This is regarding cancellation fees charged to me, where driver cancelled the trip.

Today 16th April 2018 I booked a trip, Driver not pick me and asked me to cancel my trip i didn't cancelled ..He himself cancelled the trip from his end.
At the benign he said location was not coming then i went on my 2wheeler to make him clear and he came ... 100 feet away to my house {pickup[ point} hi is still not willing to come saying road was not good ...on the same day i make 2more trips with UBER ...

I was charged with 47.25 Rupees

Kindly refund the charges where driver was not contacted and directly cancel the trip as it was a pre - booking done by me.

I have attached a document, kindly do the needful.

    I tried booking an uber from golpark. Received a msg confirming that booking and when i call the driver he wants to cancel the ride stating that the distance he was in was far off. So i cancelled it and booked another one even he reiterated the same thing...in the meanwhile the fare for the pool went up. It was 59 the first time then became 99 and the last time was 129.
    Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I took cab on 12th April in chennai, due to my GPRS prob location was placed a but far he called me n spared me like hell talking bad words in Tamil totally spoiled d Uber fame I never gonna take this cab again u swear I want him to be kick off from ur industry or many ppl going to b suffered by tat bastard...

      On saturday 14th apr 2018, i had booked a cab from the airport to dadar, but i surprised to come to know from driver that i need to pay rs 100/- parking charges, which would be deducted from the next booking amount or credited to my account.
      I had paid rs 100/- but it's not happening neither its deducted from my next book or credited to account.
      Please look into this matter, so that this would not happed to any other passengers.

        Hi uber india, this is my worst experience ever. I booked uber hr55x8997 driver name: sunder around 4.10 pm. The driver said he is reaching soon to pick but hasn't came. Called him many times and but after a first call he turned off his phone. He never called me but i tried so many times. He has kept us waiting for almost 30 minutes. If he does not want to do the trip, he could have told it. Why is uber keeping such a driver who is very unprofessional..
        Enclosed the screenshots of booking details for your reference and please take necessary action against him.

          It was almost 48 hrs over no update from uber customer service.

          When i booked the cab, expected fare was showing inr 196/-. The reason is driver took me via electronic city flyover without asking me (There was option to go via normal hosur road) and at the electronic city toll booth i paid inr 45/-. Then at the end of the trip, i paid inr 243/-, as the driver told me. However when i got the receipt at my email, i could see the toll amount of inr 45/- is also included in the receipt. So at the end, i paid the toll twice, which i was not supposed to pay at all.

          Kindly refund my money which i paid extra i. E. Inr 90/-.

              I had taken a cab to c 59 pocket c okhala industrial area on 11 apr at 1199 hr.
              The charges were rs 286.30. After reaching the location i paid the driver (Ravi) in full i. E. Rs 290. However, when i go to the uber app it shows that i have to pay rs 286.30 to the driver in the next ride which is incorrect as i had paid the driver (Ravi) the full amount. Please reconcile and correct your records

                We were traveling late from outstation and as soon as we reached delhi isbt kashmiri gate we booked an uber ride for gurgaon, however as we called the driver he said he will not go to gurgaon. Thereafter we booked 3 more rides which were similarly canceled by uber drivers giving the same reason of not going to gurgaon. This whole activity of booking and booking again and again wasted our half an hour and we were stranded at that location. Thereafter, we finally decided to book ola cabs which was booked immediately. No doubt ola charged higher than what uber was charging but, at least we were saved from the whole embarrassment. From now i am never going to use uber cabs and would recommend others as well not to trust uber as i feel they are not very serious about the services that they are providing to customers. Not a trustworthy service company.

                  Uber driver refuse to go to destination selected after confirmation. They also deducted cancellation charges from my credit card, although the uber driver cancelled trip.in other occasion, driver asked me on phone where to go, when i told destination, he told me to cancel as he was not interested to go that destination. When i told him to cancel he did not cancelled nor picked my phone for 20 min, finally i had to cancel as i needed other cab, but in this process uber deducted money from me as cancellation charges. Unfortunately i could not find any helpline no.in app or website.

                    The driver was drunked badly and he was smoking in the car. When i asked him to stop smoking then he abused me. He hit the car to another car due to which my led screen broke down which was in the car. He stole my wallet and when i asked him back my wallet he started abusing me. He overcharged me for the trip and took rs 184 from me for the trip however the fare was rs 134. When i repeadely told him that the fare was 134 then he told me that the fare is not that and you need to pay 184. He drunked and drived very badly and stole my wallet. I have attached the screenshot for the trip details.

                      It’s very disappointing that i will stop using uber now onwards. Your uber drivers drink and drive they denied to come for pickup they ask for extra charges. Today i faced one new problem they uber driver denied to pick me up and he said very abusing words and he said that u going to pay now all cancellations money... So sad that you people not able to serve your customers properly i am going to un install this application as i know you will not going to take action against this practices

                        I have a technical problem with my uber account. Actually i forgot my password and i couldn't able to get my password. I signed out my account tried through forgot password but it is not taking me to the end point, it is repeating the options again and again. Then i tried to call customer care but i couldn't able reach them out. Initially i didn't add my e-mail account. I need uber services as soon as possible please contact me soon

                          I am charged rs 105 for a ride that i never took.in my trip it is showing as cancelled but when raised query with uber they are are saying no cancellation fee is charged.

