My trip to airport with Uber on 25th June to Bangalore International airport was paid thru my Paytm. I dint realise that and the driver Mr.Mahesh driving Rnault Logan, happily took 1000rs from me. On contacting the driver, he says he has paid the money to Uber and I should claim it from them. On contacting Uber with great great difficulty, they are denying my refund. If my money is not refunded, I will have to take this case legally.

    I booked an Uber Cab from Pune Airport to my destination.Iwas sent an SMS that cab no:MH 14 GU 2475 will be available at our kiosk near gate. Accordingly I was made to sit in the cab by your attendant there. But after boarding the cab your driver told me that he has cancelled my trip & will take other passenger of longer distance.So he deboarded my bags & made us to get down.Since we are Sr. Citizen & felt it helpless to argue. Such type of behaviour is never expected from your services.I request to deroll such cabs which gives you a bad name & take stirct actions for such errant drivers.

      I have to select my issue with the ride out of given options. There's not one option for a costum complaint, it being: there was no ride.

      I scheduled this ride last night and ordered ubergo to make sure I would catch my train. Driver spent about 20min not turning up while I called him 3 times. Then apparently I was charged a full ride for one stretch of him just driving along a road while I was nowhere near catching my train. And after that I was just left with the only option to wait 13min for a pool, but even that didn't work because they coulsn't find me one.

      Train tickets cost money, I can't even submit a complaint about it, what is this?

        Dear Team,

        I had booked a ride from Thane to Andheri for my parents on 28th June and the mode of payment selected was card. The total payment amount was Rs 551. However at the end of the ride driver's mobile hanged or lost connectivity and he asked for cash to be paid to him. As a matter of fact my parents paid the same. Further when I checked it was showing an outstanding amount to be paid on my card. I disputed the same via Help option on app however response received was nothing can be done as the selected mode was card and the amount paid was outside the system.

        Further I asked few more questions and still awaiting a response. Today I noticed that my paytm wallet was charged the amount. Who authorized UBER to charge me via paytm if the mode of payment was card.

        The two things done by UBER are very much contradicting
        1) mode of payment was card and if cash is paid nothing can be done
        2) charged my paytm wallet when mode of payment was card

        This is a fraudulent activity at your end. Hence need a refund of ₹551 as soon as possible. And yes hope you will provide me a timely response

          Dear uber team,

          Kindly help me as i left my mobile (Oppo-f5) in the cab no 7213, driven by santosh driver on 3rd july 2018 (Between 11:00 to 11:30 am), and i am very sure about the fact because it slipped from my lap under the seat next to the driver when i was carrying my unwell daughter while leaving the cab.

          I went to uber office the next day, but receive no help. They ask me to reach police station, with my little daughter i went to police station where they are asking for the details of the cab and driver. Finally, i logged a lost mobile case online but had no reply from it as well. Also, my email id is blocked by uber and i have no way to communicate further as they don'y have costumer care number

          This is spoiling the company’s reputation.

          Please help by asking the driver to return my mobile phone or call us on an alternate no. [protected] for us to pick the device

          I think you'll should activate it GPS properly. If v put the address of gorai holy Magi the maps takes you to gorai creek and shows you the direction from the sea to gorai beach. My point iscan your cars float over water.

            I have booked one uber cab for airport in bangalore for my younger brother. As due to network issues i could not tell him about payment method. Driver told him to pay bill in cash and did not tell him that bill already swing 0. My brother paid 1228.28 rs for the ride. Now raising complaint i am getting answer that it is outside uber system. So when we pay in cash in uber iot is always outside system and they don't even resolve by simply calling and checking with driver. How you are running a company without any commitment to your users. Pathetic experience. That will be last ride i or my family/friends will take from uber.

              Your driver did not reach on the correct location. We were getting late to reach railway station. He was near about one km from our location and agruing that i m at the correct location. He was, asking us to come across one km from our location. That's why we cancelled our ride. Now can't pay your cancellation charges because that is your driver fault not us.

                On 5th of july, two of my colleagues and i booked a uber to go to our workplace at around 9a. M. After picking us up the driver said he want to eat something as he had not eaten anything. But i resisted as the trip has already started and there are money (Fare) constraints, time constraints or else he should not have accepted the ride. But he was astonishingly very rude saying it's urgent or otherwise he could drop us off immediately.

                Then we argued saying we won't pay him anything if we don't reach our location.
                When we were about to reach the location he refused to drop us in the exact location, and forced us to get off in a random location nearby. Again we argued and and were very angry at his behaviour. But he was surprisingly so adamant that he said he didn't even care about money. But still i gave him the money.

                But i am surprised seeing his rating above 4.5 out of 5 and conversation apprised in the uber app! I have never seen a cab driver acting so weirdly. So i kindly asking uber to take strict action against him and teach code of conduct with customer.

                  Hi,
                  As i had an issue with uber pool, i selected an option for pay using card.
                  My trip was 49 rs on[protected] from indira nagar to vignan nagar bangaore.
                  But it was over charged from my card 695 rs and again driver asked for 49 rs.
                  I paid to driver 50 rs also. But now, i sent so many messages to uber but they are not even contacting me.
                  I am just asking for overcharged amount of 695 rs only. But not getting any response from uber.

