Whenever i request any ride, the message comes that "you have not paid rs 47.25 for tangra ride". The fact was that on that day, after cab booking, the driver kept me waiting for long time resulting the unnecessary delay to reach my destination by booking another cab for which i had to face tremendous harassment. Driver cancelled the trip from his point after keeping me waiting for the ride. The mater has been reported to you through app for several time. Astonishingly, you charge to your customer for misbehavior and wasting your clients' valuable time by your driver which is o[censored]nique nature. I think i should report to consumer forum to get rid of this harassment.

    Dear sir,
    I am writing this to bring out to you the current situation o[censored]ber cabs in Nagpur. The problem with the cab service is that it does not provide proper pick-up service from the Nagpur Railway station due to whatever reasons.The cabs are not allowed access to the Station premises thereby the pick-up location is changed to the nearby State Bank of India branch which is at a good distance from the Railway station. This makes it really difficult and tiresome for the travellers to walk upto the pick-up location with their luggages.
    Please look into the matter and resolve it, to improve the quality of service your company swears by.

      Our area manager named 'akshay bhati ' is not responding us properly neither attending calls, always be in frustrated mood and can't talk in proper way. I think this is not the way to behave with is, a business provides company a proper gate way. I request uber team plz provide us new executive.

        Hi i am being highly paid for the route i booked.
        09/04/2018- route from velachery to okkiyam pettai (Chennai)
        When i booked it was 140 and when the trip ended it was 204. We took the same route, no stops inbetween or no longer distance. They are charrging for both toll entry and exit. Why should i pay both entry and exit, when my ride is one way. And they are charging toll rate more than what they ask in the toll gate.

        08/31/2018-they are also charging more min by min for the same route like hell. Usually for koyambedu from velachery even though demands are high it will not even cost more than 350, but 08/31/2018 its almost 640 rs. It's too much.

        Uber is sucking the money like blood and cheating people by charging more. We are booking cab for many reasons for comfort, for easy commute and for elders when they cant travel in local bus. But uber if they charge like this how will people go in it.

          Aakash, Pune. I want to know what kind of service are you providing? I ordered food just now and delivery boy(SURAJ) was not getting the address inspite of having map. I told him the direction and after 20 mins he came to my door and started shouting with a very loud voice that I dont have knowledge as to how to pin point an address in maps, that is okay. I showed him my address in my ubereats app in the map. After that he got angry and told me to take the keys of his bike and go search where is the landmark which I put on the maps. I told him politely that please do not shout as families live here and we are tenants else I will complain about you, on that thing he told me if I get a complaint I will come today itself in your house and will hit you till you are dead! You are lucky that I am in your building else I would have shown you who I am! Seriously is this your delivery boy? I order food from Uber eats 3 tomes a day and no one complained me that your address is wrong. On top of this you do not have any customer care number. What if he comes to my door? Are you ready to take the resposibility? I have this messaged saved. I hope you get the seriousness of this and will take the action accordingly, Thank you!

            Dear sir,
            Recently i have had a very bad experience with uber. I had booked a car. It showed that the car was 1-3 min away from where i was standing. I called the driver who asked me where i was. As soon as he heard where i was he started talking rudely and asked me where i would go. As soon as i told him he told me to cancel the trip. When i told he is just 1 min away from where i was standing he picked up a fight and tells he will be very late. After that he also lied that he will come after 15 mins which he never came. I kept on waiting and he cancelled the trip. I was deeply hurt and harassed by his behavior as he was fighting and was extremely rude. Then i see that money is deducted from my account. This is sheer nonsense. I was harnessed and left waiting and the driver behaves wrongly and cancels without coming anywhere near me and i have to pay the cancellation fee? Please take strict action against the driver and remove the cancellation fee at once. I feel such drivers should be banned and are highly unsafe for women. Hoping you will take action as soon as possible.

