Respected sir,
We booked uber on 13th may 2018 from croma which is in sion & we had to go at avighna park near curry road station, in the morning. The drivers name was mohamed israr, cab is maruti suzuki wagonar. Driver was late so i called him thrice but he did not pick my phone so i was standing near croma for last 15 minutes, when he came near croma we went towards the car but he himself cancelled the trip.& went. Now the penalty of rs.50.00 for cancellation is on our head but when we did not cancel the trip then why should i pay the cancellation charges in next ride as a extra. I hope you will do proper action & cancel my panelty immediately.

I booked Uber Tata Bolt on 15.5.2018 from Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad to Banglaguda GSI gate, Hyderabad. The driver name was Sathaiah. His Phone No. is[protected]. the driver refused to take me to my destination via Koti and forced me out from the vehicle immediately after boarding the vehicle.
I have forget one my parcel at uber cab, and i have no contact no. of Driver

    Hi, Uber india is charging exorbitant fare since past 1 month. I tried reaching there customer care support but no response from them. Uber pool and uber go shows the same price, I have attached the screen shot. Im not sure how long they will going to charge such high fares. Every time it shows surcharge.

      On 12 may night at round about 10.00 pm i have booked a uber car and the driver name sanjay mobile number [protected] was guided by me where was i waiting for him. I have guided him thrice and he said he will be reaching within 5 minutes, me and my family were waiting and he did not appear for more then half hour and suddenly i am getting a message that he had cancel the booking and as i called him he was so abusive and rude to me.

      Dear team Uber,

      Yesterday (13th May 2018)around 2 pm, i boareded an Uber cab from Bangalore Central mall to Vars Parkwood, near Adarsh Palm retreat. However, I left my Iphone 7 in the cab.As soon as i realised that i checked for my Uber receipt for my trip in my gmail, to my great disappointment i did not receive any. I also searched for your customer care number on your website and again there wasn't any. which i was surprised to see since your company deals with customers on daily basis.
      Meanwhile, I have lodged a police complaint, please help me find my phone!!

        I was travelling from kempegowda international airport to arekere in uber. The trip estimate showed rupees 757 to be charged. However, when i reached my destination, the driver through his app showed rupees1690 to be paid in cash. I was forced to pay rupees 1690 to the driver. Later on, when i opened my uber app, i had an outstanding charge of rupees 757 in my app. Turns out my driver took cash from me, and since my uber was at upi pay, it shows an outstanding amount of rupees 757. I don't remember setting up upi as my payment method since i paid in cash to the previous driver. Nevertheless, i am now stuck, i paid more than double to the driver, and my uber shows an outstanding charge. The support is outright bad, and not at all helpful. This is a mockery of a consumer

          My driver is not able to login. As reported on thursday 10th may 2018 my driver is having an issue with the rider like he is telling him to dro0 first but in uber driver app is not showing the other person pick up first. So he started to abusing him and gone hyper on him. Then uber put my account on hold. I'm a leasing partner if you are putting my account on hold then you should also give me a leasing discount for the number of days my account on hold.

          My driver is not able to login.             Niftem is an institute of mofpi situated at kundli, sonipat where consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited. Today a incidence happened where the students purchased the liquor, booked a uber cab and reached the institute. When security guards restricted the students to enter with the cab, they discussed with the driver and asked him to put the bag containing three bottles of liquor inside the campus from another gate that is being used only for the bank entry purpose. The driver praveen actually did so. This act of supplying liquor in an educational institute by the driver is highly objectionable. I strictly request you to take the strong action against the driver in this regard.

              Hai,

              This is pavan kumar yester day i had registered with uber from the on wards they disturbing me with unwanted messages even mid nights i got ten 16 sms in 1 hour that to same content the sent sms on late night 12 : 00 pm they don't even thought people are sleeping at that time i cant sleep with this messages every 5 minutes i got receive one message form uber that to with same contant still now also i got receive 10 sms form past one hour

              Please help on this issue

                We booked the at st. John opd with a patient he was waiting at different location other than i fixed. When called him to our location he denied telling i booked at different location, then he was scolding using bad words. How we believe this situations while in emergency

                Please take serious action on him, otherwise i will complain to police

                  Uber cab service don't have any customer care no in bangalore. I left my mobile in cab on 12 may 2018, 10:30 pm night. But after dropping mail and message from app, also. No one from ola reached me. This is like very bad service ever i experienced in bangalore. Kindly look into issue.in app, after payment completion, it will not show car no as well. Goverment should look into this kind of worst cab service where already big issue happened like nirvaya girl. Gorvnment should immediately take action.

