Hello,
I have a ride on 23rd june 2018 to airport, for which bill was 782... And the driver forced us to pay toll charge which is 85/-.. And claim that amount from uber... Now uber is telling they dont care about this situation and they dont have to give the bill also... So frankly if there is a solution is present for this problem, then it can be done by uber... But they refused...

    I booked a ride on 15/06/18 at 13.25 pm from ny home where i have been residing for the last 13 years which i was forced to cancel due to driver's fault and gps problem.

    I applied for refund of cancellation charges on that day itself.

    Uber credits of rs 30/ is displayed in my app.

    What does this mean.

    The above amount of rs 30 is still showing as outstanding payment
    Which is to be paid
    Pl arrange to withdraw this to enable to book another ride without due amount.
    Kindly do the needful

      This is my complaint regarding the poor service and rude and bad behavioural issue of your driver
      Are you employing drivers or goons as your driver
      Last night i had booked a cab from chennai airport and following instance had happened :
      1 on the airport entrance itself he had fight with another driver
      2 rash and poor driving
      3 my bill amt came up to rs 572 when i had given rs 600 he has not provided the change and rather argued in bloody hell roadish language like a goon we left him as it was night 1 am
      But this shows as ubers past history of providing drivers or criminals your poor qualities of service
      I urge you to take severe action against driver or otherwise i will take this complaint to next level

        I booked an uber cab on dt 21.06.18 about 3.30 pm from ubi delhi cantt to rohini east metro it was a white wagon r regn no. 8067. Can drop me at rohini east metro about 4 pm but i forget my mobile in cab which was in cover, cover contains my debit cards, voter id card and 3 cheques & some other important papers. I give a call on my mob. No from home which was picked by driver & he confirm that my mob is with him. He asked me to collect that from madhuban chowk. When i reach madhuban chowk driver was not there.
        Kindly help me to get back my mobile.

          My wife travelling alone in the cab on 23rd june 2018 at around 1330 hrs felt unsafe by the act by driver named ram... The issue was reported to uber representative and she mentioned that action will be taken but will not be disclosed to the user... Is that the right policy where action is not informed to the user... What is the surety that the action has been taken at all or not?
          Pathetic service and terrible behavior towards safety of women.

            Dear Concern,
            I am Ajay, and I use to take uber services for my transportation. But each time they impose extra fare than the decided amount. Even for their own mistakes, viz their driver didn´t pick the phone, they impose the fine on customer and deduct the amount . Today Again I took the Uber Service, as I have to visit from Gurgaon sec 17 - sec 69..The showed price on uber app was 99 rs but when I reached to destination, they charge me 223 rs ...Sir I am really feel cheated because they always do the same thing, My registered no with Uber App is +91-[protected]...Kindly take the necessary action
            Apart there Grievance redressal id is also not accepting the complaint of customers, and they have not mentioned either their head offices contact details and email id...How could we reach to them..

              I have an issue with an uber ride that i took on the 14th of may 2018 which is still unresolved after multiple email exchanges with uber representatives through my app.

              I took an uber ride (In delhi) on the 14th of may for a cash payment trip which was contracted initially at a fare of 66.30 (After a 50 inr discount offer), which was later revised on my app to 80.84, which i have paid in cash to the driver.
              Due to a glitch in the uber system (As admitted to by the uber representative in emails) the fare was increased to inr 694! There were no delays or undue traffic during the trip. The details of the trip and screenshots of the prices were provided to uber representatives.

              I have had multiple email exchanges with uber representatives to no avail. My last communication with a representative over 5 weeks ago promised that this issue would be looked into by "experts", but have had no communication since.

