On 6.12.17 driver hosain took cash payment from me saying he did not receive paytm money. Later i found amount was also taken from my paytm account. Ride was in kolkata. My phone no is [protected]. I request a refund for this trip amount. I had never used paytm before. Uber had credited 84 rs for unreasonable charge taken from me before. To utilise that i added 500 rs from my bank and made paytm balance 584. After the trip my balance reduced to 415. I want my 169 rs back. Please help

    Today on 13th jan, around 6:30 pm, i took a cab ride from igi airport to dwarka. Driver name was shiv. The fare was 340 rupees. I paid him 500 rupee note and took the balance and got out. He called me up after some time to tell me that he couldn't find the 500 currency note and probably instead of giving me 100 rupee note he gave me 500 back. I said this did not happen as i checked he gave me 100 rupee note only. After some time i got a call from airport police station[protected] that the driver has filed a complaint against me that i haven't paid him his fare. I was shocked and told the lady on the phone that he is clearly mistaken on the currency note i paid and he paid. After some time lady again called me up and asked me to paytm him the money. I paytm him 500 rupees. This is outrageous. I want uber to take stern action against the driver and pay me back the 500 rupees i had to paytm him.

      The incident took place on friday evening - january 12' 2018. I booked a cab from my office in cyber city, gurgaon for vikas puri, new delhi. I booked the cab through my uber app at 6:35 pm. The driver assigned to me was "sunil" who called me up to know the drop location. On knowing the drop location was delhi the driver immediately denied the duty and said he wont go to delhi and abruptly disconnected the call. I had to eventually cancel the booking. I again booked the cab at 6:44 pm and this time the driver assigned to me was "bachu". The driver reached my location and i boarded the cab. The driver before starting the trip on his phone app enquired regarding my drop location. On knowing that i need to go to vikas puri, delhi he started shouting and yelling at me and asked me to get out of the cab. He abused me and misbehaved using filthy words when i said you cannot deny duty. He was very rude, unprofessional and made me feel unsafe.

      This is definitely not a small issue, the bigger picture of this is very dreadfull. A women feels unsafe in the city and such incidents can lead to posing threat and concern for her safety. I was felling helpless as every driver was denying the duty to my house and how should i go back home. I requested the driver that in evening timings he should not be denying duty to a female passenger and even asked him to connect to customer care but all my efforts went in vain.

      I request to take a serious actions against the driver and should cancel his license. Moreover stringent mechanism should be formed to deal with such scenarios thereby discouraging drivers of such unprofessional attitude and should be taught to keep women safety the topmost priority.

      It was a harassing situation for me and i don't want other working females to face such nuances.

        Please note that i traveled on 21st december 2017 from thane to parel in the morning at 7 15 am. Driver dropped me at parel at 8.19 am. He told me that his device is not functioning so i paid him in cash rs 360/-. Even though uber has deducted rs. 346.11 from my paytm account.
        Driver told me uber will refund this amount to me within a weeks time. Till today i have not received the said amount.

        Driver cancelled the trip and uber wrongly charged me and when I raised complaint against it, uber is not responding on same. The same happened with me second time

          I booked a cab from EGL and the ETA showed us as 26 mins...I did not cancel the booking. In a couple of minutes I get a notification saying Rs130 has been deducted from paytm against a n uber ride from some random place to another place. I did not take that ride and was still waiting at EGL. The driver/uber charged me that money for a ride I did not even take. I want the refund and there is no way I can reach them on this.

          This is the first time I am complaining to UBER. I booked a cab in the morning on 6th January, 2018 and the the driver cancelled my booking and I need to pay Rs 47.25 for it. Really one of the worse service I got till date.For me money is not a concerned point but service is a concerned point which UBER is losing nowadays .

            Booked a uberpool in mumbai. The driver cancelled it as he said he won't come to the pick up point. I was charged for the cancellation and now can't make any other uberpool bookings without paying the cancellation fee. I had already contacted support in uber app and make request to cancel the fee as the driver had cancelled my ride.. It said my fee would be credited. Bit on new booking, it again showing that my cancellation fee is balance and i need to pay it to the next driver. This is sheer cheating. If i don't get any reply in next 24 hrs, i would sue this company also share on social media for creating a racket to cheat innocent people.

