complaint about uber drivers

I booked uber cab from jamia hamdard to govindpuri metro station at 12:40 pm on 29.05.2018. The following drivers gave me trouble:
1. Mobile no.- [protected] after confirming with me, he cancelled my trip on his own without informing me. I was left waiting.

charges of toll fee

Wrongly charge of toll fee, at kalupur railway station by uber for my rides on 26th may 2018

As there are 12 min pass through, if you cross - came out from station within 12 min, there is free pass - through, we have cross station within same time frame

Drive has not monthly pass or not paid any way. You can cross check with driver also, we have not paid any way to govt.

overcharged fare

I travelled on 25-may-18 travelled from airoli to mira road. The fare shown at start was 702 and on completing journey showed 826. There was no heavy traffic.

I raised a complaint on uber app, but there was no response from uber support.

On 18 may 18 i took a ride from kharar to vip road zirakpur.. My driver name was parminder. My fare was showing 180 rs nd drive took 365 rs for that ride.. I wrote to uber but they are no resolving my issue.. unnecessarily charged for cancellation fees

Uber provides such a disastrous services. These people are least bothered for their customers. On 6 april i had booked uber cab and there was huge mess on same day due to rain. poor customer service and cheating customer

I have selected ride from UBER via TAPZO app, due to some sync up issue it had selected PAYTM payment. I had only 200 as balance and my trip cost was 283. Driver was not patient to wait and as there is no customer care to reach out for, he was forcing me to pay cash. Though cash has been paid, i now see outstanding balance in my Uber account. white collar cheaters

Two consecutive days it has happened. On booking it is showing 147.00 but on billing it is charging 186.00. Another one while booking it is showing 114.00 but on billing it is showing 163. Both these journeys had no traffic jams. The journeys were completed well in time. Still they are charging high. Despite complaint to the company, there is no response. No refund as yet....

uber app crashed

Cash was paid to driver beacuse uber app has crashed. Both in my phone and drivers phone. We waited 20 mins. As a last resort i had to pay ₹600 to driver.
Why don't u call your uber driver and ask him. I think he will confirm. Why do u want to peanlize the customer for ur app problems.

the inconvenience and cheating of uber

We booked an uber go fro pick up from the airport. It was showing a fare of about 116-150 rs at the time of booking. 5 minutes later we received a message saying that due to high demand, tge the fare has increased to ₹350. We tried to cancel it but it said that it had already arrived. We had ordered a small uber go but it senr a big car. We had to pay a fare of ₹350. We also did not receive the bill. This has happened to us many time....

charged for a trip that was not taken

I had booked uberpool on 24 may at 1750hrs and was waiting at the location. Suddenly the message comes that i have been picked up even though the vehicle on the map was showing at a different location. Then after a while it showed i was dropped off at a different location and was charged inr 133.
I filed a complaint with uber and they keep saying on the system it shows trip ended at the intended destination.
This is cheating...

overcharged trip (no refund)

The following incident that took place on 12/4/18. According to uber's legal policy a driver cannot make his personal errand during the ride. He stopped for 15mins for a personal errand

. Secondly if a passenger is overcharged or the passenger by mistakenly overpaid. Uber is obligated to return the money back

Since my transcation said rs.524, i payed him rs.1024 /-

unreasonable fares

poor customer service - uber india
