My daughter had to catch an international flight fro bangalore airport. So we pre-booked the uber ride about 6hr ahead on departure time. At 8pm the driver calls us & refuses to go to the airport. Last minute we could not get airport taxi as well. He would not cancel the trip. He wanted me to cancel it. We then took a rickshaw to nearest bus station. Shocking!!!

This is second incident. The previous time she was alone going to airport. The driver stopped midway & told her to take another uber.

    This is to report the misconduct of driver, mr. Sanjay (Phn no. [protected]; wagon r) in deliberately not arriving at the pickup point i specified and cancelling the trip himself without my consent, which caused me cancellation charges of rs. 52.50. I waited at the pickup location for about 20 minutes and called him 5-6 times. But his behavior was very shocking. Rather than giving me a positive response, he acted rudely by not responding to my calls and when he picked up the call, he told me that he has cancelled the trip.
    I booked the cab from rml hospital, lucknow on 21st dec, at 2:45pm from my registered phone number ([protected]).
    As i am a regular customer o[censored]ber, this kind of act is very disappointing. Kindly look into the matter by compensating me the cancellation charges of rs. 52.50. Looking forward for your response.

      Hi uber team,

      This is very sad for me to write a mail like this. From the last 3-4 months i am having very bad experience with the uber drivers.

      If you look into the last two bookings made from the mobile number [protected], both the bookings are cancelled by the drivers without even contacting me and i have been charged cancellation fee for both the trips.

      Due to this pending payments i am not able to book the cabs further, as a result of this i have been forced to pay the cancelation fee of rs. 95 to book a cab today on 21st dec 2017.

      Please look into this issue and correct it on priority. Also please refund this amount asap.

        This is to report the misconduct o[censored]ber driver one mr. Khushi in deliberately not arriving at the pickup point i (My ph. No. [protected] is registered with uber and shall possibly help in identifying me) specified and cancelling the trip, causing me additional expenses of inr 42. He has repeated this action twice, within a span of nine minutes, as the attached screenshots clearly show. Similar incident happened with me few days back. However, on that occasion i paid an extra rs.42/- for no fault of mine assuming it a result of some kind of communication lag or fault, but my today’s experience emphatically established that it was not so and such incidents have a deeper significance.

        That i am a graduate engineer with over 28 years of experience in govt. Service should humbly attest for the fact that i find little difficulty in specifying my location correctly on the uber app and that i can read the characters on a car's number plate. I can say with utmost certainty that the driver did not arrive at the location i specified (In this case, the campus of guwahati medical college and hospital, as can be verified from my trip history).

        What adds to the concern is that i, as a passenger, seem to have no control over the penalty that is imposed upon me due to the misconduct of the driver. This leaves me wondering whether uber puts more faith in its employees than the customers it wishes to serve. I see penalties of such nature as bringing under question the integrity of the customers whereas the financial implication of it matters little.

          My self priyanka baweja, i am a regular customer o[censored]ber, my registered mobile number is [protected]. I booked a uber on 12/12/17 from my office baveja trading co. C-35, kotla froze shah, vikram nagar, new delhi 110002 to sarai rohilla railway station at 7.40 pm in the evening, when i booked the cab i called the driver to come fast otherwise i will missed my train, when he pick up the call he said i am standing at this point u can come i said no because he have 2 heavy bags, then my husband rushed on the scooter to pick him, then he refused to come and he totally drunk, he is enable to drive also. My husband came back n then we book again a ola cab n reached the station timely, after 45-50 minutes he reached the pick up destination n make a nonsense in my office. These kinds of drivers are provide by uber. Please thanks to me that i am in hurry otherwise i will take a police action in this case n when i back delhi on 16/12/17, again i book the uber i saw a cancelation charge with the tariff then i drop uber n book ola again n back home.             I have taken a ride in bangalore from aecs layout to bangalore city railway station on 16-dec-2017 at 6pm. My mobile got lost in the cab. I called my number, the driver picked up and told that he will return the mobile the next day i. E. 17-dec-2017 but he didnt do that. I also raised a complaint to uber. Uber called once and requested me to wait for the day else they will ask the driver to submit the mobile in any of the uber office. Till today nothing has been done. I am fed-up of calling the driver, he just disconnect the phone or else dont pick my call. Even uber is not helping me resolve the issue. Nobody from uber caled me up. I am really dissappointed o[censored]ber as after committing me that they will ask the driver to submit my mobile in uber office and call me but till today they have not done what they committed.

              I booked a cab on 16 dec 2017 and it was showing me a fare of 273. By the time i have completed my ride the total fare got revised to 360. I generally take ride from the same departure place to the same destination place and get charge correctly then why the price got increased this time. There was no waiting to driver and we have straight completed our ride and even there was no traffic.