              Hi, they deducted 1260 from my Paytm wallet without Reason. When I called them, they did not assist as they said onpt drivers can calm on this number. I dropped them email on every possible email addresses, but got response after long time. They promised me to refund money as it happened because of technical glitch. Till now I didn't receive my money. They should be penalized to refund my money with interest. Or please say no to uber everyone

              I was not well, and that was the only amount I had. I was not able to see doctor because o[censored]ber. My condition is not good. Please ask them to compensate my medical amount now. I need justice.

                On evening of 29th August, 2018, I booked a uber pool. Drop location was PhonePe office, Koramangala. However, driver stopped at HSR/Jakkasandra signal took a U-turn, refused to go to the destination and dropped me there.
                On complaining to Uber to, they refused to acknowledge the issue and said that dropped location was indeed the signal where the driver completed the trip.
                This was not the first time I have had issues with Uber. I'll bring those issues to attention separately.
                If this forum can help even raise this issue in consumer court, I'd do my bit.

                Uber is a white collar cheat and fraud IMO and needs to be brought to justice. No wonder their CEO and company had been accused of the same thing in the past and this is seeped in their culture.

                On evening of august 7, 2018, i booked an uber pool to koramangala 5th block. No one joined the cab and i was alone on my route.
                The driver however refused to close the windows on dusty part of the trip. Said ac was not working.
                At first block, since i was alone and nearing my location i decided to get down the cab as their was lots of construction along with traffic and driver refused to close the windows.

                I was surprised to see uber overcharged for this trip despite my explaining the issue to them. What was ironical that they first overcharged and then reduced 25% due to non-ac. With their logic, if there's a terrorist attack or riots on the route and you get down they would first charge you and then merely say sorry but do nothing else. Yet again kalanick's culture of cheating and scam to the fore. Uber is a white collar cheat and fraud imo and needs to be brought to justice. No wonder their ceo and company had been accused of the same thing in the past and this is seeped in their culture.

                  Because of there technical issues, i have to reorder from other food delivery platform. & even i was not able to cancel my order because whenever i was opening the app after 5 mins of placing the order, there they show we're not available right now. There they show estimated arrival @1:30 but then there server downs & @2:00 i got call from the delivery boy that my parcel was arrived. What the hell is this?? Not only customer but also delivery boy also were in trouble that even delivering food at night where destination is far from the particular restaurant, anyhow they have to deliver. But due to these reasons customer will not attempt the call & delivery boy just attempting alott & got frustrate.

                  I have ordered food by Uber eats from Dande's Hyderabadi biryani, bangalore.
                  I ordered veg biryani and instead of that i received nonveg biryani .i am a pure vegetarian person and can't tolerate this type of negligence.

                  Moreover i want to register a complaint against uber eats and take strict step against them.
                  I have oredered 21st Jan and done my payment through paytm wallet. But my amount is deducted and order was not successful. I have reorder with cod option. But still I am not get my refund. When I was tried to contact support they was replied like below. See the attachment.
                  I orderded the food from uber eats. But my order was unsuccessful. But amt was debited in my paytm account. If i contact and call d person improper reaponse. Irresponsible people uber eats. First time i tried. I had a very bad experience. Very bad service from uber eats. Other apps are bit fine dy r ving customer care people to help people. But here nothing. Worst app.

                  I had ordered food from Rollz & Grillz- Ernakulam on 8/5/19. first my son opened the packet took one bite and he vomited. Then when all the pack was opened it had such bad smell. It was late night around 10pm. if it would had happend in morning i would defently would have taken to food inspector.
                  We believe the food delivered to us is fresh and not rotten . You people in uber eats are playing with the health of public.
                  Thank god that my son didnt eat all the food ordered. such disgusting it was.

                  Why are you sending rotten food. i dont want any credit facility to my uber account i want the amount to be refunded back to me.i am deleting this app facility.

