I made a ride with Uber on 8/07/22, and tried paying Rs.223 to the driver via Amazon Pay, but couldn't due to app's glitch after which I paid him Rs. 230 and asked him to keep the change as well. However after sometime Rs. 223 got debited from my Amazon Pay Wallet as well. Thus I ended up paying Rs. 453 for a ride of Rs. 223.
I had raised a ticket multiple times from their in-app help, but didn't get any reply. Also I heard from various people who have encountered same issues and Uber doesn't repay you while Ola does.
I expect them to repay the legit double amount that I paid.

    I had made a trip in 10th june 2022 from MATRUSRI NAGAR to Madinaguda. After reaching the destination I had paid Rs. 150/- through Phonepe App. But my Uber app is showing Rs. 143.38 as showing outstanding to be paid. Please look into issue and resolve it.

      I booked an Uber Auto for my parents from Kharegaon, Kalwa to Bhiwandi on 04 July 2022 at 10.50 AM.
      The driver picked up them and dropped them at the desired drop location. The total bill amount for this journey was 282 INR. My father gave him 500 INR and asked for a return. Driver was not having change that time so he asked them to wait and went in a nearby shop to bring change. He took his auto along with him so my parents stayed there, waiting for him. Even after half an hour, he did not return with their cash. So my father went opposite side where that auto driver went to bring change. But he was not there. He simply ran away with our cash. Thus my father called me and asked to contact the driver. But Uber don't provide any direct contact number of driver. They only provide company number which only connects you to driver untill your journy starts. As soon as you end the journey we are not able to contact them. Thus I contacted a support center on Uber App and put my complaint about the incident. Their support person replied me in an hour saying it was our duty to give them/driver correct amount of bill. And they added 150 credit in my account saying we can't add cash more than 150.
      The support person was not at all guilty about returning only 150 INR instead of 218 INR. Neither they were feeling that driver's behavior was unethical here. If he did not get any change then he would have asked us to bring exchange. We would have tried somewhere to bring exchange. Running away with our cash only implies that he had something unethical in his mind. I explain this to the support team again and again but they were happy to provide 150 INR credits on my account.
      I need a full refund of 218INR to me from Uber along with penalty fees paid for such an unethical experience as well as strict action against the driver.

        I had made a trip on 7th July 2022 at 10:48am from sector 3, faridabad to QRG Hospital, faridabad. I had paid Rs. 233 in cash to the driver as shown in the driver's mobile but my uber app is showing Rs.58 as outstanding to be paid.
        Please resolve the issue.

          I have registered like 6complaints on uber and even an email. I paid double fare because I'm a new user o[censored]ber and i didn't know that uber charges itself if you have your account linked. And then i also paid the driver cash. The amount total was 460 rs. I have confirmation from the uber driver too after i called him last night. I have attached that with the email I sent. I'm a student and unnecessary is not something I can afford.

            I am Uber driver I am travelling in RR Nagar Bangalore to Jubilee Hills Hyderabad but Uber company is given only 3566 I am travelling 635 km but Uber company telling only I can travel 187 km can you please help us this issue

              I told the driver that i have amazon pay as the mode of payment but he insisted that he has not received any message and i should pay him cash to end the trip and later i can claim it from uber. so made payment of 293 via google pay to his number. while amazon pay debited 292 from my account.

                  We hired an Uber on 5 Jul 22'
                  Driver named Wasimuddin Quazi was assigned
                  The man started hassling when we asked him to turn on the AC
                  The driver seemed to be mentally ill by the way of his speaking and tone that he used to talk.
                  On asking him to stay calm, as there were female passengers in the car, the driver got hyper and started speeding the car to which we asked him to stop the car.
                  We asked him to maintain the speed limit and learn to behave in front of the customers.
                  I even after being in the Army controlled my temper so that the things didn't go out of hand!
                  The diver was continuously murmuring something during the ride.
                  Even after the ride when my friend suggested him to learn to behave in front of the customers, the driver denied and speedly rushed away the car.

                  Have used uber many times but this was totally disappointing experience which gives me doubt whether to use the app again!
                  Request strict action against the driver or atleast cancel his ID.

