I booked a ride from Palava, Dombivli to Kumbharkhan Pada Dombivli on 13th November, 2022 at 11.35 PM.
Rider name-Munnalal

The Driver asked to pay in Cash as it was his boney time or else he would cancel the ride. He did not even have google pay.
So I agreed, but the payment mode was not changed.

After the ride ended, I paid him Rs. 216 in cash but it is still showing payment pending on my uber account. And thus I am unable to book another ride without clearing this amount.

I even raised a complaint from the app but un vain. I am not even able to find a customer care number.

Kindly resolve the same as early as possible.

    Auto no - UP 14E T 6057.
    Auto driver name was sunil kumar
    I booked an auto from uber from sector 122, noida to sector 52 metro station.
    He forcefully dropped me at sector 51 metor station(wrong location) and he also took my picture unkowingly.

      Today 13 November 2022 at 6:46 pm I Booked an Uber ride and Cancelled the ride because Driver named 'Mohan' refused the Cash payment in phone call . But It was not Charged any money,
      Though it was Not charged Any Money, the Driver Asked me to pay 20Rs and did not leave me to go anywhere and act rudely with me. And get 20Rs from me and also Scold me and Charged 20Rs.
      I paid Extra 20Rs Cash as it is Charged 0Rs
      I was so dissapointed by this Behaviour of this Uber driver. And Request you to get me refund of 20Rs.

        I had made a ride on 15 August 2022 from my friends place to my residence, and the trip got over at 6.29 PM. I paid the driver Rs. 695 for the trip.

        After few days when I opened my Uber app to take a new ride, it showed that the said trip's amount is outstanding & I need to pay the amount to proceed further.

        I had not opted for any online payment & have chosen for COD.

        This is not the first time I am facing this issue. I had faced similar issue in March month of this year.

        Kindly note that this is highly inconvenient for me as even after making the payment by cash. I am not being allowed to take further rides stating that I need to make payment.

        It keeps blocking my travel each time but reminding me to pay.

        The trip payment still stands outstanding and this needs correction for me to avail your service.

          Not Happy with Uber ride and there GPS system while booking I had got Powai Saki naka route going towards T2 International from Mulund, but the driver is taking thru Asalfa Ghatkopar Bandra Kurla road which is time consuming...surprised to know about uber GPS why it is not catching and following route which is booked on confirmation...Not Happy at all.

          Why Uber Driver doesn't listen to customer request for following route. Uber you will have to do something that Driver should follow and to be flexible to go as per customers requested route also.

            I would like to draw an attention of the group of drivers operating in Ahmedabad. When we book a ride from app, they come at our pickup location and first they ask to pay cash (if I have selected online payment then they force to pay cash and if we are not agreeing then they say we are canceling the ride). Another issue I have faced recently (yesterday only 07/11/2022) they insist us to cancel the ride from the app and they will drop us the location we selected (so that Uber cannot deduct commission and they get full amount). There are certain serious concerns which Uber needs to take care like when Driver cancels the ride, they should investigate why it got cancelled? Or put some cancellation restriction like they can cancel only 3 rides in a month otherwise their account will be suspended for next 15 days or 1 month like that...

              Dear uber team,

              Name- Rahul

              I did uber trip on 08 oct 22 from delhi cantt to time residency gurgaon.

              The total amount due on completion of trip was Approx Rs 993.
              I paid Rs 1000 in cash to the driver clearing all the dues before leaving the cab.

              Couple of days later when I was booking another uber trip, I was shocked to discover that some rs 293 or so was still showing due.

              I tried to contact uber but there isn't a contact number for the same.
              Neither the app had an option to report such an issue.

              I am a senior govt. Officer with high level of integrity.

              Pls resolve the issue at the earliest other wise I would loose faith in the Uber.

              Also, it points to a big loophole in the system which can be misused by corrupt fraudulent drivers.

              Pls provide a helpline in the India to improve on the satisfaction level of customers.

              Looking forward to a positive resolution.
              Otherwise I will not be able to continue with uber and deactivate my account.

