Extra cash paid

Hi,

In my ride on 06 August 2023 with Santosh I have paid rs. 194 four times due to UPI payment failure. Up on complaining Uber paid 150 back in wallet. However the remaining amount 195+195 still not received. Complaint for the same is raised however didn't get response. Pls resolve asap.

Payment Issue 5th March

Lost an item in Uber cab

I lost my airpods Pro case in uber cab on 22nd August 2022 at 10:52 AM. I was in a uber cab going to My office located at ericsson Noida in sector 62.
I tried to connect woth driver through help section of the Uber app they provided me the drivers number that is switched off since yesterday.
They didn’t provided me the alternate drivers contact, if the driver has completed so many trips on uber how he is not using the correct...

Refund of the money

I travelled in uber cab on 7th August. When i pay to uber drive via upi he said payment did't come in his account so please do it again. So one of my friend did phonepay to him so it was also done. Than i said to driver please refund my money when it goes into your bank account he said okay. When i called him next day so he told me that he will send his bank statement but he didn't send to me. Than i call and message to him but he was not...

Whenever i try to book cabs most of the times cab drivers cancels the trip which cause so much delay in going anywhere. Sometimes cab driver cancels the trip when 1 minute left to arrive and the worst thing is that they first ask where are you going and then cancel the trips. And sometimes they dont cancel the trip but they dont even move their cabs nor they receive phone calls out of which we have to cancel cabs after waiting 15 to 20 minutes...

Rs 325 Billing for cancelled trip of impossible ride

On 18.8.2022 @ 8 am at Sector 6 of Kharghar, I was waiting for pre-booked Uber Cab for Pune. While trying to locate driver on Uber app, by mistake booked ride for adjacent building. Obviously Driver Mithilesh understood and cancelled the ride. Came to know this while booking Uber cab from Pune on 18.8.2022 @7.15 pm. I had to pay Rs 325 to book next ride. `

Since the ride booked by mistake, which was impossible, request Uber...

Driver demands extra cash for my ride

Uber charged me Rs. 429.54 illegally

Cancelling ride without any refund

I am middle class job doing citizen, started new job in gurgaon and i found best option to ride via uber shuttl, i book in one night prior so i get seat easily as per my time but around 15-20 mins before my ride i see my trip every time get canceled and no refund no other options given, no way to connect with customer care, such a worse service by the MNC never seen before, everytime they cut money from my wallet without my acknowledgment...

I traveled with my family via Uber cab on 14AUG2022 morning 4:34 AM. While DE boarding the cab I lost luggage in the cab. Luggage bag consists of a laptop with adapter, Medicines and cosmetics. I tried to reach the driver through Uber Help Section but driver is not picking up the call. Now we lost the baggage and Uber is not responding to our request....

Unfair practices and misguiding users.

While using App based services o[censored]ber India, following problems are seen, which are faced by almost all users.
1) When entering destination, it shows approx. wait time for pick up. Once you confirm booking, it shows higher time and by the time vehicle reaches to you, it's still more time.
Remedies is, they must be penalized for delay than first time shown.

Fake service

Uber policies

Uber drivers are still refusing and cancelling rides on their own and want the customers to pay either via Cash, or in their own Paytm and Gpay accounts. Their apps also won't let us pay using Cash. Their consistent rude behaviour and negative attitude against riders is embarrassing and unbearable. Uber is least bothered about Customers satisfaction right now. They dont solve customers problem and instead divert the issue. So, stringent action...

WB 04 H 6033 Complaint against the driver of this vehicle.