                    Uber driver rides to some distance and cancels the ride himself without receiving my call I was charged a small amount but it has more than once. Uber help centre is not responding to such complaints. In a month 3 times driver cancelled without any reason and I am charged with around 95 rs for none of my fault. I want refund

                      Dear Team,

                      Yesterday i had booked one uber ride.From Vaishlai metro station to Gaur home elegent.
                      The Driver (Nakul Car Number HR47D4253) called me & he asked me where I wanted to go.
                      I said i have to go GAUR HOMES ELEGENT GAZIABAD then he said ok i will come that time uber app show me the time is 3 minute after 10 minutes i called driver & he did not picked my call & many time i had try but not responding then he will transfer my ride to many driver & time showing mei extend time again & again.

                      After 01 hour i received a call from an uber driver & he said I'm in Vaishali metro station. Then i ' m saying i don't want your cab because i reached my destination.

                      So many times I am facing the same issue from uber drivers so please let me know why uber drivers did that from clients?

                      No one reply me back regarding Uber service, may be this site is also fake like Uber.
                      I cant trust anymore to this type of side.

                        In June 22, I paid cash for a non cash payment and uber is asking for me to pay the pending charge again. When I complained they said that there’s nothing they can do and asked me to pay the pending charge. I don’t see the need to pay for the trip twice. Please do something

                          This is the second time i am facing a problem
                          1st time i had a Pending balance of 56 something in my account that kept showing for all my 8-9 trips..and i kept paying else I could not book.. hence complaint to uber through and finally it got resolved and I was refund arnd 670 rs to my account..

                          Now 2nd time again
                          I book uber for my mom as it helps me to keep a track on her reaching a destination safely.. since i got refunded i kept the uber cash on the side just so to utilise this amount in the moment of need when I don’t have available cash on hand..
                          Anyways i had been booking cabs for my mom
                          So from the first trip after the refund 344.41 till yesterday
                          My mom has been paying the amounts on drop off.. just a few days back did i notice that my uber cash wasn’t showing.. I mailed uber to check meanwhile waiting for a revert i figured out that it was being deducted in the last few trips that my mom took..
                          I was shocked went upto her and asked that wasn’t she paying the uber guys..she never mentioned that she was travelling for free..lol
                          Anways to my further dismay she told me she has always given the money..
                          this shows tht i was being paid double..
                          I complaint to uber again and got a msg stating that it isn’t there problem if we have paid to the driver extra amount..
                          Now i thought that i very bad client service by ur brand..
                          Now i was very sure of the next uber i take i will not pay the guy any extra..as it is uber company never heard my plea.. now yesterday i sent my mom from Chanakya to gk i was sure to check if it gets deducted
                          Her uber driver didn’t leave till she paid 200 rs… i sent her the screenshot that she had to pay 46 only..but ur mad uber drive made a scene on the road and didn’t go without the money..
                          Now what the hell is happening..i[censored] guys are deducting uber cash then I should not be asked to pay
                          Hence it concluded that all the drivers took the complete amount without any uber cash deductions
                          Kindly pay my money from all the last trips
                          Else it is a good by from me..
                          You guys have really created a miserable experience for me..it is not about money here..it is about accounting to what ### your app does.,

I gave him a 100 rupee note but he returned only 20, claiming that he was due Rs 80 - different from the message I got for the trip fare being Rs 69. He took away Rs 11 more from the fare and refused to return the change I was due. The trip status hasn't been cleared either and shows as outstanding to be charged on my next trip, so uber now wants me to pay again for the same ride! Uber hasn't responded to my Help request in their app, tweets or anything else.

                                He returned Rs 20 from the 100 rupee note, not 80. Apologies for typo. He charged me Rs 80 via cash on a non cash trip of Rs 69 fare.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked the vehicle for 11/18/21 at 12.02 am DriverAjith demanded the cash before arrival at the spot at Meenambakkam Airport, Chennai.
                                    After reaching the destination as per my words I paid Rs.500/- to him in cash.
                                    But after some time I have the pending payment for the same ride. I forget to switch the payment before giving the payment o Ajit.
                                    Till now pending Rs.439.85 in my account. After so many attempts i forget to get his contact number and vehicle untraced.
                                    What to do? to solve the issue.

                                      I have completed a trip with Uber rental and paid in cash. However, the receipt shows Rs 0 and that the trip was cancelled. After repeated attempts I was told the receipt cannot be changed. However, this was an office trip and without the receipt i cannot claim the amount.
