    I had scheduled a trip at 4 a. M on 1 02 2018 almost 25 days in advance from my residence to kial, bangalore. The assigned cab did not arrive at my house till 4.05 and i called the driver. He told me that he has arrived at the given address. I checked on my uber app and found that he had parked the vehicle about 100 metres away and i could see it. I requested him to reverse the vehicle and come to my house as i had luggage. He bluntly refused to come and went on to cancel the ride.

    I had to book another ride and the next driver who when contacted refused to come and he also cancelled the ride.

    Due to the delay i had to miss my flight. The point is how uber can compensate for the mental agony suffered and financial loss incurred by me.

    Uber should ensure that drivers cannot cancel a ride on their own at the last moment.

      I have made a new uber account like 2 months back. Instead of having enough money, whenever i try to pay through paytm or my debit card it shows an error “ please select cash payment option “. I have complained uber several times in the help support option which is available on the app but haven’t received any positive reply or action from them yet.

        Dear team.
        i have requested uber multifle time to activate my number [protected] n email id anitha.gowdah.gmail.com . They have responded multifle times saying that they escalated the issue and they will get back to me 24 hours but its been 3 months over none of them has contacted yet. i would request to activate my mobile number and the option to pay using card and paytm
        2) there was other number which was used by my husband [protected] they have blocked the option to pay using paytm or card when i complained them they says its because of security reason but we never raised the concern for the same to block paytm or card. We are regular traveller ita diffixult to leep cash always

          I took the trip on 28.01.2018 and the total fare of trip was rs. 271.61 which i paid through my debit card. Now the same balance is being shown as outstanding payment and i am again being asked to pay it. I lodged a complaint in the help section where they asked me to send screenshot of both outstanding payment and my bank statement which i have attached but after that they have stopped responding.
          I want my outstanding payment to be cleared but now i am not getting any response from them.
          Highly disappointed. Because of software glitch why should i pay double?

            While travelling home from kia international airport on jan 31, 2018 10.30 pm, the uber fare did not reflect if it included toll charges. On dropping home, the driver showed me the reflected fare on his uber app wherein toll charges were not reflected separately, i could not locate on my uber app also, if my reflected fare included toll or not. I was clueless. The driver refused to leave and forced me to pay toll charges rs.125/- above the reflected fare of rs.642.39. He did not share the toll receipt with me.
            All these while, uber refunded this fare on raising this issue on the uber help.
            Now, on raising refund issue request on the uber help, i am being asked to provide toll receipt which the driver did not share with me. I was coerced to part with the toll as did not reflect in the fare. There is flaw in the uber app. On request to help resolve this in future, uber has not responded even after 14 hours. I am not aware of change in policy too. We use uber services on trust and consistency whereas they change their policies time & again without notice to the uber honest users. This results in unfair trade practice and also by not addressing all user concerns they behave arbitrary. Non refund of toll charges even after raising several complaints, an erstwhile practice, also results in unfair trade practice needing uber to be penalised.

              Hello uber, i am a 50 year old uber customer with medical conditions. I requested uber today. After getting into the uber driver anil started the trip. Suddenly he made a wrong turn towards other direction. When i ask him where he’s going he rudely pulled over the taxi and with scary gesture and vulgar accent he kicked me out of the taxi. I was in middle of no where. Luckily a gentleman help me to get home. This was unfortunately the worst experience with me. I hope uber will take strict action about this matter and keep me updated. I requeste you to take a legal decision on this matter because it’s the safety of the customers. I will for a week otherwise i will go for legal proceedings. Thank

                Its total waste of time that uber cab driver is cancelling the booking after making me wait for more than 10 mins, why don't they cancel instantly.in this case we should get refund. I was late for a training and today i stood in road for more than 15 mins. Also i can't book another cab while it says i will be charged. This is ridiculous and irresponsible. Worst of all is.. You don't even have customer service.. How can that be possible that while i wait for cab n each minute is important and how am i supposed to communicate about the cab??

                Dear Uber, get lost if you intend to give service without allowing us to know how are we charged or why are we charged even of cab doesn't come on time... How do you feel about giving service without customer care... This is being stupid.. either you pay us for wasting our time or ensure the cab comes on time.

                  While boarding from ghatkopar i had agreed to pay 108 rupees. But the driver dragged the route by avoiding highway and taking through routes having traffic. If he would have taken highway i would not have to pay more than what was agreed upon while i booked the ride. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with uber driver behavior.. I would like to get refund for excess charged to me i. E (170 - 108.90 = 61.1 rupees)... Please respond to this complaint and provide me with positive outcome...

                      Hi,

                      I am madhuri and have been using uber to travel for work. I took a ride pass which allows me to ride for a flat price of 129. I wanted to book for building number 12c instead map picked the one which is at farer distance then my intended location. I told the same to driver and he agreed to drop me at my correct location for which uber charged me 235. When i seek help i get big response saying we understand your frustration but be careful when booking next time. I want the additional amount to be refunded.

                        Hi this is venkat. I have made a pool booking from chandanagar to secunderabad railway station at 1:47pm, but till now the driver did not contact us till 2:30pm. As we need to catch a train we looked for an alternative but still the booking seems to be active. Same thing happened last month. If i have to cancel this, then 50rs will be deducted. When i contacted mr kumar contact no: [protected] he said that he is not finding other pool so he is not willing to accept this booking but not willing to cancel.

