I was there on the road Driver called I waited for him he cancelled the trip I took another cab a went to the hotel NOW I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED WITHOUT TGE TRIP. CALL ME [protected] 1st deducted 47 rs and then 150 total 200 deducted from account without any trip kindly reverse back my money as I'm facing monetary loss without any trip

    I took a trip few days back 11th July 2018 for which i was supposed to pay 39/- for my share trip from home to office but driver did not end my trip and i was overcharged 105/- wrongly. I want my refund back. I tried contacting them through help in app but no body is responding to my complaint. There is no helpline number as well where i can raise my concern.

      The Uber driver refused to take me to my destination the railway station, I had booked an uberpool on the 11 th of July around 1 30 pm for 2 people, the driver simply refused after picking up my ride and then even cited luggage issues though we had just one suitcase.
      The name of the driver was ashok with a Maruti swift dzire his contact number was [protected]

      I am travelling today in uber but only one trip made, i gave payment but it showed that payment not done, when i check bank statement it two transactions for one trip.. i am trying to connect but they are not willing to give us.. refund even after proof of trip snapshot and bank statement proof
      I took a trip tonight. Booked a cab though paytm n the estimated fare showed 263 from dlf mall of india noida to rajinder place . Driver took a long route despite me telling him not to do so he was giving me excuse that they are suppose to drive as per gps navigator and the final bill amount charged from me was 611 only one word highly humiliating

        I booked uber pool on 8/7/2018... it was showing me thew fare 291 rs... i hired this from hinjewadi(menza 9) to chandan nagar (pune)... it was booked by my husband... when i reached to my destination driver ask me for cash and he told me like he is not able to see the amount in his uber app... but as i knew my husband always pays the amount through paytm... i was trying to contact to my husband but his phone was not reachable...i paid the amount of 291 rs... when i contact to my husband then he told me he already paid through paytm... driver tooks money twice... please refund my money back

          Good evening sir/madam,

          I'm writing this email to inform you that I was cheated by Uber cab.
          On 8th July, I booked a cab from dhaula Kuan to sector 73 and fare was Rs 304. But there was some problem with my Uber account so I can't make payment so driver Ashok(Vijay) insisted to pay the money to his paytm wallet ([protected]) amount 310Rs so I paid the money. After that in my Uber account the outstanding amount appears and yesterday at 11:32 PM uber had deducted Rs 304 from my paytm wallet without telling me.
          This the way uber is treating it's customers.

          I have proof that on July 8th I paid money to driver Ashok. So I want strigent action taken against driver for cheating.

          I have attached two screenshot
          1) I paid money to Uber driver, you can also cross check.
          2) Uber has unofficially deducted amount from my paytm wallet without informing me.

          I think you'll solve this matter quickly!!

            I booked cab from Uber. when i booked a cab he was near by to my location and it shows 1 mint. and he strted moving in wrong direction and he went long distance from my actual location so when i tried to cancel the cab uber said i will be chared some small amount donno why shd i need to pay some small fees when uber driver didnt come across.

            can any one see in to this issue and help people from uber scam. and when i called him he is not answering phone call too. dont know whyshould we book this stupid cabs and when we try to cancel why shd we need to pay small fees... here i am attaching images too.. have look at that images.

              I am writing here today to complaint about the absolute unprofessionalism of your drivers.
              I had to take my dad to the hospital so I booked an Uber.

              I got an Uber immediately but within a minute, Uber changed the cab from its end and another cab was allotted for me.

              P.N. The first cab's wait time was 4 mins and the new cab's wait time was 12 mins.

              I was still okay with this as I trusted Uber. But after 10 minutes the driver calls me up and says he will still take another 15 mins to reach my location. I said that's okay I will wait. I had not option as I had to reach the hospital.

              After waiting for 15 more mins, the driver then cancelled the trip without even informing me and I was left stranded again as Uber again allotted me a new cab, which again showed me a wait time of 12 mins. By now I had already wasted 30 precious minutes.

