I took atrip from sector 6 dwarka to t2 and then back to dwarka sector 6. But once the driver dropped me, he some how kept changing the location. I called him 3time to stop the trip but he kept saying it's technical issues and then my drop location changed to dlf phase 2 sector 25 gurgoan. I cancelled the trip at this point post which the drive stopped picking up my call. I was billed rs 937 for the trip which was not more than 500. I will not pay the same till i get the compete details. I will also post this on facebook and other social media if this issue is not resolved at the earliest. I really believed in uber untill now...

I live in payal heights sector-19 plot no 93, kharghar navi mumbai. My uber account is linked with the number mentioned above. Please find the phone, by tracking the driver. The driver resides in kharghar itself. The phone us very costly, please help me!!!

      When I got driver details on my mobile screen than I called him and when he asked me where was my destination then he neglected my trip and said I am not free I cant continue your trip and he cancelled himself and he didn't reached at my place and I have been charged for that cancellation... Uber we trust you but you charged money unnecessary If we COMPARE OLA is BEST

        The app is not accepting payment by card or paytm. I ve tried complaining to their help desk but they are of no use. After repeated complaints they have not resolved my issue. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app but that has not resolved anything. Their customer care service seems to be a big scam. I am not able to use the balance in my paytm account. I don’t know who else to approach.

          Dear sir,
          As i have a huge trust on system. Today i was traveling from my home town jaipur to bus stop. I have booked a uber cab. Driver name deepak was very rude and harsh. He was not aware of navigation also and by profession he was a cab driver. At at time when he dropped me, he was air me that rs 109 and had taken rs 100. But the original amount which was registered in uber cab which is rs 71.53. This is fraud by these companies as they are not aware of these guys and was very rude. My reg mob no is [protected].

            I took an Uber cab on 20th midnight from Hyderabad Airport to Gachibowli. My mode of payment was Paytm. The cab driver after starting the trip said that he does not have cash and I will have to give him cash to pay for toll. I said I have used a different mode of payment to which he said that I will have to get down as he does not have any money and will stop the car in the middle of nowhere. I gave him the cash and raised the same issue on Uber so that they can contact the driver and issue me this refund. But Uber did the most dissatisfactory solution by discarding my case stating that you paid outside the payment method, so we cannot do anything. Can someone suggest what should have I done in such a situation. Should I have fought with the driver at 12 in the night or gotten down in an unknown city in the middle of nowhere. This is how you treat females & care about their safety.

              I am a regular passenger o[censored]ber cabs in kolkata to go to work. Uber has been using the strategy of surge prices whenever the cab count is low in the area or it is raining or stuffs like that. But recently i have been noticing for about a month or so this surge prices have reached unbelievable and intolerable limits. None of my acquaintances are able to book a cab from any damn location in kolkata without surge. And it is always a minimum of 2x, 2.5x surge. This is really unacceptable.

                I booked the cab for 5.06 in the morning... The driver who came didn't called me... And when i called him that time he told me that i am waiting since 5 mins... He was there outside our society... I told him to come near my building as i have laguage... But rudely denied me and he switched off the phone and went... Due to this i didn't managed to get another option so reached late at the airport and i missed my flight... I made a big loss as i couldn't reach to my destination... This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable... I suggest to immediately fire him from uber... Thanks...

                  This complaint is in continuation of the previous one.
                  Uber is not trying to resolve my complaint and playing cheap tricks by not calling me and sending an email that they had tried calling me. They are giving me repetative explanations of not refunding my money. I want you to look into this request as i was travelling on a share ride and driver took the route which had 2 tolls and i was asked to pay for both the tolls which was not as per the estimation before booking uber. They are not refunding my 36rs. It was a drivers fault and my simple question is on a share ride why should i pay for both the tolls? If this is not resolved this time, i need to appeal to consumer court. Kindly guide me.