                  I tried to order food on 29/05/2019 through Uber Eats twice and both the times order got canceled due to a glitch at their end and money was also debited twice. Customer care people have responded saying that they can't help me out in this matter.
                  UberEats India cheats customers.

                  This is how they cheat:

                  1. When and if a restaurant cancels an order, the money is not refunded immediately and instead, is asked to wait for 5-7 days.
                  2. Then they claim that due to 'some technical glitch' from thier end, they cannot refund the money but will give the same amount as Uber credits.
                  3. Next, when you try to use the Uber credits, you won't be able to!
                  They do not have a phone line for customer care, you cannot even chat anymore! And their email support does not reply most of the time.

                  Conclusion: Once UberEats debits your money, it's gone for ever!

                    I already raised this issue with uber customer service but no use. After paying 100 in cash to the uber driver for waiting time and the trip ended my online bill got updated with the waiting time charges again. I reached out to customer care for this to compensate my amount in the bill. They simply denied saying they are not 'accountable' for payment done in cash to the driver when the option selected was paytm. First of all i'm not informed by a mail or msg or anything that my bill is updated with waiting time charge, i only realised after paying the driver. Second thing is when the driver is uber employee who else is accountable for his mistake if not them. I'm lost trust in uber and seriously disappointed with their irresponsible attitude towards customer issues. Until i get my bill compensated i'm not going to use uber app anymore. I demand justice.

                      I booked a ride from salt lake sector v to mullickbazar park street. I spoke to the driver, he asked about my drop location. Once i said, he hung the phone and cancelled the ride. After this i rebooked and unfortunately got him again. He again cancelled the booking and did not even pick up my calls. The driver’s name was afsar using the phone number ‭+[protected]‬
                      Unfortunately there is no contact number or a provision in app where one can complain about the trip not taken

                        Hi, i am dr manjunath. My fiance booked a cab via uber through her number 8792#.. On 31/8/2018 at around 10.30pm from chamrajpet to majestic railway station. She was in a hurry to catch the train, and she has dropped her phone in the cab. The cab was a sedan with number 8364. Kindly send me the cab driver details or ask him to contact us and return our phone. My fiance is on board a train now, without a phone. She can't log into uber account without otp. We can't contact the cab driver as we dunno his number. There is no helpline number o[censored]ber so can't call them either.. Come on uber u ain't user friendly.. How to contact u and get resolution in such a case. And these dishonest cabbies.. I m never boarding an uber again nor will i let any of my family members..

                          I have booked uber at 10.06 am today on 31.08.2018 for my office being a heart and kidney decease patient as i am not able to travel by metro.I have been using your Uber taxis for the last three months regularly in the morning and evening .Today the driver whose no. was [protected] Pawan Uber Driver having Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Car who was allotted my booking was just 3 to 4 minutes away from my location .First he did not picked the phone to attend the call again he picked but he bluntly refused and told that he is in R K Puram far from my home location, where as his location can be seen at that time near by my home.I asked him to cancel the call if he is not interested but he again refused to cancel the call finally i had to cancel the booking.after that no car was available at the reasonable rate and finally i came by private taxi.
                          If your company is appointing theses type of drivers who dont take call and lie with the customer the image of your company will be in wrong in the mind of the customer.
                          I request the higher authority of you company to take strict action against these type of driver to avoid such harassment to the public and your regular customers.

                          I have similar experience today.
                          Uber drivers refuse to come and sometime they dont even cancel and pick up phones.. if we cancel that we are charged... they do this to increase the surge prize and consumers are really paying more than required... Uber services never provide any feedback for complains to consumers...

                            I have an UBER a/c with mobile number [protected] and Im an loyal customer with uber india but my uber ID has been blocked for no reason. I gave number of called to customer care department but no one is ready to take a complaint and neither responds properly to the query.

                            Request you to take necessary action at the earliest and un-block my uber id at the earliest.

                            Im even posting the same on the social media as im feed up by calling to customer care again and again.