              I am to state that one of your uber driver vehicle no ts07ub9916, hit one bike rider, after joining the hospital deceivengly escaped from the place and ran away from the spot at kukatpally limits, cyberabad, hyderabad. Where the person received grievious injuries.

                There is an unknown deduction of rs.309.46 was done from my paytm wallet on dec 23.

                However, i have not used uber for that service.
                As per paytm response uber is responsible for that transaction.
                Kindly refund that amount asap.

                  I booked and completed a cab ride in the morning hours at around 6-10hrs after cancelling 4 rides, as they were too far and they told me to cancel. However at around 10-15hrs, some random number called and strted charging and shouting at me for not picking his calls. I dont know which cab driver it was or when did he call. All i can share is his phone number - [protected]. Please have a look into it, cause such behavior is very much unexpected from uber.

                    Dear All !
                    though I am a working lady in delhi/Ncr I have no option apart from Uber... Driver cancelled the trip and uber charged fine from me.Very pathetic service they have. we are paying high fares and we don't have customer support but drivers does.. We pay cash, they don't provide receipt of today one driver charged cash from me Rs 255 and it was booked by my friend so this trip already paid by my friends Paytm account.. when she called up the driver, driver said I didn't pay cash.. I was shocked...Uber can do this to with their customers.
                    I have even no of complaints but I am sharing few... One day I left one of my most valuable stuff in the cab. I noticed when i reached home. i called up the driver asked him that whenever he will go from my way kindly drop it.. since he was from near by my location. but He denied that stuff is with him. They don't have any honesty, loyalty... all drivers are cheap and mean too. Poor drivers with uncultured background.

                      My trip with Uber on 8th Jan morning vashi to Godrej east . In mid of journey came to know that one co passenger drop was first and that too Godrej west I decided to get down at JVLR as from there my destination was just 5min and if I sat then I would have taken 1hour. Ended the trip but instead of Rs309 deducted RS 499..is it right at peak office hours to seat one more hour in AC cab get involved in pawai LBS and Ghatkopar traffic and again come same eastern express highway and reach office. I saved drivers time petrol but what I got since I ended my trip before and they charged ubergo fair. I highlighted this issue to Uber but they gave me n number of reasons for not refunding the money. Uber is a cheater and unfairly treating genuine customer's. Kindly help me to get my refund back. Don't take Uber Rides they r fake when such issues comes they don't refund they just tick mark on resolved button

                        I book the uber from Hilton jaipur to beanerys cafe and I set the my location Hilton jaipur. For the location confermation I call to driver but he doesn't know where he was he said I call u later.. After 5-7 min he call me and he was asking about the my location I said I'm sending in My Location inHilton jaipur hotel but he said I'm not there and there is no any hilton Hotel and his voice lavel was very bad and he said u cancel the drive.. Than i told to him why I should to cancel when u didn't know about the location and u accept my ride and I said plz cancel my ride si he was saying I'll not cancel your ride because I'll not charge for the cancle ride u will charge.. And after 10-15 min he cancle the ride and he transferd cancle charged in my account it's very bad for me because it's not my mistake it's driver mistake and his behavior was very bad...
                        And driver name is Durga laal

                            I have been using uber ride from kameshwar elegence gota to sal institute of engg and techonology, ahmedabad for past some days and from my home charges are around rs.96. Today driver of vehicle number 1248 charged rs.150 plus stating that there is arrears of yesterday for vehicle cancelled. So far as yesterday was concerned i had requested for a ride and my destination distance is 20/25 minutes. Your co. Connected me a ride coming in 12 minutes i was waiting and after 5/6 minutes it disappeared and you connected to another ride again giving 12 minutes time. I rang up driver and he said he is at vaishnodevi and starting. The time period in mobile app was not updating and i rang up to know fate 2 times but he was not contactable as coming out of reach. I had no time to wait as delay could cause me loss and i had no option but to cancel the trip. Is it my only fault and such a big penalty without using vehicle? Please revert

