I booked a cab this morning from my house vishnu blue lotus apartment, banjara hills, road no. 3. I came out of my building and stood in the street. The driver (Tel no.[protected] never turned up. I called him and he told me that he is standing at my location. I was all the time present at the location.

I called him and gave him my location but i got the message that he has cancelled the cab and did not come.

I got the message from uber that a sum of rs, 49 has been deducted from my account in paytm.

Now uber and its drivers have started looting people in this manner. It is a completely a case of cheating and forgery by uber. There is no accountability from uber. It is very shameful on the part o[censored]ber to deduct money without asking customer.

I request uber not to trust drivers,. And start collecting money from customers.in the long run, uber will certainly go down into hell.

Please deduct my money immediately.

After hearing the drop point the driver has said he will reach in 2 minutes. Later when we contacted he said he has a puncture and will need 30 minutes. We told him we cannot wait. He asked us to cancel the ride which was wrong since it was his fault. Why do I pay cancellation charges?

    I booked a cab 15 mins back and was standing outside my house
    The driver didnot come at d location
    N i received only one message that my cab is coming, at that very point only i went out, i didnot receive any message which i usually get that driver is waiting etc etc. N den i didnot receive any message that cab is cancelled i called him n den he told me tht it is cancelled, n now cancellation charges are asked frm me, which i dont want to pay. How i professional is this

    I have been travelling with uber for last one year but lately I am been over charged on mostly every trip then they are not resolving the issue immediately . they show 160 then they charge 500 plus . and last 20 trips I am facing this issue regularly . .they don't contact u or call back . .most ridicules service . .

      Uber cheated again with silly excuses for uber pool ride and charged uber go fare for my uber pool ride.
      they are giving excuses of drop location which is baseless for charging double fare.

        I took a uber cab (Hyundai xcent ts06ub5633) on jan 23, 2018 in hyderabad near maulana azad university to the airport. The driver's name was krishnaih ([protected]). As we neared the airport, we had to cross a toll booth. The driver told us that he did not have any cash and we need to pay the toll (Rs 40). He also told us repeatedly that it will be refunded to us as he will email the uber team about this. Since we didn't have any choice, we paid the toll booth and reached the airport. We paid the driver through paytm as that was pre-chosen on the app. When we didn't get any refund for next 2-3 days, i put a complain to uber through the app. The response was "the mode of payment that was selected for your last trip was a non-cash mode of payment and unfortunately you paid in cash for the trip." basically we got cheated and frauded by both driver and uber. Uber refused to contact the driver despite having all details of the driver and verify the complaint and ask him to refund the money to us. This is extremely poor service and the customer service was horrendously unhelpful.

          1. On 21.1.18 - 19.38 hrs i used uber to travel from phoenix market city to y home at adyar. I got a sms that my first ride will be discounted. This was my first ride. But not discounted at the end of ride and I paid the amount in full. N.Latha - [protected]. I complained thrice in uber app but I received only acknowledgement but issue not resolved. Pls refund.

          2. I am not able to use paytm option though I have enough money, When I tried I got a message saying "Use Other Payment Options". regd mobile [protected]. Pls resolve

            We three friends booked an Uber go at 3.40 PM at 32, Gorachand road, Kolkata through the account of Rezina Banu. It was Hyundai excent no. WB19J0482 and driver's name is Dipak. One o[censored]s had to get down nearby another road, but he refused to go outside the navigated road and misbehaved with us inspite of our repeated requests. We also tried to convince him that it's Uber go and we will bear the extra fare. With repeated conversation ultimately he did but why he refused?

              Its regarding incident happened in bangalore, i took uber from whitefield to lalbagh, 5 mins after deboarding my wife realized that she forgot her phone in car backseat pocket, immediately i called drive (Mehboob), he accepted that phone is there and told us he will come back in sometime after dropping the other customer. But for a surprise he stopped picking the phone, i asked my friends to call drive and he picked two times but after hearing that it's about mobile he used to cut the phone and after our so many tries he finally switched off his mobile.