                  This complaint is not yet resolved. Such a big company but cjeap thoughts. i have not received a response. i have sent a chaseup multiple times but they are not bothered to response. i need my refund. i[censored]BER is not willing to resolve i can file a case, guide me
                  Yesterday i booked an auto from nanganallur to chromepet AT 8.35 P.M
                  But the driver refused to ride and cancelled the trip. BUT YOU HAVE DEDUCTED Rs. 92.02 from my wallet. yesterday i did not take any uber ride at 8.45 p.m
                  why you deducted the amount and cheating the customers. pl revert the amount immediately.

                    Uber credit fails to apply while booking a ride on 24th april 2018. However, post paying the driver in cash, the credit gets deducted and i ended up paying twice. Sent all the screenshot and details in the help section but no response and no refund.

                    Posted in twitter @uber_support multiple times with all the screenshot attachments.
                    The only reply is coming as "we appreciate your patience while we work through this! We can assure you that our team is working to review this as quickly as possible, and we'll be reaching out shortly."

                    It's been 2 days and still no one from uber team has reached out to me neither via mails nor dm nor calls. Uber needs to stop fooling it's customers with false promises and shallow assurance with only unprofessionallism & negligence to offer for it's own technical glitches.

                    For the issue is still being active i am refraining from using the app further to book my rides currently and now i am compelled to install alternate apps to book my ride. Poor customer service. High negligence. Fraud team.

                      Uber has charged me for the ride which i had never took at the first place. Instead of explaing them the issue a hell lot of times there is just one answer that “sir we hope the issue is resolved”. I am really frustrated and fed up with the support. Instead of asking the driver they are just blaming me.
                      I have even asked them for support no so that we can clarify the matter but no concrete response. Please uber if this reaches you at any point of time then take some strict and immediate action.
                      I urge you please remove the extra amount of rs 415 which has been added in my account as i haven’t took any ride for this amount so from where the hell is this coming?

                        I booked a cab from scottish high international school at sushant lok ii to my present residential address at sushant lok i today (25/4/18 at about 4 pm. Accordingly a car was allotted and l was waiting at the school gate for the cab. As it was talking time to arrive l contacted the driver to tell him my location. The driver replied after a few call about accumulation of vehicles and a jam in the vicinity of the gate of the school. Thereafter he switched off the phone. He never came to pick me up. After some time l received a message that i have to pay rs 42 towards cancellation fee. I then came home by other means.
                        I fail to understand under which circumstances such a message was sent to me and l am to pay cancellation fee. On the contrary, the driver need to be warned and penalised. Uber should apologize for the episode and warn the driver.

                          Ear sir,
                          I would like to narrate my recent experience with uber while in india.
                          On 22 march i registered with uber (Code 9602). On 25th match i have ordered a car from pune to mumbai international airport to return to london. The car was supposed to come within 2 minutes as per uber app, but it took a good 15 minutes before arriving. Apart from reckless driving in the highway, i was asked by driver to pay 230 rupees and another 35 rupees for toll roads that i think was unjustified and i was not informed of prior. I had to pay for driver's meal on the way to airport and eventually when we reached mumbai international airport, i searched the car to see if anything left behind and found my lap top mouse falling on the floor due to excessive jolting and shaking of the car along the way. I actually advised the driver that he should ensure passenger's item is not left behind, i then paid him in cash but since he did not have change to pay me the rest of money, i tipped him for the change. I then proceeded and offloaded my hold luggage and cabin baggage and when tuned back to retrieve my laptop bag from rear seat with the door still open, i have noticed that the driver simply shut the door within an split second and sped away. My running after the car did not help as everything happened within seconds. I was sill thinking that was a mistake from driver's part, so called his mobile directly but he did not answer. I also called him from 10 pm of 25 march until after 1 am of 26th march through uber app more than a dozen times and also sent more than a dozen message though uber app unfortunately to no avail. When i threatened the driver over the sms that i shall call the police, he responded and said he shall leave my bag including wallet (Substantial cash in inr and gbp, credit and debit cards, driving license) and my expensive 1100 gbp lap top recently purchased plus some books with uber pune. I have finally received an email that there might be bag belonging to me and that i could come and collect it from uber pune office. My request as to confirm content of bag still remained unanswered.
                          During the past week, i have sent several emails to uber (They only have non monitored email address with no phone number that you can reach and are extremely slow in responding as i have received only one vague email from a person named ganni o[censored]ber pune not addressing my concerns and request as you see through attached email. All my other emails were bounced back as uber does not have an email for communication not a telephone number where you can reach them. Furthermore, in case of emergency, they would not do anything for first 24 hours which is unreasonable considering the nature of their work.
                          Presently i am in london and have no idea if the contents of my bag were stolen or not and how i am going to retrieve them. It is needless to say that i am facing extreme discomfort as i had to cancel all my debit and credit cards, driving license and sensitive information i had within my lap top.
                          I thought i would share my story with your reader and also here in london with friends and newspapers so they should be aware of danger o[censored]sing the uber and the hidden cost and level of service they actually provide.
                          I am enclosing a copy of my passport and communication with uber as proof.
                          Update: until today 25th april 2018, i have sent numerous emails and messages to uber requesting an email and phone number so that i could arrange a courier to pick up my belongings and hand over to my london address but alas never received an answer.

