Adding up another incident to you basket and obviously not expecting any solution or action being taken.
Today, i booked an uber pool from office to home, i boarded the cab and after dropping my co-passangers driver asked me for my destination and just after he heard the location, he started making all the excuses and giving me reasons that he cannot go. He never asked me the destination before i boarded the cab. And his major reason of denial was the traffic. So, just 50 mts before, from where the traffic started, he stopped the car and didn't move further.
I thought he must be figuring out some other way, but when i asked him, why isn't he moving further, he became adamant enough to not to move further. He said take the metro and leave. After the argument for 10-15 minutes (In between i tried reaching uber support centre), which to my surprise was not reachable. And i was more annoyed. I warned him that i'll call the cops, and he was cool with it. Finally, when i lost my patience, i had to deboard the cab, taking another route.

    I was travelling with uber this evening from udog vihar phase2 and my drop location was mahipalpur.. My cab number is 6360.. And i have left my phone on that cab.. And i have been still struggling to find the helpline number.. And no one till now has done the needful.. This is really not acceptable.. Kindly do the needful..

      It was a usual trip where the pick up and the drop point was feeded as per Uber application. The fare shown before booking was INR 259.88. After reaching the drop point the fare shown on the drivers device was INR 2010. I already had Uber credits of INR 1241 of past overcharged bill from Uber which were refunded. Now as per the bill attached I have no credits and there is a INR 509 pending amount shown in my Uber app due to which I am not able to book any cab. Inapp Uber help I requested almost 17 times for a solution for this issue it has been a week since this incident and still no resolution. Details of the trip and reciept is attached. PFA.

        Yesterday my daughter took an uber from richmond town at around 4.30 pm to go to the airport in bengaluru.
        The driver took a detour for some personal job leading to
        1. Putting her to risk
        2. Getting her late for the indigo flight which she missed
        3. She bought a fresh ticket for rs 13000/-

        I need the name of the head o[censored]ber india to serve a legal notice and also take it up in the consumer court.
        I need an explanation and refund of rs 13000/- immediately..

          I had engaged an uber taxi to go to ozone urbana nh 7 bengalure near bengaluru international arport on[protected]. When i called for an uber taxi, uber quoted the fare as rs.356.00 and payment opton was paytm. On termination of the trip, an amount of rs.383.11 was decucted from my paytm account. Uber has to clarfy the reason for the excess fare collected. No toll was nvolved on the way to the destnation.

            I want to make two complaints for charging penalty by uber which is very ridiculous as i am taking uber cab. Frequently.

            1. On 17th jan. 2018, i called a uber sharing cab. It was showing waiting time of 1 minute but the time increased by 11 minutes. I asked the cab driver when he will come. He reply that he could not tell the exact time. So without cancelling the cab. I went by auto as it was very urgent. On the same day, i booked a uber cab for igi t3 and they charged penalty for that some 20/- 25-/ rs. I think.

            2. On 20th jan. 2018, i booked an uber cab. At hanging gargen, malabar hill road, mumbai. When i talked to the uber cab driver, i told him about the exact location of the place and he told that he was coming. But after a long period of time, he could not come and instead gave me a call that i am at your location but you are not there. The time is about 9.30 pm and it was a lonely place. I fed up with his reply. Not only that uber charged rs.47/- as a penalty from me.

            Now, my request to your company not to charge the penalty when customer is not cancelling the travel. Also refund my penalty amount and instead of giving me penalty, give penalty to the concerned cab. Drivers.

            Cab driver does not came inside pune station asking for customer to come out to main road because of traffic or extra charge. With heavy luggage old parents has to go. Very bad this is we book cab for our conviniance not for trouble, . Next we should go for normal taxi .. uber cab driver are worst

              Screwed up navigation system:

              The navigation system of this app has been screwed up since few months. I guess ever since they introduced that new algorithm with 'black line'. That black line goes hay-wire and sends driver anywhere but destination. And no, it's not my internet connectivity problem. I checked.

              These guys don't even have email support where we can share our detail problem. I have all the screenshots. Look at it and tell me it's normal.

              @uber: fix your stupid algorithm.

                I booked a uber cab from indiranagar to kempegowda airport yesterday at around 6.30 am. The fare showed 786.00.

