It was an urgency to reach airport. I booked uber, driver almost came near to my pickup location, while i am seeing the car coming towards me. Uber driver suddenly did u-turn and went back. When i called him he said his car got problem sorry.

Without i enter the uber car, without he dropped me at drop location.

I got billed for rs 130 as due to pay to uber. This is ridiculous.

I have took another taxi and went late to airport almost was about to miss my flight. When asked the driver he said he don't know any thing.

Now uber support doesn't respond at all.

    Dear team, i just boarded a cab from the bangalore airport around 11:50 am morning. We were standing in the line where this supervisor who addressed himself as mr rahul was an absolute ill mannered person. I was standing in the line and my friend was along with me who was just walking around, this mr rahul started shouting to him calling him bro ur supposed to stand here. Uber being such a reputed company how can u appoint people like him who has no manners how to talk to a lady and when i asked him who the supervisor is he proud said that he is the one. He told me i can complain against him he doesn't care. I mean u guys are here to help or giver us orders shouting at us. This is the first time i have ever experienced something like this in uber where the supervisor himself acts like a boss to the customers and says right on my face to complain i don't care. I would have never written about anyone like this but this is absolutely not done to any of the customers he attends like this.

      I am in chennai and i was about to travel from urapakkam to vandaloor on 30th august 2018, time 22.56. I booked a chevrolet enjoy car and the cash amount was 150. I tried calling driver mr. Thanigaivelan but he didnt picked up the call and made me to cancell the trip because the car was also not moving and was shown as parked in some place.. But i got a cancellation fee of rs. 150 which is unacceptable and was caused because of drivers fault. Please do consider this complaint and take necessary action.

        I have saved my home location and work location. Every morning and every evening when i book a cab through uber, it shows me nothing less than 300 rs. Per ride siting the reason of sruge pricing and that more cabs will be visible due to this. My ride takes rs. 164- 180 on normal days, inspite that all taxis these days have cng. The price is already high in uber and also other such service providers and top of that they charge 2-3 times the price on every ride. Why? And if they are charging so much then the waiting time for the taxi should be less. But the waiting time is also not less. The taxis are atleast 6-8 min away. And many times even 10-15 minutes waiting.
        Why is uber charging such an exorbitant price?
        The government has not provided any transportation services properly in noida, and we have to pay the price on addtion to the taxes we pay for services. And then the government allows providers like uber and ola to do so. They are not regulated. This has just become like private airlines. They can charge what they want. There should be some regulation on th upper limit that providers can charge.

          I booked a trip with uber last evening and i had a really bad experience. The fare was decided as rs.360 but after a while the driver stopped at a cng station for filling the gas for about 10 minutes.
          Moreover he took us from a long route
          At the end the fare was increased to rs.474. After discussing it with the driver the driver behaved rudely and denied his mistake. It was a very unprofessional and irrational behaviour by him.
          And with uber services it is really hard to find a complaint portal. I was really unhappy with uber services and would never prefer it again for a ride.

          Hi, I had made a booking through the app. The driver sped past me, but the trip started and ended at the intended destination. Since I had chosen cashless payment, the billing is pending on me, though the driver wrongfully fulfilled the trip. I don’t wish to pay for the trip not availed by me.

            I booked a uber cab on 01.07.2018 and there was 130.56 in my uber wallet.
            I wanted to pay by cash for my trip so i kept off the auto debit from wallet option in the app.
            Post the trip i paid the driver in cash and my wallet balance was still there.
            Now last time i saw my balance was showing as zero and amount adjusted with my trip.
            Uber charged me double for the trip.
            I paid in cash as well as my wallet balance was deducted.
            Please help.

            I made several complaints to Uber but they are not ready to solve and just saying that they have escalated my complaint to concerned department.

              I book a cab on[protected] at 5:00 am from moosarambagh to nampally railway station which shows that it will reach with in 7 minutes to the pick up point. The vehicle details is toyota etios & driver is (Veera swami)
              I'm very sorry to inform you in spite of repeated telephone to your driver mr veera swami (+[protected]) he is not responding and finally called him with my another number at 5:40 am he pick up the phone and says that due to some personal work so he canceled the booking due to this my train to delhi was missed then i took a private taxi to kazipet to catch my train. I'm very surprised about a thing that because of the driver cancellation you have charged fees from me where as i'm incurring laws for private taxi of rs 1, 500 due mismanagement and not providing satisfied service by your driver as well as you it leads to your reputation i can't expect from an international company like you.
              If you are an gentleman and reputed international company with a international standard you written off my cancellation charges and laws incurred by me (Rs 1, 500) credited in my account. I returned back from delhi today so that"s was the reason that i'm mailing you today

