Very good afternoon!!!
Kindly note that thursday evening myself & my male colleague went to siddhivinayak mandir and while returning back from the temple too, we booked uber. The driver called me and said we should wait for him as he is coming from a distance and it would take 15 to 20 minutes. We waited for more than 30 minutes but i did not receive any further call from the driver neither we did call or locate him near the temple. Suddenly i got a short message from uber that my trip is cancelled. Then we found the said vehicle near the temple and spoke to the driver and he said he called me and a lady said to cancel the trip. I have not cancelled the trip neither the driver called us. He called a wrong number. But you have charged me the cancellation fee. Please inquire and find out the truth from his call list of 1st. June evening. You should not penalize your member for not cancelling the trip on friday evening while returning from the temple.
Please contact me for any further clarification on the issue.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This guy doesn't have a SSLC and working for UBER. He rash drive and have too many police complaint on him. UBER is one of the good cab service and I suggest you people not to have these kind of drivers. You might surely lose your customers.
