I'm vipin james. I've booked a cab on sunday 7.15pm from eifel city chakan, to gandharv nagari bhosari. I have recieved message that hyundai xcent with registration no mh12nb5360 have been arrive with in 20 minutes and at 7.31pm i have recieved a call from [protected] said he is the driver and ask me the location and i replied me and my family are waiting at the entrance of eifel city appartments and he said will arrive soon. But i have to wait until 8.30pm and the taxi not yet arrived and i was waiting there with my wife and 1 year daughter.in between that i tried to call back three times to the driver, the phone ring but he was not answered my call. We want to go at st antonys church gandharva nagari to attend the chirstmas mass. We miss the mass and it is the first time i have miss a chirtmas mass in my 34 years of life. As the driver not picked up i cancelled the trip at 8.30 pm. Uber message recieved again that they fined me 42.50 ruppes. We lost our time and also miss the important mass too. This could not happend again, to any other customers. The driver and company need to answer also this type of incidents shouldnot happen to any other customers.

Today I was coming by wagholi Road, car number MH12 NB4320, the driver was fully drunk and first overtaken us rashly, after that he came in front o[censored]s and after that he came and insulted my friend who was on driver seat and crashed his specks and after that he took my friends wagnor key and throw in to the bush. I want him to cancel his permit bcz of this misbehave.