              Again the new driver called me up saying that it would take 17 minutes to reach my destination, whereas in the app it showed me just 8 mins.
              Anyway I was left with no choice now than to wait for him too.. Luckily this one was professional enough to turn up at my location after 20 mins (The app had showed me 8 mins & 11 mins at 2 different times for this trip).

              So overall I wasted a good 50 mins before I could finally board a cab.

              Upon contacting Uber for the same, they say there is no such trip in their records, but I have screenshots of the same to prove it.

              This has been the standard malpractice of this company as when a customer cancels the trip, it shows on the app (plus a customer has to bear cancellation charges if a trip is cancelled after 5 mins of booking a cab).
              And here I wasted almost an hour waiting for their cabs and there is no record for that plus there is no compensation for the customer.

              I would urge you to take strict action against such horrible malpractices Uber undertakes.

                  Today I booked Uber from Dunlop to go to Shyambazar. After waiting for few minutes when no driver was conneted, I took a bus to reach my destination. I could not even cancel my trip due to app problem. Uber rang me after around 10 minutes asked me to cancel my booking and imposed fine on me. When I tried to contact Uber, I could not. There is no scope for contacting Uber helpline for immediate help.
                  When we think Uber should be seriously penalised for harassing customers Uber is imposing penalty on customers.
                  This unlawful act should not be tolerated in our country any more and exemplary action should be taken against such offenders immediately.

                      I would like to inform you, toady I have boarded UBER cab from Ghaziabad to reach Noida sector 126 (My office) which shows I need to pay 283rs and I have informed driver to take route from Noida extension to reach Noida sec 126 (because it’s my daily route) he refuse to follow my route and follow the route which is suggested by UBER GPS

                      UBER GPS showing totally different and inappropriate route because as per GPS we need to follow the route in which first we need to go Delhi and then take DND flyover and again came to Noida means from UP we need to go Delhi and again come to UP so I informed driver please use NH24 or Noida extension through which we can save unnecessary MCD toll he refuse my advice and continue with the GPS route

                      When we enter in Delhi he only pay 100 RS for MCD toll and after take so long unnecessary route we reach to my office he stopped the trip and now the payment was revised and I need to pay 493 RS which include 210 RS as toll in my bill but he only pay 100 RS as toll

                      I have below problem regarding mentioned journey -:

                      1. If I need to reach Noida then why your GPS showing me inappropriate route because if I took Noida extension route it only take one hour to reach Noida sec 126 and I also don’t need to pay MCD

                      2. Driver only take one toll for 100 RS why should you add 210 RS in my bill

                      I need my money back as soon as possible please don’t make fool of your valuable customers

                        I booked a cab for me and my mother yesterday (11th of July 2018). The cab driver told me that he is coming and is on his way. We waited for about 15 minutes and suddenly the ride was canceled by the driver. My mother is a heart patient and we were waiting in the middle of the road and finally, the driver canceled it. When I contacted the driver and asked why he canceled the ride he was like it got automatically canceled etc. I told him that I`m gonna file a complaint about your behavior and he was like okay sir "jaroor kariye". I was also charged for the ride though it was not canceled by me. When I contacted uber to take action against the driver as it was the third time, they were just saying that we have reached driver and action will be taken. When I asked them to give a detailed written proof that what action is taken on whom they were like just repeating the same message that we have contacted the driver and taken action.
                        Please sir/mam take some action against them as this is the third time i have faced this issue please issue any order to atleast control them.

                          Hi team,

                          Uber is cheating with there passengers.

                          I had booked an uber cab from Howrah railway station on 4th July'18, while booking the cab, the estimated fare was showing as 258.06 but after completing the trip, uber calculated the fare as Rs. 324.48, including waiting time and parking fee.
                          Why they are charging parking fee to customers?
                          I have attached the screenshots of "on trip" and "after trip" for your reference.

When I tried to contact uber for help and support there is no on call customer service available and they don’t care to reply to their mails or there forum. Its been 1 week and no one from uber. I also contacted paytm for the same, and there reply to in this matter is payment have been successful transferred to uber eats account. Please help to lodge a complaint against uber eats on my behalf.

