I was accompanying two patients along with myself from naturoveda health centre park circus to garfa. When i suggested a more efficient route from the one displayed on google maps, the driver stopped the vehicle and threw us out of the car in the middle of darga road (Park circus). I must also point out that one of the patients was a senior citizen. I have already commented on uber support from the app but haven't received any reply, even more surprising is that uber is charging me rs. 64.75 for this "trip". Since uber does not show car details after a trip on their app, i am only able to remember the last 4 digits of the license plate = 5995. Date and time of incident: 28/6/2018 - 12:43pm, screenshots are included...

    Hi i'm sanju kumar, i have scheduled uber cab on[protected] at 22:15, the driver had sent his details at 22:15, when i called him, he told he dropping one customer and needs 20 mins, i said ok, he came 30 mins late at pick up point, and when i'm approaching the cab, i received a message saying my booking cancelled, then he requested me to book ola, he told as he can take booking from uber for next 20 mins, he also told me that the cancellation charge from uber will not be charged to me. As i had to catch flight so booked ola. Later i received a message from uber to pay rs.157, as cancellation charge.

      Im using uber since the time it was launched in india. Their services used to be good in the beginning but now their services are becoming worst day by day. As soon as i book a cab or after sometime either the driver is cancelling the trip or asking me to cancel it. Out of 50%, 45% drivers are doing this. I pre booked a cab few days ago, for a particular date and time, for airport. Though i pre booked it the driver didnt come at all and the drivers cancelled again and again.in the end i had to go to the airport by myself in my own car. I almost missed my flight thanks to uber and its drivers. Uber’s services are below average.

        I booked your cab from station rd panbazar to civil hospital, shillong... Driver name bajendra, hundai eon vehicle, phone no. [protected] amount to be paid was showing rs. 1803/- it's inclusive of all the toll amount. But driver suddenly stopped at toll gate and forced to pay the toll amount 95/-or else thretened me to get down from the car that to middle of the road. And he also washed car by my aunt when she was vomiting. She told him that uncle's security gaurd will washed after reach there.. But the driver stop car in a patrol pump and ordered her to wash with a plastic bag.

        I am shruti booked your cab from station rd panbazar guwahati to civil hospital shillong. Driver name brajendra vehicle no. Not remembered, phone no. +[protected], total amount to be paid was showing rs. 1803/- it's inclusive of all the toll amount. But driver brajendrasuddenly stopped at toll gate and forced me to pay the toll amount have paid rs. 95/-. At toll gate.
        I want it back to my given uber phone (Paytm) no.

          The last cab that was allocated at 8:05 pm by my brother in law mobile number [protected] had a very bad incident. There was a tyre wheel of our car kept in the dicky which would be approximately rs.6000, when my son went to pick it, he lied to my son that it was his tyre and took it with him. As we were attending our father in law who is a stroke patient, he used the opportunity to take the tyre away with him and also he went away without paying the change back. The trip cost was rs.61.07, we gave him rs.100, he moved the car in hurry without giving the change and also the tyre worth rs.6000. When we went behind him when we realised that he has cheated us, he took high speed in the car and moved away knowing that we were behind. This is a very bad instance by uber driver... We have never encountered such an instance with uber or ola driver in the past.

            Hi,
            I'm isita mukherjee from kolkata. Yesterday i have booked uber cab from esplanade. The cab driver call me from ([protected]) no. And told me, he will be on the spot within one minute. But, the app show me that the trip is cancelled and then also the app also show me to submit the rating. After that, when i have look forward another cab from uber, then it was shown that "you was not paid full amount to the driver, so you have to pay more 45 rupees. When i call the driver ([protected]), he said wrong number..
            So, i have to wait a long time with luggage, never get a cab and also i have to pay penalty next time..? It's very very unfortunate and shows the irresponsibility. Plz settle the matter.

              Currently i am travelling from ypr station to my home vichel no- KA41A1066 driver name sureahkumar. He is denying to switch on the AC. EVERY TIME I am suffering like that only in uber and they never sorted out this matter even they dont reduce the fair at all due to this issue.
              Riding Date -27th june 2018 5pm and car quality is not good as expected.

                I took ride from thakur village, kandivali to golden nest, bhayander for which estimated fare was rs.197, for which i had made the payment through paytm. However, on reaching the destination, the driver asked me for cash payment saying payment was not done. Since i did not had access to my phone at that time, i paid the cash rs.200 to the driver but later i checked that the payment from paytm was also deducted. When i made a complaint on help section o[censored]ber, they denied refund saying payment is outside the uber system. I had similar issue earlier where the driver had taken cash of rs.200 instead of rs.171 saying he does not have change.
                I came to know about similar instances by many people including few of my relatives and friends as well.
                Since the drivers details as well as their accounts are available with uber, it should recover the amounts from them and refund to the customers, which they are not doing.

