Dear Uber,
What sort of Fraud you are running in the name of parcel delivery.

Your drivers ask for cash payment and then you also ask for money through your app.

I have paid all the money to the drivers and yet I'm unable to book any more ride because app also demands that I make payment for the trips.

    I had booked an Uber moto on Wednesday morning 4:30am. The driver attained on the location after making ek wait for 15 mins then argued for a offline trip with extra charges. His behaviour was rude and refused my trip.

      I have reserved uber in advance for 4.10.2022 at 4.05 hours, from my resident to Howrah Station to board Duranto Express leaving at 5.45 hrs. of The driver shri Rajat did not respond to my call and finally at 5.00 hrs I was bound to cancel the trip uber charged me 286 Rs for cancellation, which was refunded back later, and re booked another uber. I missed the train as as per Railway (IRCTC) Rules I did not get the refund for Rs 5200. I demanded the same, but Uber says there is no such policies.
      Kindly arrange to get back my claim of Rs 5200 from Uber for their negligent act.

        On 16th Oct 2022 at 2203 IST I had booked from my acc - [protected] CAB to reach my destination. Trip was confirmed and upon calling to the free number, driver sought information about fair details, gave the range instead of exact price. Was then asked to reach to the pick up point and made me to wait for more than 15 mins and then he cancelled the trip in front of me to get better pricing.
        Issues like this are rampant (request to cancel the trip and then ask customer to match the price and for the same trip).
        I am sure UBER is aware of all these but my humble submission, UBER being MNC, would take appropriate action against the cab WB 17 1895 to send out a stern message and ensure better service.

          I booked a Uber rental on 15th October.

          I started the trip from my home at G-17/1, DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon and travelled to Sector -85 in Gurgaon and returned back to my home. The distance shown as per my google map and as confirmed by driver too was less than 30 kms.

          But in the receipt generated, the distance is shown as 277.25 kms and incorrect pick up and drop off locations are shown. How can one travel 277.25 kms in less than 3 hours in a congested area like Delhi NCR??

          The driver forced me to pay the wrong amount of 4572 saying that refund will be given only by Uber and refused to let me go without paying the amount. Thereupon I was forced to pay the wrong amount.

          I have been trying to reach Uber support since then but there has been no help

            Paid the total amount in cash still showing pending amount even I paid 16rs more coz of no change to the driver.. still showing pending are the. Uber drivers so good that he will let me go without giving the payment still showing payment tweeted several times for the resolution to the uber but they told no option i have to pay... How could a cash trip be pending.. the driver will simply never let me go.. even I contacted the driver for the same he also validated the same.. I can share u the voice recording for the same...               I booked a rental car from Uber today morning at 9:30 am.Booked for 8 hours but completed the trip with in 8 hours ie., my last drop was in Shamshabad Airport .dropped me at 3:00pm. The total fare showed as Rs.2247/-. And I paid the same to the driver..when about to end the ride driver faced some issue with Uber app.so he uninstalled and again installed the app.suddenly post that when I tried to access the receipt in Uber it is showing the cancellation fee of Rs.42/- on my app and not the full amount which I paid to the driver. I am trying to contact the customer service with this issue I simply got a reply from them that it is system generated receipt and they can’t do anything.. I need the receipt to be updated for the amount I paid to the driver.
              Can anyone expect such a silly response from Uber. They didn’t even bother to call the driver and know from him what has happened. I submitted all the details of the rental car number and the driver details but there is no response from Customer support. Customer support is just a mere waste.
              Kindly take up this issue as Priority and solve this issue at the earliest.
              I raised four conplaints regarding the same but there was no proper response from support team I have attached all the photos of the trip and the payment transcation also..

                  On 11th October 2022 I took a cab from Rajouri Garden to Sainik Vihar. I was initially shown an amount of INR 189.25 before the ride was confirmed. Once I reached my destination my updated fare was INR 755.00

                  I put in a complaint through their app and they claim that the pickup location wasn’t the same as the one initially entered.

                  This isn't true. I got into my cab exactly at the location which I entered as my pick-up spot. I have told them to cross-check this with my driver but they aren't responding to my complaints.

                    Dear Sir
                    Their are two issues o[censored]ber
                    1. Fare difference during booking and during trip completion
                    517 shown actual fare was 577
                    Issue has resolved Uber revised the fare to 504.

                    2. Paid cash by driver 577 for a non cash trip (Digital payment option was in the app). (Image attached)
                    Paid the revised fare of 504 by Gpay to Uber on app as i was unable to use the app without this payment (Image attached).

                    Refund recieved from Uber after compaint is only Rs.300 against 577, they are not willing to refund the fare collected by driver from me 577.

                    They can deduct from the driver and pay me the full refund as they have daily transactions.