              My mobile was not locked and has personal data. I did not find any voice call support for customer, as driver agreed to give back and then denied means its a clear case of theft, when i drop a message that i am going to raise a complaint in the police station and then he called back and assure to return the phone in exchange of money. He called us at 09:00 p. M to reach some specific place, we went there and he comes at 11:00 p. M with 5-6 guy accompanying him, he asked rs 5000 for the phone as my phone some important data in it. We have given the money to him.

              I request uber to immediately cancel the cab owner linkage with them as they are misleading the uber brand.

                On 27 Jan I booked a Uber from Sahakar Nagar Bangalore to airport at around 5 pm and the confirmed driver, instead of coming to intended pick up location, came nearby (could see on the map) and kept going towards the airport. I waited for some time thinking he would realize his mistake and turn back and pick me up but no such thing happened. I tried calling him many times but there was no response at all. Since I had a flight to catch I cancelled and got a Ola, which arrived promptly. Now, Uber is charging me cancellation charges when the fault was clearly with their driver. Unfortunately, the support staff at Uber are not trained to handle various situations and have the same answer for all queries related to the topic. I have asked for a refund but till now there is no response.

                  I have booked taxi on 29-jun-2017.

                  Your driver has simply cancelled taxi and uber has charged 60 rupees for which i didn't cancelled taxi and due to taxi cancellation i faced so many issue.

                  I was not aware of that uber has charged 60 rupees from me but taxi cancelled by uber driver.

                  On 20-jan-2018 trip uber charged me extra 60 ruppes money which is wrong.

                  I have raised complain but uber support team is simply replying its more than 30 days old so we cant do any thing. Wrongly you can charged after 30 days but you cant return money which is totally wrong.

                  Uber customer support did not resolved issue still my complain status is showing submitted.

                  Please refund amount.

                    On 29th i tool a pool trip to sec 120 from sec 52 noida i was showed 49 rs but was charged 193 i dont know why my co rider had an issue with the driver then after her drop my driver took an unnecessary longer route other that what was on the maps to which he said he was taking due to traffic. He got confused and after moving from no where to no where he got us back on what was the previous maps were suggesting so why on earth due to my drivers and co riders fault i was asked to pay higher fare this the the third time uber has been troubling me because of the driver previously on 14th jan i had to pay the toll because again the driver took some other longer route for no reason in a pool cab instead of 99 i had to pay 319 now i want my refund asap

                      Hi,
                      I have been using uber for my transportation for more than 2 years and in the last 9-10 months, i have been exclusively using uber daily for commuting to office with my 1 year old baby.

                      I booked a cab today morning at 9:45 am and i was assigned a mr. Munishekar who had the toyota etios (Ka 53a 8630). At the time of booking, it showed eta as 17 minutes and i was waiting for the cab on the main road from 9:55 am. At 10:05 am, when i was tracking the cab driver, it showed that he took a wrong turn towards shell petrol pump (2 minutes away from my boarding point). I immediately contacted the cab driver and he said he will be arriving shortly.

                      However, mr munishekar drove off in the opposite direction as seen on the map. He went to cmr public school, and then to kammanhalli main road, where he was stationary for quite some time. Repeated efforts to contact him went unanswered. I have screenshots of the driver's location to prove everything.

                      I then had to book another cab through a different number at 10:20am and that cab driver, mr. Ramesh arrived promptly and dropped me off at my office. All this while i was still awaiting mr munishekar to contact me or cancel the trip. He finally cancelled at 10:44 am (1 hour after i had booked him).

                      This is highly unethical of the cab driver and i cannot even begin to explain the inconvenience caused to me. Uber or their drivers do not understand the difficulty in standing in the hot sun for 45 minutes with my 1 year old baby or that i had gotten late for a very important official meeting.

                      To top it all off, there is no option in the uber app to complain about these situations. They have limited questions in your faqs and no options to log any complaints and this is highly frustrating.

                      I am sorry to say that today i am no longer their loyal customer.

                        We kept a grey colour coat with hanger at the back side of the back seat and we forgot to take it when we get down at dilshad garden.

                        Kindly arrange to contact the driver and please get the coat back.