                  I took a trip with uber on 23.6.18, which cost ₹300.94. For some unknown readon, the linked card payment did not immediately go through. But later, the amount was deducted from my debit card account on 24.6.18.
                  But when i tried to book an uber again, the amount was shown as outstanding in the app. So i wrote to them and submitted a bank statement showing the deducted amount. Uber customer care wrote back that the statement did not have enough detail. So i submitted another statement showing merchant details, clarifying that the amount was paid to uber but now their customer care is not responding. The status of the payment on the app is still outstanding. I have no way of getting out of this situation unless i decide to pay them twice for one trip. Frustrating and unfair.

                    Today i booked a uber from sec 51 to bhuteshwar mandir at around 9.56am. N numbers of calls were made on mobile no.[protected]. The driver did not pick up call even when tried from different nos. Ultimately after waiting for 25 mins the booking was cancelled by me around 10.26 and was charged a fee of rs42 dye to the callous n negligent behaviour of the driver. You are requested to look into the matter and cancel any charges levied

                      Hello sir,

                      I have been raising multiple complaints and constantly notified to uber support about this incidence but they straightaway closed it without any resolution.

                      I was charged 80% of fee for not even taking a ride. This was due to glitch in their system and they are not accepting it. The driver got away with the free ride and was not picking up my call after repeated attempts to cancel trip. He drove away without even attempt of calling me back

                      I have all the evidence to prove my point but the service uber opted for customers is not helping to go to the root and resolve it.

                      Please help to get this resolved.

                        I booked a cab on 24th june from banglore airport to veracity plaza - oyo 11, 11th cross rd, maruti nagar, 1st stage, btm layout, bangalore. On application the fare shown to me is 819rs so i booked the when i reached the location driver demanded 2280 rs which is near to 3 times the promised time he i try to humiliate me as m from different state. I try to contact uber but they didn't revert me that time so i have to pay them 2280 rs by cash m when i complained regarding this to uber they just blocked my account or didn't showing any trip. Even they didn't mail me the bill. They are not helping me out. I have the screenshot of that booking. And the promise time. [protected]

                          My name is srinivas prasad. My mobile no [protected]. Once i had booked a uber cab a month before and the cab driver accepted my booking call for a ride. But there was a difference between my shown waiting time and actual time it showed after the booking is done. So i cancelled it hence there was a more than 30 minutes waiting time..! Because of this they have blocked my booking and they are not at all customer friendly as i am not getting to reach the customer care. This has caused a lot a inconvenience and unnecessary disturbance. Please take this as my complaint.

                            I work in bangalore and usually walk back to home after work (Address and company to be kept anonymous for safety reasons). Today was like any other day untill i became a victim of eve teasing by a uber driver, who not only made vulgar expressions but also followed me till i reached home.

                            I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take action accordingly. So far uber has served me well but i will never have trust in the company again if it doesn't take any action against this person. M sure uber would not want further molestation cases and will take action to prevent the forsee treat.

                            On 8th June 2018, I scheduled a ride from my home located in mayur colony, kothrud, Pune. The destination was Pune airport and the scheduled pickup confirmed from your side was 1030 to 1045 pm. At 1020 pm I got a message that the ride has been cancelled. I had to rush for the airport at the last minute.

                              I booked a pool to gurgaon. Driver arrives at the doorstep and I board the cab, he started the trip and then denies the location. He asked me to get down of the cab. He first questioned if it was a pool and then he denied the location. I took his cab ownerz number from him and recorded the entire converstion. These ### they deny gurgaon location right on face and uber is a ### to do nothing. I will post this with the recording in fb and other social medias as well.

