I traveled from kempegowda international airport to bommasandra Bangalore at 9 30 pm on 6th January 2018. it took me 2 hrs in the ride and the distance was 69 km. first of all the drivers told me to cancel the ride and pay him on cash, i refused for that because i needed the bill to show in my company coz it was for official purpose, then he asked me toll twice once for rs 125 and other for rs 45. he told me that the toll will be deducted in the bill. i paid him both the tolls but forgot to took receipt of rs 125 and took the other one. although when my ride ended he deducted the 125 rs but not rs 45, also i saw that in the uber receipt apart from my charges toll charges were added additionally. when i tried to call uber customer care i was unable to reach them because they dont have any helpline number, i escalated my case to them through emails but not got any revert, i also asked any escalation team numbers but they refused to give me that and now they have stopped replying to my emails, this is the support they provide to the customers who are travelling in midnight.also when they asked me toll receipt i provided them but they say that the time does not match, if it was a 2 hr journey how do they expect the time to match exactly of 9 30, i reached that toll at 10 30 pm and so do i provided them
also previously when sometimes back i booked one ride the distance showing of the driver was less than 1 km from my distance and when i called him he said i am at some other place and then after arriving at that destination he cancelled the ride, due to the drivers misbehavior i was charged a penalty of rs 42 in the next ride.
i told these people to refund all my money but they are refusing me
