Took a cab from Gurgaon to Delhi t1 airport... Driver left me in the middle of the highway as his car broke down.. I paid online with my cc and now uber not refunding my fare.. I took another flight paid 500 rs and still missed my flight as Driver left me stranded for 30-40 mins on the highway... 7 different people called from uber but not refunding my money!!

    I was at guwahati airport and booked a ubergo. The driver asked my location & directly said "i will not go" and just dropped the call...!! I had no option but to cancel.. There is no option available to mention that "cancel due to driver regret." and instead i'm asked that cancellation may charge fees of rs.47..!!!

    I booked again 2nd time.. Tried calling the driver multiple times but he didn't pick up the call. Then tried finding customer care no.in the app but it's not available... I donot understand why you guys donot give access to customers to call cust care.. Meanwhile saw that this driver also cancelled and i have been charged the fine...!!! Wow what a great service kudos..!! Keep it up.

    Had to take local taxi after getting harassed for 30 min in all this. Will suggest all my colleagues not to take uber.

      I have loaded my account with 1000 rupees and my account already has 500 rupees in it and after loading 1000 rupees and when im trying to book the cab paytm is not allowed it says. What i request is to refund the money or transfer the full amount to the respective paytm account.

      Due to ubers useless service and continuous cancel by the uber riders after 20-40min has almost cost me my flight. And after 20min i cancelled one booking and they charged me with 42rupees.

      Now it shows zero account in my paytm balance.

      Till now nothing is been done ...They told they will sort it out in 3-5 days but its been morethan 2 weeks and nothing is done.
      I have booked a cab in rajiv Gandhi international airport driver has cancelled the tide but I got fine of cancellation charges 105rs but 5he ride was cancelled by the driver

        I have been charged heavily. The amount that was showing to pay, at the time when i was into the cab, was 88 rs and on reaching the destination it had shown rs 204.56 paise and that too in the drivers mobile and not in my mobile, this payment charges. What i received in my mobile at the end was to rate the driver for which the driver was more focussed on and kept telling me to do it. Amazing!!!
        Not happy with the service because this was my first service that i availed.

          I was in pune on a business visit. I booked uber (2 times) to visit tox pressomatic - paud road. Drivers reluctant to perform and requested to cancel. As i have very little time, i cancelled and re-booked. Again same cab was assigned. Reluctantly he appeared before and started negotiating (Off-one) for round trip. I agreed for rs. 1500 and paid this sum though this is not justified.
          I am surprised to see your demand for balance amount of last trip which you claim to have been short paid. Please investigate and reply as to why i should pay?

            Uber driver was suppose to come and pick up. However mr. Naresh who drives maruti suzuki swift dzire - ts07ue1318 did not arrive even after 50 mints and later on cancelled the trip themselves.

            Timings: 10:20 am - 11:15 am

            Due to this, i am running late for my location and have caused lot of troubles.

            Uber co is not reachable as usual and driver is very dude.

              Today i booked mukesh driver name at 3:00 pm nd reaching time shoen by gps is only 4 mins bt he didnt reached on specified location till 03:25 and afterall that he cancelled the trip...
              I again tried to book a new cab then it shows a penalty of rs. 42 because of last trip cancelled.
              It was not my mistake its ur driver mistake if such things happen repeatedly than u will start to lose valuable customer so plz waive off such penalised amount nd ask the driver why he take such long time why he didny follow gps route

                  Today, i. E. 17/08/2018 i booked a ride through uber from sector 41b to sector 30a, chandigarh. When i booked the ride the amount showing me to pay was rs. 58 but at the end of ride, the driver asked me for rs. 161 by showing his uber mobile. I was charged thrice for the ride which is not right. I complained at uber mobile app, but no satisfactory reply was received from them. Also there is no contact number to whom i can contact and tell the exact problem. Please do something in the said concern and help me out to get my money back.

                    Uber driver was suppose to come and pick up. However Mr. Mahendra who drives Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire - MH03CH3010 did not arrive even after 30 mints and later on cancelled the trip themselves.

                    Date: 17/08/2018
                    Timings: 8:30 am - 9:30 am

                    Due to this, I am running late for my location and have caused lot of troubles.

                    Uber Co is not reachable as usual and driver is very dude.

                    I had to hire another cab from Ola and pay increase fair as by that time demand had gone up.

                    I request Rs 5000 as fine on Driver and Rs 10000 from Uber as damages and inconvenience caused.

                    Thus total of Rs 15000 from Uber.

                    Please read - Driver as Rude and not dude.
                    Also, Driver was called many times and later on found that he had gone to different location as he was not aware of the locality and how to read maps.

                      Pick up was from Konanakunte PNB layout and drop to Accenture Bellandur.
                      Even before I could get my pick up I saw trip was already started this was at 7.40am. I immediately called the driver to check his location and he told it will take 15 mints. Whereas he was just 4 mints away when I screamed he told he will come to pick me up. I told him to cancel the start trip as he is supposed to pick me up first. Waited for 15mints he didn't turn up neither did he cancel. This is not a joke everytime due to drivers mistake why should I be charged. 100 of times they cancel seeing the drop location and we get charged. This is most ridiculous way of dealing with customers. I want a serious action to be taken. Why the drivers are not trained about the simple steps to be followed once the booking comes to them. Why customers have to face these challenges. I'm writing this complaint and my ride is still on and not been cancelled. Highly unacceptable and disgraceful act.

