Hello,

I just want to inform you, yesterday i booked uber, it's was showing 175, when i reached destination it's was 988, its was overcharging on my ride, driver forced me to pay amount, i paid and raised complaint, few hours later they credited my money to uber credits not into my account, which is completely not fair, want to reflect my amount into my account, not in uber uber credit..

    I'm really very dissapointed as i was travelling from chinar park to sealdah. I was travelling with my parents and my brother was unwell and was throwing out on the way so we were bit tensed up. So when we reached station, we couldn't get time to check the receipt. So verbally asked the driver (Raj) and he charged me rs.516 instead of rs.316.
    Your employees are so much unprofessional. Didn't even bother to help with luggage.
    Had a worst experience ever.

      Uber has charged me unfair cancellation fee. I booked a cab, waited for 20 minutes for cab to arrive and then the driver cancells the ride. Uber charges me for the cancellation which was not cancelled by me. Every time i am approaching them using their app, they say they will credit it as uber credit. By doing so you are blocking my money with you. This is unfair practice. You do not have rights to block our money.

      Pls remove the uber credit and remove the unfair incorrect cancellation fee applied on my account

      I would like to share one horrified incident with this driver (Register # KA 41 8463). This driver is an ### and he called twice to reach my destination and was saying his GPS is not showing properly. And again after getting into his cab he is not ready to close windows and switch on AC and forcibly he did it but has very rude behavoir. Then when I started conversing on Phone he took wrong route then I asked him to follow GPS then he says it is not showing properly.My only question if it's not working then throw this and get the correct one. He get offended with this statement and started talking rudely and he asked me to get down of his cab in b/w. I want to ask the UBER one question how are you dealing with this kind of drivers I was male it was fine if this happened to female it was an horrible situation and why are you managing these third class drivers under your entity..This was frustrating incident with the driver and above all my time and money both was wasted I think I need to take this on social media and post it everywhere I can... And also I would be more interested to know and followup what action will be taken on this third rated crap... If you find any doubt about this incident you can check all my history and also your driver GPS history for records how he managed to pick up the customer..

      Look for a close followup on this bad incident and also the action taken on this driver.

      And also the worst part of this the rating system followed by UBER for customer is hopeless. When a customer try to book a cab the ETA says 5 Mts But when booking confirms the finding your ride this jumps to 15mts and after 5 mts even if the cab did not move an inch from where it was and we try to cancel it adds Canclellation Fee and also down the rating of customer which does not make any sense at all and sometimes Driver cancels OR he plays smart not moving the cab so the customer cancels if he is in hurry... And also if we know rating of customer is also important for priority and the whole system of rating is hopeless how is this working...I don’t think UBER management is looking all this minute details to correct their system ASAP

        I had taken a uber from whitefield in bangalore to dodaballapur road, bangalore on the 7th feb 2017 and the total fare of rs 507.48 was paid thru my credit card. However, it was not reflecting in the receipt as paid and was showing as outstanding. I tried to book a uber again recently and it was showing as outstanding to be paid first and accordingly i paid the same amount again thru my icici card registered and same has been charged to my card account on 21st january, 2018. However, still the amount is showing as outstanding in the receipt and dont know where to contact the uber for resolving the issue. Why uber does not have any constomer care number in india. I am planning to write to the government of india - transport ministry to demand customer care number to resolve such issues. Please help in resolving this issue

          Yesterday 22:19 i booked a cab at the airport with suzuki swift dzire. I could not find the taxi because the driver did not understand english. I went to uber desk in site the airport was nobody there, only the agent from ola cabs. I booked an other taxi at 23: 34 and the driver after few minuted call me, please cancel the cab, i am far away from the airport. He was supposed to reach me in 7 minutes. Than i got crossed and i went to ola cabs.
          I am going to pay the calcelation fees of 47.25 ruppes.
          Please employ professional drivers who speak english

            I have booked my cab it's taking too long time so driver called me n said sir where are u n where is your drop location. I told him my drop location then he said i can't come n pick you up cancel your ride.

            My driver asked me to cancel my ride the uber is charging incorrect fee. If my driver asked me to cancel n in uber app i have also reported the issue that driver asked me to cancel.
            I want that my cancellation fee should be removed n i should able to book cab again

              On 20 february 2018, i took a trip from gurgaon to safdarjung enclave in delhi. I paid the amount in cash to the driver amounting to rs. 614. The amount was showing as outstanding in the uber app installed in the phone. I asked the driver about the same and i was communicated that there may be some network issue and the same will be resolved soon. He also asked me to give him a 5 star rating. But till today i am getting the same message and i am not able to book a cab as it asks for the outstanding payment first before booking the cab. I tried to reach the driver on his mobile number [protected] but he is not responding back and not taking my calls.