                  I have never applied any invite code to ubereats then howcoe it is showing this ... and cpm50 is not getting applied ... and overall i submitted this complaint 3 days back thru ubereats app an no response... really hopless customer care

                    Hello sir,
                    I have called for a pick up in bangalore through app. And the driver cancelled pick up.. under such circumstances there was no procedure to deduct any charges.. But they have deducted the amount from linked paytm wallet without any authorisation straight away...and now when I tried to get help through help centre they have reflected it in uber credits which is worthless...first of all this scammer is charging fake amounts and if any query is raised they reflect it as uber credit as refund which is worthless..who authorised them to deduct real money and refund as useless credits. This kind of cheating should not be tolerated and they must be banned from services .and Another problem is they don't have customer care number for clear resolution we cannot contact any living beings who can understand query. All automated autobots. Such companies needs to be heavily penalised to change their cheating attitude. Screenshot of details of trip is attached for reference.

                      I am regular commuter with uber and this is has been the most annoying thing... That after booking your ride you wait for 15 - 20 mins just to receive a call from the driver to check where the destination is and then boooom.. Ride cancelled by driver.. Then again back to waiting loop

                      I wonder is there any penalty for the driver for such behaviours!!!

                        My personal number has been registered with someone else's email id in Uber and after complaining them via email from my email id that someone else is using my contact number, Uber is not doing anything. I already have been complaing to Uber about a month now but still they not resolving stating that my number is registered with some other email id, so i need to connect with them with the registered email id.
                        Again, my issue is that my number has been registered by someone else whom i don't know and i want to register my number, which i am unable to.
                        Uber customer support is the worst in all.Most of the time they don't bother to respond neither resolve the issue.

                        Last year I booked Uber for my friend and she payed the money to the driver on that day itself.
                        Now last month I tried to book uber and they still asks me money for that ride i requested last year.

                        I payed again and still it shows.

                        I asked them to refund and they are not replying.

                          My driver did not report to the pickup point and i could not connect to him through phone. The uber screen which showed arriving in 4 minutes suddenly went blank and uber home screen appeared. The driver's phone number is [protected] and call was booked at guwahati around 530am on 4th july 2018.
                          I was charged rs.42 extra on my next uber booking although i did not cancel my trip.

                            It was a auto rickshaw with charges of 29 rs. Driver did not turned on the starting time hence didn't got any information. I have paid 29 rs cash. How uber can deduct 195 rs for the trip which i have never taken. Please take it seriously.

                              Hello,

                              I am using Uber India services from almost 2 years and have never face this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from Uber customer care.
                              I have a simple query for which i raised a simple concern to Uber customer support via Uber app.
                              My concern was - :

                              “Why i am being charged differently for same route”
                              For this i haven’t received a concrete response
                              from Uber team yet after chasing them again nd again now the result is they’re closing my case at there end without confirming it from me.
                              One of the uber representative contacted me but he was too unable to resolve my problem and asked me that one of his senior will contact me in 24 hrs. Its already 3 days since that call but no one has contacted me yet.
                              In return they’re closing my case at there end again nd again and NOT replying to my query.

                              Is this is the way you guys treat your customers???
                              Is there anyone responsible enough here who can take some action to my query and teach customer care a good leason??

                                The driver took the ride without me and ended the ride after a few metres and the money for the ride got deducted from my paytm account for that ride I tried calling the uber auto driver but he didn't answer my call . Without taking the ride my money has got deducted from my paytm account. And uber cabs do not have a complaint option for the issue. So I'm unable to register a complaint .

                                  This morning i tried to book uber share and i found the fares were much higher and hence decided to book an auto. When i tried to book an auto, it went on rotating saying "finding your trip" for more than 10 minutes and could not end booking an auto for me. Hence i had to cancel this particular booking and started booking again for an auto. This also went on rotating saying "finding your trip" and did not end at all. Like this i had to cancel four or five times, i suppose. And finally i thought i would book a car on share and when i tried, i got the message saying "oops. Too many cancellations, try booking later" here i would like to know is it my fault that i did cancellations just because i could not book an auto for me? It is purely the fault o[censored]ber and not mine at all.. Kindly rectify this type of things so that we would have peaceful mornings with the bookings with uber, be it be an auto or share care.                                     I'm a regular user o[censored]ber in different countries and now trying to use it in Guwahati India. On two instances i was chited including this one. The driver accepts thw request and calls to check where am i going.i confirm exact pickup point.didn't drive the car for long after getting request. Then he reached somewhere back alley without the car being visible in pickup point.then stops answering calls. When timer expires he just accepts a longer trip and leaves. I must have called him 100 times as i dont find the car.50rs cancellation charge . As many of my colleagues feedback, this is also happening in airport pickup very frequently.they make money by forcing people to cancel or expiring waiting time knowingly. I would request you to raise this against this driver.

                                      I took a uber pool on 19.06.2018. The charge was for rs 89.53. While dropping off another rider my trip too got terminated and i was charged rs 53.00 for the trip

                                      As it was a remote place the driver took me to a main road near vanagaram and left me there. After that i booked another uber and reached home paying addition rs 89.53

                                      I have been charged rs 70 more and i have raised the complaint in their app but even after a week there is no response

                                        I took a ride on 29.06.2018 and was billed for Rs 89.53. After reaching home I used my credit card for paying this amount

                                        I got a message that the amount is debited and checked online sbi card status and found that the amount has been debited.

                                        On 02.07.2018 - today when i booked the cab, this amount of Rs 89.53 was shown as pending

                                        As I had to make a trip urgently I I paid this amount and
                                        I raised the complaint with the company there is no response

                                        Hence the complaint made in this forum
