Uber driver cancel the ride

Uber driver rides to some distance and cancels the ride himself without receiving my call I was charged a small amount but it has more than once. Uber help centre is not responding to such complaints. In a month 3 times driver cancelled without any reason and I am charged with around 95 rs for none of my fault. I want refund...

Driver cancel again again CAB

Dear Team,

Yesterday i had booked one uber ride.From Vaishlai metro station to Gaur home elegent.
The Driver (Nakul Car Number HR47D4253) called me & he asked me where I wanted to go.
I said i have to go GAUR HOMES ELEGENT GAZIABAD then he said ok i will come that time uber app show me the time is 3 minute after 10 minutes i called driver & he did not picked my call & many time i had try but not responding then...

Duplicate change

In June 22, I paid cash for a non cash payment and uber is asking for me to pay the pending charge again. When I complained they said that there’s nothing they can do and asked me to pay the pending charge. I don’t see the need to pay for the trip twice. Please do something...

Charging twice

This is the second time i am facing a problem
1st time i had a Pending balance of 56 something in my account that kept showing for all my 8-9 trips..and i kept paying else I could not book.. hence complaint to uber through and finally it got resolved and I was refund arnd 670 rs to my account..

No response received from uber

From yesterday i have raised 4 complaint but till now i haven't received any response yet . At start of trip the fare was 56 rs and at end it was 78 rs

Driver demanded cash, overcharged, trip still outstanding

On 4th July at 4.32 pm my ride was completed and I got a message to pay Rs 69 on a non cash trip. Driver demanded cash payment so I complied. I gave him a 100 rupee note but he returned only 80, claiming that he was due Rs 80 - different from the message I got for the trip fare being Rs 69. He took away Rs 11 more from the fare and refused to return the change I was due. The trip status hasn't been cleared either and shows as outstanding...

No response from uber company

From morning I have raised 3 complains but till now I haven't recieved any response yet . At start of trip the fare was 56 Rs and at end the fare was 75 Rs

Fare paid by cash but in account showing that due - reg

I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked the vehicle for 11/18/21 at 12.02 am DriverAjith demanded the cash before arrival at the spot at Meenambakkam Airport, Chennai.
After reaching the destination as per my words I paid Rs.500/- to him in cash.
But after some time I have the pending payment for the same ride. I forget to switch the payment before giving the payment o Ajit.
Till now pending Rs.439.85...

Cancelled trip and wrong receipt

I have completed a trip with Uber rental and paid in cash. However, the receipt shows Rs 0 and that the trip was cancelled. After repeated attempts I was told the receipt cannot be changed. However, this was an office trip and without the receipt i cannot claim the amount....

Charging high

While booking the auto, shown charges are way less than what u show at the end of the ride, i have been using auto since 20 days now nd i have been faving this issue daily .. highly dissatisfied with the service ...stop this cheating with customers ..i cnt pay what u dnt show on the application...at the end of ride also, i cnt see the actual amount i have to pay ..and then the driver shows me ..its not how it should be.....

I started my ride at 5:35 pm from prestige tech park bangalore to hormavu bangalore on 29/06/2022.
It was a grey maruti suzuki ritz when I reached the destination I paid the amount via gpay to the driver and even though i have paid the amount of 654.08 the application is still showing outstanding amount as 654.08.
There is no help from the support and the application is not letting me take new cabs...

Manipulation in my uber ride bill

I book a cab from termina 2 to laxmi nagar when I reached at my destination I saw the manipulated bill that included so many fake charges that was not charged before whenever I traveled to airport. The driver manipulates the bill and charge money according to his convenience...

Extra Fare Charge Issue

I paid extra amount because uber app generated an errored receipt for me . For drivers app the fare was shown as 152. However for me it was shown 213. I Paid the 213 trusting uber app. Later I noticed a difference of around Rs 60 between the ride history amount and electronic receipt popped in my phone . I raised this as a complaint to support team. As per their response the customer has to bear the loss for their technically errored receipt...

Regarding Auto Drivers Cancelling the Trips

I have been booking an auto in the morning to my office since past 2 hours.
All that the auto drivers do in Uber is that they accept the ride and cancels it within 1 min. They cancelled almost 20 rides for me because of which I got late to reach office. Finally I had to uninstall Uber and book it through other vehicle booking apps.

In the past one year I think Uber has become the worst in terms of customer experience...

App shows outstanding fare after paying full cash

I took a cab ride from uber on 9/6/22 to Sarojini Nagar Delhi. The payment method was cash and the fare was Rs 430. Even after paying the whole amount in cash the app shows partial outstanding fare of Rs 340. I have not been able to book a cab since then due to this outstanding fare. And i swear I am never going to settle this amount from my side, rather I will keep using other cab services.Uber team kindly resolve this issue and improve...

It was an online payment, but due to bank server down i could not pay so i paid in cash it shows outstanding payment left and wont let me ride without the payment...

Charged three times more than actual price

On 16 June 2022 we travelled in go sedan uber cab in Hyderabad for a distance of 35 to 40 km, but the driver took us in different route which is longer than regular route and charged 3258 rupees, but actually it costs around 1000 to 1200 rupees. We paid total amount i.e 3258 to the driver.after that I asked for refund in uber help they are not returning my extra amount....