              Request you to please resolve the matter.

                I took a ride from old delhi station to palam on thursday 15th of feb'18 at around 5pm, at the time of booking fare shown was rs. 399, but when the trip ends the driver asked me to pay rs. 555.. I asked the driver why so much at the time of booking fare shown was rs. 399, then how come 555, u took a longer route.. He said no no.. I drove as per gprs nothing wrong. I could not see the green screen which displays the fare to pay cos i went to receive my wife n daughter from the station so i was carrying a lot of luggage n my small baby who was crying,. So i just paid the driver rs. 555 which he clearly asked me to pay, but as soon as i reached my home i saw the receipt it was showing rs. 515 then i immediately called up the driver n asked why u collected extra cash from me i. E. Rs. 555 instead of rs. 515.. He said pata nhi sir ustym rs. 555 hi dikha raha tha ab pata nhi kaise rs. 515 dikha raha hai.. Aap customer care se baat krlo woh refund krdengey n he disconnected the call.. Then raised a complain on uber app, as per the receipt n fare shown at the time of booking fare which rs. 399 they refunded me rs.116 which was difference between 515 n 399.. But i told the uber customer service that i paid the driver rs. 555 n not rs. 515, so kindly returned rs. 40 more as i was charged rs. 156 more as per the booking time fare n the fare i paid (555-399=156), but one of the executive at uber named mohit just messaged that is out of our system to return you the balance of rs.40 as u did not pay what was on the green screen, while their driver said screen mein kuch problem hai pehle rs. 555 hi dikha raha tha.. Whom to listen, whom to believe n how to deal with fraud drivers n horrible customer service o[censored]ber he also said that we expect professional behavior from our partner driver n will see that this will not happened again in future.. What a joke it was.. But this is not the case the same thing had happened wid me few months back as well.. Actually what is happening is whenever u book a uber go ride, the driver are taking longer route to chrge more.. N the customers are suffering because of this.. I wrote to uber that time also but no action taken.. Their driver's are fraud n cheaters while the uber customer service is pathetic, horrible, ridiculous n disappointing.. Now i am going to file a police complaint as well.. The driver name was sunder n i have his number as well.. Uber is not believing their customer over their fraud driver will teach them a lesson now by filing a fraud complaint against them in police station...

After getting a call from driver he cancelled it in 1min and I was charged Rs.42/- extra unnecassrily. Then I again booked Uber, and got a ride to the same ### driver, he misbehaved with me and told that Uber cancelled your last ride automatically.and he charged 42rs. Extra

                      Yesterday that is 19 feb 2018, at 10. 55 pm i booked a uber cab, it was showing it will come in 10 minutes, then the uber driver called up and asked me about my destination, when said the destination, he cancelled the ride but he must have shown i was not there in the spot, that is chennai moore market suburban complex.
                      For this uber is charging rs 30 from me, infact my time was wasted 30 minutes in looking for another cab, i dont want to pay the amount, they have to have a mechanism to check with us before charging us.

Today i feel bad experience o[censored]ber services.in this regard it is state that today morning i booked uber cab with poolling for sez-1, sitapura, jaipur from khasakothi. I have given waiting time of 4 minutes to arrive the cab at my point. I stood & waited for 15-20 minutes at my point but the cab did not reach. I saw him all around me but the cab was not there. I did not move from my point even for a moment. At last i called the driver, on my calling he told me i cancelled your trip because you were not there. It is to note that i have not cancelled the trip even after calling the driver, he refused. Even after harrassing me by way of spending time in waiting for 15-20 minutes i received a message to pay rs. 36.75. At this juncture who is the defaulter?. Let me know who will pay me for my valuable time i spent 15-20 minutes in waiting. Why should i pay rs. -36.75?. Please reply me for the incident took place & the action taken report against the driver otherwise i will no longer be with you & there. Are many other options in the market for riding.

                          It is to inform you that a sum of Rs 46304.26 has been fraudulently withdrawn from my SBI Account No. [protected] by hacking/ cloning debit card no [protected] on intervening night 18/19 feb 2018 at about 0100 hrs to 0600hrs. amount has been transferred to UBER. FIR has been lodged and bank is also informed about fraudulent transaction made by fraudster. i request to refund the amount to my account no [protected] at the earliest.

                            I am using your service since long time and enjoyed trip without any complaining.
                            But yesterday i have bad experience.

