I m a regular customer o[censored]ber i m a retd govt servant nd a chronic patient. Today i visited a doctor at malkajgiri. Went by uber nd returned to ecil x roads by uber. After purchasing medicine we hv booked uber to our home. Mr paramesh driver vehicle no 6382 (If i remembr correct) nd driver ph no is [protected] when we rang up he asked us destination nd we informed. We waited nearly more than half n hour. He did not turn up nd suddenly tracking disappeared. When i tried again uber says i hv to pay cancellation. How nd why? When i hv not cancelled why i shuld i pay..

    I had an account. With uber registered with my phone number. I stopped to use the number for a while and now when i am trying to login again with the number, it does not allow me to do so. I reached out to uber care but they are not ready to assist.in a situation where a person buys a new number and that number is already registered with uber previously, the person will not be able to use his number. What is worse is that some other person will continue having an account with the number he does not own which can sometimes lay another person in problem.

    Hi, I am facing an issue with my account. Its said you have to reset account and its not allowing me to have my same phone number. Please do help me by deleting my account, so that I can create one more with same number and my mail id says its not linked with that number.

      My name is anil kumar. Today 4 th january 2018 i had booked a trip from vyttila to udayamperoor in early morning [5.00am]. It was seen that the driver was 15 mins away from vytilla somewhere near panampally nagar. As it was a long time to reach, i have cancelled the trip and rebooked a uber but unfortunately the same vehicle was provided. I was waiting in thripunithura side of vytilla signal and in the map the vehicle had reached the kadavnthra side of vytilla signal. As the signal turned red he turned back to sa road by seing this i called him over phone i asked him to come back to me, but he lied to me that he tried contact me and i didn’t attend his call. It was a made up lie as he was hesitated to continue with trip and misbehaved to me over phone.
      As i was a regular customer o[censored]ber this is my first experience in my life with such a useless driver. As uber is my regular travel partner i request you to please don’t provide such “undisciplined personalities”in your crew. The details of driver are provided below:

        I applied a promocode o[censored]bx50off which gives 50% off for 3 trips my promotion.
        I took a trip of value: rs105.10, rs521.16 and rs.163.71 (Screen shots attached for all three trips)
        The promo code didn't apply to any of my trip.
        I complained in uber also but the repeatedly sent me automated message about how to apply promo code.
        I sent screen shot also saying that the code was already applied but they didn't take any action.

          I have been writing to your folks for my trip to bangalore airport he asked me for cash and in spite of asking dint returned back mine was a cashless trip. Ur people give standard answer. I asked his number and car no so that i can get my cash back, still i get standard answer. They don't even bother to read the comments

          driver tried to fool me for the exact payment says system is slow hence showing less amount. trip was from saket to defence colony. when i tried to explain or speek to someone senoir he started to threaten me and also said u were bought here safely without being raped.

            I booked uber by 5 am from andheri east stn entrance n called driver ‭+[protected]‬ & informed him abt exact location. But he dint arrive at location at given time n due to which i had to miss my flight to jaipur & i had to bear a loss of 15k. He reached at location after 35 min.
            Who is resposible for my loss of flight ticket??? Y shld i suffer only because uber
            Driver doesnt know where is andheri stn & where is east & west???

              This is a complaint against UBER taxies. Please note that your UBER driver refused to pick me up from SECTOR44 just because he was in SEC 21 despite of the cab being booked for past 15 minutes. Further, I was charged with the cancellation fee which I won't pay for your fault. Goodbye to UBER forever. Incredibly poor service and weird staff. Need a reply asap!

                I am manoj sharma an uber partner. My driver amin manihar completed ride on 20/12/2017 at 4:46am from mumbai international airport to panvel. Fare of the trip was around ₹900/-. But company paid me only toll and airport parking charge. Company didn't pay me around ₹750/-. I complaint 15 to 16 times in uber call center office. But every time they told us we will adjust within 48 hrs but today is 03/01/2018 and 48 hrs of company not completed yet. I am waiting that when company will complete it 48 hrs. It happens 4 to 5 times with me. And every time they told us that they will do in 48 hrs but every time i got disappointment from company.

