I booked a cab at bhubaneshwar airport at about 11.30 pm on 19/1/2018 for going to landmark hotel, jatni which is about 26 kms from the airport. The fare shown was rs. 272/- i was charged an amount of rs. 585/- through paytm. Over and above this the cab driver took an additional rs.400/- in cash to which i was forced to agree as the cab driver refused to take me to my destination. I had no other option but to pay. When i complained to uber india they have refused to refund the excess amount saying that my complaint is not maintainable

    Today we book uber in pool. During this it showed fair of rs. 289/- from oval nest warje pune to purna nagar chinchawad. Vehicle details are as follows :
    Rajendra, vehicle - tata indiago
    The receipt is showing trip fair rs. 289.52/-. But again subtotal is 289.52/-.
    Total is rs.289.52/-.
    & cash is rs.450.49/-
    We always get fair in the range of rs.280/- to rs.350/-
    This has happened 2-3 time in a month.

    So we request for refund of rs.450.00/- - rs.289.52/- = 160.97

      My name is lau ah ban. My cont no. Is [protected]. On 19th jan, 18 at 04.08 am morning i booked cab from m. G. Road gurgaon to patel nagar, gurgaon and came back to m. G. Road. Total billing was rs. 391/- but cab driver was rude and he was crying and also charged rs. 800/-.

      Please resolve the issue and arrange to refund me the of rs. 400/- asap.

        Uber is showing upfront cost while booking the cab. But toll charges are charged to customer where toll is either paying by customer or never use toll road.
        When we raise complain uber customer care is not listening to customers and making customer by providing fake receipt.
        Uber pool if 3 people are sharing a cab. All 3 is charging separate full toll charges which is additional. When we raise the question uber is not responding in right fashion but politely decline. It's cheating to customer. When i ask for gst information to claim. No gst no in receipts.

        But customers are paying toll + surcharge + gst.

          [protected] madinaguda to gachibowli (Telangana) ride. Driver arrived at a different pickup point spoke very rudely in vulgar language and cancelled the ride. But amount got charged to me. Uber check your drivers before employing and educate them how to behave with customers. We are not traveling free of cost. Very bad experience with uber and this never happened in ola. Worst experience.

            I had booked cab today morning around 10:25am in bangalore. When i booked, it says cab will arrive in 12 minutes .When i was waiting for cab, after 15 minutes driver itself cancelled trip .I had already waited around 15 minutes.And i had tried again another one and cab has arrived in 10 minutes .And i was on my way in cab .Suddenly, i noticed my mobile in uber app shows "you will be charged additional Rs.42 in this trip because of last trip cancellation . I was really surprised why should i pay this amount because of driver itself cancelled trip. So i sought help in app and had raised complaint "Problem with cancellation fee" and immediately they refunded my amount. But they will refund money only in uber credits . So users can't use that money in any way except for uber trips. This is very crooked technique are using them towards their users . Finally that amount will get uber only.

            Company have to take further measures to resolve this isssue, Refund amount should send directly to bank account or paytm account . Then only users can use that money .Now they are doing refund amount is credit in to uber wallet only. Uber credits is not acceptable .Because uber credits can't use else than uber trips

              I booked pool ride of 69rs from kphb to hitech city which is less than 10kms. But i was charged 236rs. When i checked the trip details it shows my destination was pick up and drop destination was correct. But the receipt provided by uber shows travelled for 111kms and 65mins. How can i travel for 111kms. When i contacted uber they say due to technical issue was charged 54rs extra. how can the technical issue be only for 54rs? And they are asking me to pay 180rs saying i got down at some other destination which is incorrect. I have all the proofs and its a mistake on Ubers side.

                  invoice not provided for my trip

                  I rode from new delhi to ghaziabad on 6th january 2018. It was an official trip and i need invoice of my trip but uber has not provided it yet. On my uber account the trip details are not updated so i can not take receipt from my account. I have been waiting for it for so many days for the account to get updated but it has not been till yet. Please direct them to update my account or preferably send me invoice on my email id....

                  Riya. An employee from booking department o[censored]ber spoke rudely to me and banged my call twice without giving out any help i needed. I want an apology call from riya else this issue will be raised on social networking site and then conumer court will call riya to ask for details. Within 48 hours if i do not get a call then consumer court will get in touch with people having such attitude like you

                    Uber is the worst service when it comes to drivers behaviour with women.. Yesterday during my travel in vizag frm my workplace to home, when i was getting down the cab i didnt notice that my office id card had slipped in the cab. Later when i realized it, i with great difficulty tried to contact the cab driver for my id card, the driver asked 300rs to return my card back, when i questioned him about the charges he spoke very rudely and wantingly left the card in the police station in the city outskirts. I had to travel all the way again to collect the card.

                      I have booked a cab from uber india on 16th jan 2018 at 9.30 pm from kharghar to belapur.
                      I have forgotten my mobile phone in the cab itself.
                      The cab driver has confirmed the mobile is with him only on telephone.
                      Now he is not picking up the call.

                      UBER always include toll fee in the bill. But drivers o[censored]BER ask customers to pay in toll booth as well. So every customer gets to pay double the amount of toll fee to UBER in every ride if they cross toll. This is a big fraud.

