the action against the driver. Taking an action against driver - How it will help me? Finally i lost my Rs 4000/-.

                            I need your support in getting my money, this was absolutely Uber's service issue. If they dont have cabs available they should inform the customer priorly, so that can find an alternate way.

                              This email is regarding uber app. I am using uber since last month. Because of some technical glitch i had to login again to the uber app in my mobile. But at the time of login i forgot my password hence i tried to reset the password. I entered my mobile number to reset the account. Uber is saying that this account can't be verifiry. How is it possible also my email id is not registered with uber hence i am not able to reset the password using the link. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved asap.

                              I added INR 2000 to Uber Paytm wallet on 8th September. I had a trip to Bangalore airport which costed approximately INR750. When I checked the wallet later on it just showed a balance of INR0.98 . I tried to contact Uber help but they stopped responding after two messages. I want to know where is my balance money and where Uber utilizes it

                                Trip cancelled and charged with cancellation fee even after my trip took place and i paid the driver and many times i try to contact niet by way of complaint in mobile app, someone from under answer that charges will layoff but in the next trip they charged me rs.47.44 now their version is changed. This is clearly showing the fraud done by unde. My number is [protected]. Trip date 22nd september 2018.

                                  I am uber partner and driving with uber for more than a year. Uber never help their partner for the trip in which customer refuse to pay, says showing less amount in my mobile or at the time of booking, sometime leave cabs with some reason and not come back. Also i have face a issue while startinh trip from t3 airport in delhi.in my mobile app trip shows started and google maps showing me the navigation route to the customer destination. After starting the trip, after approx 10 to 15 mints, customer said that trip is not showing started in his mobile. And when i close google map and showing uber app to the customer, suddenly it shows started in customer's mobile app when i already crossed 8 km.in total of 36 km trip, after ending the trip uber shows 28 km for the entire trip and calculted for the same. Also uber didn't pay me for the airport fee of rs.150 against that trip. I complained several time but everytime uber customer care guys and senior executive says that we cant do anything and there is no policy to get complaint from you for this or not possible for fare adjustment. Because of system error i have lost the fare for 8 km and additional 150 ruppees of airport pickup fee, all this because of very poor policy o[censored]ber to only earn from indians, because indians have no rights to log case against these big companies. And if we have some rights then they have some big contacts to win over us with money. I suggest everyone not to drive with uber and dont book uber as they are doing wrong with the drivers, definately they will do wrong with customers too in the future.                                     I had boarded uber cab from phase-2 to sector 44chandigarh (The british public school) on 21sept 2018. The driver name is amandeep singh. The owner of the car is gurpreet singh. The cab number is:pb65 ak2682. (Maruti alto k10). I left the cab and returned immediately when i realised that my iphone was missing. I had dropped it in the cab fior sure. On returning back i found that the cab driver had left. I went to ur uber office in phase -1 industrial area chd. But noone helped us. I also lodged the complaint that on your app that my iphone is lost in your cab. But did not got reply from your side as promised. If i do not got any support from your side...                                       Booked uber cab for iffco chowk gurgaon from nizamuddin station by uber app. Fare shows around rs. 345/-. Called driver on his cell on [protected]. He came and ask where u will go.. I say iffco chowk.. They he say you will have to pay 525/- because 345/- is very less. They he argued with me in very bad manner and went. Also, not cancelled my journey. I called him again to cancel my trip then he disconnected my phone. After 2 min again i tried to book then it showed that you have to pay additional rs. 42/-. Nothing wrong from my side.. Totally disappointed with uber.. Such type of guys should never work with uber. Also, tried to contact customer care but failed. No any help line number is available for customer complaint. After times spent on google, i found a number & called customer care representative but she said that this no is only for driver also she has not provided any other no after repeated request. Pls help as soon as possible.

He refused to go stating some border tax issue with him. Then booked another cab with driver contact no. [protected] at 11.46 hrs and he also stated the same reason mentioned above. Now I felt helpless and booked another cab & by luck he agreed to go to GGN. During my travel I got a call from[protected] at 12.01 hrs and he started shouted on me saying why booked another cab. I have not booked his cab as well .Might be some 1st or 2nd cab driver forwarded him my contact no.
                                      Now you are showing Rs. 40/- to be paid by me as penalty. I request you to waive-off this amount from my kitty and charge from the erring ruthless drivers who refused.

                                        I had booked a cab on 21st sept friday at 6.00 am to go to the airport in bangalore. My driver arrived right on time and drove me to the airport and collected the fee of 900 rupees. I see a notification in exactly 20 mins of my driver having cancelled the trip and me being charged of 45 rupees as cancellation fee. I have complained on the app as well but they seem to be giving no replies. I am a college student and paying 45 rupees extra for trips is a big deal for me. I am going to wait for another 24 hours for someone to get back and then probably resort to a next level of severity for action against uber for the same
