Hi!
There is the confusion.
The final fare is 189.60 rs, a driver said me this is a cash trip and you have to give 239.00 inr cash as shown on his device. I have given him 240.00 rs cash.
Then i checked my app after few minutes, 189.60 inr is also deducted from my account.
I have paid 189.60 + 240 = 429.60 inr to you. Now i need one of that payment refund cash or credit that deducted.

    I took a cab on tuesday from jawaharlal nehru marg new delhi to saket and the driver misguided me that i have to cancel the cab because he don't want to go and he told me that he will send some other person for the reason but after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes i called him again then he told me that he wouldn't come you have to cancel the cab i wouldn't cancel the cab the way of talking was very bad and i was very unhappy with the driver so i took the different cab and uber charged me of 42 rupees which was not in my fault i was ready to pay uber but still i am booked another cab because i was with my family and i could not take the liability to risk the family so i paid the next driver the rest of the amount please help me or else reference the money to my account and please make a driver more reliable on which i can have faith or else i'll will travel in some other car thank you

      1. On 23rd dec i placed a booking through uberfor a sedan for my travel from wakad (On the pune-mumbai highway) to mumbai international airport. The intial contact name was mahadeb but driver as well as the car changed. Mr yogesh turned up with a cng hatchback with nil storage space. With seats cramped with luggage, the three o[censored]s + driver commenced the journey at 1302h planning to make it in time for checking in at 1640h for a flight out of mumbai.
      2. After starting off, the driver insisted upon filling up cng and left us with no other option. We requested him to drive on oetrol but he refused. He took an off rpute for hp petrol pump at bangalore mumbai highway. The halt at the filling station took about an hour while the driver was busy on mobile conversing we had to request the cars in the queue to give us priority as we were rushing for airport. The driver was in no hurry to commence the journey. Due to issues with the gas station.
      3. With his poor driving skill we reached the airport in 4 hours the distance which otherwise is covered in 2h 30 mins. After arriving at the airport with hope of providential flight delays, the driver demanded an arbitrary amount for payment, in excess of the rs1800 billed by uber. I had no time to waste in continuing with the argument and told him i would settle with uber.
      4. The consequence of this unprofessional approach by the uber driver was that we missed our flight from mumbai to trivandrum, for which i took a financial hit of more than a lakh..
      5. I do not see a case of force majuere in this turn of events and consider uber is liable for the financial loss and ideally should have compensated as a good gesture of customer service for the mental distress as well as financial loss i and my family went through.
      6. I contacted uber through the app as well as twitter but the response was highly casual.in app they addressed the issue as resolved. When queried i was told the team would contact. Till date no one has either contacted or addressed the issue.
      7. I request all to give wide publicity to this harassment that i am facing because o[censored]ber. My rider rating is 4.85 which indicates my impeccable profile so far from other drivers o[censored]ber.
      8. I was left with no option but resort to social media for resolving this callous, unprofessional service and high handedness approach o[censored]ber for not addressing customer distress.

        I am complaining about the driver, mr. Srinivasa, cab no. Ka-41-a 5855 not turning up on saturday 23rd december 2017 at 11:30 am as asked for. Waited for 20 minutes at the gate, when he was supposed to have arrived in 01 minute. Since he did not call us, we had no way of contacting him to find out where he was and guide him if he needed directions. We were forced to travel by an autorickshaw. We were charged cancellation charges of rs.43/- on our next trip on 25th december 2017 in addition to the normal ride charges on that day (25th), which i paid up. Why am i being charged when the driver does not turn up nor gives a call as is the normal practice?

          A young boy travelling by uber cab no hr 73 a-6721driven by mr zakir hussain from noor nagar, jowheri farm n. Delhi to igi airport on 25.12.17 at arround 12 noon was charged rs 600 and for the same distance the u/s was charged rs 189 less than a month ago. Please clearify.
          While seeking a clearification from the driver i was given to know that he had to pay a toll tax of rs150. How come.?
          Moreover the traveller was not provided a receipt for the sum paid.
          An early n/a is anticipated.

          Hi, I booked an Uber from J&k house Chanakyapuri to Lajpat 2 on 20th December 2017 at 10:00 am. My driver was Pawan, it was a Toyota Etios DL1RX7208. I paid him Rs.133 in cash on completion of my ride but now when I try to book my next ride it shows outstanding payment, complete Rs.156.15 payment for your previous ride.Help
          For My ride from Mulund to Khadakpada, at 11, 28A.M.the payment was debited from my card before confirming ride. After completing ride, receipt says, 450.43. now system prompts for completing payment of 450.43. kindly arrange to pay refund 57.76
          Could you please help to get my invoice to get print out. i don't have registered account. but i am using through my phone. i am trying to create account but it is not allowing my phone number.

          please help in this.