                        Today I booked a cab form goragunte Playa to kullegowda industrial estate, earlier driver delayed 15 minutes to pick me, so I cancelled the tripe. Including cancelled fee (42) and trip charge 25 Red paid. Total 67 Red paid. Kindly refund cancel fee Rs 42 immediately .

                          Yesterday i subodh singh came to lucknow at 6pm and i have hired a cab from charbagh to wazir hasan road and the cab driver has charged 165 -/ i have asked the cab driver that u are charging more fare than i needs to be charged after he said that it is correct fare that i am charging so i want to get my complaint regestered on uber so that my money can be refunded for the consumer satisfaction

                          A regular user o[censored]ber, I now use Ola as an unfair restriction had been imposed on my Uber payment mode through Paytm . No logical reason shared just an auto generated reply that this is a system restriction. But why when I have never defaulted and in this cashless transactions era have you imposed this restriction. Shame you lost an avid user !
                          We booked a Uber Go to take a patient to Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital. We called the driver. He responded and told coming. We waited for 30 mins. It did not come. When we called him. he didn't pick the phone. The Vehicle no 3320. Driver name Sunil.

                            I booked a cab this morning from my house vishnu blue lotus apartment, banjara hills, road no. 3. I came out of my building and stood in the street. The driver (Tel no.[protected] never turned up. I called him and he told me that he is standing at my location. I was all the time present at the location.

                            I called him and gave him my location but i got the message that he has cancelled the cab and did not come.

                            I got the message from uber that a sum of rs, 49 has been deducted from my account in paytm.

                            Now uber and its drivers have started looting people in this manner. It is a completely a case of cheating and forgery by uber. There is no accountability from uber. It is very shameful on the part o[censored]ber to deduct money without asking customer.

                            I request uber not to trust drivers,. And start collecting money from customers.in the long run, uber will certainly go down into hell.

                            Please deduct my money immediately.

                            After hearing the drop point the driver has said he will reach in 2 minutes. Later when we contacted he said he has a puncture and will need 30 minutes. We told him we cannot wait. He asked us to cancel the ride which was wrong since it was his fault. Why do I pay cancellation charges?

                              I booked a cab 15 mins back and was standing outside my house
                              The driver didnot come at d location
                              N i received only one message that my cab is coming, at that very point only i went out, i didnot receive any message which i usually get that driver is waiting etc etc. N den i didnot receive any message that cab is cancelled i called him n den he told me tht it is cancelled, n now cancellation charges are asked frm me, which i dont want to pay. How i professional is this

                                  I took a uber cab (Hyundai xcent ts06ub5633) on jan 23, 2018 in hyderabad near maulana azad university to the airport. The driver's name was krishnaih ([protected]). As we neared the airport, we had to cross a toll booth. The driver told us that he did not have any cash and we need to pay the toll (Rs 40). He also told us repeatedly that it will be refunded to us as he will email the uber team about this. Since we didn't have any choice, we paid the toll booth and reached the airport. We paid the driver through paytm as that was pre-chosen on the app. When we didn't get any refund for next 2-3 days, i put a complain to uber through the app. The response was "the mode of payment that was selected for your last trip was a non-cash mode of payment and unfortunately you paid in cash for the trip." basically we got cheated and frauded by both driver and uber. Uber refused to contact the driver despite having all details of the driver and verify the complaint and ask him to refund the money to us. This is extremely poor service and the customer service was horrendously unhelpful.

                                    1. On 21.1.18 - 19.38 hrs i used uber to travel from phoenix market city to y home at adyar. I got a sms that my first ride will be discounted. This was my first ride. But not discounted at the end of ride and I paid the amount in full. N.Latha - [protected]. I complained thrice in uber app but I received only acknowledgement but issue not resolved. Pls refund.

                                    2. I am not able to use paytm option though I have enough money, When I tried I got a message saying "Use Other Payment Options". regd mobile [protected]. Pls resolve

                                      We three friends booked an Uber go at 3.40 PM at 32, Gorachand road, Kolkata through the account of Rezina Banu. It was Hyundai excent no. WB19J0482 and driver's name is Dipak. One o[censored]s had to get down nearby another road, but he refused to go outside the navigated road and misbehaved with us inspite of our repeated requests. We also tried to convince him that it's Uber go and we will bear the extra fare. With repeated conversation ultimately he did but why he refused?

                                        Its regarding incident happened in bangalore, i took uber from whitefield to lalbagh, 5 mins after deboarding my wife realized that she forgot her phone in car backseat pocket, immediately i called drive (Mehboob), he accepted that phone is there and told us he will come back in sometime after dropping the other customer. But for a surprise he stopped picking the phone, i asked my friends to call drive and he picked two times but after hearing that it's about mobile he used to cut the phone and after our so many tries he finally switched off his mobile.

                                        My mobile was not locked and has personal data. I did not find any voice call support for customer, as driver agreed to give back and then denied means its a clear case of theft, when i drop a message that i am going to raise a complaint in the police station and then he called back and assure to return the phone in exchange of money. He called us at 09:00 p. M to reach some specific place, we went there and he comes at 11:00 p. M with 5-6 guy accompanying him, he asked rs 5000 for the phone as my phone some important data in it. We have given the money to him.

                                        I request uber to immediately cancel the cab owner linkage with them as they are misleading the uber brand.
