On 8th feb 18 again i face a prblm with uber. The payment is done by credit payment but driver asked me to pay cash money. The payment is deducted from credit money as well as he forced me to pay cash also. The receipt show rs 0 but when driver stops ride in his account rs 71 in cash is shown. Because mode of payment cash is shown instead of credit money.

I also complain in uber help but no reply has been received from them.

Please help me.

I have the same issue, Uber driver took cash & later (5 days after) it got deducted from my master card as well. But no helpful response from Uber.

    - 10th feb 2018, 5:15 am to 6 am (45 mins wasted attempting to get a cab)

    - 7 cabs denied me duty due to drop location

    - 5 cabs tried from one phone, 2 cabs tried from another phone

    - i called all of them, they all responded and asked where my drop location was. Since it was 15 kms away or in a certain part of the city where they didn't want to go at the morning hours, (Near brigade road) they all said they will come to pick me up but then switched off their phones or didn't pick up the calls and the cabs weren't moving even after waiting for 5 to 10 mins and calling each of them multiple times. One guy even cancelled on his own.

    - due to this i missed an important sports event i wanted to go for at the st. Joseph's college, for which i had already bought tickets.

      There have been two distinct cases o[censored]ber cab agregator resorting to allocating second shared co-passenger allocating a second rider at nearly 10 km[9km plus] in entirely different route from the destination route of the first rider[me, in this case, today, my last ride about an hour ago]. The most nice part is the driver of my car is very patient and very courteous and has been very politely pleading with the leaders at the other side of his channel to complain about situations. By allocating riders like this, the agregator is not only putting all the drivers at continual stress but also indirectly and in some instances, directly the customers at a great disadvantage. At one instance, i walked down a part of journey while cab was taking detour to an entirely divergent path, and other occassions, i did not mind crossing a road and troubling my self in order to avoid a big u turn for fellow co passenger. While own vehicles are being used for nearly 10 km for mere 36 inr, there is absolutely no sense in punishing a hard working driver with such hardships which does not even fetch that poor driver his fuel expenses, leave along how much all the riders would have to go through in delays

      And additional info is, the driver can not cancel such allocations and only the onus of cancellation rests with the requestor rider, and due to some reason the customer does not cancel, the driver has to undergo the entire ordeal or driving the car, and at end of the same, not sure, if the second rider would really honour the ride, given the time of arrival and may have paired up with fellow co-workers or changed mind to use this ride

        Today when i booked uber, it was completing a trip and the ongoing trip's destination was almost near to my pick up point. So even though it was far, i waited for 30 mins. After it reached driver called and ask about drop locatio and i told my destination. Then i could see my cab was near only and when i was about to sit he told he doesnt want to go to my location and he got a trip for whitefield. And when i tried to convince him he was very rude. It was very horrible experience. Even though he cancelled trip i dont have any option in uber app to report the issue às driver cancelled trip gets removed automatically from trip list.           I booked a cab with ubergo on 1st feb 2015 but had to cancel as the driver had somebody accompanying him in the car. Upon questioning as to why he had somebody accompanying, he said he had to drop his relative near by. I decided to cancel the cab citing my security, though the driver said the other person would leave from the car at my location itself. Please let me know how do i get the cancellation fee back, as i don't see any viable option...

          Hello team,

          Please take action on it. One of the uber driver saved my wife no. And shared with his friends. They are calling her mid night as well.

          Uber company should take proper action on it or else we will file case against uber company as misuse of our contacts.

          I[censored]ber management does not fit to resolve better to close the company and please don't spoil others time.

          Keep in mind "customer is king".

            Why I have been charged wrongly??? Instead of 510rs why he changed trip and made it 1276rs ? I need my money back in my account or else I gonna lodge complaint against driver and uber
            Iam not able to access my account and uber is charging undue outstanding amount.

            Uber is not letting me solve the uber application issue, because nither iam able to access my account .
            I have purchased the uber pass then also uber is charging overcharging on all trip .They are charging only for 10 km 250/300 rs everytime when i am trying to book i am getting this price

              I took an uber pool cab from dwarka sector 21 to my location, chhawla. It was showing a fare of rs 59 as the distance is less than 7 km. There was another guy with me whose destination was nearby bajghera (Gurgaon) which is 5-6 km from my location. I booked the cab first but the driver told me that the other guy has booked the cab first so i'll drop him first. So we went to gurgaon first. Also that guy didn't know the exact location plus the driver took a longer route i. E., from bijwasan so it took approx 50 min to reach us there and the driver told that guy that your fare is rs 99 but it costed me more than that so that guy gave him rs150 i was continuously saying the driver that it was showing that i'll reach at my destination in 15 minutes but you dropped him first. So he asked what's your name and after i told him my name he said i had to drop you first and then my anger was out of control because that 15 minutes journey had already waisted my 50 minutes and i started shouting on driver. After sometime we reached bajghera toll tax here the driver didn't pay the toll but instead he called his relative who probably worked there and settled the toll tax in an unfair way. So it took us 5-10 min only at toll tax. Finally when i reached my destination after 1 hour 15 min he told me that it was showing a fare of rs 445.53 and i replied are you mad you already wasted my 1 hour and also even the micro cab was showing around rs 90 so how can you say that. He replied that may be it was your previous fare. As i was already getting late so i just gave him rs 60 and went to my home. Now in uber app it was showing that my previous left balance is 385.53 approx. I already filed complaint but no action has been taken. Please help me.