            I had booked uber on 24.12.2017 from jaipur and trip was from amrudo ka bagh to nehru memorial school jaipur. I waited too long for cab to come on spot to pick up but neither he turned up nor he responded positively on phone. He cancelled the booking and i got outstanding balance 36.75₹ for his cancellation. I want my refund asap for this nonsense. Resolve this issue asap.

            This is the worst that i dont want to expect from uber.
            In my last trip i wait for 30 minutes because driver have no knowledge of picking up location. And he cancelled the ride.
            And i charged 50 ruppes for this.
            Why i pay for his fault.
            This is worst. I want my waiting charges back. Look into the matter and help

              At charbagh railway station lucknow, i booked uber at 9:12pm .
              I received driver details

              I called driver and he asked where you want to go, I told him i will visit Nakhas Lucknow, he said that he is waiting outside premium parking, I reached premium parking within 5 mins and called him, he replied that he will not to go to Nakhas and said you will receive another driver number which i didn't receive and driver cancelled the trip.
              On cancellation Uber has charged me Rs. 52.50 for cancellation, which i didn't.
              Im my uber account it is showing outstanding amount of Rs 52.50

              after that i booked ola and reached my destination

              i have attached the uber recipt and driver cancellation msg as well as ola receipt(which confirms that i truly need a cab service at that time)

              my request is against uber to neutralize the outstanding amount and provide compansation and also take strict action against driver.

                Driver denied for trip... Why are you including extra charges for my next trip... Because of his denied request i cannot book another cab. I wait for half an hour there. He crossed the road infront of me and then cancel the request. Is it my fault...???
                Now i am not able to book any cab because of his fault. Take an immediate action on this matter.

                  I'm vipin james. I've booked a cab on sunday 7.15pm from eifel city chakan, to gandharv nagari bhosari. I have recieved message that hyundai xcent with registration no mh12nb5360 have been arrive with in 20 minutes and at 7.31pm i have recieved a call from [protected] said he is the driver and ask me the location and i replied me and my family are waiting at the entrance of eifel city appartments and he said will arrive soon. But i have to wait until 8.30pm and the taxi not yet arrived and i was waiting there with my wife and 1 year daughter.in between that i tried to call back three times to the driver, the phone ring but he was not answered my call. We want to go at st antonys church gandharva nagari to attend the chirstmas mass. We miss the mass and it is the first time i have miss a chirtmas mass in my 34 years of life. As the driver not picked up i cancelled the trip at 8.30 pm. Uber message recieved again that they fined me 42.50 ruppes. We lost our time and also miss the important mass too. This could not happend again, to any other customers. The driver and company need to answer also this type of incidents shouldnot happen to any other customers.

                    Uber car tata indica car number up32hn1265 standing outside my home at 11pm and no other uber is near but the uber driver statnding outside my home off his location when i say open it its emergency my train is missing plz go he said i charge 250 rs but in uber ap its shows 196 rs only.. And he is also drunk just because of emergency i hire him he take higher amount insted of my saying and showing him amount uber app.. He just said i go only i[censored] pay 250 rs...
                    So plz kindly do enquire and if this not done i will complain in consumer foram as i knw car num...

Driver taken short cust based on the app route and that road is under construction instead taking another rute driver forced my family to get down on main road with rude attitude.                         Hello uber, i have booked uber cab from lb nagar to jubilee bus station. I have called the driver and asking about the address and also explaining about the address where i was waiting, the driver mr. Rambabu (Tata indica ts10ua5326) very rudely said book another cab and used some unparliamentary words. This is the reason i have cancelled the booking. Anyway i have been complaining since long but no action by uber higher officials. Very poor services and rude behaviour of drivers.

                        Today I was coming by wagholi Road, car number MH12 NB4320, the driver was fully drunk and first overtaken us rashly, after that he came in front o[censored]s and after that he came and insulted my friend who was on driver seat and crashed his specks and after that he took my friends wagnor key and throw in to the bush. I want him to cancel his permit bcz of this misbehave.

                          In my uber account, after completion of a trip, showed a receipt of rs.80.87. Driver collected rs.130 cash from me.

                          When i requested for refund, uber justified their act and suggesting me to pay through electronic payment method from next time to avoid such extra charges. Uber refused to refund excess amount paid.

