On 15 february, i had booked a uber from ats hamlet 1, noida, the driver came up to the building complex gate and had a fight with the security guard and never reached the destination and called me that he is waiting for the police and i should get another cab, i asked him to cancel he said you cancel.
Uber is still charging for the cancellation fee, which is not my fault, and i dont think the agents responding to the complaint are reading the mail and responding they are just stupidly, stating a canned written reply.
Another thing, two years back i was in us and they charged the cancellation fee and it shows as a credit in my account, but i cant use it in india and can only use it in us, but they charged my india card.
I believe smith millions of transactions every day these kinds of small fee seems to be the only options form uber to make some additional money.
I need my refunds both for the india and us cancellation.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I m attaching screenshot of my ride with my previous account. I want that uber people check from whose account this ride has been done.
They told me there is no credit balance in my accont. They reset my account and now no one can help me.
