Hello uber team,
I’m rejina from egipura, we booked a uber cab on 10/02/2018 from egipura (6:23pm) indian campus crusade for christ, kacharakanahalli, (7:01pm). Please refer attachment of the booking details.

Driver name is raju as per true caller. Name appearing in the account is ramesh.
When we got down, my husband placed his mobile on the front sea slab near mirror, to take his purse to pay the driver.
He missed to take his mobile samsung j7. Within 5 minutes i called my husband’s number.
It was switched off. We could not contact him directly because the number was routing to uber office & somehow we were not able to contact the customer care. Later, we headed to banaswadi police station to register a compliant. Through the help service in uber app. I was able to contact the driver. He confirmed the mobile was with him. He also told he would hand it over to us by 10pm.
When we called him and asked him the reason for switching off the mobile, driver started acting really weird. The next day being sunday, when we came to uber office we learnt that it was closed on sunday. Trying to reach back to the driver, he is fooling around with us. He is telling us to come to forum, later told that the trip was cancelled, he is asking us to come to hebbal, vijaynagar and later telling us that his house is in sanjaynagar. We were ready to pay his diesel money to return to us. He is not ready to return the mobile.
Again last night, he told we would handover to uber office @ 8am. But there was no news from him. He was not ready to come to murugeshpallya office but he says he would give it @ hrbr layout uber office. He is just fooling and playing around and giving stories whenever we call him & talking rudely to us.
First of all, we wanted to the reason why the driver switched off our mobile within 5-10 minutes of getting down. What was his intention here?
May be he taught the booking was done that mobile, therefore by switching off, we would not trace our mobile back?
Secondly, any item picked should be handover to the office or the customer within the stipulated time. They can’t be fooling around a customer like this.
I wanted to know what kind of service uber is providing us here, may i know your immediate response on this? It’s already been 3 days, we have not received our mobile yet.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I m attaching screenshot of my ride with my previous account. I want that uber people check from whose account this ride has been done.
They told me there is no credit balance in my accont. They reset my account and now no one can help me.