                          How uber justify the receipt of 80.87 for paid amount rs.130?

                            I "anindam ghosh" residing at kolkata booked an uber on 25th dec mid night.. It was showing in my phone that the cab will arive in 6minutes. However after 8, 10minutes i call the driver he said that he was in sealdah to drop a passenger then he will come for pick up. I said ok i will wait. But after long period of time in the midnight he did not come as well as he did not picked up my phone.. While cancelling the ride it wad showing that some charges will be deducted for cancellation. But my point is being a uber customer is it really make any sense to give the charges for booking for which i have to wait for long in midnight. Please team look after this matter as i am very much irate for this kind of pathetic service

                              Yesterday, i boarded the uber cab from velachery pheniox to madipakkam ramnagar north with my family and missed 2pair of shoes in the cab. After trip, within 30mins we realized that we missed the shoes so called the driver and requested for help. He told that he is in laskhmi nagar madipakkam and to collect. So i went the same location but before i reach he threw the shoes and left. When i called him, he told that he threw it off and get from where we threw, but shoes were not available in that place. At least he would have keep those shoes with him so we would have collect later from him. Is this the way he treats his customers. These kind of drivers with uber? The worth of shoes are 1000 rupees. Driver name is manoharan and his phone number is[protected]. Now i don't mind about my lost but i really frustrated because it's my fault that we missed the shoes in car but the way he treated us was really bad and it was frustrated... Please do take action on driver...

                                I have been a uber user for the past two years. I have taken more than 50+ rides through out the years. But i had never complained much about there services even though i had many issues.
                                On 23rd dec 2017 around 8:30 pm, i booked the cab in uber. But one after another 4 consecutive drivers have cancelled my trip just because they have to drive long. One of them told they are not paid when it's paid through online and so cancelling.
                                I had to wait for an hour to get a cab allotted at last. It was frustrating to see that cab getting cancelled after waiting for long time. We are accepting to take the trip with the hidden surging. But even then if it's getting cancelled, we don't deserve that kind of service. We need the service for what we pay with dignity in place. I was not able to complain this on their app or portal or anywhere. How can i reach the customer care on phone or email? This is not like happening once in a while but recurring often.
                                One of their idea of rating the customer for the service they have used is not that i have seen anywhere. I’m not sure if anyone will openly rate their customer and put it on their profile to make them remind “ have to keep this star rating up”. Uber should remember, i’m not the product. I’m the consumer of their product. Its kind of abusive.
                                I’m depended on the cab services due to some personal reasons. And i’m using the service for every week. Uber stands tall because of the customers like me. They should understand this and find the mitigation plan to fill in the gaps.

                                  I have a uber account with mobile no. [protected] which is disabled since long. I have mailed uber several times asking reason for disabling my account. But, everytime i am receiving same type of system generated email that your accou t has been disabled due to some violation. They are not telling the nature of violation an asking again and again. I am a female doing job in noida. At times i need to book a cab which i am. Not able to do as my account has been unnecessarily disabled. Keeping in the view the safety of the women, please take up the matter with uber so that my account gets activated again.

                                    Uber taxi bearing registration no. As01 01hc 9213 did not pick up me from beltola tinali guwahati, in spite of my phone call. Now uber has charged me rs. 42 without riding. Now uber drivers are committing mistake uber is charging us which is unjustified and illegal. This is second time uber is charging me. Now, kindly return my money as free ride and punish the driver so that he never repeat such mistake.
                                    Hope for positive action.

                                      This is to inform you that i tejas shah along with my 3 friend's were planning to go with uber car number wb 11c7287 (Driver name being wasim),... To play our nation wise cricket tournament of our association @9. A. Sharp
                                      Our pick up point is jain hospital 493 /b/1 g. T. Road when we book uber then arrival times are 6 minutes but after so many times we r fail to receive at arrival point. After so many calls from my mobile number [protected] no one bother n nor any response from car driver
                                      We want a case against this number as it 'huge loss to us as we r not able toreach in time in our destination
                                      We book other uber number 9.49a m... And kindly please look into this matter and we have till not cancelled the first ride... And so we had to book an another uber ride the number being wb 19f1971... Pl reply... We are eagerly waiting for it...

                                        Driver said "your luggages weight will flatten my tiers, so you have to pay extra"

                                        The booking was done from uberzone airport (Kolkata).

                                        This is a complaint on tremedous misbehaviour from the part of the driver and over charcharging by 100rs. The passenger was my father aged 57.

                                        Please get back to us driver details in 3 working days, failing to do so will result in esclation on legal grounds.
