I have written 2-3 times to uber support but i didn't get any resolution and action has been taken.

It is complaint about driver misbehave and rash driving, please take the action...

On 13th december my wife chandana basu booked uber taxi from majiwada, thane to go to sector 30 vashi at 7 pm. The estimated amount was shown rs.409/-. Today dt-19/12/2016 at 1:35 booked pool cab driver named tahir ph. No of driver is [protected] in the name of rakesh tiwary [protected].. This ride is from m2k floors sector 50 gurgaon to huda city centre.. Ride has been accepted and when i call him after 7 mnts to know his status he said u didnt pic phone and i wait then i m abot to reach huda city centre... But he didnt called me once coz phone was with me only...

I have booked uber from my home hsr layout to yesvantpur railway station on 18th dec 2017. When i booked the uber its shows me a fare of rs 350 -470 but after completing the trip the fare has become rs. 1303 and there was no dely and no heavy traffic.
And i had a harrowing experience with uber driver name arunpandiyan (Contact no - +91-[protected]) first of all, he took different route (Outside of city) and for that i paid rs 135.00...

I have lost my mobile in uber cab while i took my ride.
I am trying to reach out to my phone or the driver, i do not have driver details. But he is not picking up my phone. So please check this on priority.

I was travelled with my colleague by uber black service on dated 17/11/17 from indragandhi domestic airport to lajpat nagar, ghaziabad via dilshad colony. After completing my ride i paid to driver amount 1100/-. But driver has cancelled the ride. I took the cab from hind inox, g c avenue for behela chowrasta, kolkata but at emall, c r avenue the car brokedown and drive asked me to change the drop location. I said i will be charged but he insisted, as i was in hurry i did as the driver said and was charged rs.63 immediately i booked another cab from that very location for behala. Car broke down was not my fault, so why should i be charged? You may arrange for refund of my this ride....

I would like to report, i have given my mobile to driver for charging during the trip on saturday night (16/01/2017) from whitefield to yeswantpur, but unfortunately i forgot to take it back. The phone was switched off and was charging through driver's cable. I am not able to trace the driver now. I have been calling the driver since saturday night till now via uber app but he is not responding.