                Uber has become very unprofessional. The drivers check where the drop location is and cancel. I had to wait for more than 2 to 3 hours and had to find another alternative many a times. I also see ola cheaper than uber. I have decided to boycott uber for ever and will ask all my friends and family to avoid uber in future. The most pathetic was my wife who is pregnant had to experience the same and the driver had threatened her as well when she was upset with every driver cancelling. I have lost trust in uber for ever.

                  I've been travelling on the same route for nearly 2 months now and only use UBER!. The route take was same as the GPS suggested but at near end of the trip it was showing a route for the barapullah flyover which has not be constructed and is not active so we had to take the other route( which I take while travelling with UBER daily), so how can it be an issue? The GPS needs to be perfect, the customer is not going to pay th price of it. And let me inform you the wrong GPS issues specifically with Barapullah flyover has happened a minimum if 16 times and most of your drivers are also aware of it. Kindly fix the routes first.
                  To this the customer representative have been sending me a same copy pasted response even if I'm countering the things they mention. Why should I pay extra for your mistake.?

                    I have a problem which mentioned below. You have an outstanding balance due to a credit card problem. Please update your billing settings.in this regard i want to mention that my payment mode is in cash. Neither l have credit card nor l have ever used in uber. Now i can't book uber until and unless this problem is solved. So i would request you to charge in cash and solve the problem so that i can book uber in future and i will pay the due in next ride. Thanks.

                      On 6th february, i booked uber go and the tataindica charged rs 593/- from yelahanka to kial airport, through paytm account.

                      The uber app charges indicates, much less amount, while the amount deducted is rs 593/-.
                      On my return from airport to home, i took airport taxi, indica which charged me rs 450/- for the same route.

                      Tataindica - ka03ae2567/ driver jeevana kumar.
                      It is not the drivers mistake, it the app deduction that needs to be resolved and refunded.

                        I have travelled from manikonda to nampally exhibition ground on saturday afternoon, i didn't receive the paytm payment message so i have made a cash payment, after an hour i recieved that message. Please reimburse the amount, as i made both cash and paytm payment for single trip.

                        Hope you get this issue resolved soon.

                          Today around 11:23 pm i booked cab for laxminagar and when i called driver to confirm his location and the time he will take to reach my location. Just after receiving my phone he started giving rubbish excuses and he denied, dropping me at my destination. He misbehaved with me used slang language. When i warned him of complaining about this behavior, he refused for my pick up and disconnected my phone.

                            Usually we travel the same place and it will cost us max to max 160 rs to 180 rs but today when our sister reached the destination it showed 800rs... How is it possible it's exactly 8km from my place... And he behaved rudely with a young women and troubled the bus passengers also by not letting driver to drive the bus... He made my sister to wait on mid road that too around 11 at the night... Location-guruguntepallya bangalore... He was very rude to customer and so please take some action on him and inform us orelse we will give a police complaint... Intolerance

                              I have registered account at uber app with mobile no.[protected] yesterday i have booked cab from rs -67, indra park, uttam nagar -110059 to igi airport t3 road, indira gandhi international airport new delhi - 110037, dirver name is lallan and car model is maruti suzuki wagon r. Total fare amount for this ride yov have charged from me rs.1543.63.

                              And again i have booked the cab for returning from igi airport t3 road, indira gandhi international airport new delhi - 110037 to rz -29, indra park, uttam nagar delhi - 110059, driver name is asin and car model is the same which is maruti suzuki wagon r. Total fare amount of rs. 148.17 /-.

                              They charged me more than 10 times of actual fare. I want my money back.

                              I have also logged the complaint in your uber app. I want full clarification on this.

                                Today we booked a cab at 7:39 by the driver name gaurav and phone no.[protected]. The cab was booked from bhogal to lajpat. The driver didn't came to the destination we waited and he even didn't cancelled the ride and because of the drivers fault we have to pay 50 rs extra on next ride as well as the driver was very rude. I hope you will look forward on our complain and this is not the first time. This is the 3rd time when it has happened... If you driver keep on doing this and we are charged rs extra for there mistake i'm we would like to stop using uber as well as my family member too...

                                  For the same distance travelled with same traffic i fail to understand the discrepancy between estimated amount and billed amount. This amounts to cheating. Even paise less than 50 are charged as rupee. As a matter of fact 1 paisa is charged as 1 rupee.
                                  Such practice is bound to make uber unpopular.
                                  Please look into the matter and set it right. Feedback on action taken will be appreciated.

                                    Yesterday I booked a cab in Jaipur to travel to Rajmandir Cinema from Vishwas Ashiana Apartment Jaipur. To my worst I forgot to take my phone from cab and get down, within a minute I have realized that my phone in cab. From my sister's phone I immediately call to my no. it was ringing but no response, so I called driver stating my phone is in cab, he has become over smart and denying that there is no phone in my cab I have checked everything and after that he switched off the phone. driver name is Ganpat Lal his No. is [protected]. Kindly help as nobody else can take the phone

                                      This is a complaint against the misbehaviour of the uber driver. The incident happened on 04/02/2018 at 11.45 a. M. I had booked an uber cab and inspite of reaching the pickup location on time and talking to the driver to open up the doors he just sped past us without acknowledging us and giving us a ride. When we called him, he said the ride was cancelled though we did not cancel his ride. Further, when we wanted to book another ride, we got a notification to pay an amount of rs.47.25 to the next driver as waiting fees. As this was not approvable we did not book a ride again.
