First complaint is regarding price, watever fares they show always increase fare in between on going trip and collect unnecessary fare. Uf driver cancel the trip then also they charge from the customer.
Second the behaviour of driver is cery bad. M goin to peenya metro station from jayanagar, driver wants to take wrong route and wen i asked that he misbehaved with me in terms of shouting and showed arrogance. If this is the type of behaviour and cheating dese companies are doing then who goin to believe on dem.
If we complaint no necessary actions taken against that. Please help

    Today morning booked a uber cab from my home Nivedita sarani, Haltu 700078 to PTS kolkata. Driver accep8and came for pick up. Suddenly noticed he drove away and later cancelled it . I am being charger for a outstanding of 47 rupees .

    My question is when I have not cancelled the ride and not even travelled how can I am being charger for this .

    I don't have the can no but here is the driver phone no, such a disgusting one

He is just cutting my call.. and is not willing to return the Bluetooth headphones back. Please do return it... I'm staying in Dollars colony, 5th Main 8th cross, house number 452.         On 6th june 2018, i booked uber cab for airport drop from marriot hotel, whitefield, bengaluru to kempegowda airport in evening at about 6.15
        The driver charged rs.874.00, saying that for airport drop return charges are collected.
        Upon asking for receipt, he very re, uctantly gave a receipt from booklet which bore following name and address - b&b tours &travel, raghuvanahalli, 482, 15th cross, balaji layout, kanakapur main rd., bengaluru 560 062. The driver however did not write the amount in receipt.
        Since i was getting late for check in, i put away receipt in purse without noticing that driver has not mentioned amount.
        I understand that u send receipt, but which i have not received yet.
        Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the receipt to me at the earliest.
        I am unfamiliar with process of attaching picture of receipt, hence i have written details for your reference.

          I have had the worst experience with uber and will never recommend anybody to use your services your drivers are unprofessional and have zero customer value this is the most disgusting experience a person can have waiting one hour for a cab. You should be ashamed to call yourself an international brand and should look into the matter with immediate effect

            I am so sad. I have been harassed by 4 uber drivers now. I booked a cab from elante, chandigarh to sector 8, panchkula, haryana.
            2 drivers accepted the ride. They then came near the location. “meet driver” was coming on my screen. They just stood at a distance for money. They told me on phone call that they will not go to panchkula. I told them to transfer or cancel the ride. They said just wait for 1 minute, ride will be transferred. I kept waiting, when no one transferred the ride, my ride got cancelled on it own.

            Infact the worst thing is - one of those drivers abused on phone call. I called him for 5 times - he kept cutting my phone. He didn’t even respond.

            I was in so hurry. I had to rush to a clinic near by for my bad health. Because of this uber problems, i could not go to clinic on time. I have very bad throat and i was not able to breathe. I had to take 4 injections and 4 medicines because of this.

            Highly embarrassed and harrassed by the drivers. These drivers should loose their permit and license.

              I am a resident of hyderabad, i booked uber cab from hyd airport to uppal on 6th june 2018, 12:40am, it alloted driver narsimha with mahindra xylo (Ts12ua9273) and i tried to call him, he did not responded to my call and in few mins uber app showed me on trip, where i was still waiting at the parking lot for that cab, driver didn't pickup me at all and after few mins it deducted rs 809/- from my paytm wallet attached with uber, this is really a very unsafe, unsecure, ridiculous experience with uber cabs, i was surprised by the activity where how uber can show on trip status when a passenger is not picked up from the location and i had a great trouble at the moment in midnight as driver not answering phone call and no help or complaining options available while it is showing ontrip (Pseudo trip) it a big scam! And after that i complained uber about this, they did not respond.. I completely lost trust in uber, please be careful with payments and try to avoid taking uber in india.

                I travel by uber everyday. 9 out of 10 times the drivers cancel the trip hearing the destination even though may be i have been waiting for more than 20 mins.
                Most of the time, the drivers threaten me to stop the ride if i dont pay the toll fees though it is included in the trip fare.
                Sometimes even asking the drivers to switch on the ac becomes a crime and they behave very rudely.
                I have lodged multiple complaints to uber via the help category, but most times i get a response we are looking into it, thats it.
                I have used uber in kolkata and bhubaneswar also, but i find karnataka drivers very rude and ill mannered.

                  I had demanded for a cab for night travel beforehand in the evening.
                  First, the estimated amount to be paid was around 190-230. Then after sometime i checked, the price range was around 230-280 because of the demand during the time of travel. The driver reached almost at the right time. And the price to be paid was not visible during travel. I was not informed of a surge that big, or else i would have cancelled the cab. After reaching the destination within the expected time with minimal traffic, the price that i had to pay was rs.576. This is ridiculous. I demand a refund of extra money that i had paid which i was not informed before. And i would like uber to be customer friendly.