                  This is regarding a complaint on Uber Driver called Sunil(Honda Amaze). I booked the cab today at around 2 pm for pick up from Niloufer Hospital and immediately after booking I called the Driver and he confirmed he is coming. I came down on the road and waited with a Patient for 20 to 25 minutes waiting the driver. I called thrice he said he is coming but he didn’t turned up when I called again he didn’t lift my call and cancelled the trip. I was so disappointed with such behaviour of this Driver and my disappointment was further increased when I saw Uber charged me cancellation fee.

                  I don’t understand why is amount is charged to me in fact you people should take strict action against that unprofessional/fraud Driver(Sunil) who kept us waiting on the road and didn’t turn up and even didn’t lift my call.

                  I request Uber Authorities to look into this matter and take strict action/penalty on this Driver and off course remove the fake cancellation fee charged to my account.

                    I have been duped by an uber driver by the name sebastian who was provided to me by att holidays in cochin. Sebastian cheated me by not returning my rs 3000 that he had taken as advance from me. He was very arrogant when i asked him to return my hard earned money. He in turn told me to do whatever i can & blocked my phone number. Matter is already addressed to kochi city police. Complaint no. Petition no. 45192/17/ec - g3

                      Hi my name is ram prasad das, my mob no [protected], on 1st jan i have booked uber ride from faridabad sec -18 to dargarh nizamuddin. The total amount i need to pay 467 /- but the driver charged me 570/- rs, name of the driver ram sakal his mob no [protected] his vehicle no - dl 1rtc0526, i have already escalate the matter to uber team but they told me that its non refundable. We dont have information for the same. I want to take action against the driver. So that he will not do this kind of thing again in future.

                        Booked for the cab called him he was trying to figure out the block later he cancelled the trip and left while cancelling he abused saying "why do u book pool" but after this i am charged as well it was completely unaware professional, i was rushing to office already i was late booking other cab an commuting was really hard later had to compromise with the ola for the ride

                          On 26th dec a ride was booked and canceled without my knowledge and i had to pay 43₹ for cancelation fee. On that day i was not in town and i did not book any ride. Today i couldn't book a ride because there was an outstanding amount. I request you to go through it and pay me back.
                          The payment system is weird and i need a reply too. This is not the first time happening.

                              With all due respect,

                              Uber needs to fill my uber payment wallet with rs 150 + rs105 after acknowldgment of the act.
                              Reasons:
                              Firstly, uber driver cancels the trip and then i get surcharged 105rs. (As per the charges visible, although its a driver cancelled trip and not me /rider)
                              Secondly, in the next trip i will again be charged 150rs. (As the driver informed)
                              Can uber please explain these irrelevant charges.

                              Number 1.
                              Uber driver makes me wait for sooo damn long.

                              Number 2.
                              An uber driver says i am already on a trip, almost about to drop someone. (How can he accept a new trip without finishing the former trip? Is there no regulation?)

                              Number 3.
                              Uber driver then after done with his trip, gives no legitimate reason but the only fact knowing that he has to travel from delhi to chandigarh, he is all perplexed and after few minutes cancels the trip and the trip gets rescheduled to another driver.

                              Number 4.
                              Yet another driver with yet another no damn reason reschedules the trip because they say they don't want to take a ride.

                              Number 5.
                              This passing the parcel kept happening driver to driver to next driver to next driver to next one to next one.

                              And while i had got rejections from 4 drivers, and every driver taking his own sweet time to cancel and reschule for no legitimate reason.. And now this 4th driver in this row calls up that sir now booking is with me.

