Totally DISAPPOINTED with UberCabs #UberCabsIndia #UberBengaluru #DaraKhosrowshahi I would like to understand what responsibility do you people take towrads safety of women???

I had booked a ride on 18th July 2018 at 9:32 am and was dropped at the destination at 10:40 am, and the driver definitely tried to misbehave with me by locking the doors and not allowing me to get out of the vehicle finding it a secluded place, he forced and asked me more money.

As it was Uberpool #UberBengaluru ride, earlier he had behaved rude with one of my co-passenger as well to which she gave a befitting reply before getting down, as there were 2 other members present in the cab during that time, so he stopped his stupid*ty there.

BUT as I was the last drop, he leveraged the situation to his advantage.

And you mor*ns without having a customer support where we can report or contact for real time problems for which immediately appropriate actions can be taken, definitely make us insecure to chose #Uber #UberCabs UberTaxi Ubertaxi @Uber in future if we get saved or escape from your blood*y drivers.

Luckily as I was saved by a security guard of the building and rushed into the building immediately by security person's intervention.

Today I see this email, that I've outstanding balance to pay. Inspite of me raising a complaint against the driver immediately after getting out of the vehicle in you so called [censored] #Uber application which I don't think anyone even would take care of.

I need an immediate action to be taken on this, kindly contact me immediately to solve this issue.

I can do this issue public, but as I'm here to seek help from #Uber for the inconveniences I've faced recently because of your #Uber poor service, and not be malign or influence anyone but if I don't receive any help from #UberBengaluru #Uber #Ubercabs at the earliest by 6pm IST today, then I'll definitely make everyone aware of the poor service that #Uber provides.

After making a successful payment of the complete amount through Cash, the driver started misbehaving with me, locked the car doors and did not allow me to get out of the vehicle. Luckily my building's security guard came for help and rushed to inside my building. Now that I open my email, to my Shock, I see there is an outstanding balance. What the [censored] do you people actually think of yourself?First of all you j*rks do not have a customer support where we can address the issue on real time basis to get an immediate action taken. Inspite of me reporting the issue in the application, which by default has few options to chose from, there has been no action taken against the driver, rather UberCabs #Uber charges me an outstanding amount. I would like to know how are you people #DaraKhosrowshahi #UberIndia behaving so insensitive towards women safety?? I need this issue to be solved ASAP, inbox me to communicate and discuss this ASAP.

Also not to forget as 2 passengers in this UberCabs Uberpool #UberPool ride were local kannadigas, the driver behaved well with them but as the other 2 o[censored]s (me and the other lady) were non-local, he misbehaved with us, he also mentioned to me to leave Bengaluru and threatened me that no hindi people are allowed and only Kannada people's place this is. So, here I demand an answer from #Uber #UberBengaluru is there anything as such in your policies as well??

    I signed up and placed my first order on ubereats, it was all good.Whenever I try to use a valid promo code for Uber, I get the message “Promotion codes are not available for this account and all trips will be charged at full price”. It has been over a week but their customer service is hopeless.My mobile no is [protected].

    I have signed up using another account and its gvng the same errror message .They should shut down thier operation in India

    Its a fraud.

      This is regarding uber pool.The company has charged me for the full trip which I have not made.I had to get down before my destination because after picking me up from Worli, I was going towards Nariman Point and had reached Pedder road when a call comes to fetch a passenger from Tardeo A.c. market.Now if the driver has to pick up someone from outside the route then I am not going to reach on time.I would have been 40 minutes late if I had completed the ride.The pickup should be enroute and not from anywhere.I had got down and took a taxi to my destination.

      In todays trip the driver himself cancelled the trip but i was charged for the same.pls refund the 42 rs to me.moreover the trip charge was on very higher side

        I have made an attempt to make payment through uber eats but it is saying the restaurant is busy and could not take order please choose another one and after the restaurant is free i have tried to make an payment but surprsingly the amount around of 700 rupees lost and it is shown that i have made 10 orders in uber of same amount of 70 rupees and it is showing on hold in paytm wallet and it lead to left me hungry at the time of placing order. i dont like the procedure you made to reaching the customer payment method. I want my amount back. My paytm number is [protected] and though i didnt got any message from uber of placing order

          I, Atul Panse, had hired Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire through Uber for trip from New Panvel to International Airport at Mumbai. Driver Gurunath accepted the payment of Rs 910/- in cash against the actual charge of Rs 904.11 for the trip. Now the Uber App is saying the payment of Rs 904.11 against the trip is due from me. I am not able to reach the Service Provide as it has not kept any phone helpline for car riders. I had posted complaint through mobile app a few days ago, but there has not been any action. Request you to take action for the resolution of the issue & the unnecessary harassment faced in not being to hire the services any further.