                                On 18th of June, 2018, I had booked an Uber Pool from Sangria Megapolis, Phase 3, Hinjewadi to Anmol Residency, Kaspate Wasti at 7.56 pm.
                                The ride was completed successfully at around 9 pm with no issues.
                                The next morning while leaving for office I realized that I have misplaced my black bag that had my two important cards - my company ID card and my ATM Debit Card. And of course I was sure that I had left in the Uber cab while returning back home.
                                Therefore, I contacted Uber support via multiple channels - their app, their website, dropped multiple mails with rejected response from server. Also through the app it was hard to reach out directly to the driver so that I could confirm on the lost documents with less hassle.
                                Since I had very limited information of the Uber driver so I googled his name and I got the above mentioned contact and address details to connect to Uber Office which is located within 1.5 km of distance from my home.
                                I called on this number [protected], one lady picks up and greets with welcoming message for Uber support. I tell the situation and provided details of my ride after which I got abrupt short answer response to please connect to https://help.uber.com/ to logde my complaint. I said her that I have already made a complaint on the portal and I only need details of my ride and help me connect with the driver I was riding with but the lady cuts the call. Assuming it was a mistake I call again and told her call got disconnected but she told me yes she did cut the call and told me to visit to Koregaon Park office and again hungs up.
                                Koregaon Park is 19 kms from my place and their office where I was calling was only 1.2 kms away from my place.
                                But I desperately needed help so I asked my friend to call on this number at-least she can tell me the exact address in Koregaon Park where I can get my bag if this is what was I had to do to get my documents.
                                Meanwhile I kept googling for more numbers when I got this number[protected] expecting a different Uber Customer Executive but again the same lady picks up and tells me to stop calling as she cannot keep line busy, I asked her again for help to let me connect to the driver or at-least report my case on their portal but the lady was very rude and again warns me to not call again on this number. I said I am calling on different numbers expecting different people not just her but she was so rude so I told her I will connect with Police if you don't talk in a sophisticated manner, she was like do anything now we are not going to help you. By this time I had reached the Wakad Police station on Datta Mandir road where I explained them my situation and my only concern was to help me connect with Uber Support team so that they can track my issue. One lady police officer asked me to connect to the number again as she wanted to talk so I connect again but still there was no help. Now Wakad police told me since there is no immediate help from the Uber Support team on this number, so right now all they could do was file a lost complaint at Hinjewadi Office. I was still not convinced to take this much trouble only because I was not able to connect to Uber Support so I called again to Pimple Saudagar Uber Support office again expecting different person on call but again this lady picks up the call and starts yelling at me that I am lying about my bag getting lost and that she has been watching my Uber account status that I have called multiple times. This was a very unprofessional conversation she was trying to make with me where she was constantly blaming me that I was troubling her for calling again and again and that she cannot keep the line busy so she told me to stop calling and warned me that now even if she gets my bag she will not return in any case. I mean why would she want to not return my bag even if they find it. She was not helping me with any kind of further direction. I was only asking for a small help to connect to the driver after tracking my details of the ride and the lady was too unprofessional during the entire conversation and kept threatening me that she won't return my lost bag if found.
                                Requesting concerned authority to connect with this lady at Pimple Saudagar Uber Support Office. I am a working IT professional so even I am aware of how to speak on call with Customer Executive and what response is expected from the receiver. I was willingly providing my details of the ride but the lady was too rude to help me.

                                Please Note: I have got my wallet after connecting to the driver directly through the app since I was trying continuously on the toll free number from Uber App. The driver was very kind enough to keep my wallet safe with him but even he could not connect to my number from my registered Uber account. I am only disappointed with the behavior of the lady on call as she was not serving her duty as per her role. She could easily connect me with higher level of Customer Support for help but she did not.

                                  On 24th June, 2018, I have booked a uber pool for the seat of two around 8.13 PM. The Driver arrived and was waiting for us to come. We were just about to open the doors of the car, the drive drove the car without picking up. Later on I checked, he cancelled the trip. I called him in his contact no. & asked why you cancelled & Wasted our time. He was not guilty and said I waited too very long which is not right. I want such drivers to get penalized. I think uber has some rules & policies for drivers and the car owners. I would request Uber to take necessary actions in this so that such drivers cannot harrash in such manner. My point of view is not getting the cancellation fee reimbursed if deducted from the client, its about the time consumed in waiting for the cab & reaching the destination. We rely on uber for its best services. This is the second instance I am facing with Uber. If this continues in future, sooner or later we will loose faith from Uber Cab Services.

                                    I was booked a ride by uber on 24/06/2018 at 5.57 pm for main road nathu pura to gulabi bagh. The ride accepted by the driver, muni, maruti suzuki wagon r. I contact the driver first time and he replied that i am on the way you wait. I wait 30 minutes and contact again then he refused to pick up and cancelled my ride. He harassed me till 30 minutes. Action be taken against the above said uber driver and ride cancellation charges paid to me.

                                      I saleem gudgeri booked your cab from jaipur airport to surabhi hotel ajmer... Driver name arjun lal vehicle no. Rj14 td 2539 phone no. [protected]total amount to be paid was showing rs. 1499/- it's inclusive of all the toll amount. But driver arjun lal suddenly stopped at toll gate and forced me to pay the toll amount or else thretened me to get down from the car that to middle of the road i have paid rs. 180/-. At toll gate.

                                      It's clearly mentioned that amount which is quoted by uber is inclusive of all tolls.

                                      It's a very bad experience to travel in uber in jaipur rajasthan.

                                      I would really appreciate if your team look in to this matter..
                                      Drivers are harassing passengers... Because they know uber management will never ask them about it.

                                      Please take it seriously and inquire the same.

I took one ride from jeevanahalli, cox town to bangalore international airport on 25/04/2018, 02.18 pm and paid rs 980 for the trip. But now, i am unable to download the tax invoice for the trip. When i tried in the app, it is advising to visit riders. Uber.com and the website send notification to my uber app, but i didn't received anything in my app. So please provide tax invoice for the trip done on...