                              I have purchased a Ride Pass from Uber India. The pass is for "Flat" Rs. 89 for 15 of their Go rides for 28 days. On multiple occasions, I was charged Rs. 200+ even after applying the Ride Pass.
                              The first time they reverted the additional amount that was charged. But this is happening again and again. Even after complaining, they haven't resolved the issue.
                              The SMS from Uber clearly states:
                              "Buy a Ride Package and pay one fare everyday!Enjoy flat fares of Rs. 89 on GO and Rs. 99 on PREMIER for 28 days".
                              The meaning of flat rates means there should be no other charges (apart from any tolls)

                                My name is madhav koparkari, i booked an uber cab on monday jan 8, 2018 at 20:55 :14 hrs from saraswati nilayam society, chittaranjan road, vile parle east, mumbai to chhatrapati shivaji international terminus, sahar. While booking it directed me to payment page, i paid the amount of rs.149.85 in advance through credit card, which was very well deducted from my account, but the cab never turned up. After waiting for more than half an hour, i tried cancelling the booking which never happened as well there was no other way to contact either the driver or uber customer care as i did not recieve any communication or message from uber. So now to know how would i get my money back??

                                  On 8th jan 2018 we travelled from 1, sadhu vaswani rd, agarkar nagar, pune, to patker, plot no.8, old mumbai - pune hwy, baluchi vasti, shivajinagar, pune.
                                  The driver was omkar maryti suzuki ritz, we paid an amount of rs 113 (As mentioned in my earlier complaint). This was inclusive of rs 42.50 cancellation charges levied on us though the driver somnath maruti dzire had cancelled on his own after making us walk 300m and keeping us waiting for 17 mins (12.39pm to 12.56pm). We received the receipt at 23.37hrs on 8th jan that too for rs 71.34 only.
                                  On 8th when we tried to book uber in afternoon there was a message that i had not paid full amount and rs 42.50 is outstanding.
                                  In my opinion both the drivers due censor.
                                  An early feedback on my email id [protected]@gmail.com will be appreciated.

                                  Amount I was expected to pay by the driver was 1011 by his calculation.

                                  Please explain why am I overcharged for my trip.
                                  Have raised so many complaints on Uber Support but no reply so far.

                                    When it's my mistake (Even if it's due to driver's behaviour or activities), i pay the cancellation charges but when it's driver's mistake or your's mistake, do you pay us something for our wasted time and effort? How is this fair.

                                    Today, i booked at cab. Waited for half an hour. Driver is not moving or responding. So, i cancelled it. Booked another cab. Now the driver is picking my calls, but still not moving from his current location. I call him again and he starts moving. Now he is just wasting my time going into dead-ends and taking wrong turns. I cancel and i am charged # 43 rupees. What kind of logic is this.

                                      The cancellation charge is always annoying. Why the customer has to pay the cancellation charge, if the driver cancels the trip?

                                      And this is not the first time experience that i and (Many people whom i have discussed the issue with) are having about the same. It is high time for you to look into this, else you are going to miss the uber customers like anything - i know many people in my friends circle who have stopped using uber app, and yeah, i will also shortly move to that list.

                                        This is kumardeep kar from kolkata, mobile no - [protected]. I have booked a uber go on 04 november 2017 (Tuesday) from ballygunje phari to sealdah station. At that time we have 2 luggage. But when the driver reached the place he has refused to take the luggage. And he goes away without pick up us. And my apps showed that time the journey is on. But after some time i have received a message through my uber apps that your cancellation fee is 47.25. So please clarifying me why i should be paid the amount because i have not travelled and also i have not cancelled the trip. So please look out the matter and wave off the cancellation fee. Because from 14.11.17 to till today i have not travelled by the uber, only for this reason. Kindly advise

                                        Today I wanted to go from global hospital to home in Chennai at 12:55 pm. I waited up to 1:25 pm.even I called the drive r over phone. So I had to cancel because I had urgent work. Why should I pay RS 30 for second ride? It should come in schedule time shown at time if booking. PL take back the RS 30 cancellation charge.
