Trip Not Completed but charged

I booked an Uber to travel from Worli to Matunga Gym on Sep 28, 22 at 7:06 pm. The ride was confirmed at around 7.20 after which the driver reached for pickup around 7.35. Charged money even though driver did not arrive

I humbly beg to state that I booked a Uber ride on February 24, 2020, but the driver did not arrive.

I filed a complaint with Uber on the same day to waive the charge as the driver did not arrive.

But they did not waive the charge of Rs 73.42 from their system. They deducted the money on September 17, 2022.

Please note that the money is deducted after more than 2.5 years.

Not able to see any of my past trips on uber app

As i have taken two trips in june and need my invoices for one of the trip.
I had raised the concern on app and tried to explain it to uber support in many ways, but unfortunately non of them could understand my query.

Not refunding the double payment of

Charged extra cash amount

I Naveen using email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in booked 5 hr 50 km service from Uber On 30 th im Delhi. The estimated fare was ₹1476. I made 3 stops from my hotel to Chandini chowk, India gate and finally back to hotel covering a distance of 49 km in 4.15 hrs. Fees paid in Uber trip but showing unpaid

Complain against the driver

I booked an uber rental for 4hours. The driver was so unprofessional. He does not no how to read maps. He was so rude. Paid full amount in cash still uber app showing pay outstanding amount

My trip started at 5:45 PM on 03.10.2022, 1680, A Block Rd, Phase 2, Holambi Kalan, Delhi, 110082, India. My fare was Rs. 311 and I have paid the entire amount to the driver (Mr. Paramjeet, WHITE maruti Suzuki swift dezire HR74B3759) in cash. But, still an amount of Rs. 311 is shown as outstanding in UBER apps.

Last friday on 23rd Sep, i took a uber ride from Terminal 3 to Home, it was showing fair of approx INR 1330 to be paid in cash, after reaching to my destination, final fair charged by driver is INR 1378.88 but actual bill i recieved was for INR 330.90, he charged me extra INR 1044.98, today moring when i tried to contact him he said he will return money or share revised bill but now not picking my call.

Really pathetic experience...

Charging extra money and not refunding as promised

There are two trips that I have taken in 2018. One of which was stoped earlier and a refund was promised. But I have not got a refund so far.

Second trip where have paid driver in cash but still the app is showing me to pay. I am feed up following up with customer support and they are of no help.

Need of response from support centre

From 2 days i have raised 4 complaints but till now i havent recieved any response yet . At start of trip the fare was 75 rs and at end it was 96 rs

I lost my item in Uber cab

Physical Assault by Uber driver

The Uber driver was very rude. He did not switch on the AC. He refused to turn it on amidst the scorching heat. The ride was at noon when the temperature was at its peak. When I called the helpline the driver tried to attack me physically and snatch away my phone. The under helpline told me they will file a complain and get back to me. Rough behavior of Auto driver for which Uber penalised me.

I have travelled from delhi to airport. I choose to pay in UPI. After get down at the airport driver asked us to pay in cash we are not accepting UPI. so pay in cash and I paid him but in the ride history uher app it is showing it's unpaid. And whenever I book next ride it will be added to next ride fare. This is unfair. How the driver is able to complete trip....

Duplicate payment made for a ride

I availed of an Uber ride on 15th September 2022 at New Delhi from Alaknanda, New Delhi to T3 airport at 6:30 PM.