                I reached the airport but i was having an issue with my internet so could not see the fare. I asked to see fare on drivers screen, it was 1220.00 i was stunned. Driver said it was due to surge pricing. And without my net working, i had no other option but to pay.

                As soon as i got inside the airport the net got connected and fare was 782.00. After checking in, i opened the app and wrote a complaint. I gave the driver one star and asked for refund.

                It's 24 hours, no response.

                This morning, i took a uber from indiranagar 2 nd stage to kempe gowda airport. The fare shown was 787.00 approximately. I boarded the cab around 6.45. I was having some issue about the internet on mobile.

                I reached the airport, my uber screen would not come up so i asked the driver. He showed the amount on his screen was 1220.00. I asked him why from 787 its gone up so much, he said surge pricing.. I went inside the terminal, checked in and then connected to the airport wifi, my fare was 782.00.

                I immediately sat down and wrote a complaint. Had i been in bangalore, i would have gone to the police station for sure. This guy must be having such a record for sure. I need refund of the excess amount. I hope you take this as thieving.
                I have lodged complaint about the Uber driver Suresh who ripped me off yesterday morning. Till now no response from Uber, means they think it's OK with them.

                  Actual distance - 37 km (As per google map)

                  Actual time - start time 12:13 am - trip end time 01:15 am duration 1:02 hours

                  As per bill -

                  Distance - 42.75 km

                  Reason - driver started trip before picking us and we're waiting for him by 25-30 minutes.

                  Trip started time as per bill - 11:53 pm but he picked us at sharp 12:13 am

                  I paid rs 600 but as per bill it's rs 584 driver deny to pay change and as per estimated price it should be rs 412.5

                  I am writing twice about this fact on uber support but didn't get any support.

                    The gps provides the destination and source location of the rider but no way for the rider to confirm that the driver has dropped at the correct location. It is too insecure for the rider and gives all opportunities for the driver to kidnap the rider for any purpose. The driver can complete the trip without the rider to exit the cab and can go further with the kidnapped rider from the destination location!

                    Please make the changes in the uber appllication asap!

                    Hi,

                    Yesterday I travelled from Gurgaon U Block to Sec 37 D and the fare showed Rs. 204 while booking however the driver took us through a route which charged us Rs. 354. I want a refund.
                    I was a very bad experience with uber. I was charged 633 Rs. for 8 Km trip. summary is showing that I was charged for 93 km but the distance between mu destination and pick up location is not more than 8 km. and I always go on the same trip, it never happen.

                    Requesting you kindly do the needful.
                    I have had to cancel my ride a few times as my allotted driver was always quite far away from my pickup location each time I booked and then I kept getting "Too many cancellations. Please try requesting later" error. Please Uber help resolve this issue for my error.

                      I had booked a vehicle on 19th Jan'18 from point A to Point B in Bangalore. The fare showed Rs 138. The driver did not take the flyover stating that it has tolls however when i completed my ride the fare showed to Rs 427. The fare included toll thrice where i did not even avail it.
                      I raised a concern with the customer care and they kept on insisting that the fare was updated due to changed route where there was no change in the route taken by me. The customer care did even bother to understand the situation and they were trying to close this issue stating the same thing again and again..
                      i feel customer are being taken for a ride by the UBER which do not have any concern towards in serving the customers and doing ethical business.

                        I booked a cab today from huda city cent to my company location, where i chose “go” car and the charges was showing 65-70rs around. But when i reached my destination i saw that amount was showing 170rs. This is seriously ridiculous. I received the mail where it showing that i have chosen “premier” car.
                        I don’t know how they change my car selection where the payment is extremely high. Now i need my extra money back or else i will not continue uber service.

                          Uber is not even able to supply receipt for my travel even after 10 days?

                          I took a trip from kochi city to kochi airport on 13 january 2018.

                          I was deducted rs 962.85, but receipt claims i have not paid.

                          When i visit riders. Uber.com none of my trips are reflecting there.

                          So i am requesting for a copy of trip receipt for the past 10 days.