                              It was an urgency to reach airport. I booked uber, driver almost came near to my pickup location, while i am seeing the car coming towards me. Uber driver suddenly did u-turn and went back. When i called him he said his car got problem sorry.

                              Without i enter the uber car, without he dropped me at drop location.

                              I got billed for rs 130 as due to pay to uber. This is ridiculous.

                              I have took another taxi and went late to airport almost was about to miss my flight. When asked the driver he said he don't know any thing.

                              Now uber support doesn't respond at all.

                                Dear team, i just boarded a cab from the bangalore airport around 11:50 am morning. We were standing in the line where this supervisor who addressed himself as mr rahul was an absolute ill mannered person. I was standing in the line and my friend was along with me who was just walking around, this mr rahul started shouting to him calling him bro ur supposed to stand here. Uber being such a reputed company how can u appoint people like him who has no manners how to talk to a lady and when i asked him who the supervisor is he proud said that he is the one. He told me i can complain against him he doesn't care. I mean u guys are here to help or giver us orders shouting at us. This is the first time i have ever experienced something like this in uber where the supervisor himself acts like a boss to the customers and says right on my face to complain i don't care. I would have never written about anyone like this but this is absolutely not done to any of the customers he attends like this.

                                  I am in chennai and i was about to travel from urapakkam to vandaloor on 30th august 2018, time 22.56. I booked a chevrolet enjoy car and the cash amount was 150. I tried calling driver mr. Thanigaivelan but he didnt picked up the call and made me to cancell the trip because the car was also not moving and was shown as parked in some place.. But i got a cancellation fee of rs. 150 which is unacceptable and was caused because of drivers fault. Please do consider this complaint and take necessary action.

                                    I have saved my home location and work location. Every morning and every evening when i book a cab through uber, it shows me nothing less than 300 rs. Per ride siting the reason of sruge pricing and that more cabs will be visible due to this. My ride takes rs. 164- 180 on normal days, inspite that all taxis these days have cng. The price is already high in uber and also other such service providers and top of that they charge 2-3 times the price on every ride. Why? And if they are charging so much then the waiting time for the taxi should be less. But the waiting time is also not less. The taxis are atleast 6-8 min away. And many times even 10-15 minutes waiting.
                                    Why is uber charging such an exorbitant price?
                                    The government has not provided any transportation services properly in noida, and we have to pay the price on addtion to the taxes we pay for services. And then the government allows providers like uber and ola to do so. They are not regulated. This has just become like private airlines. They can charge what they want. There should be some regulation on th upper limit that providers can charge.

                                      I booked a trip with uber last evening and i had a really bad experience. The fare was decided as rs.360 but after a while the driver stopped at a cng station for filling the gas for about 10 minutes.
                                      Moreover he took us from a long route
                                      At the end the fare was increased to rs.474. After discussing it with the driver the driver behaved rudely and denied his mistake. It was a very unprofessional and irrational behaviour by him.
                                      And with uber services it is really hard to find a complaint portal. I was really unhappy with uber services and would never prefer it again for a ride.

                                      Hi, I had made a booking through the app. The driver sped past me, but the trip started and ended at the intended destination. Since I had chosen cashless payment, the billing is pending on me, though the driver wrongfully fulfilled the trip. I don’t wish to pay for the trip not availed by me.

                                        I booked a uber cab on 01.07.2018 and there was 130.56 in my uber wallet.
                                        I wanted to pay by cash for my trip so i kept off the auto debit from wallet option in the app.
                                        Post the trip i paid the driver in cash and my wallet balance was still there.
                                        Now last time i saw my balance was showing as zero and amount adjusted with my trip.
                                        Uber charged me double for the trip.
                                        I paid in cash as well as my wallet balance was deducted.
                                        Please help.

                                        I made several complaints to Uber but they are not ready to solve and just saying that they have escalated my complaint to concerned department.