                              Uber app serious problem till this i lost many items in cab... After driver dropp me there is no way to get his mobile number... And it will not be visible my number to driver... So once gone in uber cab then forget the item... There is option contact driver but this will bridge call between customer and driver however after u pick up incoming nunber from this bridge.. You will not get connected to driver it will say driver number is invalid.. Whats hell uber service... So pls be carefull... Another issue is when i see first fare before book and after paying payment or changing address the fare will not be same but it will be higher... Check this it always happening

                                This happened on 20th april also. Again the same thing happened. When i booked the cab i was shown a fare of rs.165 but charged rs. 320. Please ask these uber people not to cheat their customers. That day the reason they gave was that gps was not follwed. But that was not the case. The route taken today also was the same as everyday and the driver followed the gps route only. I don't understand what is their problem with me or they do that with all the customers. Why do they offer passses or discounts if they can not keep their words.

                                Since last week I am getting cars in pathetic condition. It is so stuffy in the car that it is difficult to breathe.The AC hardly works and some drivers literally stink.pls help.its getting intolerable. Often I book it just before moving so don't have enough time to cancel and book new one.Anyway most of the cars are coming like that.

                                    Uber hire was used to travel a distance of 76kms (Vallakom-udayanapuram road -lulu mall -vallakom - udayanapuram road) in kochi. I was charged for 152kms. Uber hire accepts payment mode as cash only and i paid 900/- extra cash to the driver. Have been submitting requests in the app to refund for the extra kms charged and no response till now. There is no customer care contact number and the driver is not picking up the calls to give a clarification on how can be i charged for double the travel distance. Request to look into this issue and refund asap

                                      He have using non snese with us and told us at 3.10pm that i will first drop my passenger and then will come to you. If you want to cancell you can and book another one. However my train time is 4pm and i requsted for the same but and he was misbehaving and talking non sense.
                                      Please priovide us the detail of the driver ie adress and etc i will take legal action against him and sue to u also if you will not take action

                                      Pool services are meant to be charged what they are shown at the time of booking the same.
                                      But Uber India has shown some fare and then charged almost double post ride saying route changed, tell me am i the one who choose for new pool match? Why am i been looted.
                                      This has been repeated several times from UBER and they dont respond properly either

                                        I checked for your taxi on 20/04/2018 at jhalukbari guwahati for airport. Availaiability and name and number of driver appread on my mobile. It was heavily raining so i colud not talked to the driver and left the idea to take the taxi but u r showing outstanding payment of 84 rupees on that day. How can i pay for the trip which i do not took? Please look in the matter and do the needful.