                              Now tell me please, after getting stood up by so many drivers, without giving any reason these drivers keep on cancelling and rescheduling without giving any damn legitimate reason, does uber expects me to keep waiting with all hopes that at some point of time at night uber will be finally able to find a driver who would not refuse to go to chandigarh.
                              .
                              Number 6.
                              So, now uber driver calls me and says i will be charged again rs 105 if don't take the cab. (Yes, it shows that i have again been charged rs 105 even though i did not cancel the trip, but the driver did from his end)

                              Now, after getting stood up by 4 different drivers uber decides to automatically keep on cancelling it and rescheduling it to driver who are giving not reason but continuesly cancelling and reschesuling it.

                              Number 7.
                              Sir, i[censored]ber tell me i had asked for a 'rescheduling' so many times then i would rather wait.

                              But how on earth uber expect me to wait there after being befooled by so many drivers. And after that also uber expect me to pay although the drivers themself cancelled the trip.

                              Why is there no customer care number for india uber where it can revert and kindly logically explain me its norms. Because its not the first time that an uber driver cancels jusssst because the driver is not willing to go to the destination and the rider has to pay for the cancellation charges.

                                Dear uber,

                                I availed uber services with my brother & friend on 1st january, 2018 @4:15 am through my friend's uber account from veera desai road, jogeshwari west to orlem, kanchpada malad which i reached at 4:40 am. During my ride i was sitting ahead and due to low battery had kept my phone on charging from the driver's cars charging point. One reaching my destination due to payment mixup i forgot to take my phone which had 15%battery. On realising 5min later i immediately called on my number to which it was i got a switched off response and filled a lost item complain through my friend's uber account, since he had availed the cab. Next day we got the uber driver's number and on contacting him, he mentioned of no such device being found in his cab and denied saying some other customer might have taken it.. On which i asked for the customer details to which he mentioned the customer he picked hadn't hailed the cab through app but he had picked the customer on road without him availing the cab through app.

                                I have also filled a police complain about my missing phone and have filled a lost item complain through my friends uber app, but still haven't got any response from your end.. If i still don't receive any response after this email, i will file a police complain against the driver.

                                I kindly ask you to look in this matter.

                                  I booked a cab in kolkata with paytm payment mode on uber. The vehicle which recieved the request is a tata manza 04f 9480 driven by a driver named” eayacin“. He came to the pick up location started the trip on his own without picking me up and drove for some kms and stopped the trip which charged me around rs 70 from my paytm account. This is a pure case of stealing from consumer. I hope for a strict and immediate action.

                                    Hello,
                                    Yesterday i book a cab to reach a place fast, but cab driver accepted it from 45min to 1 hr away. To which i told him to cancel the ride and responded "yes i am cancelling" but he hasn't cancel it and now uber has charged me with travel amount.
                                    Booked a cab from marunji to hinjewadi chowk costing around 60 and company charged me 45 without any service of cab facility
                                    Please resolve this issue.

                                      On 31st december, 2017 i was travelling from shivaji nagar pune to dhayari, pune. I booked a cab through my app by selecting card payment. The cab/driver arrived, we took place and started the journey. After 3-4 minutes he told me that his navigation is not working properly and may be he can't operate it and can't close the trip so need to pay him the trips amount by cash. We reached our destination and then he told us that still its showing error and you need to pay by cash. He also told us that we will not get the bill since you are paying by cash. He also told me that he will talk with their customer care and take the appropriate action so that you will not be charged. So i paid him in cash. After 15-20 minutes i got the bill message and still it's showing as outstanding due for my account. I tried calling the driver but he is not picking the phone now. This means it was planned by driver to cheat us. The drivers name is dnyaneshwar and his contact number is [protected].
                                      Please do the needful.

                                        I driver was very rude and gave the wrong location and he made me to wait for about 40 minutes and cancelled the ride. I called the driver and he spoke very rudly and he wasted my valuable time which causes damage to my work by wasting time and u need to take immediate action on the person and should also pay a penalty for this incident. Please respond to this complaint so that i can trust the company uber