                    Yesterday i booked a uber go, however an ordinary eeco came. The a c was not functioning properly and when we told him, he laughed as to what more do you want. He took a very very long route, every time i told him he is taking a wrong route, he refused to listen. At the end of the trip, when my 90 year old father told him he was overcharging, he said, don't spoil my day, and don't behave as if i have looted you. It is because of your age i am not saying much or i would have given you a proper reply. If you want to complain, go ahead. For a trip which should not have cost more than rs 70, he charged rs 176. Rs 111 cash plus rs 64 from my credit balance. You should ban such drivers

                      I do have issue with uber payment i jave connected my paytm with the account butt in ny paytm app it shows the amount is mire than 500but the same number linked with uber it shows only 22.. This happened with me earlier also and that tym i use to recharge my same paytm number 2 times ine for normal use and one for uber use. I did same ine day while returning from office i recharged uber paytm with 500 and in ny scnd account there was on 200 but very next day when i woke up and was about to book cab it showed leaa amount i was pretty sure it cannot happen as i have recharged 5000last night but my night mare it happend my both paytm git sync and ny whole niney with uber paytm was lost and only monwy i was able to chexk was tht in paytm app. I complaint the very same day but they are not replying just closing the case. It's more than 2 months but uber is not replying i contacted paytm theytold need to tlk uber. Plz help me

                        Booked app uber yesterday 1 pm from bangalore airport to ksba. Estimated fare was rs. 530. Driver's app shows rs. 1254 at the end of trip. My app doesn't stop the ride. I was forced to pay rs. 1254. After 30 mins my app shows trip end with rs. 578. I did ride in betiyo, receipt shows indica. Destination shown is diff. Driver was diff. So i was charged double of the actual fare & even receipt on my app doesn't show the actual paid amount of rs. 1254. It was a visit on govt cost, how c'd i get reimbursement of the actual fare?
                        Been trying to contact every uber email but no response.

                          On 21.03.2018 at 4.59 p. M. Took a trip to drop off location at ozone arrow, 51/7-2, off richmond road, rathna ave, friday park layout, ashoknagar, bengaluru. The driver had to take a right turn towards holy trinity church road, but took a wrong u turn and drove exactly in the opposite direction, to a left turn and drove into a small lane and speed before a residential bungalow. When he asked a passerby for the direction of my chosen location, he directed towards holy trinity church road and for it was on the other side of the location we had stopped. The driver then closed the trip before the residence and tried to fool me saying that the all is showing the same location and the trip was closed. When i resisted after having closed the trip be drive me back to the main road and dumped me off at trinity metro station and asked me to book another can as he had to catch up with another pick up. I could not get any autos too to drop me off 800 mts. I had to walk through the busiest junction during peak hours amidst the high density speeding vehicular traffic. Thereby i was put to a very dangerous situation and lot of inconvenience and trauma. The company has broken is promise of door step drop off and comfortable hassle free drive.

                            My name is ravindra b. I have been getting uber drive messages for the past ten days or so. Today i received ten messages in a row.

                            I live in a small town called gudur where you don't serve.

                            I have not signed up for your services on your app. My phone is just a feature phone. Then where from you have got my number, i do not understand.

                            Even assuming that i have sign3d up what is the point in sending 10 sms in a matter of 6 hours?

                            Why are you making this niusance? Please stop sending sms forthwith.

                              charging more for the trips all the time

                              Uber is charging more if we take the trip at afternoon hours where no peak time will be there. For 100 rs they are charging 200 & 300 just for pool ride. I took the ride to airport at 11:34 am around and the amount they have charged was 471.39 rs just for 30 mins trip. This has become the new way of looting money from the riders. I want my extra amount that uber has charged....

                              Uber drivers ask to pay airport toll in cash forcefully.
                              This has happenned twice while i took uber ride from home to bangalore airport. Some of the uber drivers are very cunning and will ask you to get down from cab in midway on highway if we do not pay the toll in cash.

                              Now about uber support:
                              I have reported both the times to uber support but they still do not care and send copy - paste replies like:

                              As explained earlier, cash exchanged outside the uber system cannot be recorded hence, we cannot take account for it and make adjustments to the trip fare.

