Sir, i am surprised how come i was charged 36.76 when the driver did not come or recieve the call to pick me up from the airport. I have experienced this kind kind of problem earlier as well, either they charge traffic charges unnecessarily or they enforce inconvenience knowingly.
On 18 night i had to wait for half an hour, neither did he show any inclination contact me on phone. This is undue harassment, therefore, i request your organization to train these persons accordingly. As a result of these i had to move around with my luggage for about 30 minutes and later came by auto rickshaw.
To my utter surprise, i had to pay the amount for the driver's negligence.
If by paying the amount your organisation improves professionally i have no hesitation to pay it, but how would your system improve, if people like me don't give any feedback.
Kindly advise.

17.5.2018 - Pool fare was 39.52 and I was charged 93.68
9.5.2018 - Pool fare was 59.52 and I was charged 116.17
