My self priyanka baweja, i am a regular customer o[censored]ber, my registered mobile number is [protected]. I booked a uber on 12/12/17 from my office baveja trading co. C-35, kotla froze shah, vikram nagar, new delhi 110002 to sarai rohilla railway station at 7.40 pm in the evening, when i booked the cab i called the driver to come fast otherwise i will missed my train, when he pick up the call he said i am standing at this point u can come i said no because he have 2 heavy bags, then my husband rushed on the scooter to pick him, then he refused to come and he totally drunk, he is enable to drive also. My husband came back n then we book again a ola cab n reached the station timely, after 45-50 minutes he reached the pick up destination n make a nonsense in my office. These kinds of drivers are provide by uber. Please thanks to me that i am in hurry otherwise i will take a police action in this case n when i back delhi on 16/12/17, again i book the uber i saw a cancelation charge with the tariff then i drop uber n book ola again n back home. Please check the details then charge. Please check the attached file.
