My previous trip is still showing as unpaid, although i have paid for the trip through cash as the upi option was not going through due to technical issues with the uber app. Now, when i try to book my next trip, it is asking me to pay for the old trip again through upi, which was the initially selected mode of payment. I have contacted the highly inefficient uber customer support about it through blog in the uber app, but they are not able to understand the issue itself, resolution is something which i can hardly expect. They understand that i need a refund of the amount that i paid, however, the amount has not been deducted from upi at all as the payment did not go through. I only need that previous trip to be reflecting as paid, so that i am not charged for it again, on my next trip.
