I had booked uber today to go to work. The first time the wait time showed 4 minutes. I was waiting for the cab and after 10 minutes also cab doesn't show up. Called the driver, he said he is coming, asked for drop location and did not come. Again i called, he said he is coming and did not come. Third time he is asking me to cancel the cab. I did not cancel. After sometime, another cab is showing its coming and driver immediately called, asked for drop location. When i refused to give, he started using bad language and rude threatening tone. He asked me to cancel, i did not cancel. Again after sometime, the third cab showed up on the app and driver called, again asked for drop location. I just told him to come to pick up and cut the call. Thankfully, he came.
But in this meantime, i lost more than half an hour and gone thru the emotional disturbance of rude and threatening behaviors of drivers.
I am sure many customers have gone thru similar situations as i have gone thru this situations, multiple times. Uber has not resolved such issues as there is no way you can communicate at that point of time to their customer support. This is really horrible.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