                              I booked uber earlier at habibganj railway station twice, however the driver didn't behave properly, first driver whose mobile number was [protected], cancelled without any prior intimation.                                 I am a regular and loyal customer o[censored]ber India cab hire. I have been using their Cab Hire Services for more than one and a half years. I had received an SMS on 11/05/18 that my last ride is being waived off since I am a regular customer. I had taken a ride on 02/05/18 for Rs 145.85 from Chembur East, Mumbai to my residence at Wadala, Mumbai 400031. India. At 9:12 pm.
                                I have written so many Emails and sent scanned copies of SMS sent by them to my Mobile No. But it fell on deaf ears .As on date the fare is not reversed. Kindly instruct them .

                                Uber India has not bothered to contact me or reply to my query since more than two months.They are least bothered about service to Customers and indifferent attitude of not replying or keeping their promise of Reversal of fare which is almost negligible for them.They have cheated me by sending waiver message and not honouring it.Kindly issue a warning to Uber India for practising unfair trade practices and bullying the innocent Customer.

                                Your notification complaint made by your complaint Board on 11/07/2018 is still pending with Uber India.
                                They have not bothered to look into this matter and refund the waived off Cab Fare
                                Regret indifferent Attitude o[censored]ber India
                                Stern action should be taken against Uber India for not keeping their promise made via SMS message about waiver of Cab Fare for ride in Month of May 2018.More than 2 Two months are over after writing several mails and submitting proof of sms received by me.

                                  Asked u guys a question and u are purposely avoiding to answer that.

                                  The riders are expected to pay the trip by the choosen payment method but why did the driver didn't say this to the passenger who was on the ride?

                                  Y the hell he got the money for the trip when it showed no amount to pay in the app? And when the amount has already been collected by the trip by the mode of cash u want a customer to complete the payment again by the choosen method? Before bringing a teaching session to a customer y don't u teach the process to the drivers who r working with you? Do u think customers are fool to pay twice for a single ride? If this isn't resolved this time u may go ahead right away closing my account and i'm not going to pay any single money for this # and as a customer i do have lot more options to replace u guys

                                    I took a trip on 9th July and left my umbrella. An hour later I called the driver. He said he has my umbrella but refused to meet somewhere to return it. It is Wednesday today and I still haven't got it back. Everytime I call him he says he will drop it when he comes round this neighborhood. But he never gives a time frame. I have received no phone calls from him about when he will give it back. I am leaving town tomorrow night. I need it back urgently. Please please help me.

                                      Uber driver having contact no. [protected] and name vasudev denied duty without giving any appropriate reason. Further he totally refused to drop me at my destination.
                                      Kindly take strict action otherwise i will go to consumer forum for further action.
                                      Such a behaviour is totally unproffesional and shall not be admissible.
                                      Also his way of speaking is too bad as if he was drunk.
                                      How can we feel safe with such unproffesional drivers.
                                      Services provided by uber is unexpectedly poor/not upto the mark.

                                        Always when I try to book cab in Uber (India-Bangalore), Most of the time driver does not cancel the trip until he comes near to my pickup point, just near to my pickup point may be 1 min distance he cancels, so that I get a cancellation fee charged. Uber has made a fool app which say you can go to option driver cancelled trip and get your cancellation charge as uber credit.
                                        But actually That always shows in your uber credit until you take another ride.
                                        But that uber credit never get refunded in next trip. They show in Receipt of next uber trip that uber credit is minus. But that is fake. They take complete charge from customer.
                                        They never have a customer support number to reach out.In help section they just copy paste comments saying customer cancelled the trip. without knowing what is exactly happening. UBER is not for customer benefit. It is for Driver's or their own company benefit.
                                        They purposefully take money from customer.
                                        They dont know how to design app .
                                        There is no Emergency contact where we can contact Uber
                                        Sometimes I even faced the issue driver starts the trip and without even picking the passenger and take charge.
                                        I recommend people who are reading this post, do not add any Paytm balance.
                                        Not at all trust worthy app.
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