              Please take prompt action against such illegal practice and help me get my money refunded back...

                This is uber partner i have a complaint against cab fare as uber has fixed a base fare 42rs & per kms is 7.35 rs and 1.58 rs per minute.

                My cab has covered 32kms from airport to city i have got a total earnings 392 rs including toll, if i deduct 125 rs toll from 392 rs my fare was coming aground 267 rs.

                So this is totally unfair with uber partners
                Actually fare we haveto get is 400 + 125 rs toll is total amount 525/-

                I have complained to uber support centre but i have not got a resolution...

                  I booked an uber pool trip from lakhimi path to nayanpur on 16th december 2017 at 1:04. Driver name was ranjit, uria gaon with contact no. [protected]. Map on my uber app shows the driver was at 5 mins distance from my pick up location. After contacting he said that due to traffic jam he might be late for another 5 mins as he had to drop another passenger. After 10 mins navigation map indicate about the trip complete information. Again while contacting with the driver he falsely stated that he has to drop the passenger and he was stuck in the traffic jam. After waiting for half an hour he ranged and informed that he has cancelled the trip by himself without informing me. So i took another cab. After few minutes automatically my trip is redirected to another uber driver who ranged me and asked me to cancel the trip. He also assures that no cancellation charge will be taken as this is other driver's fault. But after cancellation an amount of rs. 42/- is deducted as cancellation charge of my previous trip.

                  Is this the trick by which uber company is looting money from the innocent people fraudly. If so who will believe in uber rides. Besides the driver bearing mobile no. [protected] is speaking rudely and challenged to complain to uber office while asking him why he cancelled the trip by himself without asking.

                  This is not the only case happened with me but lots of passenger is facing the similar situation almost everyday. Hope this matter will be taken seriously and uber authority will control this type of cheating behaviour by few uber drivers to create harassment to general people like us.

                      I booked a trip on the uber app and it showed a arrival time of 1128am for my pick up point. There after i got a message saying driver has arrived and i called the driver who disconnected my phone. I called him again and he said my trip is cancelled. When i told the driver i am going to complain, he tells me do what you want. I did not cancel the trip nor was i late. Then i see a pending charge of rs.47.25.                         I have written 2-3 times to uber support but i didn't get any resolution and action has been taken.

                        It is complaint about driver misbehave and rash driving, please take the action asap and acknowledge. I was riding with my scooter during above time and your driver was on call while driving cab and he hit my scooter (Got too much scratches), when i asked "can't you see me? Why you are on call while riding it's against rule" then he was abusing and told me "i will do like that you should see, now take your bike and leave otherwise i will hit again". I spoke to your customer, which were sitting inside, like why can't you stop the driver for using phone while driving then she said, "i won't say anything if you have problem then you can complaint to the uber company". I am full disappointed that why you hire these kind of drivers and why can't you give training about traffic rules and general etiquette.

                        This is my request and complaint whatever you want to consider but i need my compensation asap. Now please decide by yourself how you want to proceed, you are going to repair my vehicle or you want me to repair and share the bill for reimburse.

                          I tried booking a cab using uber app on 17th dec., but i couldn't as it was showing that i had an outstanding bill to pay, (A ride on the 4th if nov.). I have already paid the driver by cash. However, i don't know why this is not being updated in your system.
                          That evening, after booking the cab and on receiving the call from the driver, he told me that i was paying by card and seemed to suggest that i cancel my trip. I didn't want to cancel my trip as i was in a hurry. And so i told him that i would be making a cash payment. Moreover, i have heard many instances where drivers in guwahati decline rides made by card or paytm. And i didn't see a problem if i'd be paying by cash, although i don't know what difficulty he would face i[censored] had done so by card. Maybe he needed the money, i don't know but i didn't question him. I understood that sometimes we need access to hard cash.

                          In the days that have passed, i was not made aware of the situation and hence couldn't follow up on the situation. I didn't book a ride up until the 17th of this month.
                          Now, the uber app is obviously not allowing me to book a ride as it shows that i have an outstanding bill.

                          I would request uber to please check the car camera and listen to my conversation with the driver to verify that i have made cash payment for my ride.
                          I would, under no circumstances try to dupe or cheat someone of their hard earned cash and that too for such a paltry amount. Besides, i am very happy to use uber services and would want to continue to do so.
                          I would suggest uber please get in touch with the driver and look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                            On 13th december my wife chandana basu booked uber taxi from majiwada, thane to go to sector 30 vashi at 7 pm. The estimated amount was shown rs.409/-. But while reaching at the destination, the driver name anil charged rs.591/-!!! When we challenged the authenticity, he told to contact customer care. My wife could not contact customer care and we had to cough up rs 591/-. This is utterly foolish business by uber.
                            When we lodged the complaint to customer care, the reply came "it is between the customer and the driver". It is ridiculous!!
                            The people do not know who is anil driver but know uber. Tomorrow if a uber driver molest a lady, you can not wash out your hands just by telling that it is between the driver and the woman. If a driver cheat a passenger, uber must not tell that it is between the passenger and the driver.
                            We request you to refund the excess money to us as charged by the driver anil. That should be the real ethics of the uber.