                    Off-late it is a practice for the drivers to deny duty or intentionally delay for picking the cutsomer. The driver intentionally tries to avoid travel during peak hours, for short distances, and switch off the mobile phones when we try to reach them. But the company charges the customer for cancelling due to drivers' activity. I suggest that we can go back to traditional method of calling and booking rather than talking apps and cheating drivers. Most of the times uber serves useless during emergencies. Useless service!

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I hire uber cab on 04.05.2018 from tishazari court to udyog nagar peeragarhi at the time of booking the fare which was showing there is rs.187 approx but at the time of dropping /closing of ride it was showing rs.304.05 which i paid through paytm but its still showing outstanding in my account due to technical error.
                      Kindly resolved my issue and return the excessive charged by you.

                        Today i have try to book uber cab twice.in first attempt i cancelled trip and accept penalty of rs 36.15 but second time when i tried at that time your driver ganesha cancelled trip his contact number [protected]. At that time those people are charging to me 36.15 rs in past i have paid twice without my mistake. They are not taking any action after complaining them.

                          On sunday 3-5-18 i took uber as i had to go to new delhi railway station and at that time i was having enough credits in my uber account for that trip. At the end of the trip total fare was 249 which was supposed to be paid by my credits and the same was deducted from my credits which i got to know later. But driver still asked me for cash rs. 250 which was paid by me as i had to board train and i was getting late.

                          After that i noticed that i have paid twice for this pathetic service. And i called the driver and told him that he has charged me wrong then he said i have collected what appeared in my app. I lodged a complaint in uber they replied with a denial as the payment has been made outside the uber system and hence they can not refund it. I mean literally what the hell is this system o[censored]ber their * drivers are looting the passengers and they giving this formal reply.

                            Pathetic service, 2 times in the past week drivers decided to deny duty after we boarded the cab and starting the trip. Reasons - too much traffic, knee pain.. Seriously?? They challenge us to go ahead and lodge any complaint we want, that no action would be taken anyways. Amazing!! First driver also had the audacity to start abusing a lady in kannada!

                              Using very bad language upon call made to him since was very late against estimated time
                              . I am personally of the opinion to make a police complain against this guy as I could not send my wife with such driver.please update me regarding your action on this driver .

                                Driver instructed me to pay toll fee and claimed that uber india will reimburse that fee to my account.

                                When i send an email to uber india i have received the below response
                                Hi sri,
                                I’m sorry to hear that you have paid cash for this trip.
                                I reviewed your account and can see that your chosen payment method was your mastercard 6872. Since this cash transaction was facilitated outside the uber system, we’re unable to refund the same.
                                To avoid similar issues in the future, always make sure that you don’t pay with cash if you’ve already selected another form of payment. The same is expected when you request rides for your family, friends etc.
                                We appreciate your understanding.

                                These replies are highly not recommended. Why can't uber detect the amount from that drivers' pay and return that amount to my account

                                Desirable resolution:
                                I need to get back my money rs 25 from that driver. Have attached driver photo who cheated me.

                                  I was overcharged on my cash trip because driver took the longer route than that displayed by gps. The trip details are thursday 8:52pm.
                                  I contacted uber supoort. No one resolved my query fro 2 days and then yesterday i told them i am filing complaint so they said that this is because the driver took the longer route. I don't see nay fault of mine to pay larger amount for the ride. I tis driver's mistake. He should be penalized. Instead fraud uber company is penalizing me. I want a refund and also compensation for their unprofessional behavior of not responding to customer's messages. This is their customer service in which they don't respond to the customer's messages/..

                                  Completely opposite of what it should be.

                                    Yesterday a uber driver refused to come near the pick up location and cancelled the trip. I have raised complaint immediately in uber support section on the app as uber has charged me with the cancellation fee when the driver cancelled the trip. I don't need uber credits amounting the same of the cancellation charge. Just release my debit card. Waive off the cancellation charge and release my card. When a card is selected as payment method there is no way to use your uber credits. As such a rider ends up paying double. Stop this cheating in the name o[censored]ber credits and release my card at once.

                                      I paid toll amount on request from driver while i was traveling from kalyan nagar to rajarajeswari college in uber via nice road on tuesday[30/05/2018]

                                      Same fare is included in the receipt. I have approached help in app. However, uber customer care team is denying to refund extra amount charged and not responding.

                                      This guy doesn't have a SSLC and working for UBER. He rash drive and have too many police complaint on him. UBER is one of the good cab service and I suggest you people not to have these kind of drivers. You might surely lose your customers.

                                        To day i. E. On 3rd june 2018, i booked for a uber cab at secunderabad railway
                                        Station from flatform 1 side, at 11.25 am to my home, 32 krantiharika apartments, huda complex, saroor nagar. Received a confirmation message for rs 211/-. One mr fahad was the driver and vehicle tata indica. No arrival time was indicated. After 10 minutes when i contacted the driver, the reply was "you can not have access to the number." after waiting for 10 more minutes i made alternate arrangements to reach my destination.
                                        Surprisingly i received a message from uber to rate my trip with driver fahad, which i never made. This may pl benoted, and take necessary action against the cab driver who didnt respond.
