Adding up another incident to you basket and obviously not expecting any solution or action being taken.
Today, i booked an uber pool from office to home, i boarded the cab and after dropping my co-passangers driver asked me for my destination and just after he heard the location, he started making all the excuses and giving me reasons that he cannot go. He never asked me the destination before i boarded the cab. And his major reason of denial was the traffic. So, just 50 mts before, from where the traffic started, he stopped the car and didn't move further.
I thought he must be figuring out some other way, but when i asked him, why isn't he moving further, he became adamant enough to not to move further. He said take the metro and leave. After the argument for 10-15 minutes (In between i tried reaching uber support centre), which to my surprise was not reachable. And i was more annoyed. I warned him that i'll call the cops, and he was cool with it. Finally, when i lost my patience, i had to deboard the cab, taking another route.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