                Yesterday, i booked a auto at seasons mall (Pune) .The vehicle that came had different number plate than what was showing in my phone app. The driver did not even entered the pin and the trip started. Driver took a different route and surprisingly dropped me at the perfect location. Who was this auto ? how could he got my number ? he should not have my trip details. This is a serious safety concern for me.

                    Pathetic o[censored]ber Taxi Services in India.

                    I have used more 50 times in few months. Taxi services are terrible and worst compared any part of the world.

                    Not sure, How this company exist in India even after such services.

                    Seems regulatory authority have kept eye shut on such horrible companies and let them operate from India.

                      I Paid rs 400 to the Uber Driver because he forced us to Pay in Cash after the trip ended. Now Uber is asking me again to Pay 400 in the APP to book further rides. This is Highly unethical, Uber will have driver details they can check with him on this. But forcing the customer to pay twice is not correct

                              I had today morning trip in Bangalore the amount 563.40 which I need to pay but due auto payment it got deducted from my Amazon pay account without knowing this I have also paid same amount 563 to driver through Google pay. Later I saw that it happened two times but I requested Uber to refund they refunded just 300 instead of 563.4 rupees. I have attached related trip details for further information.

                              I have raised query in Uber help they don't have clear picture about where extra amount gone i.e 563.40 - 300 = 263.40. I asked them like I want justification about my remaining amount 263.40. They don't have answer for this instead they are trying to close this query.

                                This happened with me too. I took an uber auto ride on 30th October, 2022 and the amount was Rs 146. The driver asked me to pay on his UPI saying that it's the same thing to pay on app or to him. He said that on his end it is reflecting Rs125 so demanded that amount. I paid him the amount and now it is showing outstanding payment on my app. This is a pathetic experience. I won't clear the outstanding amount until and unless you return my money or make the adjustment.

                                  Hi, On 29th Oct'2022, I took Uber on Rental for 6 Hours. And the total journey was around less than 60 Kms. But after completing/drop point at Airport my total bill comes to Rs. 6, 518/- . As per my previous experience, it should come around Rs.1, 200/- to Rs.1, 300/-. There was lot discussion happened with the Driver, but he has not agreed and saying that I need to pay as per display only, if there is any deviation, I should lodge a complaint in Uber and my amount will be reversed. Since I am missing my flight, at that time, without any choice, I paid fully and took my journey further. Now I want to approach the same with Uber, but I am not able to reach because they don't have Customer Care No. or email. Request you to provide the justice. Thanks, Pardha Saradhi +91 [protected]

                                      I have been charged additional charges due to the Diver cancelling the trip by increasing the wait time unnecessary.

                                      1st Instance - 14th Aug 2022, i have booked Uber Cab intercity. The driver wanted a cash payment and i had an online payment mode updated in app. The driver kept me waiting denying that the way isn't there and after asking him to cancel he said let the time increase and then he will cancel. I have recorded drivers call and i believe this is the app and u guys will the recorded conversations too. It was drivers fault and the additional charges were charged to me.

                                      2nd Instance - today 21st Oct. I had booked the auto from Kharadi Eon free zone to Wagoli . The driver waited and as soon as i got into auto he demanded extra money stating that else he will cancel the ride and i will have to pay extra charge. he also demanded cash. After telling him that it was the online mode, he mentioned that then u get out of the auto and i will cancel and u pay extra as uber is not capable of taking any action against us.

                                      This is a most unsecured way while travelling in Uber.

                                      I am not paying Rs.12.60 though it is just a minimal amount still i won't pay as it isn't my fault and driver cancelled it purposely.

                                        I booked a trip on Uber from Chennai Central Railway station to IIT Madras, Chennai on 22 July 2022 at 9:57 am. The drive did not turn up and denied cancelling the trip. An amount of Rs. 136 was debited from my account as dues on my next trip, despite me not taking the trip. I contacted Uber customer service, and they did not give me any resolution, simply stating that the trip was over 30 days old, and it cannot be resolved. It is clearly seen from the trip details that the driver wandered to and fro in the same area (Poonamallee High Road), which has no connection to my given location.

                                        I have been constantly trying to contact them since the amount was wrongfully debited from my account over calls and their app, but to no avail. Please help me in receiving my refund.