                On 24.08.2018 i booked a cab around 15.42 hours from everest house to 7d raja santosh road, alipur, kolkata
                At the time of booking fare was rs.114/
                At 15.47 i got sms "your driver has arrived. Samir is waiting at your location in tata indica.. Wb23c5335
                After sometime i got another sms"ooops, it looks as though your trip has been cancelled by the driver. Hang on while we find you another uber - we'll send you an update."
                At 15.51 i got another sms" dear ramesh, your trip is confirmed arriving in 8 mins car: maruti suzuki swift dzire wb19h6831 driver: hassan.. Ph no: [protected]
                At 16.07 i received another sms "dear ramesh, your driver has arrived. Hassan is waiting at your location in maruti suzuki swift dzire wb19h6831.
                At 16.18 hours i received another sms"ooops, it looks as though your trip has been cancelled by the driver, hang on while we find you another uber - we'll send you an update."... Which they didn't.
                When at 16.37 hours i tried to book another cab for same destination with same pickup location the fare shows rs.194/ instead of rs.114/
                My quarry is:...
                When a customer cancelled his trip by any reason, you charge for cancellation?
                What when your driver cancelled the trip, what a customer will do?
                The above incidence shows in humanity, harassment, negligent service and breach of trust.
                Rate of fare escalated within half an hour around double.
                I am a medical practitioner i was in urgent need to visit my patient, due to your cold shoulder attitude my patients condition deteriorated.
                Pl let me know how a customer will get proper help from you and your ill mannered driver.

                  Dear sir,
                  I booked ubergo service on 25 aug 2018 morning time to travel from sunrise aptt d block, vikaspuri new delhi to aakash healthcare dwarka delhi for which rs 105 was indicated the fare likely to be charged. I was asked to accept the estimated fare which was accepted by me before start of the journey.
                  But to my surprise at the end of the journey, rs 144.78 was charged from me as the fare which is approx. 40% more than the accepted fare indicated at the time commencement of the journey.
                  I am to further state that i have not asked the driver to change the route but to follow the route as given on the uber map.
                  I therefore, request to refund the excess fare charged from me at an early date.

                  He was using walgar language. And he ask me where is your dropping point? I said Bhiwandi then he told me that i have no CNG i can't go there because that is no place for living there and he canceled my trip and after cancelation i suffered many problems like raining. I did not understand what to do at that time.

                    Dear sir,

                    There have been reported cases of cabs killing/running over stray dogs determinedly. Despite seeing them on road, not stopping or slowing down. Request you to please issue a directive to all your drivers and sensitise them, it will result in saving many lives. They die a very cruel death, with medical help not reaching all. Please help in this good cause. It will take only a minute of your time.

                      I lost my phone on 18th August, 2018 while traveling from Kondapur to Forum Sujana Mall. Driver name : Bapji (+91 [protected]) driving a Tata Zest Uber cab bearing the number plate TS07UC9667. The rider who took the ride after the person who took the ride after me(on 18th August, 2018 completed the ride at around 14:54-14:57), probably has my phone. Because my phone's last location has been same as the drop off location of the rider that is Gayatri Hills, Manikonda (LIG Chitrapuri Colony).
                      I have attached an acknowledgement from the Kukatpally Police Station. Kindly help me fetch the details of the rider(name and phone number). So that I can reach her and have my phone back. My friend Vishal (+91 [protected]) booked the ride and I was his co-rider. He has been sending incessant messages to you with this regard against this ride. It is appalling to see such a poor response at Uber end. I expect a prompt reply, so as to get my phone back.
                      My personal and professional life has been drastically affected after the loss of my phone, I expect you to feel my pain and acknowledge the same with some respite to my issue.

                        Uber is becoming completely irresponsible towards the customers.. When ever we try to book a cab, the app shows cans are available within 2-3 minutes time. Only after confirming your booking they vl show that minimum 10 minutes waiting time which frequently gets prolonged to 15-20 minutes by the time cab reaches you...
                        This is happening every time i try to book, not by chance. It is a way of cheating people by giving false information before booking..
                        And if we try to cancel the trip because of this false information on waiting time, they say they vl charge extra amount from the customer which is totally unjustified...