                              The riders on our platform are required to pay according to the payment method they choose at the time of requesting the ride and any cash paid on a non-cash is considered to be a transaction outside the system.

                              For your future trips, whenever you're requesting an uber, be sure to check the payment method you're using so that you don't end up paying twice for the same trip.
                              Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

                              I always use paytm while on uber but i am explaining to them that uber's cunning drivers keep on asking for toll in cash. But uber keeps on sending copy-paste of same reply

                              Driver dropped me at mid of my drop point where no other option to reach my destination and because of that i reach to my destination by walking of 1.6 KM. I need my refund and even Uber have to pay some more for this inconvenience.
                              It doesn't provide rides to the desired destination showing Uber unavailable in ur area.. why so?

                                I had booked a complaint against uber india on 7th may 2018 regarding high fare charged on my trip to office. They have not resolved the issue as yet despite of reminders sent to them. Earlier also this had happened with me. The reason they give is that gps was not followed, which is not true. I have never asked the driver to change the route. The gps is followed everyday. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                I am posting that my mobile phone was robbed by the cab driver . His cab no. is 4187.
                                at night 8.15 pm to 8.40 pm. then he switched off the phone. I am senior citizen and a patient. this is not the way to treat elders. he was a young guy, can you help me to get my mobile back please.
                                Today i rides by uber from vasant vihar to nizamuddin station.
                                When we reached station is driver is behave with me and abussing why
                                Pl clear as soon as possible otherwise we go to custmer form form mentally hrasment by ur driver
                                My smart phone has been robbed by the uber driver. last night.
                                I had taken a can bearing o 4187 tata indica from Pune Kalyani nagar to Lohegaon. immedieately I got down from the can I noticied that my phone has been robbed.

                                can you help me to get the phone call. please. I am patient and a senior citizen .

                                  Payment of 365.44 was debited from my paytm account however the driver has still asked for cash rs. 366 which has been given to him. Sms rec'd - you paid uber rs.365.44. Now add 222 to paytm wallet & get 22% cashback on your next 2 uber eats order using paytm. Know more http://m.p-y.tm/UEMAY.. wallet trxn id - [protected]... Mails to uber have been futile... He said he had not received any paytm and demanded cash on the middle of the road. With 2 kids i couldnt have got into an argument with him in the night and hence gave it to him assuming i would speak with uber and get it sorted. Uber is upto cheating customers by talking double payment from customers. Drivers are registered with uber hence uber has to take responsibility. Please look into this.

                                  I am being charged for the service which was not given to me. The driver cancelled the trip for reasons known only to him and the great Uber had the audacity to charge me for cancelling the trip. In that total melee I lost precious half hour to get another conveyance to reach my destination.
                                  Today we had taken a trip with uber.when we were confirming the trip the fare was 69 but when we reached to the location the free in the driver mobile phone was 118.when we see to the option "your trip" afterwards the fare was 118 only. So please contact us and tell the problem please .

                                    On morning of 7th may, 2018, arnd 9.55 am, i booked a uber pool from passport office to my work place, using paytm as payment method. The amount was estimated as 99.52. After the trip was booked, the driver said as paytm is not being accessed for his payment, pls pay cash. As the trip was started, i couldn't change payment method in app. Nor could i cancel the trip, as i might have to bear cancellation charges, when there is no mistake of mine. So i agreed to pay him 100/- cash, as i was aware of help section in uber app (Where i hoped my compliant would be acknowledged with refund or credits).in addition, 99.52 was deducted from my paytm account. So i had to pay 199.52/- for a trip which costed 99.52/-.

                                    I m a very loyal customer o[censored]ber since years, and have not used other cab services so far. Trust me, i m a sensible customer, and wouldn't lie for 100 bucks. This is the first compliant ever with uber.

                                    I booked an uber pool from Ghatkopar East to lower parel. The cab arrived at 8.20 pm. From there Google Maps showed 35 mins. Uber however took a much longer route (1 hr) to be precise. Total waste of time..

                                      Till few months back, i was very satisfied rider o[censored]ber. But now i feel very sad with the kind of cheating perform by uber. In last 6 months i have been overcharged more then 15 times. When we inform customer care, they refund the overcharged fare. I am not counting 10 to 15rs. Of overcharging. And now from last few days they not even bother to respond for any complain in help section of app. You can check the same in screenshot. They just provide predefined reply for every complaint. Not able to understand to whom contact regarding the same
