My name is madhav koparkari, i booked an uber cab on monday jan 8, 2018 at 20:55 :14 hrs from saraswati nilayam society, chittaranjan road, vile parle east, mumbai to chhatrapati shivaji international terminus, sahar. While booking it directed me to payment page, i paid the amount of rs.149.85 in advance through credit card, which was very well deducted from my account, but the cab never turned up. After waiting for more than half an hour, i tried cancelling the booking which never happened as well there was no other way to contact either the driver or uber customer care as i did not recieve any communication or message from uber. So now to know how would i get my money back??
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount on receipt shows 703
Amount I was expected to pay by the driver was 1011 by his calculation.
Please explain why am I overcharged for my trip.
Have raised so many complaints on Uber Support but no reply so far.