                      Yesterday i booked at auto the fare at start was 68 Rs, the driver made me walk to location little far from pickup location and then he dropped at drop location but instead of ending the trip he didn't end the trip after some time I noticed that he didn't end the trip so I tried and at end it was 114 rs . For which I have raised a complaint but till now I haven't recieved any response yet so I request to look into issue and solve on priority

                          I travelled kolkata to digha on 7/10/22 on uber intercity. My driver took 6000 rs instead of 4000 and i complained to uber and got the cheated 2000 as uber cash. But in the uber app still its showing my fare is pending and so I am being forced by uber to pay again 4000 rs. I again raised a complaint but no response. I am cheated and I want justice

                            I booked an Uber to travel from Worli to Matunga Gym on Sep 28, 22 at 7:06 pm. The ride was confirmed at around 7.20 after which the driver reached for pickup around 7.35. Soon after the start, he asked whether he can fill gas. I was already late and refused permission. He kept insisting that he needed to fill gas. I was already late and refused repeated. I noticed that he was on the right lane when he had to go left. When I told him to keep left, he said there was a gas station on the right. It would be a full detour if he turned right. I refused permission and asked him to cancel the ride if he insisted on filling gas. He didn't cancel. Finally at the signal for turning right at Worli naka, I had to get out of the cab. This was barely 1 km from pickup point. I could not find an option to cancel the trip once started. I was charged for a trip that was not completed. I filed a complaint with Uber asking for a full refund within 30 minutes, but there has been no response till date. Also, on the app, there is no option for asking for a refund for "Trip not completed" or any other reason apart from some limited feedback issues. There is also no option to cancel the ride due to issues during the ride. I am quite sure that the driver was aware of lacunae in Uber complaints and was exploiting the loophole to get paid for a trip that he had no intention of completing. In addition to your site, if there is a official government Road & Transport site where complaints can be lodged, please advise.

                              I humbly beg to state that I booked a Uber ride on February 24, 2020, but the driver did not arrive.

                              I filed a complaint with Uber on the same day to waive the charge as the driver did not arrive.

                              But they did not waive the charge of Rs 73.42 from their system. They deducted the money on September 17, 2022.

                              Please note that the money is deducted after more than 2.5 years.

                              Now Uber is saying they will not be able to refund as the trip is more than 90 days old.

                              However, I submitted a complaint at the right time on both occasions. That is when the driver did not arrive, and when the money was deducted.

                              Uber is harassing and humiliating by closing the case without giving a refund.

                              Kindly take appropriate measures to save consumers.

                                Not able to see any of my past trips on uber app

                                I booked Uber to travel from home -Worli Mumbai to International Airport Terminal 2 under their compulsory term Non cash . I committed to pay wide Paytm. On 16th Sep 2022 I travelled to Terminal 2 and I tried to pay thru Paytm but I could not . Driver Mr Rizwan has closed the trip and said that since he closed the trip I can not pay on- line and hence asked to pay in Cash . I asked what is the fare he said he does not know, you pay the fare what you saw while booking. so I paid Rs 1002.00 . Afterwards on 18th Sep Paytm has paid Rs 913.2 to Uber for the said Trip so payment was thus duplicated. I wrote to Uber 6-7 times on their support platform but they just dont bother to reply even. And not paying my refund

                                  I Naveen using email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in booked 5 hr 50 km service from Uber On 30 th im Delhi. The estimated fare was ₹1476. I made 3 stops from my hotel to Chandini chowk, India gate and finally back to hotel covering a distance of 49 km in 4.15 hrs. The bill received was for ₹7000 inspite my best efforts to contact the chat reps there was no immediate solution so paid the amount and raised a complaint and till today ie 5th Oct inspite of repeated follow there no progress

                                    Shailendra Prasad Thakur is the name of the driver who drove me. I picked him up from Kolkata Airport and he was supposed to drop me at Kalighat, but he dropped me at a much before location due to which I have to walk till the destination for some time. He was constantly using a lot of derogatory remarks and showed very unprofessional and improper behaviour to me and my partner sitting in the car. He used sexual remarks as well, it made us feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe, we thus wanted to get off immediately but he then all of a sudden stopped acting like that and pretended to be normal and asked us to not overreact. It still made us feel very uncomfortable. While getting off from the trip I paid him all the amount that was displayed but when I later opened my uber app I saw there's a pending amount of Rs338 whereas I paid him Rs738 which was the fare. He reported me that I didn't pay him the full amount. But I have all the bank information and screenshots of the payment with me.

                                      I booked an uber rental for 4hours. The driver was so unprofessional. He does not no how to read maps. He was so rude. He left us in the middle of the road at 12AM. after that we called uber customer care they said that they are booking another ride for us but after that 3drivers keep cancelling the rides and we stood there in the middle of the road for almost 1hour. Then take a local taxi. That is not the end the driver threatens me that he will lodge an FIR. Because I refuse to pay to him in hand. I refuse to pay him because I already had a chat with Uber. This is a worst experience. Please look into the matter.