                              With utter regret i m here to inform u that i cant access the uber app from my mobile with the mobile no.. I created an account at uber.com with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected]. When i sign in to my account with email id it is signing in but it is not with my mobile no. Neither can i login to the uber app with the mobile no. When i see my account profile by logging in by my email i cannot find my phone no and it is not verified. Plz look into the matter and plz try to solve the matter as early as possible so the inconvenience is removed.

                                I have booked the share cab on 17th dec from maharani bagh new delhi to manglapuri palam new delhi. When i have booked the cab price is showing in one seat is 199 and 2 set is showing 209. So i booked the cab for 2set but then ride has completed the amount will exceeded rs368 so i was shoked how is it possible so pla check ur details and refund my exceeded amount.

                                  I booked your uber vehicle no : 6562, driver ph number : [protected], toyota etios, at time 2.48 pm to pick my father from cmbt koyambedu passenger way today[protected] to my home. - your driver did not turn to the booking point and he parked his vehicle in the high way away from the bus stand therefore it was very difficult to locate the vehicle. However my patient father boarded the vehicle by facing great difficulties at the above parked spot. When the driver was questioned, on the way, he blamed the booking person and shouted at his throat and asked my father to get out of the vehicle in the middle of nowhere. He used filthy languages and said that it was his own car and he doesn’t care about uber company and further he scolded by filthy languages about the management also while my father he would make complaint to the company. There after my father refused to get down from the vehicle in the middle of nowhere and at last driver dropped him at the destination and we paid him in full rs.171.00 which is rs.10 in addition to the original booking amount. At that time, at the destination point after paying the same, i received my father and said the driver about the correct boarding point and for that he scolded me like anything and used filthy and gross languages and quarrelled with me, my father and my sister. We never came cross such a driver like this who behaved brutally, indecently and rowdy like. He will certainly spoil the company and earn bad name to your company. I request you to take urgent action failing which i fill be forced to lodge complaint to the appropriate authorities against your company. Thanking you,

                                  Hi, I took a trip from electronic city to sarjapur outer ring road bangalore on 12th Dec 2017, toll was applied to my fare though I did not take the toll route, when informed customer care is falsely blaming I took that route, this is how they are looting customers and fooling them.

                                    On[protected] i scheduled drive for 5.30 pm. Mt anjaneyulu assined for me with tata bolt he was not reached my location after waiting of 15 + mints i called him he given a very filthy language response and he sopken very bad without manners, so i waited more than 30 mints to cancel the service but he wont cancel the service immedialty i booked another service cab because o[censored] r bad response and service. After 40 mints u r another drive osman ali (Mahindra verito) called me to pick the cab i told him iam already on the way iin another cab and i waiter more time. He humbly requested to cancel the ride i cancled that. But u r bad response and bad serice i cancelled the ride but u charged me 47.25 rs revert my money back other wise i wil raise this in social networking sites about u r bad service and raise the complaint in consumer forum tooo. I tried to call u customer care number but there is no contact in app or in website.

                                    I booked at address ittumadu main road but I dropped by driver which is shown in ubber app at kerekodi this distance from ittumadu is nearly 3.5km at late night if in this case some ladies or any childrens what they need to do and also unable to change location also. Unfortunately u forgot my iphone hands-free immediately i called the driver [protected] vipin... He said he found my headphones and will return it to me.. Its 5th day he is not responding well.. Even uber is not doing anything... I want uber to revert asap

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        Today dt-19/12/2016 at 1:35 booked pool cab driver named tahir ph. No of driver is [protected] in the name of rakesh tiwary [protected].. This ride is from m2k floors sector 50 gurgaon to huda city centre.. Ride has been accepted and when i call him after 7 mnts to know his status he said u didnt pic phone and i wait then i m abot to reach huda city centre... But he didnt called me once coz phone was with me only and if he called there is no point to miss the call... And its also told wrong that he is abot to reach huda city centre... As u can also check that huda city centere is 15 km from my place and how he come to my place to pick me and in 7 mnt after he is about to reach huda... And then i have to cancle the ride and as ur term and conditions that if i cancle the ride have to pay rs. 42 and this is not acceptable... This is purly ur driver mistake not mine so how i can charged...

                                        There for plz look after the issue and solve it as soon as possible