                        I am a senior citizen aged 72, i hired you cab to go to cunningham road yesterday from my home, it came in time and i reached my destination on time. While coming back i again booked a cab and gave him my place of pickup, driver never came i called him again and he overshoot my pickup point and said he can not come as it is one way, but will try, but he never came. Why i am charged money he never picked me up. I was on road for more than half an hour in the hot sun, in the end i hired an auto and came home. Why you have charged me when he did not pick me. My name is neena sanan, registered mob no is [protected]. Kindly refund my money, so i am charged again i hire your cab again. I will be obliged.

                          Driver didn't end the trip at destination saying it has already been ended but due to some network issue it didn't end. later I received the bill for amount 1242.3 that was almost 5 times the indicated bill. Later on investigation I found that the drop location is different than mine. Request you to please look into the matter.

                            I had booked a uber ride in bangalore. The driver cancelled the ride and uber has charged rs.157 for this and they are insisting i pay this amount alongwith my next ride with uber. I have been telling that i am at no fault and i am not willing to pay for the mistake of the driver.

                            They are trying to make extra money by charging unwanted charges on the customers. The drivers o[censored]ber are acting stupid by cancelling the trips and dropping at different locations putting us into problems.

                            They need to be treated properly.

                              Dear sir,

                              I would like to bring to your notice about the wrong doing o[censored]ber bangalore. On 17th jan around 1.15am i booked uber car from bangalore airport to vidyaranyapura. Called the driver at 1.19am and confirmed the pickup point as no 6. Before disconnecting the call, driver asked my final destination. I kept waiting but driver didn’t turn up. His mobile was switched off.

                              Then, i approached the uber ground staff for help. They asked me to cancel the trip and book again. I noticed, if i cancel the trip then uber is charging me rs.150+ as cancellation fee. This was not fare as it was the driver who didn’t turn up. I declined to cancel the trip and asked the ground staff for help again. They said they can’t help and asked me to take some other ride. I kept trying to call the driver till 1.48am but his no. Was continuously switched off. Then i took another transport to my home.

                              To my surprise, i got an email from uber that they are not able to charge my cc for rs. 1525.53 through email, please note the following in the in bill:

                              • trip start time 1.16am and end time is 9.19am to cover 24.12km.
                              • the driver didn’t even come to pick me from the pickup point, but shown trip start at 1.16am which was my trip booking time.
                              • it took more than 8 hours to cover 24km.
                              • drop address is “ aakaar bangalore ceramics rd, r t nagar, yelahanka, bengaluru, karnataka 560064, india” which is not my address.

                              Please note, uber will never try to charge my cc after any trip, but they did try this time but could not do it as my cc didn’t allow them. For every other trips, i will also make the payment myself from my cc after the trip completion.

                              I would also like to highlight that uber has declined to give us invoice with gst but all bills are charged with gst. As we use uebr for our official work and we have to add our company gst in all invoices. Uber declined to do so and still sending us the bills without our company gst.

                                Date - 18th jan 2018.
                                This complaint is about uber's pooling method. Setting up routes by uber is a disaster where riders are added without any alignment of route or distance to the destination.
                                Journey was from ats one hamlet sector 104 to sector 60. En route, near amity university, new rider added from jal vayu vihar - so, approx 10 km added in this detour. This rider's destination was sector 58 and then came to final destination of sec 60!
                                This routing system is a joke. That too in peak times where the journey takes double the time. How does it make sense to make a car return on a route to pick up new rider from approx 10 km???
                                The worst part? Driver cannot do anything - can't cancel! Rider cannot do anything as one cannot check where the fixed ride is going to decide whether to cancel or keep the ride! And forget about the passenger already sitting - they are literally sitting ducks at the mercy of the the so called wonderful software that plans these journeys!
                                Uber, if you tell people that pooling is service designed to help people and environment, please let that show! Today's experience in one of many.

                                  We hired uber pb 01 b 4001 from phase 6, mohali at 9.05 pm.

                                  On reaching destination when we paid him rs 2000 note he tried to run away without paying back any balance. When we tried to stop him & stood in front of car, he threatened to crush us & sped away using abusive language to ladies with us.

                                    I was travelling from my home to office on 12thjan, my everyday route and uber should also have the same data with them. I home is near sultanpur and office in gurgaon. Uber has deducted a toll fee of rs 100 on uberpool!! Seriously!! And on top of that they say that its as usual. I dont understand why just for one day haryana govt took that toll on mcd for haryana and not everyday. Mcd toll is for the taxis entering to delhi. Please dont make me a fool. Its your app malfunctioning or anything else. But i have been replying to uber's mail since then and its now going to be 1 week and still the people are trying to justify that the toll of 100 to travel from delhi border to gurgaon is valid. And i am telling that toll should be applied when you are entering in delhi and not going out. Can i have a resolution on this. Please provide me a escalation mail id i will share all the other details.

                                      Today on january 17, 2018, i had an appointment with doctor at safdarjung hospital, new delhi. So i booked a uber cab at 10.49 a. M. The cab assigned was maruti suzuki wagon r no. Xxxx3855 and the driver's name was mahavir. The cab did not reach me till 11:43 a. M. At my location (My home registered with uber) and, thus, i missed my appointment with doctor. The most unfortunate thing is that the driver (Mahavir) cancelled the trip without contacting me. Over and above this, the uber cab is now asking me to pay cancellation charge of rs. 42. Please note that i did not cancel the trip.
                                      In the web-page o[censored]ber on my mobile or on my desktop there is no telephone number where i can talk to explain my position.
