Hi i'm sanju kumar, i have scheduled uber cab on[protected] at 22:15, the driver had sent his details at 22:15, when i called him, he told he dropping one customer and needs 20 mins, i said ok, he came 30 mins late at pick up point, and when i'm approaching the cab, i received a message saying my booking cancelled, then he requested me to book ola, he told as he can take booking from uber for next 20 mins, he also told me that the cancellation charge from uber will not be charged to me. As i had to catch flight so booked ola. Later i received a message from uber to pay rs.157, as cancellation charge.
