driver's behaviour and uber support

I had booked uber today to go to work. The first time the wait time showed 4 minutes. I was waiting for the cab and after 10 minutes also cab doesn't show up. I have booked trip from lda vikas nager at 4.50 minute to red rose school rajajipuram, till 4.59 i was waiting at destination called three time to faraz 2 time 17, 12 you can check with my no. I was present on giving address but as per gps carr was not moving. Driver was very rude. Cancelled my trip. uber extra money charged.

I had booked a uber for my daughter from my home to nesco goregaon.

Due to unusually high traffic, the trip was curtailed to thane station east.

The initial fair agreed was 730 however with the changed destination it turned out to be 305.

My daughter handed over Rs 730 in cash and rush and went away.

I contacted Driver Navneet immediately and talked to him about the money to be returned...

money got deducted from paytm without taking trip

I had 488 rs in my paytm wallet and without taking any ride it reduced to 74... Uber is such a bad experience.. Stealing money from yours wallet
Please return the money to my paytm account
This is a ridiculous service by uber.. Where money is stealed from your wallet unnecessarily
I want my money back and want to take strict action against uber so that this doesn't happen to anyone else as well...

ac not working in uber van

Today i m travelling in uber yaxi no. Mh47c8831with gangadjat and found that ac not at all working in cab and in spite of prebooking original driver was changed. Due to that i was late pocked up. Such type of service is not acceptable and why there is no toll free r any other direct ubet no. For riders. If such is ur service standard i will prefern not to travel by uber again....

Hi,
Some time in 2017 (Don't remember the exact date) had taken a uber and was not charged on my credit card
Post which had been trying to book uber and it always showed outstanding on my account and hence asked to pay the same
I have now done the payment on 29th jan 2018 through my hdfc credit card for an amount of rs.951/- and it still continues to show this amount as outstanding
Unable to book uber i always...

unjustified increase in fair after the journey

I booked a uber cab from t3 igi airport to sector 143b noida with estimated fare of rs 641. At the end of the journey driver asked for rs 798. On questioning he showed me the bill on his mobile. After paying reluctantly, i lodged a complaint with uber. To my horror, uber replied that due to technical glitch the fare was not calculated correctly and now the 'correct fare is rs958'. I was advised to pay the balance amount to continue the service....

driver left me stranded in the middle of the highway

Took a cab from Gurgaon to Delhi t1 airport... Driver left me in the middle of the highway as his car broke down.. I paid online with my cc and now uber not refunding my fare.. I took another flight paid 500 rs and still missed my flight as Driver left me stranded for 30-40 mins on the highway... 7 different people called from uber but not refunding my money!!...

uber service at guwahati airport

I was at guwahati airport and booked a ubergo. The driver asked my location & directly said "i will not go" and just dropped the call...!! I had no option but to cancel.. There is no option available to mention that "cancel due to driver regret." and instead i'm asked that cancellation may charge fees of rs.47..!!!

I booked again 2nd time.. Tried calling the driver multiple times but he didn't pick up the call. Then tried finding...

uber r refusing to make me use the uber paytm money

I have loaded my account with 1000 rupees and my account already has 500 rupees in it and after loading 1000 rupees and when im trying to book the cab paytm is not allowed it says. What i request is to refund the money or transfer the full amount to the respective paytm account.

Due to ubers useless service and continuous cancel by the uber riders after 20-40min has almost cost me my flight. And after 20min i cancelled one...

heavy unnecessary charged

I have been charged heavily. The amount that was showing to pay, at the time when i was into the cab, was 88 rs and on reaching the destination it had shown rs 204.56 paise and that too in the drivers mobile and not in my mobile, this payment charges. What i received in my mobile at the end was to rate the driver for which the driver was more focussed on and kept telling me to do it. Amazing!!!

short paid amount as per your system

I was in pune on a business visit. I booked uber (2 times) to visit tox pressomatic - paud road. Drivers reluctant to perform and requested to cancel. As i have very little time, i cancelled and re-booked. Again same cab was assigned. Reluctantly he appeared before and started negotiating (Off-one) for round trip. I agreed for rs. 1500 and paid this sum though this is not justified.
I am surprised to see your demand for balance amount...

driver mistake

Today i booked mukesh driver name at 3:00 pm nd reaching time shoen by gps is only 4 mins bt he didnt reached on specified location till 03:25 and afterall that he cancelled the trip...
I again tried to book a new cab then it shows a penalty of rs. 42 because of last trip cancelled.
It was not my mistake its ur driver mistake if such things happen repeatedly than u will start to lose valuable customer so plz waive off such penalised...