                Yesterday night 21-jun-18, i had booked
                The cab for my mother and her friend with a kid from new delhi terminal 1d airport to the destination shahdara metro station. The driver was very rude to them, firstly he called them too far and didn't come to the uber/ola cab lane. Two ladies at the mid night with one small kid was walking towards the driver with big heavy luggages. Is this the professionalism you teach to your drivers?? This how they behave with ladies?? He didn't even allow them to keep their luggages in the car boot and they came with keeping their luggages on their lap. This much uncomfort he has given to these ladies. Then after giving so much of discomfort he charged double the surcharge from them started fighting with the ladies coz wen we booked the cab the amount was showing rs.560 but he was charging rs.850 and that too cash. He also mentioned "meri toh police k sath bhi setting hai isiliye mai andar cab lane mei nahi aata bahar hi rehta hu".
                I must say uber is very unsafe since having such rude criminal kind of drivers. Some legal action should be taken against uber and it's drivers. Please return back the extra charge he has taken from my family since he has not even dropped them safely and comfortably at home in fact caused lot of pain to them. And sue this driver else i ll file legal action against this driver and uber both. Learn to respect women and make your drivers learn too if you can't then we know much better how to make you guys learn to respect us.

                  Today I booked a cab and their driver refused to take up the trip and nor did he cancelled it. Now uber has charged me with cancellation fees stating wastage of time.

                  Their driver wasted my 25 minutes and now I have missed my bus. How do they compensate my value of time.

                  I am attaching the screenshots of booking when driver denied the duty and refused to cancel it. He cancelled it after coming to my location and moving ahead of it and waiting at distant location. Please have a look at clock time.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that i have been misbehaved and asked extra money from one of your drivers. Below are the details -

                    Payment mode chosen - debit card

                    During my ride with uber to bangalore airport, the driver asked for extra money (Toll fare of rs 85 cash) on the toll gate. He even shouted at me to give the money. I was scared that he might hit me if i deny him the money. So i gave him the money. He mentioned that everyone gives the toll fare over and above the cab fare.

                    To my dismay, i saw that the bill had toll fare as well included. I complaint about this using the mobile app but they suggested to let it go without resolving the issue. Is this the expected behaviour o[censored]ber. I have been a long time commuter by uber but now i am doubtful if i will ever use uber for my transportation.

                    Please let me know if you would like to resolve it or you just want me to forget my money.

                    I Booked an Uber cab where-in driver himself activated and de-activated the ride without my permission, because of this i am charged Rs. 68.36 from my Paytm account.

                    It is a very unprofessional behaviour and i want my money back with a goodwill compensation or else i will lodge a police complaint against the driver Mr. Amol Musale.

                      Today morning i have booked uber pool around 8 am. While booking it's shows rs 89. I was waited for driver more than half n hr. At last he reached. After arriving my place the ride and show rs 173. How it's possible. I want my balance amount. U can see my trip history. Max i wl go less than rs100. This time they have more than i expect. I need my mny.

                        Driver kept waiting at ladosarai (3-4kms away) from my pickup point mehrauli for more than half an hour, so that i cancel the ride myself and pay the fine..
                        I booked at 10.08am but kept waiting till 10.40am

                        When i called him, he said behen ke lode i am at ladosarai... When i told him that i will complaint, then he transferred the ride to a different one..

                        So cheap and this is outrageous..

                          I have 2 different issues with uber:
                          issue #1: i booked a uber pool ride on 27/may/2018 at 2:02 pm which is rs.69.52 money was deducted from my uber linked bank account, but the driver named: timmareddy did not come for my pickup, but he has started the trip and ended in his desired location and charged me rs.23.78, when i complained this on uber app they have made a fare alteration, it appeared as rs.0.00 in the app for this trip. But this money of rs.69.52 is not refunded to me as on date. Following this i have made several complaints on uber app with proof of deduction with bank statement, following this an agent got back to me to say the proof was not enough, i asked what do they want, but no one got back to me even after several attempts. I demand a refund of rs.69.52 for this non used trip.

                          Issue #2: i took a uber pool trip on 03/june/2018 at 2:11pm was trying to make a payment through paytm but it did not go through, hence paid from my uber linked master card bank account of rs.69.52. This payment is not updated in the app as on date, this trip shows as outstanding and i'm not able to book next ride, app says to pay again. I have made several attempts through uber app giving them the proof of deduction through my bank statment, as on date today it stands unresolved. I need this payment to be updated in their accounts.

