Multiple charge but no refund

Multiple charge but not got refund .There is online payment option which was not working so have to pay cash to the driver and the app show outstanding amount so we can not book another without paying outstanding amount.We have to take a ride from Bangalore airport to Sarjapur a road in the month of July.Without knowing by mistake we paid the previous outstanding amount thought of current ride by gpay and the money got deducted for the 6...

Unfair Amount Charged

Trip taken on 15/7/22 around 7pm showed initial estimated fare of INR 370.28
But my final fare was too high! I had to pay (INR 613.63)
The difference in amount is INR 243.35 which I want refunded!

I had added a stop but the driver showed that he did not get the update and did not take a route towards the Added Stop. Instead he drove to the destination point only. For which the fare was INR 370.28
SO WHY...

Frequently canceled by Uber Drivers

I booked 3 times Uber Car on 08/07/2022 night approx 9 pm. But 3 different driver canceled the bookings as they don't want to go the destination. If drivers are not ready to go to my destination then why Uber is taking the bookings for that destination. Cancellation of ride by driver after 10 minutes

I booked an Uber ride at Pune airport on July 15, 2022. It was accepted by a driver named Deepak. His car did not move from a spot for 10 minutes. I attempted to call him 3-4 times but he did not answer the call on all occasions. He ultimately cancelled the ride wasting 15 minutes of my time.

The Uber App does not show the rides canceled by driver to contact Uber directly for a complaint. There is no other direct customer care...

Paid cash for my trip in UBER Cab but shows outstanding

My trip started at 9:14 PM on 30.06.2022, from 106, Barrackpore Trunk Rd, Dunlop, Subhas Pally Park, Bonhooghly Government Colony, Kolkata, West Bengal 700108, India. I have booked this trip in CASH.My fare was Rs. 438.00 and I have paid the entire amount to the driver (Mr. Ashim) in cash. Unauthorised uber auto fare

I paid Rs. 215/- to Mr Chandrasekar- [protected], took uber from cantonment railway station to HSR ITI Layout on 3rd july, 2022 and gpay-ed the same fare at 1.59pm, but the driver registered me as if I have not paid his money. I have the gpay proof, supporting the transaction. Kindly rectify the same and remove the penalty/fine payment from my uber account....

Paid double fare due to Uber's app glitch.

I made a ride with Uber on 8/07/22, and tried paying Rs.223 to the driver via Amazon Pay, but couldn't due to app's glitch after which I paid him Rs. 230 and asked him to keep the change as well. However after sometime Rs. 223 got debited from my Amazon Pay Wallet as well. Thus I ended up paying Rs. 453 for a ride of Rs. 223.

Amount paid, but trip shows still outstanding

I had made a trip in 10th june 2022 from MATRUSRI NAGAR to Madinaguda. After reaching the destination I had paid Rs. 150/- through Phonepe App. But my Uber app is showing Rs. 143.38 as showing outstanding to be paid. Please look into issue and resolve it....

An Uber Auto driver did not return my money

I booked an Uber Auto for my parents from Kharegaon, Kalwa to Bhiwandi on 04 July 2022 at 10.50 AM.
The driver picked up them and dropped them at the desired drop location. The total bill amount for this journey was 282 INR. My father gave him 500 INR and asked for a return. I had made a trip on 7th July 2022 at 10:48am from sector 3, faridabad to QRG Hospital, faridabad. I had paid Rs. 233 in cash to the driver as shown in the driver's mobile but my uber app is showing Rs.58 as outstanding to be paid.

I paid double fare

I have registered like 6complaints on uber and even an email. I paid double fare because I'm a new user o[censored]ber and i didn't know that uber charges itself if you have your account linked. And then i also paid the driver cash. The amount total was 460 rs. I have confirmation from the uber driver too after i called him last night. I have attached that with the email I sent. I'm a student and unnecessary is not something I can afford....

Paid extra Cash to Driver in spite of online payment

I told the driver that i have amazon pay as the mode of payment but he insisted that he has not received any message and i should pay him cash to end the trip and later i can claim it from uber. so made payment of 293 via google pay to his number. while amazon pay debited 292 from my account....

Need of response from uber

From 3 days back i haven't 5 complaints but till now i haven't received any response yet . At start of trip the fare 60 rs and at end it was 80 rs

Harassment by the driver

The man started hassling when we asked him to turn on the AC

Uber driver cancel the ride