            Hello, I have been a regular customer o[censored]ber more than an year now. Today morning, I was charged an almost 1.8x surcharge on my fare when the screen initially displayed just a Rs. 384 charge without any indication of surge pricing. Rs. 593 (the fare I had to pay when the driver ended the trip) is an almost double increase without any fair notice. Incidentally, I had sufficient money, however if I didn't, I would have been left stranded with no money. My issue is not with surge pricing, my issue is with its completely random operation with zero notice to the customer to prepare for such a charge. This is contrary to basic principles of consumer protection against price gouging & fair notice to the consumer. I implore Uber India to refund the extra money charged, or I shall be forced to initiate an appropriate complaint at a Consumer Forum.

              Hi, I’m Mr Glenn Dmello.

              I write to you, to bring up this issue of rash driving by an uber driver.The driver of car no. MH-46-AD-2326 who was rash on the road and was rude while rectified. I have also clicked a picture of the driver.

              Please let me know incase of any query.
              He really pushed me to raise this up with the company. Are these the kind of drivers you hire/partner at uber?This is how you screen your people? Uber doesn’t have even a platform/ mail Id displayed anywhere to address these issues. No wonder the drivers are arrogant

              My cashless payment mode is blocked by uber for no reason. As i asked to the customer support for the reason i am blocked so they replied for some security reason.

              As i am 5 star rated customer o[censored]ber. then what are the security reason???

                Today at about 10:30 am on Middleton Street, Kolkata, I booked an Uber (pool) from near 4/2 Middleton Street Kolkata - 71 to Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur through my mobile phone app. I was asked to wait for about a minute, the driver's name and the car registration plate number came on my mobile screen and a message kept on coming that the car will arrive in a minute. After waiting for about 6-7 minutes, another message came to my mobile that 'the trip has been cancelled'. The message also told me to enter all details once again in order to connect to another driver. I was in a tremendous hurry and could not wait for 5 more minutes and therefore took another street cab to reach my destination. After an hour I found that Rs. 47.25 was deducted by Uber from my Paytm account. The trip was cancelled not by me but by Uber itself and hence Uber should not charge me. I got harassed first by waiting for more time on the street due to no fault of mine and then again unethically money was deducted as cancellation fee from me although I never cancelled my trip, it was cancelled by Uber itself.

                  Unfortunately Uber experiences are turning out to be awful. Driver booked from [protected] on 17/8/18 at around 9:05 from Gachibowli has refused to drive when he found out the destination location. He asked us to get out of the car. He also said we can happily conplaint. Shame on sich drivers who don't care about the customers.

                  And then in 10 minutes time another driver surprisingly called and said he is waiting outside the apartment and asked when we wpuld come out. We said 5 minutes and in 2 minutes he cancelled and went away.

                  What an awful experience.

                  It has also become a practise for these drivers to cancel once they know the destination. This is not the first horrible experience with Uber.

                  Dishonesty I came to know .

                    Hi,

                    I am staying in Ahmedabad and booking the cash on daily basis through your application, today i have booked one candidate for my destination i.e.new ranip and for that your driver had called up and then he switches off his mobile. For that time Uber has charges me something 38 for cancellation and then after i have booked the second can which was for the same location, repaditly the same things happened, driver had clearely deniend to come at the location and suggestion for the cancellation, please clear the thing why should people take cabs instead of auto as they are easily available at all location and that too in low rate.

                    I think, i was wrong that i was suggesting the people to use Uber, this is too pathetic and will never suggestion anyone to book the time with you.

                      I have taken uber share ride on 14/07 from CP to ISBT Kashmiri Gate and paid cash to the driver. Inspite of that Uber has charged my paytm account without my consent and are not replying properly to my complaints. My account is by default set as cash payment to driver names Rohit with mobile number: [protected] and over the call also he asked me if the mode of payment is cash then only if will come to which I have told him I will be paying cash only. Instead of checking with the driver Uber has without my consent deducted money directly from my paytm account. And since they do not have a call center Its hard to get any concrete solution. This is the second time they have over charged me unnecessarily and then they do not even provide assistance. Trancation ID of paytm is [protected]

                        On 26th May 2018, I traveled from Bangalore International Airport to Ramamurthynagar signal. The charges of Rs.686.20 were debited twice from my Paytm account. I took up with both and the issue remains unresolved. Uber confirmed that the one charge will be reversed but nothing happened. Paytm says only Uber has to resolve.

