driver refusing to come at the pickup place

It is was most sordid affair in the morning while going to work, when i called the uber driver he reached my lane but refused to come to my house to pick me up. When it is a road where all cars come and uber driver also enters it. Today itself while returning from work when i came uber driver came upto my house, i asked him is there any problem in reaching here. He said ' even truck can come here'.

unfair charges by uber

I was riding uber pool and booked it at a surge of 199/- once i reached destination it prompted me to pay 239/- as guided by uber to not confront the driver rather pay and report later i paid an excess of 199/- on claiming later uber is giving false excuses #1 the fare shown was 239/- which is not true
#2 the car drove a longer route then one shown in gps which is again not true as driver followed the gps and even if he did not since...

wrong bill charged

Hi,

I need to file a complaint against uber.com. I have travelled on thursday and friday from my usual pickup to the usual drop location. While i booked the cab in an uber pool it showed me rs. 139 but when i completed my ride it was shown me rs. 196 and 193 deducted from my paytm account.

Even after complaining in the uber, they replied me with some lame reasons that you took a different route, you booked...

I am double charged on my card today

I initiated only two transactions with my master card today but received three debit notifications from you.

I used my card on two different apps for two different trips. Unfortuanately, i received debit alerts for three trips on uber. I don't know how it came about....

driver behaviour in uber taxi

I have booked uber on 17.01.2018 to take a ride from my residence to Coimbatore Railway junction ( around 6 Km) on 18.01.2018 @ 5.10 AM to catch the train scheduled @ 6.15 AM . But Uber taxi arrived late by 25 minutes. the driver charged me excess

I took ride from chandigarh airport on 21st jan to sector 44c. My driver asked me to change payment to cash and then charged me 500rs but my app showed me 377rs. On asking he said i will the message later and that this problem happens sometimes. He also took a different route than i suggested which i usually travel. And also later the app showed that he had cancelled my ride! This is fraud.. I need refund of my money..! I had leg fractured...

overcharged unethical fare

I booked an uber from lower parel to goregaon on the 19th evening around 7;30 p. M. West and the pre fare was 676 or something as i remember, the driver munna charged me 937 rupees upon enquiring with him why the extra differene, he placed the onus of overcharging on the company, and that i would receive a e mail to that effest, which i havent yet received, i distictly remember the car number as 4390...

driver rude behavior and torturing me with my phone number

daily fare issues

Every day the amount shown while booking n den actual is coming different. Wid huge value difference. Even after mailing they r nt replying n not returning my money. N it's not matter of error of 2-3 rs, everytime it's 50+ rs types. They r just cheating customers n taking our money. I m daily uber rider. Have been using uber since years but they don't hv any value for customers also...

overcharging and blackmailed by driver

I booked a cab at bhubaneshwar airport at about 11.30 pm on 19/1/2018 for going to landmark hotel, jatni which is about 26 kms from the airport. The fare shown was rs. 272/- i was charged an amount of rs. 585/- through paytm. difference in the fair charges shown during booking and as actual

Today we book uber in pool. During this it showed fair of rs. 289/- from oval nest warje pune to purna nagar chinchawad. Vehicle details are as follows :

The receipt is showing trip fair rs. 289.52/-. But again subtotal is 289.52/-.
Total is rs.289.52/-.
& cash is rs.450.49/-
We always get fair in the range of rs.280/- to rs.350/-

My name is lau ah ban. My cont no. Is [protected]. On 19th jan, 18 at 04.08 am morning i booked cab from m. G. Road gurgaon to patel nagar, gurgaon and came back to m. G. Road. Total billing was rs. 391/- but cab driver was rude and he was crying and also charged rs. 800/-.

Please resolve the issue and arrange to refund me the of rs. 400/- asap.

charge upfront in toll fee

Uber is showing upfront cost while booking the cab. But toll charges are charged to customer where toll is either paying by customer or never use toll road.
When we raise complain uber customer care is not listening to customers and making customer by providing fake receipt.
Uber pool if 3 people are sharing a cab. All 3 is charging separate full toll charges which is additional. When we raise the question uber is not responding...

[protected] madinaguda to gachibowli (Telangana) ride. Driver arrived at a different pickup point spoke very rudely in vulgar language and cancelled the ride. But amount got charged to me. Uber check your drivers before employing and educate them how to behave with customers. We are not traveling free of cost. Very bad experience with uber and this never happened in ola. Worst experience....

I booked pool ride of 69rs from kphb to hitech city which is less than 10kms. But i was charged 236rs. When i checked the trip details it shows my destination was pick up and drop destination was correct. But the receipt provided by uber shows travelled for 111kms and 65mins. invoice not provided for my trip

I rode from new delhi to ghaziabad on 6th january 2018. It was an official trip and i need invoice of my trip but uber has not provided it yet. On my uber account the trip details are not updated so i can not take receipt from my account. I have been waiting for it for so many days for the account to get updated but it has not been till yet.
