2. Incidence-2

b. Time: 10:49 a.m.
c. My Mobile Number: [protected]
d. Cab Allocated: Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R
e. Driver’s Name: Mahavir
f. Driver’s Mobile Number Missed it.
g. Trip cancelled by: Driver (Mahavir)
h. Cancellation Charge: Rs. 42
In both the cases the cab did not reach me. Instead, they went to a wrong location. The trip was cancelled by driver not by me and in both cases, they demanded cancellation charge of Rs. 42.
I want to know, what was my fault?