                          Moreover my trip cost was rs 105, so assuming i was high and drunk to cancel the trip but why cancellation charge of 💯%???

                          Have also attached my google location to prove that i have not taken that trip.

                            I have been using uber for more than a year now and i have never faced so much problem ever. Today in one day, i had two bad rides. I got charged twice today for no fault of mine. 1st time the driver filled with his app and after driving for 2 mins cut the trip. I was charged 50 rupees and i complained but no one has called me. The second time this evening one driver used rude and abusive words in the local language becoz he crossed the pickup location and went and when i asked him to come back he started abusing and started on trip. When i asked him how he has added on trip when i didnt take the cab at all. Hhe started abusing. This is pathetic. I want to sue you people.

                              Good evening!

                              I would like to highlight serious mistake o[censored]ber billing and worst customer assistance in case of need.

                              Incident of my yesterday ride at evening where i got charged 3 times more in my billing and there after i am trying to contact uber customer service team to look into the billing and trip details but no one ready to listen my voice.

                              First of all billing is false and it’s completely matter of cheat and fraud with customer - ie how come distance and time does not reflect kilometers and time but amount of bill.

                              I am going to lodge complaints again entire uber team and will highlight to social media to educate the mass about this unethical business and money making by uber from customer.

                              There are many mistake in bill and furthermore no one ready to talk or assist when trying to contact uber representatives.

                                I have booked uber car on 10/04/2018 @ 9 pm for dropping my sisters from my home to rajajinagar metro station. But the cab driver has dropped in wrong location and went off. Since they are new to bangalore, they have faced lot of issues and problems in wrongly dropped place and also they were travelling back to native. Again they took 30 minutes to reach exact place and by the time bus has been missed.

                                  I purchased mumbai pass from uber wherein i am suppose to be charged flat rate of rs129 for uber go and rs.59 for uber pool anywhere in the map shared by uber which includes entire mumbai city anywhere. I trusted and purchased the pass assuming i am going to get flat rate whenever i take my uber ride. I have not got the flat rate anytime plus i am unethically charged even more than the fare shown to me at the time of booking my ride.
                                  E. G my todays fare for uber pool showed rs. 148 whereas it should have ideally been rs. 59 but end of the trip it showed me rs.208 to be paid which i was really shocked to know. I have written for all the trips to their help support section but they are not responding to me.
                                  I have received one response today which again is fooling and cheating me with in valid reason for closure i. E traffic jam and route change which is total lie and false reason as there has been no route change and i have been dropped on the destination which i had booked for. I am not getting my refund for the excess amount which has been charged by cheating me unethically

                                  I booked a cab from kandivali to asalpha yesterday for Rs 139. When the trip ended, in my phone it was still showing 139 but in driver's phone, it was showing 263.hence i had to pay 263 even if i booked the cab for 139. Kindy look.into this

                                    I just wanted to get home, it was hot out. I ordered an uber to ride home, driver (Balwinder) wanted to know where am i headed so i told him my destination then he asked me to wait for 2 minutes as he was on his way. I waited for 15 minutes and called him but he hung up on me.. I called twice, thrice, four times but he didn't answer, then i realized he canceled the trip.
                                    He made me wait for 15 minutes and then canceled the trip without asking me.
                                    I got a cancellation fee of inr 42 that showed up.
                                    I have also had trouble getting refunds for trips that didn't occur. They charge.... Start a trip without being pick up sucks because they will charge you no matter what.
                                    Besides there is no way to talk to any customer support on the phone
                                    This also means that you get the money you paid as unfair cancellation charge back only if you book another uber ride. If you don't then that money goes away.
                                    Penalising riders for something that a driver is doing it is particular troublesome in a country like india where cab drivers have a habit of refusing to go to a destination.

                                    I had to reorder the ride and he (Parmpal singh) called me to ask my destination, which is against uber policy, before canceling the trip. Although passengers can enter their destination in the uber app, that information is not transmitted to the driver until the passenger is picked up.
                                    Then again he refused to go to a destination.

                                    Real nice scam you guys got going. Never again will i use this service.

                                      Uber driver bipul (As25 bc9848) received my ride request on 10/04/2018 at around 5.40 pm but rudely refused to pickup me and asked me cancel the booking after knowing the destination just saying me that he is far away. But i didn't cancel the booking. Another driver called me next and similarly refused. The app, thereafter showed 4 different arriving cars/drivers one after another but none came even after 45 minutes. I lodged the issue through app and got the refund but my issue is not only with the fare but the attitude of such drivers for which riders get late and miss urgent programmes. I want such drivers to be fired and fined.

                                        Actual amount for my trip was 343.60 rupees (Including toll charge). Driver asked me to pay 384 rupees (Additionally he asked the toll charge). I showed him the bill summary from my mobile 343.60 includes toll charge. He didnt accepted and he started the car. I chased him in my bike and i told him "you are cheating". But he shouted at me and behaved terribly. I called him to police he followed me and he escaped in a small lane. Finally i give up my 40 rupees.
                                        40 rupees is not a big amount. But the way he behaved was really terrible. It hurts me more. I was totally disturbed by this event. I am traveling with uber more than couple of years. I had a worst experience with uber. Really a [censored] experience. Uber has to take care of this and should punish such drivers.

                                        Based on the action you guys are taking for this, ill depend uber for my future travel. Else, i will stop using uber. Also, i will post this in twitter.

                                        Hope you will take severe action for this.
