From 2 days i have raised 4 complaints but till now i havent recieved any response yet . At start of trip the fare was 75 rs and at end it was 96 rs

    Hi Team

    I left my item in uber cab and still not getting any reply from driver as well as from uber i have tried to connect through mail and app.

    The cost of the product is 3500rs and still not getting any reply.

      Sir/Mam.
      I'm working as uber partner attached my bike.. vechile no. TN 05 BS. I got duty at from 32/21A, B, C, D, E, F, Netaji Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600041, India.. to Jutkapuram, Periyamet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600003, India (chennai central). On 23.9.23 at distance 14.7km.. over request me to collect cash from customer rs.125. but customer said will pay through by gpay.. he said that he have to catch his train at 9.30 p.m.. he said that he paid... But I didn't not checked and i closed my duty through by hver partner app later i checked i didn't not received any amt from his side... I also confirmed him about cash payment whether gay or cash he said gpay.. I request to Uber kindly check out.. he also put negative rating.. I felt disturbed.. I request take immediate action to the customer and resolve my problem soon as possible.

        The Uber driver was very rude. He did not switch on the AC. He refused to turn it on amidst the scorching heat. The ride was at noon when the temperature was at its peak. When I called the helpline the driver tried to attack me physically and snatch away my phone. The under helpline told me they will file a complain and get back to me. They didn’t even bother to do that. Also, they gave the reimbursement of the paid amount after I called the helpline few times. Kindly take the necessary action to stop such nuisances by the Uber drivers. To a point I feared that the driver will kidnap me coz I was not from that state.

          Yesterday (20th September 22), as usual, booked one Uber Auto for taking my old aged mother to the doctor. She cannot walk due to unbearable knee pain and other problems. Auto came but the driver refused to bring the auto nearby to the entrance. He used rough words and on his own cancelled the trip., We were compelled to go for another vehicle at a time when already it was late for the doctors appointment. Uber India without even enquiring about the cancellation, advised Cancellation charges which we had to bear on today's trip. Time Delay, Misbehavior of Driver and a penalty too. This is UBER INDIA.

            I have travelled from delhi to airport. I choose to pay in UPI. After get down at the airport driver asked us to pay in cash we are not accepting UPI. so pay in cash and I paid him but in the ride history uher app it is showing it's unpaid. And whenever I book next ride it will be added to next ride fare. This is unfair. How the driver is able to complete trip.

              Duplicate payment made for a ride

              I availed of an Uber ride on 15th September 2022 at New Delhi from Alaknanda, New Delhi to T3 airport at 6:30 PM. On reaching the destination I made a payment of Rs.699.00 to the driver's bank account through Paytm. Unfortunately, my bank could not confirm if the payment went through.                     I have been customer o[censored]ber past couple of years, however currently I am facing an issue that uber drivers ask for unnecessary charges. Yesterday I booked a cab and cost was 1485rs something but driver asked 2000rs for dropping me to the destination. This wasnt first time issue it has happened almost regularly past few months.

                      On 07/07/2022, I booked uber cab amounting INR 240/-. After trip completion amount got increased to INR 416.15/- without any reason(such as longer route taken or traffic). I raised the same in inapp support on that they accepted that it is due to some technical problem and their team will revert back with a solution. That day onwards, no one contacted and no is responding in uber support.

                      I raised the same on tweeter uberindia support, they replied once to ask my concern then stopped replying there too.

                      Now they have removed all my raised questions from app messages too. Luckily I have already taken all the ss to show the consumer complaint that how uber is taking our hard work earned money just like that and uber not even considering this important issue to be taken care off

                      Please resolve this issue and make Uber India to return my amount .

                      who is responsible for this much of waste of time and energy of customers . Why uber is not following regulations?

                        My father did booking on 4th SEP 2022 for Rs 340.46/- but driver did never came and ride did not happened. When he tried to contact Uber Team through APP they claimed ride had happened. However, my account is clearly showing adding money from Paytm wallet to UBER wallet and money deduction from Uber wallet also ride is showing cancelled. But still Uber team is not resolving it.

                        Also this company is working in India without having any contact option like mail or toll free service there is no avenue where we as a consumer can go for grievance resolution how come that even possible.
                        I am filing this complaint on behalf of my father.

                          Single Invoice Copy Required For Each Ride

                          I am trying to download invoice copies for each ride because I need to submit to my office to claim the amount, but this time I am not able to download Single Invoice Copy For Each Ride. It's downloading a zip file where I have 2 invoice copies for the same ride, I have tried to get a receipt voucher but in the receipt voucher my name does not appear (Booking by).

                          I was at the Kolkata airport and booked a Uber cab for pickup. The driver cancelled the trip and did not come. I had to arrange another transport. Now I see that the cancellation fee has been showing up whenever I log in. Why should the rider pay for driver cancelling the trip? This is fully unacceptable. Please remove the cancellation fee until then I wont take any Uber ride.

                            I have asked for driver to pause for a moment tp collect urgent reports for hospital, which is on the way and near to home. when i went collect reports, in a minute driver ended the trip and ran away.
                            so i had to take Ola for remaining trip.
                            and now uber charging me amount for the trip.

                              On 7th Sept, My car had an accident with an uber driver driving a white maruti swift dzire with licence plate KA41C3787

                              While it was not my fault- the driver blocked my car and did not let me leave till he extorted INR 2000 from me.

                              I would request you to blacklist this driver immediately and if possible reimburse me for damages.

                                I booked ride 3 days in advance with uber on1st sept 22.As usual i got a message that the ride is on time followed by driver details and pin number.i was waiting for the cab, i received a call from the driver refusing to come.i was in a hurry to catch train, i booked a cab from Ola and luckily i reached my destination on time.But on the way i got a call after about 20 minutes from another driver o[censored]ber saying he has come to pick me up.i informed about the earlier driver refusing to come and i left to my destination as i was in a hurry and no informaton of arriving another cab.Afterwards i received a bill of rs 90 for cancellation.In fact the ride was cancelled by uber itself.I became upset about such behavior and i uninstalled the app from my mobile which only i could do.

                                  If the driver cancles the ride you wont pay back and if driver is delaying the ride when im waiting on location if I cancled you ppl charge as cancelation fee. Why dont ubar pay us for their driver fault.

                                    I booked a trip on uber on 05.09.2022. the estimated cost was 244.18 but at destination it showed 257. The route was the same and no diversions. Surprisingly when I am checking the old trips the cash paid is the same 244.18. This is cheating the customer. I have enquired with my friends and family they also have faced similar issue. This looting shud be stopped.
