Double Charges by UBER India

Dear All,
I booked a cab on 22nd June from T2 Delhi Airport to Gaur City (45 kms) and the estimated fare was 1200 INR. However, when the trip was completed, the bill shows +100 kms for an amount 2358 INR (with unlimited toll charges). This is a complete scam and fraud by UBER.
Please refund my money ASAP. The receipt is attached for your reference

Paid cash to driver but still showing outstanding balance

I had travelled from Sushant lok III to DLF phase 2 via uber moto. It was a non cash drive but had paid using Paytm to driver (₹105). The app still shows outstanding payment.please help.

From yesterday i have raised 3 complaint on high fare on trip but till now i haven't received an response yet

Auto driver called accepted, after that cancelled quietly

For some urgent work, I booked the UBER auto and the driver Mohd Rizwan accepted the ride with his auto MH04HZ8192. It's within 3min of reach in uber app. The driver called and asked am I going to Vashi and where should I go? And I replied to goto Vidhyavihar as per the booking and he confirmed the trip. Suprisingly after that he cancelled the trip and got message saying trip Cancelled.

Checeked to complaint via Uber app, but...

Lost an item and not given back yet

The customer care is so bad in this app. Yesterday, I left my earbuds in the uber auto and called the person so he could return it. He said that he is busy dropping off customer and asked if he could return it tomorrow which I was ok with But the next day when I call him he says that he is very far from my location and asked for ₹200-₹300 to come there or he will not return the earbuds. I am Trying to call the customer care and the website...

I would like to bring to your kind attention that I booked a cab from Howrah station on 20/06/2022. The cab number was WB04H 3630. Firstly it showed the arrival time of 4 mins then it became 8 mins. When we booked the cab the fare was showing as Rs 461.30. After boarding the cab we saw that the driver is taking the longer route instead of the shorter one and we also told him to take the short route....

No reply from support team

From morning i have raised 2 complaint but havent recieved any response yet . At start of trip the fare was 60 rs and at end i was charged 100 rs

Auto deduction from Paytm wallet.

There are issues with 2 recent
rides.
First 10/06/22: On 10th i
was charged 140 INR for my ride
with already had some wait time
issue because i had entered the
Cab before the threshold time
given after which you guys start
charging per minute.

Unexpected excess charges charged for Uber ride

My account on Uber is registered with same mobile number and name only.

I had booked UBER ride @ 4:05 AM from Sarai Rohilla Railway Delhi station to Kilokari- Delhi on 13th June 2022. While booking the ride amount of trip was shown was INR 370. Pending charge showing in app after I paid cash to driver

I had travelled from Delhi T2 airport to Narmada apartment in Baba Kharak Singh marg area in delhi on 4th july 2022. I had made full payment right after the trip ended at 9:41 AM and I paid the entire amount of rupees 391 via Paytm at 9:42 AM. The driver has marked incomplete payment and now it shows that there is remaining payment of INR 300 on the Uber app. I have not been able to take any ride after that because I will need to pay extra...

Outstanding dues even after paying thrice.

I booked a Uber long time back about more than 2 years ago, made payment online. Still shows outstanding. Again made the same payment twice after that in Cash bit still shows outstanding. I have stopped using Uber sice then and use Ola now....

Unethical behaviour towards customer

Complaint details - Sir, we respect your facility which your providing the general public but there is mischief content regarding your uber driver
He knowingly cancelled our booking so that he can claim the cancellation prize ...we already payed the amount through Google pay...even though he asked cash to be paid...we request you to take a strict action on the driver and make us provide with our refund with the amount of ₹1500 within...

Already done payment to driver on 23/04/2022 to driver phonepe number. But still asking for payment .

I have already paid the driver right after he dropped and told me to pay to his phonele number rupees 134. And i make the payment. Now when I opened uber for my next ride it's asking me to pay for the trip with sum of 164 something.
The driver has to charged for this manipulation....

Payment deduction issues

I drive so sincerely but my wallet gone in negative.
I collect 198 for a ride but you deduct 148 rs. from my wallet and this type of things happen many time with me.
Why these types of things happen to me.

Driver refusing to come to pick up point

Uber India charging more as 'previous unpaid amount'

I am a regular customer o[censored]ber India. Recently I have been observing that Uber is charging some additional amount as 'Previous unpaid amount' for my recent 3 trips. Each and every time I had paid that additional amount even knowing that its wrongly claimed by Uber. But again yesterday (08.06.2022) they claimed INR 13.30 as unpaid amount. Ride refusal

Please take an action against the auto DL 1R N4759. I booked the auto, he accepted it. I got into the auto and told him the OTP. He said he was having some trouble entering the OTP and then he cancelled it, while I was sitting in the auto. He refused to go despite me saying that I will pay cash to him. Please look into this. I am thoroughly disappointed
