If the driver cancles the ride you wont pay back and if driver is delaying the ride when im waiting on location if I cancled you ppl charge as cancelation fee. Why dont ubar pay us for their driver fault.

    I booked a trip on uber on 05.09.2022. the estimated cost was 244.18 but at destination it showed 257. The route was the same and no diversions. Surprisingly when I am checking the old trips the cash paid is the same 244.18. This is cheating the customer. I have enquired with my friends and family they also have faced similar issue. This looting shud be stopped.

      On 4th of September 22 I booked an uber ride for my mother who is a senior citizen to Uttarpara from behala. Upon reaching the destination even though the driver completed the ride but the fare that she was suppose to pay was not reflecting neither in the driver's phone nor in mine, neither I received a trip receipt in the email while waiting. My mother waited in the car for more than 15 mins then the driver suggested she pay him the estimated amount that was shown to when she boarded the cab. We paid Rs 715 in cash to the driver.
      I had an uber cash refund of Rs 442 which was supposed to be adjusted in this trip and only the balance was supposed to be paid. So technicaly I was suppose to pay around 273 only for this trip but ended up paying 715 in cash to the driver.
      This was done as the driver was getting impatient and also my mother was waiting for long so we decided to pay the driver the cash amount as he was demanding. This was purely done to avoid any further harrasment and the driver also suggested we can raise it with Uber later. There was no way we could contact uber during that waiting time, the driver mentioned he can also not connect with uber.
      Later after de-boarding the cab and when the driver left I received the email of the trip receipt. Where i saw my uber cash was adjusted in this trip.
      So i then and there raised the issue to the uber customer care where even I requested for a call back so that the issue can be resolved.
      However continuously from the uber support team I was told that cannot be arranged. After repeated complaints they refunded me Rs 150 only with an email i was suppose to as per display and also in non cash method. IN THIS TRIP I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 1157 ( 715 PAID IN CASH ALSO MY UBER BALANCE OF 442 WAS DEDUCTED) AND ONLY A REFUND OF 150 WAS DONE.
      THIS IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL WAY O[censored]BER charging money. I NEED THE ENTIRE 442 THAT WAS DEBITED FROM MY UBER CASH RETURNED AS 715 WAS ALREADY PAID TO DRIVER IN cash for this trip.
      Also there is the additional harrassment of my mother waiting unnecessarly for 15-20 mins after reaching location and I faced dealing with the CS o[censored]ber. PLEASE DONOT EXPECT A SENIOR CITIZEN TO BE TECH SAVVY and pay via electronic medium.

        Recently my friend booked an Uber moto to deliver her cake at my place. When the driver arrived with the cake at my place he changed extra amount. As the amount wasn't visible on my phone as I didn't booked but she send me a screenshot of that it was 80 and the man charged me 100 and also he was very very I'll mannered. Having a ride with this kind of a driver is really not safe. He even asked all my money saying that he will bring me change from a store near by I refused to that. He lied to me about the money that was actually showed and charged me more.
        I want to share his number so that you can take and action against him.

          I booked uber one month ago and tried to pay from wallet ..but due to insufficient amount payment failed and i paid to driver with cash now i added money to wallet and it got deducted without my permission what is this ..this is how uber is taking money from people. Very disappointed with Uber it was my first time booking a uber and surely it was the last trip.
          I want my money back .

              Dear Sir, My uncle went to Bangalore and he booked an uber car No. KA 53 D 6029 on 13th Sep, 2022 from Hilton hotel to Airport. The driver was not going through the road, he went lane by lane and he had a 10 conference calls still reach the destination. Again and again he is talking to personal phones and not to concentrate in driving, actually my uncle was senior person... what to do... kindly take immediate action for the same.

                On 13/4/2021, i took an uber ride for whic i have paid the payment to the uber driver Gonesh Gour in cash as it was a cash ride. But the uber is still showing the ride unpaid.
                And on asking to resolve the issue they are replying that it is older than 30 days so they cant do fare adjustment.
                Whereas they can ask the customer to do fare adjustment for the trip which is older than 30 days.
                The issue is between the uber driver and the company, Kindly look into the matter.

                  I booked a UBER Auto in the morning from C-15, SAF village, Koyambedu, chennai to go to Vadapalani Murugan temple with wife.One Auto was responded after few trials. He asked us to join him at half kilometer away and did not come to the place where we booked. After a little argument he didn't pick up us and cancelled the trip and it is baffled that the uber people showed that I have to pay Rupees 22/-. How can I be charged without my fault and for the deficit service from the driver?
                  This is the unscrupulous activity noticed from the side o[censored]ber. The management has to rexpond to it as it is added in the present trip.