                            I took trip on 13th June for less than 5km journey and it was Uber go with Delhi NCR pass.. so it should charge around 79rs . But driver did not stop the trip once I get down at my drop off location and around after 4 hours, I received message of 1258 rs deduction from my Paytm account..

                            I have raised help request in Uber app.. but they are too slow to respond.. after 2 days, replied with they will review.. that’s it .. now it is one week and no refund made and no communication..

                              I have taken vehicle on rent from uber, but on various days they put my account offline on hold for unnecessary reasons and imposing rent on vehicle for the days they have kept me offline.

                              The office staff also provides wrong contact details of what's up for us to make payment and sending screenshot of payment details to uber number, but the numbers provided are fake, so that they can delay payment receiving process for them to exort one more day of vehicle rent.

                              Iam paying rent daily around rs 850/-. Excluding fuel and uber commission and on top of that you are putting me offline and me paying for your delay in getting my account back online is not done.

                              For any complaints from customers uber also fine me with one day offline and one week incentive getting cut, but you are charging me also rent on top of that,
                              So when customers are giving me excellent customer service ratings why are you not giving me some extra money or any kind o[censored]praisal.
                              You don't have the right to deduct my earnings if you are not providing me any extra money on excellent customer service.

                                On 7thmay i had booked an uber cab for going to office as usual. I was shown a fare of rs254 but on completion of ride i was charged a fare of rs.485. I wrote to uber as this had happened earlier also. But they have just one reply that the gps route was not followed. But that is not true. I have never asked the driver to not follow the gps route. And we go to office by the same route everyday. If the gps was not followed did the driver dream about my drop point as i was not instructing him.
                                These uber people cheat their customers in this manner. Please do the needful and help me to get my refund.

                                  It was on june 6 2018 at 12:51 pm in st. John’s medical college hospital - bangalore, a uber car came behind and hit our car damaging our car’s rear right side including tail lamp (My pregnant daughter was inside the car). When we stopped the driver and enquired him he behaved rudely and challenged us to take action against him and drove away. The hospital security was there to witness this incident. The purpose of this complaint is to bring the negligence of the uber driver to your notice and take necessary action and also ensure safe driving o[censored]ber drivers.                                     I took a taxi ride on 16/06/2018, for which fare shown was 386 but at the end of trip amount payable was 480, when I checked the receipt, I was charged 94 Rs. for toll. This toll route wasn't suggested by GPS neither by me. Also Driver took just 1 toll receipt and as the tolls were at close vicinity, the same toll receipt was applicable everywhere. Even after having multiple conversations with Uber Customer care, no satisfactory response was provided. I don't know still if I am going to get any response on my complaint.

                                      I use gokhale.[protected]@gmail.com as my login.
                                      On Friday 8th June 2018, I was charged INR378 for a trip I never took. The distance (pick and drop) is absolutely off guard from where I was during that time. I did not board that cab neither do I know anything about it. That service was never rendered by me.
                                      I have been writing to Uber help section of the app since the day of the occurrence but there is bare minimum response from the folks. Attaching the snapshots for your reference.
                                      Its only through twitter that I receive any response. And its same' please wait we are investigating. I have tried asking if they need help. And was unaware why a refund request can take this long. All they say is we are investigating

                                      All I request for is the refund of INR378 that has been charged on my Paytm

                                        I had made a pre-booking o[censored]ber cab from mahadevpura to Covance(Shivajinagar) which is max upto 12 kms at 8:30 am, while pre-booking it showed me rougly around Rs190- 240.

                                        But when i took the cab the driver asked me Rs 467 for a normal morning time.
                                        Normally before 9 am nobody charges extra money.I have attached the screenshot as they never mention in the app how much they are charging and suddenly they charge with triple amount.These company is a big cheaters.For no reason they are charging triple amount, nethier its a peak hour or climatic conditions are bad still they are charging this much. I request to please help on this.
