I booked an intercity Cab on 18th August 2018 from Lok Aangan, Mulund Colony Rd, Rahul Nagar Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400082, India to Nanasaheb Kunte Marg, Vidya Nagar, Alibag, Maharashtra, 402201, India, whereby I made a payment of Rs. 2353 to the driver in cash after the trip ends but I have been charged the same amount from my Paytm Account when i tried booking another cab and the amount of 2353 has been deducted from my paytm balance. Pls look into the matter and send the refund ASAP. my contact No : [protected] for the uber account. The Car that we booked for intercity ride was chevrolet enjoy with a driver Named: Ashok. pls suggest a way to make a contact with your customer care executive because i made this complaint on 21st august 2018 at around 2:00AM and still i haven't received any reply from uber's end. even after the repeated complaints to uber. they haven't replied even for single one and neither they refund a penny.