                    I had booked an auto on 28-Aug-22. Driver informed he will be coming in 10min even I guided him as he was facing difficulties however the location mentioned was very clear and chrisp. We were hoping that driver will reach in 2 mins but after waiting for 25minutes driver cancelled the ride and i was charged with fees of 10rs ...i failed to understand why and how. Really need resolution on this or else will have to take action

                      Recently, I booked an auto from my place in Bangalore. It was a 'cash' trip and I paid the complete amount shown after trip ended which is 356 INR to the driver. But unfortunately, it shows pending payment 'unpaid' of Rs 256. Tried reaching the support but that doesn't help. You can confirm with the driver about the same.

                      I sent a parcel to Kalkaji from my location and the recipient paid in cash to the driver. Who then gave her the parcel after receiving the cash. But when I opened the app, it shows that my payment is outstanding. And the payment of 228.00 wasn’t paid fully. I tried support and calling but nothing works. I can’t even send another parcel, please fix.

                        Had selected paytm option for paying uber but driver asked for cash. Final bill was 296 but paid him 300 in cash and still app is asking to finalize payment and uber is not clearing it from my account.
                        Very unprofessional and bad customer service from Uber. Did not expect this suffering due to driver's problem now I am suffering.
                        Had to stop using Uber for this reason.

                          In my ride on 06 August 2023 with Santosh I have paid rs. 194 four times due to UPI payment failure. Up on complaining Uber paid 150 back in wallet. However the remaining amount 195+195 still not received. Complaint for the same is raised however didn't get response. Pls resolve asap.

                            I take a ride from Anand Niketan to Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar new delhi on 5th March. I paid the cash to the cab driver for this trip. but it shows in the pending payment due to choosing payment mode was UPI. the same issue happened me before this incident on 22 September 2021. I paid the payment 2 times once the GPay to the auto driver and its showing the payment due in the app & another payment paid direct to the UPI.

                            They didn't resolve the issue. Even I am trying to find the customer care helpline number which was unable all the time. or not available

                                I lost my airpods Pro case in uber cab on 22nd August 2022 at 10:52 AM. I was in a uber cab going to My office located at ericsson Noida in sector 62.
                                I tried to connect woth driver through help section of the Uber app they provided me the drivers number that is switched off since yesterday.
                                They didn’t provided me the alternate drivers contact, if the driver has completed so many trips on uber how he is not using the correct number to operate Uber app?

                                  I travelled in uber cab on 7th August. When i pay to uber drive via upi he said payment did't come in his account so please do it again. So one of my friend did phonepay to him so it was also done. Than i said to driver please refund my money when it goes into your bank account he said okay. When i called him next day so he told me that he will send his bank statement but he didn't send to me. Than i call and message to him but he was not giving me reply. When my friend called him from other no and shouted on the driver so he sent me phonepay statement in which only my friend payment was showing but he didnt send me bank statemnt or googlepay statement. and also he sent me voice message which was in very bad language and very bad behaviour of that driver. He said me( Abhi delhi mein nahi hu varna btata tujhe aake vhi Aur samjha le apne us londe ko jyada bolega to bhut marunga aur tere koi paise nahi h mere pas) he used these kind of words with me. I seriously want to take action against him. I am putting his cab number and name and contact no of him here only-

                                    Whenever i try to book cabs most of the times cab drivers cancels the trip which cause so much delay in going anywhere. Sometimes cab driver cancels the trip when 1 minute left to arrive and the worst thing is that they first ask where are you going and then cancel the trips. And sometimes they dont cancel the trip but they dont even move their cabs nor they receive phone calls out of which we have to cancel cabs after waiting 15 to 20 minutes then we are charged unnecessary cancellation charges. This is so unfair which needs to be monitored seriously.

                                      On 18.8.2022 @ 8 am at Sector 6 of Kharghar, I was waiting for pre-booked Uber Cab for Pune. While trying to locate driver on Uber app, by mistake booked ride for adjacent building. Obviously Driver Mithilesh understood and cancelled the ride. Came to know this while booking Uber cab from Pune on 18.8.2022 @7.15 pm. I had to pay Rs 325 to book next ride. `

                                      Since the ride booked by mistake, which was impossible, request Uber to refund Rs. 325 to me