                          The driver purposely made me wait for half and hour ... mine was a registers location but he was waiting at a distance of 3min for d entir period saying coming... it was office time and I had to drop it for today just because of him...

                          We rely so much upon uber for daily life... truly disgusting. ... kindly take some action...

                            Uberpool have become looters in mumbai .I booked uber pool from c46 yoghi star to my home .The map on app and direction route was correctly shown pick up from c46 yoghi star.After 15 minutes i received a call from driver that he is in Mira road though app showed 4 minutes .I told him to get in touch with uber and get new cab .Now I have received a cancellation bill though I had not cancelled the trip.We were waiting for ten minutes but no car seen, Please arrange detectives to study the mapping of driver .Now the headache is the app is forcing me to click cancel other wise I cannot go ahead Email [protected]@gmail.com Pl refund my charges and punish driver and put my app to original without forcing to accept what I have not done

                              I was there on the road Driver called I waited for him he cancelled the trip I took another cab a went to the hotel NOW I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED WITHOUT TGE TRIP. CALL ME [protected] 1st deducted 47 rs and then 150 total 200 deducted from account without any trip kindly reverse back my money as I'm facing monetary loss without any trip

                                I took a trip few days back 11th July 2018 for which i was supposed to pay 39/- for my share trip from home to office but driver did not end my trip and i was overcharged 105/- wrongly. I want my refund back. I tried contacting them through help in app but no body is responding to my complaint. There is no helpline number as well where i can raise my concern.

                                  The Uber driver refused to take me to my destination the railway station, I had booked an uberpool on the 11 th of July around 1 30 pm for 2 people, the driver simply refused after picking up my ride and then even cited luggage issues though we had just one suitcase.
                                  The name of the driver was ashok with a Maruti swift dzire his contact number was [protected]

                                  I am travelling today in uber but only one trip made, i gave payment but it showed that payment not done, when i check bank statement it two transactions for one trip.. i am trying to connect but they are not willing to give us.. refund even after proof of trip snapshot and bank statement proof
                                  I took a trip tonight. Booked a cab though paytm n the estimated fare showed 263 from dlf mall of india noida to rajinder place . Driver took a long route despite me telling him not to do so he was giving me excuse that they are suppose to drive as per gps navigator and the final bill amount charged from me was 611 only one word highly humiliating

                                    I booked uber pool on 8/7/2018... it was showing me thew fare 291 rs... i hired this from hinjewadi(menza 9) to chandan nagar (pune)... it was booked by my husband... when i reached to my destination driver ask me for cash and he told me like he is not able to see the amount in his uber app... but as i knew my husband always pays the amount through paytm... i was trying to contact to my husband but his phone was not reachable...i paid the amount of 291 rs... when i contact to my husband then he told me he already paid through paytm... driver tooks money twice... please refund my money back

                                      Good evening sir/madam,

                                      I'm writing this email to inform you that I was cheated by Uber cab.
                                      On 8th July, I booked a cab from dhaula Kuan to sector 73 and fare was Rs 304. But there was some problem with my Uber account so I can't make payment so driver Ashok(Vijay) insisted to pay the money to his paytm wallet ([protected]) amount 310Rs so I paid the money. After that in my Uber account the outstanding amount appears and yesterday at 11:32 PM uber had deducted Rs 304 from my paytm wallet without telling me.
                                      This the way uber is treating it's customers.

                                      I have proof that on July 8th I paid money to driver Ashok. So I want strigent action taken against driver for cheating.

                                      I have attached two screenshot
                                      1) I paid money to Uber driver, you can also cross check.
                                      2) Uber has unofficially deducted amount from my paytm wallet without informing me.

                                      I think you'll solve this matter quickly!!

                                        I booked cab from Uber. when i booked a cab he was near by to my location and it shows 1 mint. and he strted moving in wrong direction and he went long distance from my actual location so when i tried to cancel the cab uber said i will be chared some small amount donno why shd i need to pay some small fees when uber driver didnt come across.

                                        can any one see in to this issue and help people from uber scam. and when i called him he is not answering phone call too. dont know whyshould we book this stupid cabs and when we try to cancel why shd we need to pay small fees... here i am attaching images too.. have look at that images.