                          I hv taken a ride from gymkhana club to karkarduma on 25.8.18 at around 11pm.
                          I hv booked a ac car. Car ac was not working and driver behaviour is very bad. He used absurd words and told us to leave the car midway. As i m with my family, it's not possible for me to leave the car midway at night for security reasons. Pls do the needful against the driver.

                            I booked a cab at around 12:45 pm. The driver called me at 1:07 pm asking where i need to go. It was 5 minutes away from my pick up location. His phone number is [protected]. As soon as i mentioned my location, he turned the opposite direction. I was tracking him on uber. Now he was 25 minutes away from my location. So i called him to ask him where he was. This is 1:31 pm when i called. He said hes right around the corner. When i called him after 5 minutes, his phone was switched off and was further away from the location. I'm such cases, what do you expect the customer to do? So, i cancelled this pick up and i was charged rs 47 for no mistake of mine. Why? I'm very upset with this today. Lot of my time was wasted because of this. Please look into this and get back to me.

                              In pune there are multiple tolls of pune cantt. If you pay at one toll, the same receipt works for next toll booths but uber is charging for all the tolls.
                              Thats a big issue!! If 15000 people are travelling on such routes they are charging 4.5 lacs/ day which is a big scam!!

                              I came to know about it yesterday when i saw my trip receipt yesterday. When i raised the complaint saying it is happening for all the trips i took on this routes. They replied to raise individual tickets for all the trips. Isnt it waste of my time due to their system's bug

                                I was taking this particular uber ride and the car broke in midway and inwillingly i had to pay the driver an amount of 100 rs. Next i book another ride and driver denies to come also i tell him to cancel the ride he doesnt and hence i am charged another 50rs for cancelling the trip which i did not. I book another cab he also drops me 500ms away from my destination.

                                  After booking & confirmation for uber rides the driver kept us waiting for 20 mins, didn't respond to our call & terminated the trip without which my scheduled train from ahmedabad with confirmed reservations was about to be missed putting me & my wife in deep trouble. This happened to 2nd time in this month. Once it happened in pune & 2nd time on 22nd aug early morning 5 am while i booked uber. Request you to deregister such uber drivers who puts customer in stress, harasement and deep last moment trouble.

                                  [protected] Mobile No of Driver Who talked to Me 3 times When Booked & Confirmed & Then Canceled the Trip without Intimation.

                                  My driver collected Rs.250 from me as cash for this trip, I have paid it from master card too, if the ride was non-cash then why he collected the cash from me?
                                  Please look into this ASAP and resolve my query, hope to get a positive reply soon.

                                    I undertook a trip today in uber and when i booked the trip i was shown 800 something rupees as the estimated fare and when i compared it with ola's 1000 something rupees, i opted for uber for being more reasonable but when the trip ended 1218 rupees we're deducted from my paytm account. That's unfortunate and unacceptable practice o[censored]ber and there was no intimation of the revised fare before starting the trip as well so that one can rethink. I will try to stay away from uber next time but m sure many more will be facing similar issues and this should be taken up. I will try as much possible and wherever possible to get it redressed

                                      I had booked uber today to go to work. The first time the wait time showed 4 minutes. I was waiting for the cab and after 10 minutes also cab doesn't show up. Called the driver, he said he is coming, asked for drop location and did not come. Again i called, he said he is coming and did not come. Third time he is asking me to cancel the cab. I did not cancel. After sometime, another cab is showing its coming and driver immediately called, asked for drop location. When i refused to give, he started using bad language and rude threatening tone. He asked me to cancel, i did not cancel. Again after sometime, the third cab showed up on the app and driver called, again asked for drop location. I just told him to come to pick up and cut the call. Thankfully, he came.

                                      But in this meantime, i lost more than half an hour and gone thru the emotional disturbance of rude and threatening behaviors of drivers.

                                      I am sure many customers have gone thru similar situations as i have gone thru this situations, multiple times. Uber has not resolved such issues as there is no way you can communicate at that point of time to their customer support. This is really horrible.

                                        I have booked trip from lda vikas nager at 4.50 minute to red rose school rajajipuram, till 4.59 i was waiting at destination called three time to faraz 2 time 17, 12 you can check with my no. I was present on giving address but as per gps carr was not moving. Driver was very rude. Cancelled my trip. If your driver cancelled my trip then why should i pay.in next trip i have paid extra amount. Need refund of my extra charged amount to mobile no [protected].