                        I have paid more amount (120) than the billing amount (91). I have raised an issue but I have been told that as it was a cash transaction, the money cannot be refunded.
                        It is a pure cheating case. Please stop this type of corruption. The amount is not very big, but the reply is worst. I can't believe a renowned company like Uber can't provide a service and where cash transaction doesn't matter at all. I will take necessary steps against it if I don't get my refund.

                          Today 16th Aug 18. I booked uber ride . The driver didn't reached to the location and started the trip without picking me.i took ola cab at the same time to reach my destination. After 15 mins I got a message of trip condition and amount deduction from under money. When I made complain the I got reply as we can not refund you. It is an unsafe system o[censored]ber which is allowing uber driver to deduce money from passenger account without passenger confirmation.

                            The concerned trip took place on 14th of july at 11:25 pm, it was tata indigo, driver name is pratap singh (Trip from sector 29_ dharam colony gurugram), i was little dizzy at the time of deboarding the cab, i am doubting on the driver, that he is not willing to return my phone back, i am 1000% sure that phone was left on my seat, i get contacted to uber support since then, as he was not responding back, the number attached tp the ride claims he is not the driver, he is not pratap, rather he works for him, i spoke with thrice, but he just tells me i dont have drivers number i keep trying to the same number, after the last call when i contronted him with proofs which i have, he has stopped answering my phone, he is disconnecting calls too, may be he knows that the driver is wrong, and he stole my phone, i have a few proofs i can prove that the driver kept my phone woth him, please help me getting my phone back, else i will go to police today or file case against you, uber india, as this is not tolerable now, my phone details are as follow;
                            Apple iphone 6, space grey, tiny scratches on the glass, black cover, has a back holder on it

                              Hi all,

                              I have logged a complaint to uber help many times over last couple of weeks on the same trip but have not received any response neither they have given me refund and even after asking for senior from pradeep (One o[censored]ber rep) he didn't arrange a call and it's been frustrating that no one there to help if i pay the money cash they are not even addressing the issue. I want to escalate this matter and now need rebusrsment for the fake details provided on the call i have recording and all the receipts with me. Need immediate action.

                                I have been facing the same issue everyday. The first ride that i am booking daily is getting canceled because o[censored]nprofessional drivers. They want destinations to be as per their conveniences and if they don't wish to go to my destination, they stop receiving calls. Ultimately i have to cancel the trip and then book another cab. This is happening almost everyday resulting into my delayed logins. This is something which is really annoying. Kindly look into this matter asap. Otherwise i might have to take legal help. Pfa of the details of one of such drivers.

                                  Me, my mother and my mother in law met an accident due to driver mistake and in that accident my mother got her legs fractured and my mother in law got her hands fractured. We came to know that the driver who was driving the car was not having any driving licence. We made serveral calls to uber and registered our complain that as the driver not having the driving license, we are not able to get the insuranc amount. We tried reaching for help to uber but they are not taking any responsibility. I have the fir number and details of the driver. I have to pay around 2 lakh and still my mom is not able to walk properly. My mom has lots of dependencies in the family. If driver is not having the licence then why the driver was allowed to take our trip. I need the money which i spent in the operation and medicines. Uber has to take the resposibility. I reached higher management also but uber just ignored our request. Uber license should be cancelled. Even i was carrying when that accident happened, the accident happened in january 2018. Still not ablle to understand why uber is not taking resposibility

                                  Please help me and get uber take the resposibility as they have sent the driver not having the driver license.

                                  The accident happened on the way to airport near hebbal around 4 am morning.

                                    not accepting payment in card and lack of support from customer care

                                    I have used Uber in US without any complaint. If there was a minor issue, it was solved very quickly by the customer care.
                                    In India, I am just shocked and disappointed by the sheer difference in service and customer care. First off, I added a new form of payment by an amex card. The payment was authorised and I completed the ride. When I tried to book the next ride, a message pops up that my previous payment could not be processed(why?,...

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Please note, my telephone number is [protected]. I travelled by uber taxi on 6th august 2018 from ambattur estate (Express gardens) to vm street royapetta. The estimated trip amount was shown as rs.234/- while booking the taxi. At the completion of journey driver was demanding rs.461/-. I had given him rs.250/- and said that there was no outstanding balance with uber. There is no scope for overcharging as there was no surge on that date.

                                    Driver was very arrogant but accepted rs.250/-.

                                    When i am trying to book uber subsequently, you are showing outstanding amount of around rs.430/-.

                                    I am surprised where is the scope for any outstanding when passengers pay cash to the driver after completion of journey., is it possible for any person to go without paying after completing the journey? Please introduce a mechanism of informing passenger if any outstanding is created due to non-payment so that they can inform you if the drivers do not inform you about receipt of payment.in this case it has happened so.

                                    There seems to be some malpractice in driver's not reporting about acceptance of cash.

                                    I am from press industry holding a reputable post. I have always been settling the payments promptly at the time of completion. May be some extra amount for drivers as tips if they do the journey well.

                                    Please explain to me how the outstanding amount of rs.430/- your system indicates. Though this is a small amount, but i take exception in treating me as a outstanding holder and the way the driver acted on 6.8.2018 was unbecoming. I simply paid him rs.250/- and ignored his filthy comments.

                                      Trip booked when charge was rs.79, but i was charged rs.89 when the trip ended.

                                      This is plane cheating when neither my pick-up nor drop location had changed during the trip.

                                      Customer care has only sent standard responses and noone has really cared to call or write to me to understand the issue

                                      Need compensation of not resolving the issue on the same day for an amount no less that rs 10, 000