                            I booked uber yesterday evening, i received driver details vikki kumar, wagaon r which number is dl1rta0368, after sometime i called him on [protected], i asked him very politely my exact location and when you will come, he told me rudely i will come after 20 minute, i was with my family so i request him please cancel my booking so that i can book another uber cab because i do not want to pay cancellation charges, but he refused and his cab showing 8 minutes in gprs after past 15 minutes, and i tried to call him so many times but he did not pick my call.

                            I really badly feel yesterday and i do not know how other cab will appear there and come to home. I decided to delete uber app and will never use nor promote to others.

                            It was very bad experience, please take action against this guy. Hope you will understand situation.

                              Share additional details : my uber mobile number-[protected] regular mobile number - [protected] i booked the trip yesterday for sjr verity, sajjapur road, bangalore from jalahalli west. My total fare was rs.474. This driver picked us late since he was moving here and there and was not coming to the location, afterwards he picked us very rudely and was driving very madly. We asked him to slow down the speed since my wife is pregnant so she was very afraid of that and we requested him to turn on the ac. As soon as we requested he just got too much angry on us and started shouting and abusing us in regional language (Few regional abuses i know, so i understood what he is saying). Seems like he was in influence of some drugs. After that incident he started flying the car and going each and every pits and speed brakers of the road, my wife started crying and he began to threaten us. We were so afraid that we immediately asked him to end the trip in the midway. We got down to hebbal on midway at the peak of sun temperature. And paid rs.88 to him we were waiting there for 45 mins madly to reach our destination. An another guy picked us from there, i booked it from my wife's number - [protected], total fare was rs 430. He was an another master piece, his car was a complete piece of # and he was not following the google map but was talking to his girlfriend entire way, many times he was not paying attention while driving so we got so many # on the way. And then he took wrong turns and ended up in an isolated place, saying he doesn't want to go from now after. Get down and book another cab. When we refused, he immediately dialed number of his friends and ask him to come with few more people to beat us. What the hell was that??? We again got down in scorching heat at isolated place and paid him rs 620 against 430. I was so fed up with uber that i immediately rushed to nearest police station and told them the incidents, they told me to first speak to uber customer care and ask them to resolve it and later on they will do the needful. Anyway, from there i took ola which charged me again rs 385 to reach to my destination from that isloated place. So, in short i paid - rs 88+620+385= 1093 against rs 474, difference - rs 619. Now i immediately want a strict action against them, it was all over my family's life and a total refund of money whatever i paid to those #. Same thing i will post on each and every social media to just beware people from uber services. Looking for the suitable actions.

                              1. The driver was extremely rude. This driver should be immediately sacked. Here is fit only top be a village driver. He is just not fit to be a Mumbai city UBER driver.
                              2. His car was dirt dirty. Garbage dump will be cleaner than his car.
                              3. His AC was non functional.

                                Uber charges the customers if the customer has to change the pickup location 5 mins after confirming the ride. When a ride is confirmed uber asks the customer to wait for 10-15 mins but they will charge if the customer crosses 5 min after confirming the ride and wants to change the pickup location. And the radius to change the pickup is too low to select

                                  Uber driver has canceled me and i have to pay the money even though i'm not the one who cancel him. And this is not the frist time, it's has been many times and i never get my money back. I complainted two or three times already but i never get money back.                                     now onwards I will not use uber... ola is best compare to uber... ola taking fare amount not cheating like uber...uber service is waste, worst.

                                      This is with regards to the driver name suresh (Toyota etios liva) 4:31 pm

                                      I have raised a complaint on this issue overt the uber application no response from the team.

                                      Pick up : tavarekere main rd, suddagunte palya, bengaluru 560029
                                      Drop : electronicity metro

                                      *the issue with the driver professionalism and misbehavior with the customer*

                                      He don't no how to use the map on uber shocked to see that i said choose the next road as the road was small which he choose was small started arguing stating that he can't because the destination will change it seems don't you think this is insane xd made the hole family walk more than 400/500 and asking to cancel the cab

                                      He has given two unexpected stop before reaching the destination with out asking us and forcing us to get down before he reach the destination and asking for 210 and paid 200 as the charge was 191 but he has not returned the change

                                      I would like to get the refund for causing my journey a big mess and making the company assumed it

                                        I have booked uber cab for catching a bus at 10.10 pm today.. Contacted with the driver. He came but suddenly he himself cancelled the booking and went away without informing. What is this attitude?? Again urgently i searched for another cab. It was showing one driver details. But i cancelled that before confirming.. Still cancellation charges is showing in my account... Why should i pay the amount??