                          I have take 3 trips from 19th Jan 2018 till 22nd Jan 2018. All the receipts have been wrongly generated and highly amount got deducted from my linked debit card. I raised a complaint but no response

                            I booked a cab from mayur vihar phase 1 for delhi airport on 23rd jan 10:28 am. Name of the cab driver was sikander, contact no [protected]. On the mid way driver asked me to take another cab or another mode of transportation for travelling till airport because the road had heavy traffic and he had his personal work in mayur vihar around 12:30 and said ("take another option because mera aur aapka dono ka kaam nahi ho payega"). I requested him to continue the journey because i was getting late for catching my flight but he kept insisting to take the other option. My sister spoke to him regarding the same but he denied to continue and instead took a route for metro. I ultimately had to come back home because there was no way possible to reach on time for my flight. I missed my flight and had to incur huge loss on my side.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing here after witnessing this issue three times in pune. I booked the cab and their app shows that cab is some minutes away. I called the driver and asked him to come at my location. After some time i got the notification that trip has been cancelled. When i called the driver again he said that i was not at the pickup location. I am like, dude do you know my face? How do you know i was not there? I called you after booking the cab. Atleast have the curtsy to call back if you reached, because it is possible that we both are standing at some distance. App shows location but we can have at two different corners, right? What does uber customer care do? After registering the complain they refund amount in few days but is it enough? Why don't they understand that in such cases customer had to re-book the can and that means which may cause delay as booking again means waste of few more minutes.
                              Uber if you don't pay attention to these kind of drivers, you may find yourself at the same place where many other of your competitors have reached, which is bottom of the market. You are loved and used because your service was best, don't let it destroy due to such kind of weirdo.

                                1. Uber cc agents are fir saying sorry and then we canr do anything about it. Go ti the neareby office.
                                2. 90% replies are automatic robots reoly no human read the complaints and tery to understand the zest or root.
                                3. No communication amoung uber departments
                                4. Fir the last 2 yrs i had raised long tickets mkre than 100. If someone human read all all the story will b clear but uber does not bother and why should bug finances 80% of is ours through laytm and other online payments which uber kept and earn interest. Only ola payments are clear and prompt. Im not associated with ola although.
                                4. Riders commiting suicide because of disputes in family over timely emi
                                5. To my surprise uber know all. But...?

                                  Me n my frnd took an uber ride yesterday, while riding i had given my usb cable and the phone to driver sunil for charging the phone.. We got down the cab and had left the phone in the cab.. We tried contacting the driver and the uber but couldn't get them. Today we got the driver on phone but his answer was so careless ki he says he has no idea about the phone..
                                  This uber company and the drivers are a cheat..

                                    Driver started shouting at us unnecessarily once the ride started stating that it took 5mins of extra time bcos o[censored]ber network issue in pick up location and scolded us for not calling him in return wen we asked him y couldn't he call he started shouting again that it is our duty to call him and not his. After starting the ride he started screaming saying country bruits don't know how to talk and all so i politely said him to calm down and go but he stopped aside of the road and asked us to get down the car and pay for the ride. We said him to drop us at the location so that we can pay him but he didn't listen to us and acted very foolishly and insulted us in front of everyone. Felt very upset with this ride and felt not to take any ride again in uber. I have attached the video of him screaming like hell on the lady after he dropped us half the way.. Need an explanation regarding this and want an apology for his behaviour... Requesting to remove such drivers on the spot and inform all the drivers about the same so no other repeats the same thing with others. Talking harshly on a women is not at all tolerable and is not fair on the part o[censored]ber to appoint such mannerless drivers who doesn't have any ethics shame on u guys

                                      It is was most sordid affair in the morning while going to work, when i called the uber driver he reached my lane but refused to come to my house to pick me up. When it is a road where all cars come and uber driver also enters it. Today itself while returning from work when i came uber driver came upto my house, i asked him is there any problem in reaching here. He said ' even truck can come here'.

                                      I had accident last week and that was the precise reason for calling uber. Whereas the one who picked me back from work reached my office and dropped me home, while going to work in the morning the driver did not come. Then i had to take an auto and reach 15 minutes late.

                                      The most disgusting part of this all is that i was charged for it where as driver got free

                                        I was riding uber pool and booked it at a surge of 199/- once i reached destination it prompted me to pay 239/- as guided by uber to not confront the driver rather pay and report later i paid an excess of 199/- on claiming later uber is giving false excuses #1 the fare shown was 239/- which is not true
                                        #2 the car drove a longer route then one shown in gps which is again not true as driver followed the gps and even if he did not since i am not aware of other riders destination i did not ask him to divert. Hence uber should refund the excess charged.