                          At the time of booking, it showed me rs.159.89 to reach my destination.
                          But at the time of reaching destination and at the end of journey it charged me 244.47 rupees. One pick was from jogeshwari to kurar village and second form hub mall to malad. So because of them cab went in small lanes and got stuck in traffic and they charged me extra 84 rupees as time was extended and its not my fault it was your pickup. I request you to refund my extra 84 rupees back which you have charged me.

                            My number [protected] uber account is deactivated many times for no reason. I did get a mail saying its been reactivated and can log in now... But wen I try to login it says account deactivated/disabled. Tried to call customer care but no one attended. Really frustrated with app, account maintainance and management, useless offers given.
                            Which ever offer, I activated was not working before my account was deactivated.

                              He was near to my location and if i cancel i have to pay the fine, and if i dint cancel he will not come.

                              I lost my mobile inside a uber car which I booked using my phone no [protected] on 19th January 2018 at around 5.40 pm near Gurusaday Road. I request you to kindly trace out the driver driving the uber car at that time. My mobile handset is one plus 3t. I tried to ring my mobile but it was switched off.
                              I am using Uber pass and for the last 5 to 6 rides the fares shown are INR 130 and after completing the trip I had to pay INR 400. there is no platform to complaint and this is very upsetting

                                Dear sir.
                                My daughter booked an uber from manit bhopal to bhopal junction on january 26, 2018 at around 4:30 pm. When booked, uber driver named hari first confirmed the ride and after few minutes, even before reaching the pick-up location he cancelled the ride, which charged 37 rupees extra. On booking again, the same driver confirmed the ride. After the ride, my daughter asked him that why he cancelled the ride because of which she was charged 37 rupees extra. But the driver simply denied despite of showing him the screenshot which showed that the ride was cancelled by the driver. Then on asking him for the customer care number, he started abusing my daughter. He used very inappropriate language. His words were, "tumhari aukat nhi h gaadi me bethne ki. Jaha complaint krni h karo." and all such stuff. As her train was about to depart and threatened by driver's behaviour, my daughter paid the fare with extra charge and left.

                                This behaviour is not at all acceptable from the security point of view. I look forward to take a strict action against the driver hari. Please advice us shall we file the fir against him for his short tempered and abusive behaviour to only female passenger.

                                4 drivers cancelled on me today to go to Bhiwandi! What horrible service is this? I am thoroughly disappointed. I was waiting for my cab for 45 mins. I didnt even know so many cabs can cancel on you?

                                I used uber on 21/1/18, i paid 127 by cash, i used uber on 23/1/18, the bill was 308 but i had to. pay 127 extra as i was told by driver that its pending from last trip where i have already paid 127 by cash to. driver. i want my refund of. rs 127 back. i have paid extra 127 on 23/1/18,

                                  This is so ridiculous and irritating, when you schedule a trip from home (Mayur vihar phase 1 delhi) to airport to catch an early flight, the trip was scheduled @ 4.45 a m today (29.01.18), driver’s name/details appeared on my uber app, i called him to know the time by which he will reach at my place, but he abruptly refused to even come to my place, then i tried another cab through uber app, got the same response on my calling, the 3rd one was even worse, he kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes and then canceled the trip, fortunately i have a local taxi stand nearby, called a local taxi, and managed to catch my flight, this has not happened the first time with me, uber drivers go as per their comfort, they are never bothered about the inconvenience caused to people by their refusals, the bigger question here is, that, whether i can take uber services as dependable one or going by my such experiences i should stop using the uber services, i lodged my similar complaints on earlier occasions also, but condition has not improved, i am sure other people also must be facing the same.

                                      I have take uber ride in navi mumbai on 19th jan 2018 at around 12:30 to ramada hotel and i forgot my glare cover which i called and spoke to the driver and your staff of mumbai airport. He told my address and confirmed me to courier the same to my pune address but till date i have not received my belonging

                                        Dear uber i was book ur can early morning from puttenahalli circle to yeshwanthpur railway station 5:30 one person accepted and i call him he was telling i don't come will go to airport trip and he is telling cancel the booking his number [protected] and again i booked the cab his number [protected] this fellow ones received the call and tell 2 minutes will come ofter he didn't come and not received the call so again i booking uber show to cancellation fee 43 rupees i will complaint to consumer court regarding this issue what dissition u take please tell me
